As can be seen from the results in Table 1, the samples prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present invention have excellent properties, high solid content, almost no volatile matter, and long-lasting viscous paste, and satisfy the requirements of normal temperature painting construction, and have stronger viscosity and good water resistance. In samples 7 to 10 prepared in comparative examples 1 to 4, the viscosity at normal temperature was too high due to the change in the ratio of the cationic styrene-butadiene latex to the nonionic emulsified asphalt to the surfactant, and the construction at normal temperature was not possible and still required heating. The sample 11 prepared in the comparative example 5 has poor stability and workability due to different properties of the styrene-butadiene latex and the emulsified asphalt, and the comparative example 12 has insufficient dispersion due to the fact that the dispersion speed is not matched with the viscosity of the system, so that the overall performance of the waterproof coating cannot be fully exerted.
The above description is intended to describe in detail the preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the claims of the present invention, and all equivalent changes and modifications made within the technical spirit of the present invention should fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating is characterized by being prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 13-18.3% of cationic styrene-butadiene latex, 55-68% of non-ionic emulsified asphalt, 17-25% of surfactant, 0.4-0.8% of alkali swelling thickener, 0.2-0.4% of polyurethane defoamer, 0.1-0.2% of bactericide and 0.2-0.4% of pH regulator, wherein the waterproof coating completely meets the requirements of JC/T2428-2017 'non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating'.
2. The non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 13% of cationic styrene-butadiene latex, 65% of nonionic emulsified asphalt, 21% of surfactant, 0.5% of alkali swelling thickener, 0.2% of polyurethane defoamer, 0.1% of bactericide and 0.2% of pH regulator.

The non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein: is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15.2 percent of cationic styrene-butadiene latex, 64.3 percent of non-ionic emulsified asphalt, 19.15 percent of surfactant, 0.6 percent of alkali swelling thickener, 0.3 percent of polyurethane defoamer, 0.15 percent of bactericide and 0.3 percent of pH regulator.
4. The non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the surfactant is polyoxyethylene type nonionic surfactant or polyhydric alcohol type nonionic surfactant.
5. The non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the surfactant is octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, nonyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, carbon fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether or fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester.
6. The method for preparing the non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating material according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) adding cationic styrene-butadiene latex and nonionic emulsified asphalt into a dispersion machine, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a mixture A;
(2) adding a polyurethane defoaming agent into the mixture A, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a mixture B;
(3) adding a surfactant into the mixture B, increasing the dispersion speed, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a mixture C;
(4) adding a pH regulator into the mixture C;
(5) adding an alkali swelling thickener into the mixture C with the adjusted pH value, continuously increasing the dispersion speed, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a mixture D;
(6) and (4) adding a bactericide into the mixture D, and uniformly dispersing to obtain the non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating.
7. The method for preparing a non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step (1), the speed of the dispersion machine is 250-350 r/m; the dispersion time is 20-40 minutes.
8. The method for preparing a non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step (3), the speed of the dispersion machine is 450 and 600 revolutions per minute; the dispersion time is 40-60 minutes.
9. The method for preparing a non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step (5), the speed of the dispersion machine is 900 and 1200 rpm; the dispersion time is 20-40 minutes.
10. The method for preparing a non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: and (4) adding a pH regulator to regulate the pH value to 8-9.
