Optionally, a third sensor 263 is disposed on the NG flow path 261, and is used to detect whether the test paper bottle of the NG flow path 261 is full. When the test paper bottle of the NG flow channel 261 is detected to be full, the working personnel can be automatically reminded to clean the test paper bottle.
The working principle of the counting device of the invention is as follows: the test paper bottles 201 enter the fixed ring through the first feeding rail 222, are rotationally pushed under the driving of the rotating plate 215 to reach the first round hole 251, the empty test paper bottles are weighed by the first weighing sensor 254 in the first round hole 251, and after weighing is completed, the test paper bottles 201 are continuously pushed to the second in-place sensor 255 along with the rotating plate 215.
When the second in-place sensor 255 detects that the test paper bottle 201 arrives, the partition 232 in the feeding mechanism 230 is controlled to be pulled out, and all the small test paper strips in the feeding bin 231 fall into the test paper bottle 201. After the feeding is finished, the test paper bottle 201 moves to the second circular hole 252 along with the rotating plate 215, and the test paper bottle 201 is weighed by the second weighing sensor 255 in the second circular hole 252. Meanwhile, the number of test paper in the test paper bottle is calculated according to the first weighing data and the second weighing data, and whether the number of test paper is qualified or not is judged, so that the action of the second material conveying mechanism 240 is determined. Then the test paper bottle is pushed to the third round hole 253 along with the rotating plate 215, and falls onto the second pushing plate 245, and the test paper bottle 201 is pushed to the normal flow channel 262 or the NG flow channel 261 by the second material conveying mechanism 240.
The weighing determination device 300 of the present invention shown in fig. 20 to 27 includes two manipulators 310, a third weighing mechanism 320, a third feeding mechanism 330, a cover placing mechanism 340, a cover pressing mechanism 350, and a third conveyor belt 360.
The manipulator 310 comprises a moving part and a finger cylinder 313, the finger cylinder 313 is arranged on the moving part in a lifting mode, the moving part comprises a moving module 311 and a sliding cylinder 312, and the sliding cylinder 312 is arranged on one side of the moving module 311. The manipulator 310 comprises a first manipulator 314 and a second manipulator 315, the first manipulator 314 is used for placing the test paper bottles on the third weighing mechanism 320 and the third feeding mechanism 330, respectively, and the second manipulator 315 is used for placing the test paper bottles on the third conveyer belt 360.
The third weighing mechanism 320 is arranged below the manipulator 310 and comprises a weighing sensor 321 and a weighing platform 322, and the weighing platform 322 is arranged above the weighing sensor 321; and the weight of the test paper bottle is rechecked before discharging, so that the qualification rate of the product is improved.
The third material conveying mechanism 330 is arranged on one side of the third weighing mechanism 320 and comprises a rotary driving device 331, a material conveying disc 332 and a claw disc 333, wherein the material conveying disc 332 is rotatably arranged on the rotary driving device 331, the claw disc 333 is arranged on the material conveying disc 332, and the claw disc 333 is used for fixing the test paper bottles; the claw disc can only rotate 90 degrees to the next working position each time under the action of the rotary driving device.

The visual detection device 380 is arranged on the workbench 101 between the second feeding mechanism 370 and the capping mechanism 350, and comprises a first adjusting rod 381, a second adjusting rod 382 and a visual camera 383, wherein the second adjusting rod 382 is adjustably installed on the first adjusting rod 381 through a first hoop 385, a second hoop 386 is installed at one end of the second adjusting rod 382, the visual camera 383 is installed on the second hoop 386, and the visual camera 383 is used for detecting whether the cover of the test paper bottle is correctly pressed.
