Abstract

本发明涉及一种钎焊硬质合金的锰白铜浸积合金。该合金除由Cu、Ni、Mn、Si之外,还加入了适量的B,经熔炼均匀熔合,铸锭,再进行压力加工,或者经熔炼后直接喷制成所需的形态。由于加进了B组之,使合金的可加工性及强度、溶透性、浸润性大大加强,缩短了钎焊时间,降低生产成本。

Description

锰白铜浸积合金
本发明涉及一种用于钎焊硬质合金的锰白铜浸积合金。
现有钎焊硬质合金的浸积合金主要是由铜、锰、镍和硅组合而成。这种合金晶粒粗,硬而脆,强度不够高,可加工性差,难以加工成所需形态,如薄片等,其溶透性、浸润性和粘结性都不理想。在钎焊硬质合金时流动性差,造成成品率低,产品强度、硬度和粘结性无法得到可靠稳定的保证。因此,采用这种合金钎焊硬质合金,不仅生产不稳定,同时也降低了产品的质量。
本发明的目的在于提供一种浸积合金,既能改善产品的可加工性,又使产品强度、浸润性和粘结性大大提高。
本发明浸积合金除由Cu、Ni、Mn、Si四种元素组成之外,还加进了B元素,其中Cu、Ni、Mn、Si和B在合金中所占的重量百分比为:Cu 42.000~70.000,Ni 8.000~27.000,Mn 9.000~31.000,Si 0.090~2.700,B 0.008~0.190。生成浸积合金的方法是:将以上组元,经过溶炼均匀溶合,铸成铸锭,再进行压力加工,或者经溶炼后直接喷制成所需的形态,如块状、片状、条状、颗粒状和粉未状等。
由于本发明采用B(硼)组元:①使合金晶粒细化度提高,从而提高其可加工性和材料的强度;②提高了合金在熔化状态下的流动性,从而提高合金的溶透性和浸润性;③由于改变了合金的形态,提高了溶透性,从而缩短了钎焊时间;④由于B组元具有较强的脱氧能力和保护作用,从而提高了合金铸造质量和钎焊质量。因此跟现有技术产品比较,本发明浸积合金不仅质量有明显提高,而且其利用率高出五分之二,大大降低了成本,提高经济效益。
在本发明的具体实施例中,各种组份的重量百分比如表一。

本发明的最佳实施例,各组分在合金中所占重量百分比是:Cu 60.000、Ni 19.804、Mn 19.866、Si 0.300、B 0.080。

1、一种钎焊硬质合金的锰白铜浸积合金,其特征是合金各组份的重量百分比为:Cu 42.000~70.000,Ni 8.000~27.000,Mn 9.000~31.000,Si 0.090~2.700,B 0.008~0.190。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的锰白铜浸积合金,其特征是合金各组份的重量百分比为:Cu 60.000,Ni 19.804,Mn 19.866,Si 0.300,B 0.030。
