Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及复合板、用于制造所述复合板的方法、所述复合板的用途和投影装置。
背景技术
平视显示器(HUD)当今经常被使用在车辆和飞机中。HUD的作用方式在此情况下通过使用成像单元进行,所述成像单元借助于光学模块和投影面来投影图像,所述图像由驾驶员感知为虚拟图像。如果该图像例如通过作为投影面的交通工具挡风板被反射,则可以为用户表示重要信息,所述信息明显改善交通安全性。
交通工具挡风板通常由两个玻璃板组成,所述玻璃板经由至少一个热塑性薄膜相互层压。在上面描述的HUD的情况下,出现以下问题,即投影仪图像在挡风板(Windschutzscheibe)的两个表面处被反射。由此,驾驶员不仅感知期望的主图像,所述主图像由在挡风板的内部空间侧表面处的反射引起(初次反射)。驾驶员还感知轻微错位的、通常强度较弱的双重像,所述双重像由在挡风板的外侧表面处的反射引起(二次反射)。该问题通常通过以下方式来解决,即彼此以有针对性地选择的角度布置反射表面,使得使主图像和双重像叠加,由此双重像不再以干扰的方式显眼。
HUD投影仪的辐射典型地基本上是s偏振的。这同与p偏振光相比挡风板对于s偏振光的更好的反射特征有关。然而,如果驾驶员佩戴仅透射p偏振光的偏振选择性太阳镜,则所述驾驶员几乎不能或者根本不能感知HUD图像。因此,存在对与偏振选择性太阳镜兼容的HUD投影装置的需求。就此而言该问题的解决方案因此是应用投影装置,所述投影装置使用p偏振光。
DE 102014220189A1公开一种HUD投影装置,所述HUD投影装置以p偏振辐射被运行,以便产生HUD图像。由于入射角度典型地接近布儒斯特角(Brewsterwinkel)并且因此p偏振辐射仅在小的程度上被玻璃表面反射,所以挡风板具有反射结构,所述反射结构可以在驾驶员的方向上反射p偏振辐射。作为反射结构提出具有厚度为5 nm至9 nm、例如由银或铝制成的单独的金属层,所述金属层被施加在内板的背离载客汽车的内部空间的外侧上。
在US 2004/0135742A1中同样公开一种HUD投影装置,所述HUD投影装置以p偏振辐射被运行,以便产生HUD图像,并且具有反射结构,所述反射结构可以在驾驶员的方向上反射p偏振辐射。在WO 96/19347A3中公开的多层聚合物层被提出作为反射结构。在WO2017030654A1中公开了一种具有光学可切换功能元件的组合器平视显示器。光学可切换功能元件与偏振选择性反射层部分重叠。
在设计基于HUD技术的投影装置时,此外必须关心所投影的图像可以由观看者良好地识别。应该在所有天气和照明条件下均保证尤其是安全相关的信息、诸如车道辅助、速度显示或发动机转速的足够的视觉可感知性。因此将会期望的是,拥有基于平视显示器技术的投影装置,其中不出现不期望的双重像,并且在具有所显示的图像信息的足够亮度和对比度的良好可识别性的情况下可以相对简单地完成所述投影装置的布置。此外,能量消耗应该相对低,并且投影装置利用具有偏振玻璃的太阳镜也是可识别的。此外,投影装置应该可以简单且成本低地被制造。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务在于提供一种用于投影装置的改善的复合板。
根据本发明,本发明的任务通过根据权利要求1的投影装置来解决。优选实施方式从从属权利要求中得知。
根据本发明,描述一种复合板,所述复合板尤其是被设置用于投影装置。复合板至少包括:
-外板、内板和布置在外板和内板之间的热塑性中间层,
-布置在外板和内板之间的电致变色功能元件,以及
-部分透光的反射层。
反射层适用于反射光。反射层在从内板到外板的视向上在空间上布置在电致变色功能元件的前面,并且至少在一个区域中与电致变色功能元件重叠。外板和内板分别具有外侧和内侧,并且外板的内侧和内板的外侧彼此朝向。
反射层可以布置在内板的内侧或外侧上。电致变色功能元件可以布置在外板的内侧或内板的外侧上。可替代地,反射层和电致变色功能元件也可以布置在内板的相同外侧或外板的内侧上。反射层可以具有不与电致变色功能元件交叠的区段。在本发明的意义上,“从内板到外板的视向”指的是在从内板的层面到外板的正交方向上的视向。
反射层是部分透光的,这在本发明的意义上优选地意味着,所述反射层具有在可见光谱范围内优选地至少60%、特别优选地至少70%并且在尤其是小于85%的平均透射(根据ISO 9050:2003),并且由此不明显限制通过板的透视。反射层优选地反射射到反射层上的光的至少15%、特别优选地至少20%、完全特别优选地至少30%。反射层被设置用于反射图像显示设备的光。由反射层反射的光优选地是可见光,即在大约380 nm至780 nm的波长范围中的光。反射层优选地相对于p偏振和/或s偏振辐射具有高且均匀的反射比(经由不同的入射角度),使得保证强度大的和颜色中性的图像表示。反射比描述(光的)总入射辐射的被反射的分量。所述反射比以%为单位(关于100%的入射辐射)来说明或作为从0至1的无单位数(归一化到入射辐射)来说明。所述反射比以根据波长绘制的方式构成反射光谱。关于光的反射的说明与利用光源A的反射测量有关,所述光源A在380 nm至780 nm的光谱范围内以100%的归一化辐射强度辐射。例如利用(例如Perkin Elmer公司的)光电光谱仪(Photolichtspektrometer)测量由反射层反射的辐射分量,并且使其与光源A的辐射强度成比例。
“布置在外板和内板之间的电致变色功能元件”在本发明的意义上意味着,电致变色功能元件可以布置在热塑性中间层之内、外板的内侧或内板的外侧上。
例如元件A与元件B完全重叠的描述在本发明的意义上指的是从元件A到元件B的表面层面的标准正交投影完全布置在元件B之内。
反射层局部地或完全地与电致变色功能元件重叠。出于该原因,得出与设定为不透明的电致变色功能元件相比具有高对比度的良好图像表示,使得所述图像表示看起来明亮,并且因此也是极好地可识别的。这以有利的方式使得能够降低图像显示设备的功率并且因此能够实现减少的能量消耗和生热。在需要时,也可以将电致变色功能元件设定为透明的。电致变色功能元件的透明度在同时反射光的情况下能够实现通过复合板的透视,所述光射到反射层上。因此,复合板提供在不透明的电致变色功能元件的情况下对比丰富的图像与在透明的功能元件的情况下类似平视显示器的应用之间的可能性。因此,当复合板作为挡风板被装入交通工具中时,可以在进行对比丰富的图像反射与通过挡风板自由地看向行车道之间进行变换。

在本发明的意义上,序列“热塑性中间层-电致变色功能元件-热塑性中间层”指的是,电致变色功能元件布置在热塑性中间层之内。这同样适用于具有反射层而不是电致变色功能元件的这种布置。列举的层序列可以以特别实用的方式实施并且因此是优选的。

复合板被设置用于将内部空间与外部环境分离。在此,内板的内侧朝向内部空间,并且外板的外侧朝向外部环境。在本发明的意义上,“反射层在从内板到外板的视向上在空间上布置在电致变色功能元件的前面”指的是,反射层比电致变色功能元件在空间上更接近内部空间。因此,在从内部通过复合板透视时,反射层在空间上布置在电致变色功能元件的前面。外板和内板优选地具有两个相对的侧边和上边以及下边。上边被设置用于在装入位置布置在上部区域中,而相对的下边被设置用于在装入位置布置在下部区域中。
电致变色功能元件是具有可切换或可调节的光学特性的元件。通过施加电压可以主动影响光的透射。装入复合板中,用户可以例如从复合板的透明状态切换到非透明状态。透明度和不透明度(遮暗)之间的分级也是可能的。
在本发明的意义上,“透明的”意味着复合板的总透射符合用于挡风板的法律规定(例如,对应于ECE-R43的欧盟准则)并且对于可见光优选地具有超过30%并且尤其是超过60%、例如超过70%的穿透性(ISO 9050:2003)。相应地,“不透明的”意味着小于15%、优选地小于10%、特别优选地小于5%并且尤其是0%的光透射。
在本发明的一种特别优选的设计方案中,电致变色功能元件在从内板到外板的视向上与反射层重合。因此可能的是,在反射光时获得完整的对比丰富的图像。
可替代地,反射层可以完全覆盖电致变色功能元件。因为反射层可以简单地完全地例如被施加在内板的整个外侧上,所以这种结构简化制造方法中的布置。此外可能的是,其他图像显示设备的光也可以在反射层和电致变色功能元件的交叠区域之外被反射,例如用于应用平视显示器。
在本发明的另一特别优选的实施方式中,反射层以至少50%、优选地至少70%并且尤其是至少90%在外板的内侧上延伸。这具有以下优点:复合板的大的区域适用于反射图像。由于外板和内板优选地重合地布置,所以反射层优选地相等份额地同样与内板的外侧和内侧叠合。
电致变色功能元件可以布置在外板和内板的边缘区域中。功能元件优选地仅在边缘区域上延伸,特别优选地在复合板的面的最大30%上延伸。如果功能元件布置在边缘区域中,则优选地布置在复合板的下边或上边附近。电致变色功能元件距外板或内板的边的距离优选地为0.1至30 cm、特别优选地1至15 cm并且尤其是5至10 cm。因为在复合板的许多使用可能性中,透视区域大多数位于复合板的中间区域中,所以将电致变色功能元件布置在边缘区域中特别适合。如果复合板被构造为挡风板,则将电致变色功能元件布置在边缘区域中是特别优选的。在挡风板的情况下的透视区域必须满足透明度的特定预设。切换为遮暗的电致变色功能元件一般不满这些预设。因此,即使在激活电致变色功能元件时并且在电致变色功能元件的区域中的由此引起的降低的透射程度的情况下透视也不受影响。
根据本发明的复合板优选地不是组合器屏幕和/或组合器HUD。
根据本发明的复合板可以具有的合适的电致变色功能元件是本领域技术人员已知的。这些电致变色功能元件可以例如如在US 5321544、US 5404244、US 7372610 B2、US7593154 B2、WO 2012/007334 A1、WO 2017/102900 A1或US 20120026573 A1中所公开的那样来构建。
电致变色功能元件优选地按以下顺序包括:
-第一平面电极,
-工作电极,
-电解质,
-对应电极,和
-第二平面电极。
第一平面电极和第二平面电极被设置用于与电源电连接。所有提到的层优选地彼此牢固地连接。所有提到的层优选地彼此重合地布置。
工作电极和对应电极能够可逆地储存电荷。在此,储存状态(eingelagerten)和调出状态(ausgelagerten Zustand)下工作电极的氧化态在其色彩方面不同,其中这些状态之一是透明的。储存反应(Einlagerungsreaktion)可以通过从外部施加的电位差来控制。电致变色功能元件的通过电位可调整的不透明的颜色优选地被放置在从蓝色至黑色的颜色范围内,尤其是可调整的颜色为黑色。用于在电致变色功能元件的不透明度和透明度之间变换的电位范围优选地处于0 V至7 V并且特别优选地处于0.5 V至5 V。
第一平面电极和第二平面电极优选地是透明的和导电的。所述第一平面电极和第二平面电极优选地包含至少一种金属、金属合金或透明导电氧化物(transparentconducting oxide,TCO)。第一平面电极和第二平面电极特别优选地包含银、金、铜、镍、铬、钨、石墨、钼和/或透明导电氧化物、优选地氧化铟锡(ITO)、掺氟的氧化锡(SnO2:F)、掺锑的氧化锡、掺铝的氧化锌、掺硼的氧化锌或掺镓的氧化锌。
如果第一平面电极和/或第二平面电极基于金属构造,则所述第一平面电极和/或第二平面电极优选地具有分别为1 nm至50 nm、优选地2 nm至30 nm、特别优选地3 nm至15nm的总层厚。如果第一平面电极和/或第二平面电极基于透明导电氧化物,则所述第一平面电极和/或第二平面电极优选地具有20 nm至2μm、特别优选地50 nm至1μm、完全特别优选地100 nm至600 nm并且尤其是300 nm至500 nm的总厚度。从而实现工作电极和对应电极的有利的电接触以及层的良好水平导电性。
如果某物“基于”一种材料构造,那么该物多数由这种材料组成,尤其是除了可能的杂质或掺杂物之外基本上由这种材料组成。
第一平面电极和第二平面电极的层电阻总计地优选地为0.01欧姆/平方至100欧姆/平方、特别优选地欧姆/平方至20欧姆/平方、完全特别优选地0.5欧姆/平方至5欧姆/平方。在该范围中,确保在电致变色功能元件的电极之间的足够大的电流,所述电流能够实现工作电极和对应电极的最佳作用方式。
工作电极可以基于无机或有机材料构造。工作电极优选地基于氧化钨,但也可以基于氧化钼、氧化钛或氧化铌以及其混合物构造。工作电极也可以基于聚吡咯、PEDOT(聚-3、4-乙烯二氧噻吩)和聚苯胺以及其混合物构造。对应电极可以例如基于氧化钛、氧化铈、六氰铁(II/III)酸铁(III)(Fe4[Fe(CN)6]3)和氧化镍以及其混合物构造。电解质是能传导离子的并且可以基于水合氧化钽层和水合氧化锑层构造。可替代地,电解质也可以基于含有锂离子的聚合物构造或基于氧化钽(V)和/或氧化锆(IV)构造。
在一种替代实施方式中,电致变色功能元件不包含电解质,其中工作电极本身作为电解质起作用。从而,例如氧化钨根据氧化态可以承担电解质的功能。例如,在US 2014/0022621 A1中公开了这种实施方式。特别是应该参照US 2014/0022621 A1的图4F。
在本发明的一种完全优选的实施方式中,电致变色功能元件此外包括第一薄膜和第二薄膜。在此情况下,第一平面电极以背离工作电极的面布置在第一薄膜上,并且第二平面电极以背离对应电极的面布置在第二薄膜上。第一薄膜和/或第二薄膜优选地是透明的。第一薄膜和/或第二薄膜优选地基于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯构造。对于该实施方式,电致变色功能元件的总层厚优选地为0.2 mm至0.5 mm。
外板和内板优选地包含或由玻璃、特别优选地平板玻璃、浮法玻璃、石英玻璃、硼硅玻璃、钠钙玻璃、铝硅玻璃或者清澈塑料、优选地刚性清澈塑料、尤其是聚乙烯,聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚苯乙烯、聚酰胺、聚酯、聚氯乙烯和/或其混合物组成。
外板和内板可以具有本身已知的其他合适的覆层,例如抗反射覆层、防粘附覆层、抗划痕覆层、光催化覆层或遮阳覆层或低辐射覆层。
各个板(外板和内板)的厚度可以宽泛地变化,并且可以被适配于个别情况的要求。优选地使用具有0.5 mm至5 mm并且优选地1.0 mm至2.5 mm的标准厚度的板。板的大小可以宽泛地变化并且取决于用途。
复合板可以具有任意三维形状。外板和内板优选地不具有阴影区,使得所述外板和内板例如可以通过阴极溅射被涂覆。外板和内板优选地是平坦的或者在空间的一个方向或多个方向上轻微或强烈弯曲的。
热塑性中间层包含或由至少一种热塑性塑料、优选地聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)和/或聚氨酯(PU)或其共聚物或衍生物组成,必要时以与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)组合的方式。但是,热塑性中间层也可以例如包含聚丙烯(PP)、聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯(PE)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氯乙烯、聚乙酸酯树脂、浇注树脂、丙烯酸酯、氟化乙烯-丙烯、聚氟乙烯和/或乙烯-四氟乙烯或其共聚物或混合物。
热塑性中间层优选地被构造为至少一个热塑性复合薄膜,并且包含或由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、特别优选地聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)和本领域技术人员已知的添加剂、诸如增塑剂组成。热塑性中间层优选地包含至少一种增塑剂。
增塑剂是使塑料更柔软、更柔韧、更易延展和/或更有弹性的化合物。所述增塑剂使塑料的热弹性范围朝向更低的温度偏移,使得塑料在工作温度的范围内具有期望的更有弹性的特性。优选的增塑剂是羧酸酯、尤其是难挥发性羧酸酯、脂肪、油、软树脂和樟脑。其他增塑剂优选地是三甘醇或四甘醇的脂肪族二酯。特别优选地使用3G7、3G8或4G7作为增塑剂,其中第一数字表示乙二醇单元的数量并且最后的数字表示化合物的羧酸部分中的碳原子的数量。因此,3G8代表三甘醇-双-(2-乙基己酸酯),即代表公式C4H9CH (CH2CH3) CO(OCH2CH2)3O2CCH (CH2CH3) C4H9的化合物。
基于PVB的热塑性中间层优选地包含至少3重量%(Gew.%)、优选地至少5重量%、特别优选地至少20重量%、更加优选地至少30重量%并且尤其是至少35重量%的增塑剂。增塑剂例如包含或由三甘醇-双-(2-乙基己酸酯)组成。
热塑性中间层可以通过单独的复合薄膜构造或也可以通过多于一个的复合薄膜构造。热塑性中间层可以通过一个或多个相叠地布置的热塑性复合薄膜构造,其中热塑性中间层的厚度优选地为0.25 mm至1 mm、典型地为0.38 mm或0.76 mm。
热塑性中间层也可以是功能性热塑性中间层,尤其是具有声阻尼特性的中间层、反射红外辐射的中间层、吸收红外辐射的中间层和/或吸收UV(紫外)辐射的中间层。因此,热塑性中间层例如也可以是遮住可见光的窄频带的带通滤光薄膜。
电致变色功能元件优选地布置在热塑性中间层之内。这种布置具有以下优点:更好地保护电致变色功能元件免受外部影响。尤其是,如果热塑性中间层具有吸收UV辐射的特性,则这是特别有利的。
可替代地,电致变色功能元件也可以作为覆层施加在外板的内侧或内板的外侧上。如果应该最大限度地避免可能由复合板的不同区域中的厚度差异导致的可能玻璃损坏,则该变型方案特别好地适用。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,图像显示设备的光至少80%并且优选地至少90%是p偏振的。反射层优选地反射p偏振光的15%或更多、优选地20%或更多、完全特别地30%或更多。如果光必须穿过玻璃透射,则在投影装置的情况下,p偏振光导致较少的双像。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,图像显示设备的光至少80%并且优选地至少90%是s偏振的。反射层优选地反射s偏振光的15%或更多、优选地20%或更多、完全特别地30%。
从图像显示设备出发的光优选地是可见光,即在大约380 nm到780 nm的波长范围中的光。
偏振方向的说明在此涉及辐射在复合板上的入射层面。用p偏振辐射表示其电场在入射层面内振荡的辐射。用s偏振辐射表示其电场垂直于入射层面振荡的辐射。入射层面由复合板在被照射区域的几何中心的表面法线和入射矢量撑起。
换言之,偏振、即尤其是p和s偏振辐射的分量在由图像显示设备照射的区域的点处被确定,优选地在被照射区域的几何中心被确定。由于复合板可能是弯曲的(例如当所述复合板被构造为挡风板时),这对图像显示设备辐射的入射层面产生影响,所以在其余区域中可能出现与此轻微不同的偏振分量,这出于物理原因是不可避免的。
反射层优选地包含选自以下组中的至少一种金属,所述组包括铝、锡、钛、锆、铪、钒、铌、钽、铬、锰、铁、钴、铑、铱、镍、钯、铂、铜、银、金或其混合合金。反射层特别优选地包含铝或镍铬合金。尤其是,反射层由铝或镍铬合金组成。铝和镍铬合金相对于可见光具有特别高的反射。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,反射层是包含薄层堆叠、即薄单层的层序列的覆层。该薄层堆叠包含一个或多个基于银的导电层。基于银的导电层赋予反射覆层基本反射特性以及此外反射IR的作用和导电性。导电层基于银构造。导电层包含优选地至少90重量%的银、特别优选地至少99重量%的银、完全特别优选地至少99.9重量%的银。银层可以具有掺杂物,例如钯、金、铜或铝。基于银的材料特别适用于反射光、特别优选地p偏振光。在反射层中使用银在反射光时已证明是特别有利的。覆层具有5μm至50μm并且优选地8μm至25μm的厚度。
反射层也可以被构造为反射光、优选地p偏振光的经涂覆的或未经涂覆的反射薄膜。反射层可以是具有反射覆层的载体薄膜或未经涂覆的反射聚合物薄膜。反射覆层优选地包括至少一个基于金属的层和/或具有交替折射率的介电层序列。基于金属的层优选地包含银和/或铝或由其组成。介电层可以例如基于氮化硅、氧化锌、氧化锡锌、硅金属混合氮化物、例如氮化硅锆、氧化锆、氧化铌、氧化铪、氧化钽、氧化钨或碳化硅构造。所提到的氧化物和氮化物可以化学计量地、亚化学计量地或过化学计量地沉积。所述氧化物和氮化物可以具有掺杂物,例如铝、锆、钛或硼。未经涂覆的反射聚合物薄膜优选地包括介电聚合物层或由其组成。介电聚合物层优选地包含PET。如果反射层被构造为反射薄膜,则所述反射层为优选地30μm至300μm、特别优选地50μm至200μm并且尤其是100μm至150μm厚。
如果反射层被构造为覆层,则所述反射层优选地通过物理气相沉积(PVD)、特别优选地通过阴极溅射(“溅射”)并且完全特别优选地通过磁场辅助阴极溅射(“磁控溅射”)被施加到内板、电致变色功能元件或外板上。但是原则上,覆层也可以例如借助于化学气相沉积(CVD)、等离子体增强气相沉积(PECVD)、通过汽化渗镀或通过原子层沉积(atomic layerdeposition,ALD)被施加。覆层优选地在层压之前被施加到板上。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,反射层布置在内板的外侧上,并且附加地其他反射层布置在内板的内侧上。反射层和其他反射层在从内板到外板的视向上重合地布置。与所述反射层无关地,其他反射层可以由与反射层可以有的相同的材料构成并且具有相同的结构。通过对内板的外侧和内侧进行涂覆,可以改善光的总反射。
如果所述反射层是经涂覆的反射薄膜,则同样可以应用涂覆方法(蒸发涂覆或溅射方法)CVD或PVD来制造。
按照根据本发明的复合板的另一优选设计方案,反射层被构造为经涂覆的反射载体薄膜或未经涂覆的聚合物薄膜,并且布置在热塑性中间层之内。这种布置的优点是:反射层不必借助于薄层技术(例如CVD和PVD)被施加到外板、电致变色功能元件或内板上。由此得出使用具有其他有利功能、例如在反射层处更均质地反射光的反射层。此外,因为反射层不必在层压之前通过附加的方法被布置在外板或内板上,所以可以简化复合板的制造。
在本发明的一种特别优选的实施方式中,反射层是无金属的并且反射优选地具有p偏振的可见光束的反射薄膜。反射层是在协同地相互起作用的棱镜和反射偏振器的基础上起作用的薄膜。用于使用反射层的这种薄膜是可商业购得的,例如从3M公司可商业购得。
在本发明的另一优选实施方式中,反射层是全息光学元件(HOE)。表述HOE指的是基于全息术的作用原理的元件。HOE通过在全息图中大多数作为折射率的变化存储的信息改变光路中的光。所述HOE的功能基于不同的平的或球形的光波的叠加,所述光波的干涉图案引起期望的光学效应。在运输领域中例如已经在平视显示器中采用HOE。与简单地进行反射的层相比在使用HOE情况下的优点从在眼睛位置和投影仪位置的布置以及例如投影仪和进行反射的层的相应倾斜角度方面更大的几何设计自由度中得出。此外,在这种变型方案的情况下,特别强烈地减少或者甚至防止双像。HOE适用于以不同的像距表示真实图像而或者也表示虚拟图像。此外,反射的几何角度可以利用HOE被调整,使得例如当应用在交通工具中时可以从期望的视角非常好地表示为驾驶员传送的信息。
与光在板处的单纯反射相比,可以以有利的方式通过反射层改善反射光的特性。所反射的p偏振光的分量优选地高,其中在光的情况下反射率例如为大约30%。
根据本发明的复合板附加地可以包括尤其是由深色、优选地黑色的搪瓷制成的第一遮蔽条。第一遮蔽条尤其是外围的、即框架状遮盖印刷物。外围的第一遮蔽条首先用作用于复合板的装配粘合剂的UV保护装置。第一遮蔽条可以被构造为不透明的以及整面的。第一遮蔽条也可以至少逐区段地被构造为半透光的,例如被构造为点栅格、条纹栅格或方格栅格。可替代地,第一遮蔽条也可以具有例如从不透明遮盖到半透明遮盖的梯度。
第一遮蔽条优选地尤其是以丝网印刷方法被压印到外板上。在此,印刷墨穿过细眼织物被印刷到玻璃板上。在此,例如利用橡胶刮板将印刷墨压过织物。除了对于印刷墨不可穿透的区域之外,该织物具有对于印刷墨可穿透的区域,由此规定印刷物的几何形状。因此,织物作为印刷物的模板起作用。印刷墨包含悬浮在液相(溶剂)、例如水或如醇之类的有机溶剂中的至少一种颜料和玻璃料。颜料典型地是黑色颜料、例如颜料炭黑(Carbon Black(碳黑))、苯胺黑、骨黑、氧化铁黑、尖晶石黑和/或石墨。
在压印印刷墨之后,对玻璃板进行热处理,其中液相通过蒸发被排出,并且玻璃料被熔化并且持久地与玻璃表面连接。热处理典型地在450°C至700°C范围中的温度下被执行。颜料保留在由熔化的玻璃料构成的玻璃基质中作为遮蔽条。
可替代地,第一遮蔽条是不透明的,即染色的或着色的、优选地黑色着色的热塑性复合薄膜,所述热塑性复合薄膜优选地基于聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、优选地PVB构造。在此,复合薄膜的染色或着色可自由地选择,但是优选地是黑色的。染色的或着色的复合薄膜优选地布置在外板和内板之间,并且特别优选地布置在外板的内侧上。染色或着色的热塑性复合薄膜优选地具有0.25 mm至1 mm的厚度。
除了该遮蔽条之外,还可以存在其他遮蔽条,所述其他遮蔽条与第一遮蔽条的设计方案无关地可以由与第一遮蔽条相同的材料和相同的结构构建。
在一种优选的实施例中,第一遮蔽条布置在外板的内侧上,并且附加地至少一个其他遮蔽条布置在内板的外侧上和/或内板的内侧上。其他遮蔽条用于外板以及内板的附着改善,并且优选地被掺有陶瓷微粒,所述陶瓷微粒给予遮蔽条粗糙的和粘附的表面,这在内板的内侧上例如支持将复合板粘合到交通工具车身中。在内板的外侧上,这支持层压复合板的两个单板。出于美学原因,也可以设置施加在内板的内侧上的其他遮蔽条,例如以便掩盖反射层的边或成形向透明区域的过渡的边。第一遮蔽条和其他掩蔽条优选地具有5μm至50μm、特别优选地8μm至25μm的厚度。
在本发明的一种特别优选的实施方式中,高折射覆层布置在内板的整个内侧上或内侧的区域上。高折射覆层因此优选地以与内板的内侧处于直接空间接触的方式施加。可替代地可能的是,在高折射覆层和内板之间布置一个或多个层(例如其他反射层)。高折射覆层至少布置在内板的内侧上的区域中,其(welche)在通过复合板的透视中与反射层完全重叠。因此,反射层与高折射覆层相比在空间上更靠近外板的外侧、但在空间上更远离内板的内侧布置。这意味着从图像显示设备投影到反射层上的、具有p偏振光的优选地多数分量的光在它射到反射层上之前穿过高折射覆层伸展。
在本发明的另一优选实施方式中,所述高折射覆层至少布置在内板的内侧的区域或其他反射层上,所述区域完全与所述反射层叠合。
高折射覆层具有至少1.7、特别优选地至少1.9、完全特别优选地至少2.0的折射率。折射率的提高引起高折射效应。高折射覆层引起光并且尤其是p偏振光在内板的内部空间侧表面处的反射减弱,使得反射覆层的期望的反射以对比更强的方式出现。
根据发明人的阐述,该效应基于由于高折射覆层而引起的内部空间侧表面的折射率增高。由此,增加界面处的布儒斯特角,因为该布儒斯特角众所周知地被确定为 ,其中n1是空气的折射率并且n2是辐射射到的材料的折射率。具有高折射率的高折射覆层导致玻璃表面的有效折射率提高,并且因此导致与未经涂覆的玻璃表面相比,布儒斯特角向更大的值偏移。由此,在基于HUD技术的投影装置的常见几何关系的情况下,入射角度与布儒斯特角之间的差变小,使得p偏振光在内板的内侧处的反射被抑制并且由此产生的重影被减弱。
高折射覆层优选地由单独的层构造并且在该层之下或之上不具有其他层。单独的层就足以获得良好的效应,并且在技术上比施加层堆叠更简单。但是原则上,高折射覆层也可以包括多个单层,这在个别情况下可能是期望的,用于优化特定的参数。
在本发明的范围中,优选地关于550 nm的波长说明折射率。用于确定折射率的方法是本领域技术人员已知的。在本发明的范围内说明的折射率可以例如借助于椭圆光度法来确定,其中可以使用商业上可购得的椭圆计(例如Sentech公司的测量设备)。只要无另外说明,层厚或厚度的说明与层的几何厚度有关。
用于高折射覆层的合适的材料是氮化硅(Si3N4)、硅金属混合氮化物(例如硅锆氮化物(SiZrN)、硅铝混合氮化物、硅铪混合氮化物或硅钛混合氮化物)、氮化铝、氧化锡、氧化锰、氧化钨、氧化铌、氧化铋、氧化钛、锡锌混合氧化物和氧化锆。此外,也可以使用过渡金属氧化物(例如氧化钪、氧化钇、氧化钽)或镧系元素氧化物(例如氧化镧或氧化铈)。高折射覆层优选地包含这些材料中的一种或多种材料或基于所述这些材料中的一种或多种材料构造。
高折射覆层可以通过物理或化学气相沉积、即PVD或CVD涂覆(PVD:物理气相沉积(physical vapour deposition),CVD:化学气相沉积(chemical vapour deposition))被施加。优选地构造覆层所基于的合适的材料尤其是氮化硅、硅金属混合氮化物(例如硅锆氮化物、硅铝混合氮化物、硅铪混合氮化物或硅钛混合氮化物)、氮化铝、氧化锡、氧化锰、氧化钨、氧化铌、氧化铋、氧化钛、氧化锆、氮化锆或锡锌混合氧化物。高折射覆层优选地是通过阴极溅射施加的(“溅射的”)覆层,尤其是通过磁场辅助阴极溅射施加的(“磁控溅射的”)覆层。
可替代地,高折射覆层是溶胶凝胶覆层。在溶胶凝胶方法的情况下,首先提供并且熟化溶胶,所述溶胶包含覆层的前体。熟化(Reifung)可以包含前体的水解和/或前体之间的(部分)反应。前体通常存在于溶剂、优选地水、醇(尤其是乙醇)或水醇混合物中。在此,溶胶优选地在溶剂中包含氧化硅前体。前体优选地是硅烷、尤其是四乙氧基硅烷或甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTEOS)。但是可替代地,作为前体也可以使用硅酸盐,尤其是硅酸钠、硅酸锂或硅酸钾,例如硅酸四甲酯、原硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)、正硅酸四异丙酯或一般形式为的有机硅烷。在此,R1优选地是烷基,R2是烷基、环氧基、丙烯酸酯基、甲基丙烯酸酯基、胺基、苯基或乙烯基,并且n是0至2的整数。也可以使用卤化硅或硅醇盐。氧化硅前体导致由氧化硅组成的溶胶凝胶覆层。为了将覆层的折射率提高到该值,向溶胶添加提高折射率的添加物,优选地氧化钛和/或氧化锆或其前体。在完成的覆层中,提高折射率的添加物存在于氧化硅基质中。氧化硅与提高折射率的添加物的摩尔比可以根据期望的折射率自由地被选择,并且例如为大约1:1。
如果反射层或其他反射层布置在内板的内侧上,则高折射覆层也可以施加在反射层或其他反射层上。尤其是如果反射层布置在内板的外侧上,并且其他反射层布置在内板的内侧上,则这种布置适合。通过高折射覆层改善光在反射层和其他反射层处的总反射。
本发明此外涉及投影装置,所述投影装置包括根据本发明的复合板和分配给反射层的图像显示设备。图像显示设备包括对准反射层的图像显示器,所述图像显示器的图像由反射层反射,并且所述图像(diese)随后优选地通过内板的内侧离开根据本发明的复合板,其中至少由图像显示设备照射反射层的与电致变色功能元件重叠的区域。如果多个反射层在其延伸上相互错位地布置,则可以设置相应数量的图像显示设备。
按照根据本发明的投影装置的一种优选设计方案,也可以被称为显示器的图像显示器可以被构造为液晶(LCD)显示器、薄膜晶体管(TFT)显示器、发光二极管(LED)显示器、有机发光二极管(OLED)显示器、电致发光(EL)显示器、microLED显示器、基于光场技术的显示器等,优选地被构造为LCD显示器。由于p偏振光的高反射,不需要如大多数在平视显示器应用情况下使用的耗能的投影仪。所提到的显示器变型方案和其他类似的节能的图像显示设备就足够了。这导致,可以减少能量消耗和热辐射。
本发明此外涉及一种用于制造根据本发明的复合板的方法。该方法包括按所说明的顺序的以下方法步骤:
(a)将外板、热塑性中间层、电致变色功能元件、反射层和内板布置成层堆叠。
在此情况下,热塑性中间层和电致变色功能元件被布置在外板和内板之间。
反射层在从内板到外板的视向上在空间上布置在电致变色功能元件的前面,并且至少在一个区域中与电致变色功能元件重叠。
(b)将层堆叠层压成复合板。
在热、真空和/或压力的作用下对层堆叠进行层压,其中各个层通过至少一个热塑性中间层被彼此连接(层压)。可以使用用于制造复合板的本身已知的方法。例如,可以在约10巴至15巴的提高的压力和130°C至145°C的温度下在约2个小时内执行所谓的压蒸方法。本身已知的真空袋或真空环方法例如在约200毫巴和130°C至145°C下工作。外板、内板和热塑性中间层也可以在压延机中在至少一个轧辊对之间被压制成复合板。这种类型的设备用于制造复合板是已知的,并且通常在压制机之前拥有至少一个加热隧道。在压制过程期间的温度例如为40°C至150°C。压延机方法和压蒸方法的组合在实践中已证明特别合适。可替代地,可以使用真空层压机。这些真空层压机由一个或多个可加热和可抽真空的室组成,在所述室中外板和内板可以在0.01毫巴至800毫巴的减小的压力和80°C至170°C的温度下在例如约60分钟之内被层压。
此外,本发明涉及根据本发明的复合板在用于陆上、空中或水上交通的运输工具中、尤其是在机动车中的用途,其中该复合板例如可以被用作挡风板、后窗板、侧窗板和/或玻璃顶,优选地被用作挡风板。使用复合板作为交通工具挡风板是优选的。根据本发明的复合板也可以被用作功能性和/或装饰性单件以及被用作家具、设备和建筑物中的内装部件。
本发明的各种设计方案可以单独地或以任意的组合方式实现。尤其是,上面提到的和下面要阐明的特征不仅可以以所说明的组合方式被使用,而且可以以其他组合方式或以单独的方式被使用,而不脱离本发明的范围。

具体实施方式
图1以大大简化的示意图示出交通工具中的复合板1的一种实施方式的俯视图。图1a示出在根据本发明的投影装置100中来自图1的实施例的横截面视图。图1a的横截面视图对应于如在图1中表明的复合板1的切割线A-A'。
复合板1包括外板2和内板3连同布置在外板和内板2、3之间的热塑性中间层4。复合板1例如装入到交通工具中,并且将交通工具内部空间13与外部环境14分离。例如,复合板1是机动车的挡风板。
外板2和内板3分别由玻璃、优选地热预加应力的钠钙玻璃组成,并且对于可见光是透明的。热塑性中间层4由热塑性塑料、优选地聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)和/或聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)组成。
外板2的外侧I背离热塑性中间层4,并且同时是复合板1的外表面。外板2的内侧II以及内板3的外侧III分别朝向中间层4。内板3的内侧IV背离热塑性中间层4并且同时是复合板1的内侧。不言而喻,复合板1可以具有每种任意合适的几何形状和/或曲率。作为复合板1,所述复合板典型地具有凸状拱形。复合板1此外具有在装入位置位于上方的上边和在装入位置位于下方的下边以及位于左侧和右侧的两个侧边。
在复合板1的边缘区域12中,框架形环绕的第一遮蔽条6位于外板2的内侧II上。第一遮蔽条6是不透明的,并且防止看见布置在复合板1的内侧的结构、例如用于将复合板1粘合到交通工具车身中的粘合珠(Kleberaupe)。第一遮蔽条6优选地为黑色的。第一遮蔽条6由通常对于遮蔽条使用的非导电材料、例如染色为黑色的丝网印刷墨组成,所述丝网印刷墨被煅烧。
此外,如图1a中所示的,复合板1在边缘区域12中在内板3的内侧IV上具有第二遮蔽条7。第二遮蔽条7被构造为框架形环绕的。如第一遮蔽条6那样,第二遮蔽条7由通常对于遮蔽条使用的非导电材料、例如染色为黑色的丝网印刷墨组成,所述丝网印刷墨被煅烧。
电致变色功能元件5局部地布置在外板2的内侧II上。电致变色功能元件5布置在由第一和第二遮蔽条6、7构造的框架之内。电致变色功能元件5因此局部地布置在位于所构造的框架内的外板2的内侧II上。电致变色功能元件5不与第一和第二遮蔽条6、7重叠,然而所述电致变色功能元件在下部(发动机侧)区段12'中(与复合板1的上边相比更靠近下边)与第一遮蔽条6毗邻。电致变色功能元件5局部地在下部区段中也与第一遮蔽条6的区段毗邻。遮蔽条沿着复合板1的左和右侧边伸展。
反射层10重合地布置在电致变色功能元件5的朝向热塑性中间层4的面上。这意味着,反射层10不具有不与电致变色功能元件5交叠的区段。反射层10例如借助于PVD方法被汽化渗镀。可替代地,反射层10也可以仅局部地施加在电致变色功能元件5上。在通过复合板1的透视中,电致变色功能元件5和反射层10不与第一和第二遮蔽条6、7重叠。
反射层10例如是金属覆层,所述金属覆层包含至少一个薄层堆叠,所述薄层堆叠具有至少一个银层和介电层,具有例如为25μm的总层厚。反射层是部分透光的,并且可见光例如70%通过反射层透射。电致变色功能元件5例如包括由氧化钨制成的工作电极,所述工作电极与第一平面电极和能传导离子的电解质处于空间接触。此外,电致变色功能元件5包含对应电极,所述对应电极例如基于氧化镍构建,并且所述对应电极与能传导离子的电解质并且与第二平面电极接触。工作电极和对应电极可以可逆地储存阳离子。平面电极与电源连接(在这里未示出)。平面电极例如是导电材料的薄层,所述薄层包含氧化铟锡。能传导离子的电解质例如基于水合氧化钽层和水合氧化锑层来构建。电致变色功能元件5的所有层的总厚度例如为1μm。如果对电致变色功能元件5施加电压,则发生电化学氧化还原反应,其中工作电极和对应电极的氧化态发生变化。此外,阳离子被储存在工作电极中,由此电致变色功能元件5的色彩发生变化。通过该应用,电致变色功能元件5可以在不同等级的不透光性与透明度之间变换。电致变色功能元件5因此也可以是不透明的或透明的。
反射层10和电致变色功能元件5在图1和1a中仅布置在复合板1的边缘区域12的下部(发动机侧)区段12'中。但是,也将会可能的是,将具有反射层10的电致变色功能元件5布置在边缘区域12的上部(车顶侧)区段12''中或侧向区段中。此外,可以设置多个具有反射层10的电致变色功能元件5,所述电致变色功能元件例如布置在边缘区域12的下部(发动机侧)区段12'中和上部(车顶侧)区段12''中。例如,所述电致变色功能元件可以被布置为使得产生(部分)环绕的图像。
投影装置100此外具有布置在仪表板8中的作为成像器的图像显示设备9。图像显示设备9用于产生光11(图像信息),所述光被对准反射层10并且例如25%通过反射层10作为反射光11'被反射到交通工具内部空间13中。在那里所述光11'可以被观看者、例如驾驶员看到。反射层10适当地被构造用于反射图像显示设备9的光11、即图像显示设备9的图像。图像显示设备9的光11优选地以50°至80°、尤其是60°至70°的入射角射到复合板1上,典型地以大约65°,如在HUD投影装置情况下是常见的那样。例如也将会可能的是,如果反射层10为此以适当的方式定位,则将图像显示设备9布置在机动车的A柱中或车顶处(分别在交通工具内部空间侧)。如果设置多个反射层10,则可以给每个反射层10分配单独的图像显示设备9,即可以布置多个图像显示设备9。图像显示设备9例如是显示器,诸如LCD显示器、OLED显示器、EL显示器、μLED显示器。例如也将会可能的是,复合板1是天窗板、侧窗板或后窗板。
因此,图1和1a中所示的根据本发明的实施例使得能够在反射层10处的对比丰富的图像反射与对于交通工具的乘员在电致变色功能元件5的区域中通过复合板1透视的可能性之间变换。通过电致变色功能元件5能够实现该优点,所述电致变色功能元件可以在不同分级的不透光性和透明度之间变换。
图2中所示的变型方案基本上对应于来自图1和1a的变型方案,使得在这里仅探讨不同之处并且在其他方面参照关于图1和1a的描述。
与图1和1a中所示的不同,在通过复合板1的透视中,反射层10与外板2的整个内侧II交叠。因此,在通过复合板1的透视中,反射层10完全覆盖第一遮蔽条6和电致变色功能元件5。换句话说:从第一遮蔽条6和电致变色功能元件5到反射层10的表面层面的正交投影完全布置在反射层10之内。反射层10例如被构造为无金属的反射薄膜。反射层10布置在热塑性中间层4、即两个热塑性中间层4'、4''内。然而,同样可能的是,将整个反射层10作为覆层施加在内板3的内侧IV或内板3的外侧III上(在图2中未示出)。由于反射层10在外板2的整个内侧II上延伸,因此不仅仅可以使用与第一电致变色功能元件5交叠的区域来反射图像。可能的是,使用其他图像显示设备,所述其他图像显示设备例如照射反射层10的不与电致变色功能元件5重叠、即位于复合板1的透视区域中的区域。由此可以使用平视显示器的功能。与图1和图1a中所示的不同,电致变色功能元件5以一区段局部地在下部边缘区域12'中布置在第一遮蔽条6上,电致变色功能元件5的第二区段局部地布置在外板2的内侧II上。
现在参考图3至8,其中示出复合板1的各种设计方案的放大横截面视图。图3至8的横截面视图对应于复合板1的边缘区域12的下部区段12'中的切割线A-A',如在图1a中所表明的。
在图3中所示的复合板1的变型方案中,电致变色功能元件5位于外板2的内侧II上。反射层10直接施加在电致变色功能元件5上。热塑性中间层4布置在反射层10和内板3的外侧III之间。图像显示设备9的光11由反射层10作为反射光11'被反射到交通工具内部空间13中。光11、11'可以具有s偏振和/或p偏振。由于光11在复合板1上的入射角接近布儒斯特角,所以几乎不妨碍光11的p偏振分量穿过内板3透射。这种变型方案具有以下优点,入射的p偏振光11的相对大的分量被反射,并且随后由于入射角等于出射角的事实(在图3至8中由α示出),所以最大限度地不受内板3阻碍地被透射到交通工具内部空间13中。此外,该图像在(不透明的)第一遮蔽层5的背景下变得以高对比度可良好识别。
图4至7中所示的变型方案基本上对应于来自图1、1a和图3的变型方案,使得在这里仅探讨不同之处并且在其他方面参照关于图1、1a和3的描述。
与图3中所示的不同,在图4中反射层10不施加在电致变色功能元件5上,而是施加在内板3的内侧IV上。该变型方案具有以下优点,即不妨碍入射光11穿过内板3透射。此外,因为发生通过在内板3处的反射引起的较少双像,所以优选地也适合于具有高s偏振分量的光11。
与图3中所示的不同,在图5中反射层10不施加在电致变色功能元件5上,而是施加在内板3的外侧III上。如果电致变色功能元件5不能被涂覆反射层10或者首先电致变色功能元件5并且其次反射层10的两阶段布置不适合,则该变型方案特尤其是适合。
图6中所示的复合板1的变型方案与图3的变型方案的不同之处在于,反射层10被构造为部分透光的反射薄膜,所述反射薄膜将射到反射层10上的光11的25%反射到交通工具内部空间13中。该变型方案表示对图3、4和5中所示的反射层10的通用替代方案,所述反射层10例如通过PVD技术被汽化渗镀。
作为与图3的变型方案的进一步差别,在图6中反射层10在两个热塑性中间层4'、4''(例如PVB薄膜)之间被层压到复合板1中。为了补偿由反射层10引起的相对于复合板1的其余部分的高度差异(厚度突变),如果热塑性中间层4'、4''具有比不设置反射层10的区域之外相应更小的厚度,则是有利的。针对反射层10不布置在复合板1的整个面积延伸上的情况。由此可以在外板2和内板3之间获得均匀的距离(即恒定的总厚度),使得可靠且安全地避免在层压时的可能玻璃破裂。在使用例如PVB薄膜时,这些PVB薄膜在反射层10的区域中具有比不设置反射层10的那里更小的厚度。此外,图像在可以在透明度和不透光性之间切换的电致变色功能元件5的背景下在需要时以高对比度可良好识别。反射层10在复合板1内部中被良好地保护免受外部影响。
图7中所示的复合板1的变型方案与图3的变型方案的不同之处在于,高折射覆层15布置在内板3的内侧IV上。高折射覆层15例如借助于溶胶凝胶方法施加并且由氧化钛覆层组成。此外,反射层10不施加在电致变色功能元件5上,而是施加在内板3的外侧III上。作为与图3的变型方案的进一步差别,在图7中电致变色功能元件5在两个热塑性中间层4'、4''(例如PVB薄膜)之间被层压到复合板1中。在本实施例中,电致变色功能元件5按以下顺序包括:第一PET薄膜、第一平面电极、工作电极、电解质、对应电极、第二平面电极和第二PET薄膜。平面电极与电源连接(在这里未示出)。平面电极例如是导电材料的薄层,所述薄层包含氧化铟锡。能传导离子的电解质例如基于水合氧化钽层和水合氧化锑层构建。例如,工作电极和对应电极基于有机聚合物构建。电致变色功能元件5的所有层的总厚度例如为1μm。为了补偿由电致变色功能元件5引起的相对于复合板1的其余部分的高度差异(厚度突变),如果热塑性中间层4'、4''具有比不设置电致变色功能元件5的区域之外相应更小的厚度,则是有利的。由此可以在外板2和内板3之间获得均匀的距离(即恒定的总厚度),使得可靠且安全地避免在层压时的可能玻璃破裂。在使用例如PVB薄膜时,这些PVB薄膜在电致变色功能元件5的区域中具有比不设置电致变色功能元件5的那里更小的厚度。由于与内板3相比高折射覆层15的较高折射率(例如1.7),所以可以改变通常处于大约56.5°的布儒斯特角(对于钠钙玻璃),这简化应用并且减小由在内板3的内侧IV处的反射引起的干扰性双像的效应。
图8中所示的变型方案基本上对应于图7的变型方案,使得在这里仅探讨不同之处并且在其他方面参照关于图7的描述。
图7中所示的复合板1的变型方案与图3的变型方案的不同之处在于,除了内板3的外侧III上的第一反射层10'之外,其他反射层10''布置在内部3的内侧IV上。此外,高折射覆层15布置在该其他反射层10”上。如果反射层10'、10''分别反射入射光11的单独来讲较小的分量(<10%),则这种布置提供大的优点。通过不仅在内板3的外侧III上而且在内侧IV上布置,改善入射光11的总反射。
在图3至8的所有实施例中,示出反射层10、10'、10''与电致变色功能元件5的全面重叠。然而,反射层10、10'、10''与电致变色功能元件5的局部重叠也将会是可能的。反射层10此外也可以局部地与第一遮蔽条6重叠。

Claims (14)
1.一种尤其是用于投影装置(100)的复合板(1),所述复合板至少包括:
-外板(2)、内板(3)和布置在所述外板和内板(2、3)之间的热塑性中间层(4),其中
所述外板和内板(2、3)分别具有外侧(I、III)和内侧(II、IV),并且所述外板(2)的内侧(II)和所述内板(3)的外侧(III)彼此朝向,
-布置在所述外板(2)和所述内板(3)之间的电致变色功能元件(5),以及
-适用于反射光(11)的部分透光的反射层(10),其中
所述反射层(10)在从所述内板(3)到所述外板(2)的视向上在空间上布置在所述电致变色功能元件(5)的前面,并且至少在一个区域中与所述电致变色功能元件(5)重叠,
其中所述电致变色功能元件(5)布置在所述外板(2)和所述内板(3)的边缘区域(12')中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合板(1),其中所述电致变色功能元件(5)在从所述内板(3)到所述外板(2)的视向上与所述反射层(10)重合地布置,或者所述电致变色功能元件(5)与所述反射层(10)完全重叠。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合板(1),其中所述反射层(10)具有在可见光谱范围内至少60%、优选地至少70%并且特别优选地小于85%的平均透射,和/或所述反射层(10)反射射到所述反射层(10)上的光(11)的至少15%、优选地至少20%、特别优选地至少30%。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的复合板(1),其中所述电致变色功能元件(5)按以下顺序包括:
-第一平面电极,
-工作电极,
-电解质,
-对应电极,和
-第二平面电极,
并且所述第一平面电极和所述第二平面电极被设置用于与电源电连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合板(1),其中所述电致变色功能元件(5)此外包括:
-第一薄膜,和
-第二薄膜,
其中所述第一平面电极以背离所述工作电极的面布置在所述第一薄膜上,并且所述第二平面电极以背离所述对应电极的面布置在所述第二薄膜上,其中所述第一薄膜和/或所述第二薄膜优选地基于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯构造。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复合板(1),其中所述电致变色功能元件(5)布置在所述热塑性中间层(4)之内。
7.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的复合板(1),其中所述电致变色功能元件(5)作为覆层施加在所述外板(2)的内侧(II)或所述内板(3)的外侧(III)上。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的复合板(1),其中所述反射层(10)通过蒸发涂覆方法或溅射方法、优选地CVD或PVD方法被施加到所述外板(2)、所述电致变色功能元件(5)和/或所述内板(3)上。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的复合板(1),其中所述反射层(10、10')布置在所述内板(3)的外侧(III)上并且其他反射层(10'')布置在所述内板(3)的内侧(IV)上,
其中所述反射层(10、10')和所述其他反射层(10'')在从所述内板(3)到所述外板(2)的视向上是重合的。
10.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的复合板(1),其中所述反射层(10)是经涂覆的或未经涂覆的薄膜,并且布置在所述热塑性中间层(4)之内。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的复合板(1),其中具有至少1.7的折射率的高折射覆层(15)至少布置在所述内板(3)的内侧(IV)的区域或者所述其他反射层(10'')上,所述区域完全与所述反射层(10、10')叠合。
12.一种投影装置(100),所述投影装置包括:
-根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的复合板(1),
-分配给所述反射层(10)的图像显示设备(9),所述图像显示设备具有对准所述反射层(10)的图像显示器,所述图像显示器的图像由所述反射层(10)反射,其中至少所述反射层(10)的与所述电致变色功能元件(5)重叠的区域由所述图像显示设备(9)照射。
13.一种用于制造根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的复合板(1)的方法,所述方法包括:
(a)将所述外板(2)、所述热塑性中间层(4)、所述电致变色功能元件(5)、所述反射层(10)和所述内板(3)布置成层堆叠,
其中将所述热塑性中间层(4)和所述电致变色功能元件(5)布置在所述外板(2)和所述内板(3)之间,
其中所述反射层(10)在从所述内板(3)到所述外板(2)的视向上在空间上被布置在所述电致变色功能元件(5)的前面,并且至少在一个区域中与所述电致变色功能元件(5)重叠,
(b)将所述层堆叠层压成复合板(1)。
14.一种根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的复合板(1)在用于陆上、空中或水上交通的交通工具中、尤其是作为交通工具挡风板的用途。
