The brushing type rubber asphalt waterproof paint comprises the following components: 50kg of emulsified asphalt, 25kg of neutral carboxylic acid modified neoprene latex, 5kg of natural latex, 13kg of filler, 0.5kg of other additives and 6.3kg of deionized water.
Specifically, the other auxiliary agents comprise 0.2Kg of dispersing agent, 0.1Kg of wetting agent, 0.08Kg of defoaming agent, 0.16Kg of antioxidant, 0.06Kg of pH regulator and 0.1Kg of thickening agent.
The preparation process of the brushing type rubber asphalt waterproof paint refers to example 1, and is not repeated herein.
Conventional anionic emulsified asphalt (a), conventional brushing type rubber asphalt waterproof paint (b), the emulsified asphalt (c) provided by the application and the brushing type rubber asphalt waterproof paint (d) provided by the application are respectively added into clear water, calcium chloride solutions with different contents, sodium chloride solutions, potassium chloride solutions and magnesium chloride solutions, and the test results shown in the following table 3 are obtained.

Example 4
The components of the emulsified asphalt: 45kg of No. 70 petroleum asphalt, 15kg of No. 90 petroleum asphalt, 1.5kg of sodium alkyl alcohol polyoxyethylene (2) sulfate, 0.20kg of sodium hydroxide, 0.5kg of hydroxyethyl fiber and 37.8kg of deionized water.
The process for preparing emulsified asphalt is described in example 1 and will not be described in detail.
The brushing type rubber asphalt waterproof paint comprises the following components: 80kg of emulsified asphalt, 7kg of neutral carboxylic acid modified chloroprene latex, 3kg of acrylate latex, 6.5kg of filler, 0.5kg of other additives and 3.15kg of deionized water.
Specifically, the other auxiliary agents comprise 0.1Kg of dispersing agent, 0.05Kg of wetting agent, 0.04Kg of defoaming agent, 0.08Kg of antioxidant, 0.03Kg of pH regulator and 0.05Kg of thickening agent.

Specifically, the other auxiliary agents comprise 0.1Kg of dispersing agent, 0.05Kg of wetting agent, 0.04Kg of defoaming agent, 0.08Kg of antioxidant, 0.03Kg of pH regulator and 0.05Kg of thickening agent.

Claims (10)

1. The emulsified asphalt is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
60-63% of petroleum asphalt; 0.3 to 2 percent of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate emulsifier; 0.1 to 0.5 percent of pH value regulator; 0.1 to 0.5 percent of stabilizer; deionized water.
2. The emulsified asphalt as set forth in claim 1,
the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate emulsifier comprises one or more of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (2) sodium sulfate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (3) sodium sulfate and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate.
3. The emulsified asphalt as set forth in claim 2,
the pH value regulator comprises sodium hydroxide and/or potassium hydroxide;
the stabilizer comprises an organic stabilizer and an inorganic stabilizer,
the organic stabilizer is cellulose ether, including hydroxymethyl cellulose ether and hydroxyethyl cellulose ether;
the inorganic stabilizer comprises sodium bentonite, calcium bentonite and attapulgite.
4. A method for preparing the emulsified asphalt as defined in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
weighing petroleum asphalt according to the formula ratio, and heating to 130 ℃;
weighing the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sulfate emulsifier, the pH value regulator and the stabilizer in the formula ratio, adding the mixture into deionized water, uniformly stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved, and preheating to 65-70 ℃ to generate an emulsifier solution;
and simultaneously adding the heated petroleum asphalt and the emulsifier solution into an emulsifying machine colloid mill for emulsification, cooling to room temperature, and filtering to obtain the emulsified asphalt.
5. The brushing type rubber asphalt waterproof paint is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
50% -90% of the emulsified asphalt of any one of claims 1-3; 10 to 50 percent of rubber latex with solid content of 50 to 65 percent; 5 to 30 percent of filler; 0.3 to 1.5 percent of other auxiliary agents; deionized water.
6. The painting-type rubber asphalt waterproof paint according to claim 5,
the solid content of the emulsified asphalt is 60-63%.
7. The painting-type rubber asphalt waterproof paint according to claim 6, characterized in that,
the rubber latex comprises any one or more of natural latex, styrene-butadiene latex, neoprene latex and acrylate latex;
the pH value of the rubber latex is 6-8.
8. The painting-type rubber asphalt waterproof paint according to claim 7,
the rubber latex is neutral carboxylic acid modified neoprene latex.
9. The painting-type rubber asphalt waterproof paint according to claim 8,
the filler comprises one or more of calcium carbonate, talcum powder and wollastonite;
the other auxiliary agents comprise a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, an antioxidant, a pH regulator and a thickening agent, wherein the dispersing agent is an ammonium salt dispersing agent, the defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent, and the thickening agent is an acrylic acid thickening agent.
10. A method for preparing the brushing type rubber asphalt waterproof paint according to any one of claims 5 to 9, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
weighing the filler and other additives according to the formula ratio, adding the filler and other additives into deionized water, and dispersing and grinding at a high speed of 1500-2500 r/min to obtain filler slurry;
weighing the emulsified asphalt and the rubber latex with the formula ratio, and uniformly stirring at a low speed of 500 r/min-800 r/min;
and in the stirring process of the emulsified asphalt and the rubber latex, slowly adding the filler slurry into a mixture formed by the emulsified asphalt and the rubber latex, adjusting the viscosity to 3000-7000 centipoise, and filtering to obtain the brushing type rubber asphalt waterproof coating.
