Abstract
A single-component aqueous non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof comprise the following components: 20-30 parts of modified emulsified asphalt, 10-15 parts of tackifying resin, 20-30 parts of acrylate emulsion, 10-20 parts of rubber emulsion, 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.2 part of thickening agent, 0.1-0.2 part of mildew preventive, 3-5 parts of antifreezing agent and 0.1-0.2 part of penetrating agent; the tackifying resin is modified water-soluble liquid rosin resin; the acrylic emulsion is a pressure-sensitive adhesive emulsion with the glass transition temperature (Tg) of-50-60 ℃. The preparation method of the coating comprises the following steps: placing the acrylic emulsion into a dispersion cylinder; then adding a defoaming agent and a thickening agent, and uniformly stirring; and then sequentially adding the rubber emulsion, tackifying resin, modified emulsified asphalt, an antifreezing agent, a mildew preventive and a penetrating agent. The invention greatly improves the initial viscosity, the permanent viscosity, the permeability, the creep property and the aging resistance of the coating by acrylate emulsion with glass transition temperature and matching with modified liquid tackifying resin and rubber emulsion.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a waterproof coating, in particular to a single-component water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the higher requirements of the country on the construction environment and the higher requirements of construction personnel on the construction safety, the defects of the hot-melt non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating used at present and the inherent defects of the performance need to be necessarily improved! The hot-melt non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating has the following disadvantages and performance characteristics: firstly, the heating temperature is as high as about 190 ℃, the energy consumption is large, the smoke is dense, and the most important is that the heat stability of core components is reduced sharply due to relatively long heating and heat-preserving time, and finally the service life of the material is shortened. Secondly, because the non-cured rubber asphalt contains a certain amount of liquid components such as mineral oil and the like, the waterproof material is in a creep state in a short time, the cohesive strength is not enough, the material loses the creep property with the time, and the elongation rate is greatly reduced. Thirdly, the material cannot be constructed under the condition of a wet foundation surface. Fourthly, the main component of the material has poor aging resistance and short service life. In view of the above, there is an urgent need to develop new products for gradual replacement.
The two-component water-based non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating produced at present has the following characteristics: firstly, the security of construction has been improved, like the cold construction of normal atmospheric temperature, avoid catching fire or scald etc.. Secondly, construction on wet surface can be carried out. Thirdly, the bonding strength between the base surface and the reinforcing layer is greatly improved, and simultaneously, better creep property can be kept. But the material also has obvious defects, such as more complex operation and the need of special equipment for construction; long construction period, high material cost and the like.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a single-component aqueous non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof, and solves the defects that the existing double-component aqueous non-cured coating needs special equipment for construction, has poor initial adhesion and relatively long construction period.

The invention greatly improves the initial viscosity, the permanent viscosity, the permeability, the creep property and the aging resistance of the coating by acrylate emulsion with glass transition temperature and matching with modified liquid tackifying resin and rubber emulsion.
As an improvement, the modified emulsified asphalt comprises base asphalt, a low glass transition temperature (Tg) butylbenzene emulsion, a stabilizer, deionized water and an emulsifier.
As an improvement, the acrylate emulsion comprises styrene, isooctyl acrylate, acrylic acid, a functional monomer, an anionic emulsifier, a nonionic emulsifier, a pH regulator, an initiator and deionized water.
As an improvement, the rubber emulsion is styrene-butadiene latex with the glass transition temperature (Tg) of-50 ℃ to-60 ℃.
As an improvement, the antifreezing agent is ethylene glycol or propylene glycol.

An aqueous non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating comprises the following components: 40 parts of modified emulsified asphalt, 10 parts of acrylic emulsion, 10 parts of rubber emulsion, 20 parts of modified tackifying resin, 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.2 part of thickening agent, 5 parts of antifreezing agent, 0.1 part of mildew preventive and 3 parts of penetrating agent.
The emulsified asphalt is prepared from base asphalt, an emulsifier, a stabilizer and water according to the weight ratio of 100: 0.1: 0.1: 80 is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass.

The preparation method of the modified emulsified asphalt comprises the following steps: firstly, heating and melting matrix asphalt, and then heating a mixed solution of an emulsifier, caustic soda, polyvinyl alcohol and water to 80-90 ℃; then adding the asphalt into the mixed solution, and emulsifying by a colloid mill to obtain the emulsified asphalt.
The preparation method of the acrylic emulsion comprises the following steps: adding water, an emulsifier, sodium bicarbonate, acrylic acid, acrylate and styrene into a reaction kettle for emulsification, and heating to 70 ℃ until blue light appears to form seed emulsion; then emulsifying the rest water, the emulsifier, the styrene, the acrylate monomer, the functional monomer and the acrylic acid in an emulsifying cylinder to obtain pre-emulsion; dropwise adding the pre-emulsion into a reaction kettle at 85 ℃ for 4 hours; then, the acrylic ester emulsion is obtained after heat preservation and temperature reduction.
