Example two
The present application provides a liquid containing apparatus, in which the housing 20 of the present embodiment is the same as the first embodiment, and the specific structure can refer to fig. 4. The main difference between the liquid container 12 of the present embodiment and the first embodiment is the restriction member 152. As shown in fig. 5 to 9, the present embodiment provides a liquid containing apparatus detachably mounted in the housing 20; the housing 20 comprises a bottom plate 21, the liquid container is located on the bottom plate 21, and a first end edge of the bottom plate 21 has a first notch 211.
The liquid containing device comprises a liquid containing body 12 and a connecting part 11, wherein the connecting part 11 is fixed at one end of the liquid containing body 12 close to the first notch 211, and a chip 14 is arranged at the first end edge of the connecting part 11 close to the bottom plate 21; the connecting member 11 includes a body and a restricting member 152, the restricting member 152 being located on a side of the body close to the bottom plate 21; the limiting member 152 of this embodiment includes a penetrating portion 152a and a fastening portion 152b, the top end of the penetrating portion 152a is fixedly connected to the main body, the bottom end of the penetrating portion 152a extends from the first notch 211 to the lower side of the bottom plate 21, the fastening portion 152b is disposed at the bottom end of the penetrating portion 152a, and a projection of the fastening portion 152b on the bottom plate 21 at least partially falls outside the first notch 211.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the limiting member 152 is disposed in a region corresponding to the first notch 211 at the bottom of the connecting member 11, and the limiting member 152 is hooked with the bottom plate 21 at the first notch 211, specifically, the limiting member 152 includes a penetrating portion 152a and a fastening portion 152b, a lower end of the penetrating portion 152a is located below the bottom plate 21, the fastening portion 152b is protruded from a-Y direction side of the lower end of the penetrating portion 152a, and the fastening portion 152b is abutted against a side of the bottom plate 21 facing away from the liquid accommodating body 12. That is, the liquid container 12 in this embodiment can be limited upwards in the X and Z directions by the limiting member 152 hooked to the bottom of the bottom plate 21, and the engaging portion 152b abuts against the bottom plate 21, so that the moving space in the Y direction is very small, the stable assembly of the liquid container 12 can be ensured, other connecting structures matched with the casing 20 do not need to be arranged on the liquid container 12, and the connecting structure matched with the printer installation portion does not need to be arranged, which helps to reduce the manufacturing cost of related consumables. And because the restraint members 152 are closer to the chip 14, the stability of the contact of the chip 14 with the electrical connections of the printer is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the first notch 211 extends along the length direction of the base plate 21, and the extension length of the limiting member 152 along the width direction of the base plate 21 matches the opening width of the first notch 211.
The extending length of the restricting member 152 in the width direction of the housing 20 matches the opening width of the first notch 211 in the width direction of the housing 20. This arrangement makes it possible to bring both ends of the restricting member 152 into abutment with both side end faces of the first notch 211, thereby achieving a more stable restricting action in the X direction.
Possibly, with reference to fig. 4 and 7, the first notch 211 has a U-shaped profile, and the first notch 211 has an arc-shaped end wall surface 212, and the side of the penetrating portion 152a facing the end wall surface 212 is an arc-shaped surface, and the arc of the arc-shaped surface matches with the arc of the end wall surface 212.
It should be noted that, the penetrating part 152a is matched with the end wall surface 212 of the first notch 211, so that the arc-shaped surface of the penetrating part 152a can be better abutted against the end wall surface 212 of the first notch 211, and a more stable limiting effect can be achieved in the Y direction.
For example, as shown in fig. 8, the piercing-out portion 152a is configured as an arc-shaped rib plate, the top end of the arc-shaped rib plate is fixedly connected with the body, and the bottom end of the arc-shaped rib plate extends out of the bottom plate 21 from the first notch 211; the clamping part is provided with an arc bulge, the arc bulge is arranged on the side face of the bottom end of the arc rib plate, and the arc bulge is abutted against the bottom face, back to the liquid accommodating body side, of the bottom plate 21.
It can be understood that, specifically, the piercing-out portion 152a is an arc rib plate whose side surface is attached to the end wall surface 212, and the engaging portion 152b is an arc protrusion on the side surface of the arc rib plate of the piercing-out portion 152a, and an upper surface of the arc protrusion serving as the engaging portion 152b is abutted against a lower surface of the bottom plate 21 at an edge of the end wall surface 212. By using the rib plate as the piercing part 152a, the strength of the restricting part 152 can be ensured, and the risk of damage to the restricting part 152 during the abutment with the bottom plate 21 can be reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the housing 20 includes a plurality of baffles surrounding the periphery of the bottom plate 21, the housing 20 further includes a second notch 225 formed in the baffles, the plurality of baffles include a front baffle 221 and side baffles 223 at two ends of the front baffle 221, and the second notch 225 is formed in the front baffle 221.
As shown in fig. 6 and 9, the connecting member 11 includes a liquid guiding-out portion 111, the liquid guiding-out portion 111 is disposed at a position corresponding to the second notch 225 on the side surface of the main body, and one end of the liquid guiding-out portion 111 departing from the main body penetrates through the second notch 225 and protrudes outside the front baffle 221.
In the present embodiment, the liquid lead-out portion 111 is a protrusion provided around the edge of the second notch 225 when viewed from the outside of the front bezel 221, and the liquid lead-out portion 111 from which ink is protruded can play a role of guiding the ink during the mounting of the liquid container 12.
