本发明属于清洗剂技术领域,特别涉及一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂。
背景技术
塑料是节能型材料,具有价格低、性能优异(密度低、隔热吸音、防震、电绝缘性和耐化学药品性优良、生产能耗低),所以在工业和民用生产生活中应用广泛,尤其在汽车上的用量越来越大,可减轻汽车自重、提高燃料效率、缩短加工时间、降低能耗、提高资源利用效率,塑料制品必须经过适当加工成型,才能成为具有一定形状和功能的车用塑料部件,塑料部件在压缩模型、层压成型、挤出成型、注射成型、吹塑成型等工艺脱模后表面会沾染脱模剂、润滑脂及灰尘等污染物,塑料部件表面的清洗洁净度严重影响接下来的装配和喷涂。
传统的塑料清洗剂往往采用强酸性或者强碱性方案,能耗高的同时还会对塑料部件产生腐蚀,对操作者和清洗设备也会产生伤害和腐蚀,清洗废水含有毒害成分,对环境不友好,针对这些缺点研发人员作出了改进,采用弱酸弱碱方案,试图解决清洗中存在的弊端,弱酸性清洗剂采用中温清洗,能耗高,由于弱酸性的清洗剂抑菌效果相对较差,主洗槽和漂洗槽短期就会有大量菌繁殖,不但影响了工件的洁净度还易对操作人员产生过敏症状,影响健康。弱碱性清洗剂采用高温清洗,能耗高,塑料部件表面残留多,不易漂洗,影响后道组装或喷涂。
中国专利(申请号为201410283891.6)公开了一种塑料清洗剂,每升塑料清洗剂含下述组分:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚100-200g,草酸60-80g,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10g,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚1-5g,硫脲3-7g,丙二醇甲醚20-50g,乙二胺四乙酸二钠5-10g,乙酸戊酯10-20g,余量为水。该发明清洗剂呈弱酸性中温使用能耗高,抑菌效果差,污水处理难度大。
中国专利(申请号为201110106733.X)公开了一种塑料清洗剂,按重量百分比包括:20~50%的无水硫酸钠,20~50%的五水偏硅酸钠,1~30%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠1~30%的化纤清洗剂7960,该发明清洗剂采用高温清洗,能耗高,难漂洗,残留多。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中的缺陷,提供一种低能耗、高净洗力、大容量、长寿命、易降解的低能耗塑料表面多功能清洗剂,能够在室温条件下清洗塑料部件,低泡抑菌无腐蚀,清洗部件表面无残留,提高喷涂质量。
为了实现上述技术方案,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,包含如下原料:烷基聚葡萄糖苷5-15份、氨基蔗糖酯5-12份、低泡异构醇嵌段聚醚6-10份、氨基三乙酸钠2-4份、无机碱1-5份、三乙醇胺2-4份、杀菌剂0.1-2份、疏水剂1-4份、抑泡剂2-5份、去离子水45-65份,以上份数均为重量份数。
优选的,所述烷基聚葡萄糖苷为APG0810、APG0814、APG1214、APG0816、APG1216、APG1618其中至少一种。
优选的,所述氨基蔗糖酯为AG1202。
优选的,所述低泡异构醇嵌段聚醚为L31、L35、L38、L44、L64、L68其中至少一种。
优选的,所述无机碱为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠其中至少一种。

更进一步说明,其制备方法包括:按比例向水中加入烷基聚葡萄糖苷、氨基蔗糖酯、低泡异构醇嵌段聚醚搅拌混合均匀后升温到80℃,常压搅拌120分钟后降温到40℃,依次加入去离子水、氨基三乙酸钠、无机碱、三乙醇胺、杀菌剂、疏水剂、抑泡剂继续搅拌30分钟即得。
有益效果:
本发明一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂原料在80℃条件下产生协同作用,在清洗过程中发挥明显的乳化渗透能力,同时随着剩余原料的依次加入有具有了优异的常温螯合、疏水、抑泡、杀菌能力,在1:50的稀释比例下可提供大于99.9%的净洗效率,在特定的温度压力下反应一段时间产生协同作用,对塑料工件加工过程中的脱模剂、润滑脂、胶质、灰尘等具有明显的乳化渗透剥离效果,对塑料部件无腐蚀,清洗效果好,无刺激性气味,不含铬酸盐、亚硝酸盐、磷酸盐,对环境友好。常温喷淋清洗,具有低能耗、大容量、长寿命等特点。

本发明实施例中,一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,按重量份原料包含烷基聚葡萄糖苷APG0810共12份、氨基蔗糖酯6份、低泡异构醇嵌段聚醚L44共4份、L68共4份、氨基三乙酸钠2份、碳酸氢钠2份、三乙醇胺2份、芦荟提取物0.2份、脂肪酸皂1份、聚醚3份、去离子水63.8份,将烷基聚葡萄糖苷、氨基蔗糖酯、低泡异构醇嵌段聚醚搅拌混合均匀后升温到90℃,常压搅拌100分钟后降温到50℃,依次加入去离子水、氨基三乙酸钠、碳酸氢钠、三乙醇胺、芦荟提取物、脂肪酸皂、聚醚继续搅拌40分钟,即得。

本发明实施例中,一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,按重量份原料包含烷基聚葡萄糖苷APG0810共6份、APG1214共8份、氨基蔗糖酯8份、低泡异构醇嵌段聚醚L31共4份、L44共2份、L64共4份、氨基三乙酸钠3份、碳酸氢钠4份、三乙醇胺4份、异噻唑啉酮0.3份、氟碳聚合物2份、高碳醇4份、去离子水50.7份,将烷基聚葡萄糖苷、氨基蔗糖酯、低泡异构醇嵌段聚醚搅拌混合均匀后升温到80℃,常压搅拌120分钟后降温到40℃,依次加入去离子水、氨基三乙酸钠、碳酸氢钠、三乙醇胺、异噻唑啉酮、氟碳聚合物、高碳醇继续搅拌30分钟,即得。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,按重量份原料包含烷基聚葡萄糖苷APG0810共4份、APG0816共6份、氨基蔗糖酯6份、低泡异构醇嵌段聚醚L31共2份、L44共3份、L64共4份、氨基三乙酸钠3份、碳酸钠4份、三乙醇胺4份、季铵盐0.5份、聚烯烃2份、聚酰胺4份、去离子水57.5份,将烷基聚葡萄糖苷、氨基蔗糖酯、低泡异构醇嵌段聚醚搅拌混合均匀后升温到70℃,常压搅拌80分钟后降温到45℃,依次加入去离子水、氨基三乙酸钠、碳酸钠、三乙醇胺、季铵盐、聚烯烃、聚酰胺继续搅拌30分钟,即得。
实施例4
本发明实施例中,一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,按重量份原料包含烷基聚葡萄糖苷APG0810共6份、APG1216共8份、氨基蔗糖酯8份、低泡异构醇嵌段聚醚L35共2份、L38共4份、L64共4份、氨基三乙酸钠4份、碳酸钠3份、三乙醇胺4份、脱氢乙酸钠1份、氟碳聚合物2份、高碳醇4份、去离子水50份。将烷基聚葡萄糖苷、氨基蔗糖酯、低泡异构醇嵌段聚醚搅拌混合均匀后升温到70℃,常压搅拌80分钟后降温到45℃,依次加入去离子水、氨基三乙酸钠、碳酸钠、三乙醇胺、、脱氢乙酸钠、氟碳聚合物、高碳醇继续搅拌30分钟,即得。
应用实例
本发明应用实例中,一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,稀释比例1:50,先向清洗槽中加入1000kg水,再向清洗槽中投入本品50kg,测定混合液的PH值和电导率,不同的稀释比例PH值和电导率参考表一。

Claims (8)
1.一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,其特征在于,包括如下原料:烷基聚葡萄糖苷5-15份、氨基蔗糖酯5-12份、低泡异构醇嵌段聚醚6-10份、氨基三乙酸钠2-4份、无机碱1-5份、三乙醇胺2-4份、杀菌剂0.1-2份、疏水剂1-4份、抑泡剂2-5份、去离子水45-65份,以上份数均为重量份数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述烷基聚葡萄糖苷包含APG0810、APG0814、APG1214、APG0816、APG1216、APG1618其中至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,其特征在于,所述氨基蔗糖酯为AG1202。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,其特征在于,所述低泡异构醇嵌段聚醚包含L31、L35、L38、L44、L64、L68其中至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,其特征在于,所述无机碱包含碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠其中至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂包含芦荟提取物、爱菊提取物、脱氢乙酸钠、季铵盐、吡啶硫酮钠、异噻唑啉酮其中至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,其特征在于,所述疏水剂包含脂肪酸皂、聚烯烃、氟碳聚合物其中至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种低能耗塑料表面清洗剂,其特征在于,所述抑泡剂包含聚醚、聚酰胺、高碳醇其中至少一种。
