Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a technical solution: the spray water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating comprises, by mass, 60-80 parts of emulsified asphalt, 10-20 parts of high-performance elastoplastic high polymer, 10-20 parts of high-activity liquid tackifying resin, 5-10 parts of functional polymer and 2-6 parts of auxiliary agent; the emulsified asphalt comprises 40-55 parts of asphalt, 20-30 parts of water, 0.5-1 part of emulsifier and 2-4 parts of stabilizer, wherein the high-performance elastoplastic high polymer is a modifier and comprises at least one of glass fiber, carbon fiber, styrene butadiene block copolymer, styrene butadiene rubber, thermoplastic resin polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and waste rubber powder; the high-activity liquid tackifying resin comprises 2-4 parts of C5 hydrogenated petroleum resin, 4-8 parts of C9 hydrogenated petroleum resin, 1-3 parts of coumarone resin, 2-4 parts of terpene resin and 3-5 parts of p-tert-butylphenol formaldehyde resin; the functional polymer comprises any one or the combination of two of elastic acrylic ester emulsion and elastic styrene-acrylic emulsion.
The asphalt comprises, by mass, 60 parts of emulsified asphalt, 10 parts of high-performance elastoplastic high polymer, 10 parts of high-activity liquid tackifying resin, 5 parts of functional polymer and 2 parts of auxiliary agent; the emulsified asphalt comprises 40 parts of asphalt, 20 parts of water, 0.5 part of emulsifier and 2 parts of stabilizer; the high-activity liquid tackifying resin comprises 2 parts of C5 hydrogenated petroleum resin, 4 parts of C9 hydrogenated petroleum resin, 1 coumarone resin, 2 terpene resin and 3-tert-butylphenol formaldehyde resin.
Asphalt is a mixture composed of complex organic matters such as carbon, hydrogen and the like, and the chemical composition and the colloid structure of the asphalt are different along with different oil sources and different processing technologies, and the road property, the emulsification difficulty and the modification method of the asphalt are different. The production of emulsified asphalt therefore first considers the choice of suitable asphalt brands and labels, which, in addition to meeting the end-use requirements, should also meet the requirements of the emulsification production. The more aromatic and gum content is easy to emulsify, the more saturated and asphaltene content is, the less easy to emulsify. Sol-type asphalt is easier to emulsify than gel-type asphalt in terms of a colloidal structure.
Water is a medium in which asphalt is dispersed, and the cleanliness and hardness of water may affect emulsified asphalt. The presence of calcium and magnesium ions has advantages and disadvantages for cationic emulsifiers, on the one hand a certain acid consumption is required for neutralization, on the other hand the neutralization product CaCl2 is present as an emulsified asphalt stabilizer.
The emulsifier is an anionic emulsifier, and the emulsifier comprises one or more of carboxylate, sulfonate, sulfate and phosphate.
The stabilizer is used for improving the activity of the emulsifier and improving the storage stability of asphalt, and is any one or a combination of a plurality of halogen inorganic salts, water-soluble high molecular polymers and nonionic surfactants.
The addition of the halogen inorganic salt can enhance the double electron layer effect among emulsified asphalt particles, increase the potential and prevent the mutual aggregation of emulsified asphalt particles;
the water-soluble high molecular polymer is added into the emulsified asphalt to exist in a net-shaped and linear form, so that the emulsified asphalt particles are isolated, and meanwhile, the adhesiveness of the emulsified asphalt can be enhanced;
the nonionic surfactant can reduce the surface tension of water, and can play a role in compound emulsification after being mixed with the emulsifier in water, so that the emulsifying capacity is greatly enhanced.
If multiple chemical stabilizers can be selected at the same time and the proportion of the usage amount is adjusted to the optimal point, the usage amount of the emulsifier can be reduced to the minimum point, and meanwhile, emulsified asphalt with good stability can be prepared.
The auxiliary agent comprises a thickening agent, a plasticizer, a filler and an antioxidant, wherein the thickening agent is used for improving the viscosity of the self-adhesive layer of the high-molecular pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive, and the thickening agent is any one of carboxymethyl cellulose, propylene glycol alginate, methyl cellulose, sodium starch phosphate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium alginate, casein, sodium polyacrylate, polyoxyethylene and polyvinylpyrrolidone;
the plasticizer is used for enhancing the flexibility of the self-adhesive layer of the high-molecular pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive, and the plasticizer is one of aliphatic dibasic acid esters, phthalic acid esters, benzene polyacid esters, benzoate esters, polyol esters, chlorinated hydrocarbons, epoxy esters, citric acid esters and polyesters.
The filler is used for improving the performance of the polymer pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive self-adhesive layer, and the filler is any one of kaolin, diatomite, talcum powder, graphite, carbon black, alumina powder, glass powder, asbestos powder, mica powder, quartz powder, carbon fiber, powdered cork and silicon carbide;
the antioxidant is used for improving the oxidation resistance of the self-adhesive layer of the high-molecular pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive, and the antioxidant is any one of diphenylamine, p-phenylenediamine, dihydroquinoline, thiodipropionate diester, trioctyl ester and tridecyl ester.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the spray-coating water-based non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof paint, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparing emulsified asphalt: preparing asphalt, namely heating the asphalt to 200-250 ℃ to enable the asphalt to be melted and to be in a flowing state, adding a stabilizing agent into water, heating to 70-80 ℃, adding an emulsifying agent, controlling the temperature to 80 ℃, and fully stirring and dissolving to form emulsion;
s2, slowly pouring asphalt into the emulsion for multiple times, and stirring to obtain a primary material;
s3, heating the C5 hydrogenated petroleum resin, the C9 hydrogenated petroleum resin, the coumarone resin, the terpene resin and the p-tert-butylphenol formaldehyde resin to 55-65 ℃ and preserving heat until the mixture is completely dissolved to obtain high-activity liquid tackifying resin;
and S4, heating and mixing the high-activity liquid tackifying resin, the high-performance elastoplastic high polymer, the functional polymer and the auxiliary agent with the preliminary material prepared in the step S2, uniformly stirring, cooling and filtering to obtain the spray-coating water-based non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproof coating.
When the waterproof paint is stored, in order to ensure that the temperature inside the emulsion and the surface layer is uniformly reduced and prevent the surface layer from skinning due to water loss, the emulsion is stirred within 30 minutes after the emulsification is finished, and the emulsified asphalt is covered by a vessel, so that the water on the surface layer is prevented from evaporating too fast. After the emulsion is cooled to room temperature, the emulsion is poured into a sealed container with a bottle stopper and is preserved for standby.
The waterproof paint prepared by the method has the following characteristics:
self-healing: when the waterproof layer is damaged by external force, the damage point is not enlarged, the water channeling phenomenon at the bottom of the waterproof layer is avoided, and the damage point can be repaired gradually due to the creep action of the coating, so that the reliability of the waterproof layer is greatly improved.
The adhesive property is excellent: the adhesive is sticky when touching, is difficult to peel, and can fill the deformation crack of the base layer.
The extensibility is excellent: the high extensibility above 1000% and extensibility above 60mm can not damage the waterproof layer due to dislocation displacement of the base layer, so that the building structure always maintains a perfect sealing waterproof state.
The creep property is good: the waterproof layer can effectively absorb stress from the base layer, can immediately deform under the action of external stress, protects the waterproof layer from being damaged, improves the reliability of the waterproof layer and prolongs the service life of the waterproof layer.
The construction is convenient: film formation is carried out immediately without maintenance, and the next procedure can be carried out immediately after construction; has good affinity and can be combined with any materials. The stable waterproof coating is formed, the requirement on the flatness of the base layer is low, and the base layer treating agent does not need to be coated.
The temperature adaptability is good: can resist high temperature of 60-70 ℃ and still has good flexibility at-25 ℃.
Excellent chemical corrosion resistance and aging resistance: the performance of the product after soaking in acid, alkali and salt medium and heat ageing treatment is maintained over 90%.
