(8) pressurized gas is filled into the outer cylinder in a pulse mode through the one-way air valve; the pressurized gas extrudes the soup liquid downwards to enter the insert cylinder from the annular flow passage and extrudes the sealed opening and closing door which is not locked downwards to fall into the packaging tank body, and meanwhile, the eel head falls into the packaging tank body downwards through the inner net cylinder, the inner reducing part and the insert cylinder under the combined action of gravity and negative pressure formed by fast flushing out of the soup liquid.
In summary, due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the eel head soup can improve the flavor of the eel head soup, can keep relatively complete appearance, can ensure the flavor of the eel head soup by combining medicinal materials and auxiliary materials, and has the effects of warming the interior, regulating qi and nourishing the stomach.
2. According to the invention, the medicinal materials and food materials for nourishing the stomach, tonifying qi and regulating qi are added as auxiliary materials, and the medicinal materials and food materials are all edible medicinal materials and food materials, so that the auxiliary materials not only can supplement the health-care effect of the eel heads, but also can promote the taste of the eel head soup.

The independent multi-module baking and boiling integrated device disclosed by the invention can realize the steaming and boiling of auxiliary materials and the baking of eel heads simultaneously by utilizing the combination of the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, and can effectively utilize energy sources; secondly, the heat contact area can be greatly increased by the internally and externally nested cylindrical design, so that the cooking efficiency and the baking efficiency are further increased; and thirdly, the inside of the device is of a sealing structure when the device is cooked and baked, high-pressure cooking and baking can be realized along with the cooking and baking, and the cooking and the baking are separated, so that the mutual influence cannot be generated.

According to the invention, the insertion state of the insertion cylinder and the posture change of the device which integrally rotates by one hundred eighty degrees are utilized, the physical separation and communication switching between auxiliary material cooking and eel head baking can be realized, so that the first stage of auxiliary material cooking soup and eel head baking and the second stage of soup and eel head common cooking can be realized, the baked eel head not only enables the soup to have more intense fragrance, but also the soup concentration of the baked eel head is increased, the eel head cooking soup has better milky color and luster, and the color, fragrance and taste of the soup are obviously improved; and the whole boiling, toasting and decocting in-process of the device firstly has higher intensity because the eel head after toasting, secondly the whole in-process can not stir the eel head, consequently can not produce adverse effect to the form of eel head, can ensure to have complete eel head form and strong fragrance after the stake is irritated.
8. The one-way air valve provided by the invention is used for filling pressurized gas into the outer cylinder in a pulse mode during filling; pressurized gas downwards extrudes soup from the annular flow channel to enter the insert cylinder and downwards extrudes the seal opening and closing door which is not locked and falls into the packaging tank body, and meanwhile, the eel heads downwards fall into the packaging tank body through the inner net cylinder, the inner reducing part and the insert cylinder under the combined action of gravity and negative pressure formed by quickly flushing out the soup, so that the soup and the eel heads can be quickly and stably filled.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-6:
a production process of eel head thick soup comprises the following raw materials by weight: 300 to 350 parts of eel head, 0.5 to 0.8 part of prepared rehmannia root, 0.5 to 1 part of hawthorn, 0.3 to 0.5 part of corn cob, 0.8 to 1 part of angelica, 0.5 to 1 part of astragalus, 10 to 20 parts of Chinese yam, 0.2 to 0.4 part of tremella, 0.3 to 0.5 part of cortex acanthopanacis, 0.3 to 0.6 part of pepper, 0.3 to 0.6 part of anise, 3 to 6 parts of green Chinese onion, 3 to 4 parts of ginger and 2 to 3 parts of salt; the production process comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: cleaning raw materials: cleaning eel head and other ingredients;
step two: microwave sterilization: carrying out microwave sterilization on the cleaned raw materials;
step three: freezing and crushing: placing eel head separately, freezing and pulverizing the rest raw materials, stirring, and packaging into gauze bag to obtain medicated bag 5;
step four: baking eel head, and steaming and boiling the medicated bag 5;
step five: filtering the decoction, and soaking eel head in the filtrate for decocting again;
step six: and filling the boiled eel head soup.
Further, the eel head in the fourth step is baked until the skin is golden yellow.
Furthermore, the production process adopts a plurality of independent multi-module baking and boiling integrated devices which are arranged in a matrix manner, wherein each independent multi-module baking and boiling integrated device comprises an outer cylinder 1 with an open upper end, an inner cylinder 2 with an open upper end and a space sleeve-mounted in the outer cylinder 1 and a medicine bag filling mechanism 3 arranged at the bottom of the outer cylinder 1; the inner cylinder 2 comprises an outer heat radiation cylinder 21, an electric heating cylinder 22, an inner heat radiation cylinder 23 and an inner net cylinder 24 which are sequentially sleeved from outside to inside; the inner net barrel 24 is used for placing eel heads; the outer heat radiation cylinder 21 and the inner heat radiation cylinder 23 are respectively attached to the electric heating cylinder 22; the inner mesh cylinder 24 and the inner heat radiation cylinder 23 are arranged at a distance; the medicine bag filling mechanism 3 comprises a ring body 31 extending downwards from the center of the bottom of the outer cylinder 1; the lower end of the ring body 31 is open, the upper end of the ring body is communicated with the outer barrel 1, and a blocking net 32 is arranged at the communication position; a U-shaped heat conductor 33 can be hermetically inserted and matched with the ring body 31 from bottom to top; an electric heating plate 34 is arranged at the bottom of the heat conductor 33; a U-shaped heat insulating cover 35 is threadably engaged with the ring 31 and encloses the ring 31 and the heat conductor 33.
Further, the upper end of the outer cylinder 1 is gradually reduced upwards to form an outer diameter reducing part 11, and an inner diameter reducing part 12 is arranged above the inner cylinder 2; the outer reducing part 11 and the inner reducing part 12 jointly enclose an annular flow passage 13 with a gradually reduced diameter; the diameter of the outlet of the annular runner 13 is the same as the inner diameter of the inner mesh cylinder 24; the inner reducing portion 12 is smoothly engaged with the inner cylinder 2.
Further, an insertion tube 4 can be hermetically inserted and matched with the outer diameter-reducing part 11 and the inner diameter-reducing part 12 from top to bottom; the lower end of the inserting cylinder 4 is open, the upper end is provided with a sealing opening and closing door 41, and the side wall is provided with a plurality of liquid discharging ports 42; the liquid discharge port 42 is arranged at the upper part of the insertion tube 4, and in the first insertion state, the side wall of the insertion tube 4 below the liquid discharge port 42 seals and shields the outlet of the annular flow channel 13; in the second insertion state of further downward feeding, the liquid discharge port 42 is in engagement communication with the annular flow passage 13.
Further, the sealing opening and closing door 41 comprises a plurality of sector plates 411 which can be jointly spliced into a circular sealing cover; sealing strips are embedded in two straight edges of the sector plate 411; the arc edge of the sector plate 411 is hinged with the inserting cylinder 4, and a lug 412 protrudes upwards from the sharp-angle end; the projections 412 of each sector plate 411 are arranged in a circle when the sealing opening and closing door 41 is closed; the outer side of the protrusion 412 is a cambered surface and has threads, and the protrusions 412 are together in threaded engagement with a cap 413 to lock and seal the door 41.
Further, a one-way air valve 14 capable of introducing air into the outer cylinder 1 is arranged at the bottom of the outer cylinder 1; and a one-way water valve 15 capable of injecting water into the outer barrel 1 is arranged on the side wall of the upper part of the outer barrel 1.
Further, the processing method of the independent multi-module baking and boiling integrated device adopted in the fourth step to the sixth step is as follows:
(1) the eel head is put into the inner net cylinder 24 from the open end of the upper end of the inner cylinder 2;
(2) placing the medicated bag 5 into the heat conductor 33, and inserting the heat conductor 33 into the ring 31; screwing the heat insulation cover body 35;
(3) quantitative purified water is injected from a one-way water valve 15;
(4) the insertion tube 4 is inserted from top to bottom to a first insertion state, and the opening/closing door 41 is sealed to be in a closed state;
(5) starting the electric heating cylinder 22 and the electric heating plate 34, wherein the electric heating cylinder 22 and the electric heating plate 34 respectively boil the purified water and the medicine bag 5 through the outer heat radiation cylinder 21 and the heat conductor 33, and simultaneously, the electric heating cylinder 22 bakes the eel head through the inner heat radiation cylinder 23;
(6) after the baking and cooking are finished, the independent multi-module baking and cooking integrated device is rotated by one hundred eighty degrees, so that the baked eel head Shang Jinmei is continuously cooked;
(7) after the cooking is finished, the cap body 413 is automatically unscrewed by a robot hand and is quickly separated from the downward projection area of the sealed opening and closing door 41;
(8) pressurized gas is filled into the outer cylinder 1 in a pulse mode through the one-way gas valve 14; the pressurized gas extrudes the soup liquid downwards to enter the insert barrel 4 from the annular flow passage 13 and extrudes downwards the sealing opening-closing door 41 which is not locked and falls into the packaging tank body 6, and meanwhile, the eel head falls into the packaging tank body 6 downwards through the inner mesh barrel 24, the inner reducing part 12 and the insert barrel 4 under the combined action of gravity and the negative pressure formed by the quick flushing of the soup liquid.

1. A production process of eel head thick soup is characterized in that: the feed is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 300 to 350 parts of eel head, 0.5 to 0.8 part of prepared rehmannia root, 0.5 to 1 part of hawthorn, 0.3 to 0.5 part of corn cob, 0.8 to 1 part of angelica, 0.5 to 1 part of astragalus, 10 to 20 parts of Chinese yam, 0.2 to 0.4 part of tremella, 0.3 to 0.5 part of cortex acanthopanacis, 0.3 to 0.6 part of pepper, 0.3 to 0.6 part of anise, 3 to 6 parts of green Chinese onion, 3 to 4 parts of ginger and 2 to 3 parts of salt; the production process comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: cleaning raw materials: cleaning eel heads and other ingredients;
step two: microwave sterilization: carrying out microwave sterilization on the cleaned raw materials;
step three: freezing and crushing: placing eel head separately, freezing and pulverizing the rest raw materials, stirring, and packaging into gauze bag to obtain medicated bag (5);
step four: baking eel head, and steaming and boiling the medicated bag (5);
step five: filtering the decoction, and soaking eel head in the filtrate for decocting again;
step six: and filling the boiled eel head soup.
2. The eel head puree production process of claim 1, wherein: baking the eel heads of the fourth step until the skin is golden yellow.

The eel head puree production process according to claim 1, wherein: the production process adopts a plurality of independent multi-module baking and boiling integrated devices which are arranged in a matrix, wherein each independent multi-module baking and boiling integrated device comprises an outer cylinder (1) with an open upper end, an inner cylinder (2) with an open upper end and a space sleeve-mounted in the outer cylinder (1) and a medicine bag filling mechanism (3) arranged at the bottom of the outer cylinder (1); the inner cylinder (2) comprises an outer heat radiation cylinder (21), an electric heating cylinder (22), an inner heat radiation cylinder (23) and an inner net cylinder (24) which are sleeved in sequence from outside to inside; the inner net barrel (24) is used for placing eel heads; the outer heat radiation cylinder (21) and the inner heat radiation cylinder (23) are respectively attached to the electric heating cylinder (22); the inner net cylinder (24) and the inner heat radiation cylinder (23) are arranged at a distance; the medicine bag filling mechanism (3) comprises a ring body (31) extending downwards from the center of the bottom of the outer cylinder (1); the lower end of the ring body (31) is open, the upper end of the ring body is communicated with the outer cylinder (1), and a blocking net (32) is arranged at the communication position; a U-shaped heat conductor (33) can be hermetically inserted and matched with the ring body (31) from bottom to top; an electric heating plate (34) is arranged at the bottom of the heat conductor (33); a U-shaped heat-insulating cover body (35) can be matched with the ring body (31) in a threaded manner and can sleeve the ring body (31) and the heat conductor (33).

The eel head thick soup production process of claim 5, wherein: the sealing opening and closing door (41) comprises a plurality of sector plates (411) which can be jointly spliced into a circular sealing cover; sealing strips are embedded in two straight edges of the sector plate (411); the arc edge of the sector plate (411) is hinged with the inserting cylinder (4), and a lug (412) protrudes upwards from the sharp-angle end; the convex blocks (412) of each sector plate (411) are circularly arranged when the sealing opening and closing door (41) is closed; the outer side surfaces of the convex blocks (412) are cambered surfaces and are provided with threads, and the convex blocks (412) are matched with a cap body (413) in a threaded mode together to lock and seal the opening and closing door (41).

The eel head puree production process of claim 6, wherein: the bottom of the outer cylinder (1) is provided with a one-way air valve (14) which can intake air into the outer cylinder (1); and a one-way water valve (15) capable of injecting water into the outer barrel (1) is arranged on the side wall of the upper part of the outer barrel (1).
8. The eel head puree production process of claim 7, wherein: the processing method of the independent multi-module baking and boiling integrated device adopted in the fourth step to the sixth step comprises the following steps:
(1) the eel head is put into the inner net barrel (24) from the open end of the upper end of the inner barrel (2);
(2) the medicine bag (5) is put into the heat conductor (33), and the heat conductor (33) is upwards inserted into the ring body (31); screwing on the heat insulation cover body (35);
(3) quantitative purified water is injected from a one-way water valve (15);
(4) the inserting cylinder (4) is inserted from top to bottom to a first inserting state, and the sealing opening and closing door (41) is in a closed state;
