Fig. 1 is a schematic view of the structure of a printer mounting section. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a liquid container and a housing according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of the liquid container in fig. 2. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the housing in fig. 2. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the connecting member and the housing in fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a liquid container 100 for containing ink. The liquid containing body 100 may be detachably mounted in the housing 200 in the mounting direction Z. In this way, the housing 200 can be shielded from the liquid container 100.
It is understood that the housing 200 has a width direction X and a length direction Y, which are perpendicular to each other.
The housing 200 includes a bottom plate 210, the bottom plate 210 is configured to support the liquid container 100, the bottom plate 210 is provided with two side baffles 220 at two side edges in the width direction X, that is, the number of the side baffles 220 is two, the side baffles 220 are provided with convex side edges 250 at a junction with the bottom plate 210, that is, the side edges 250 are provided at an inner side of an included angle region formed between the side baffles 220 and the bottom plate 210, the side edges 250 extend along the length direction Y of the bottom plate 210, the side edges 250 form a convex structure in the housing 200, where the length direction of the bottom plate 210 is the length direction Y of the housing 200. The bottom plate 210 is provided with a front baffle 230 at a first end edge, the bottom plate 210 is provided with a rear baffle 240 at a second end edge, and two ends of each side baffle 220 are respectively connected with the front baffle 230 and the rear baffle 240 in a blending mode. Thus, the housing 200 is open, and the liquid container 100 can be detachably mounted in the housing 200 through the opening of the housing 200.
After the liquid container 100 is mounted in the housing 200 along the mounting direction Z, the liquid container 100 and the housing 200 as a whole can be mounted on the mounting portion 300 of the printing apparatus, and the present embodiment does not limit the structure of the mounting portion 300. Illustratively, the mounting portion 300 includes: a frame, an ink filling tube 310, a printer electrical connection portion 320, a columnar positioning portion 330, and a locking portion 340. The ink supply tube 310 is used to communicate with the liquid container 100 to supply ink in the liquid container 100 to the printer. The printer electrical connection portion 320 can be electrically connected with the chip 140 of the liquid containing body 100 in a state where the liquid containing body 100 is mounted to the mounting portion 300, to enable communication between the printer and the liquid containing body 100. The printer electrical connections 320 include a plurality of contact pins (not shown) made of resilient, electrically conductive steel sheets. It will be appreciated that the liquid container 100 may receive elastic force in the-Y direction of the stylus and the ink supply tube 310 after being mounted on the mounting portion 300. The positioning portion 330 is used for inserting the liquid container 100 to guide the liquid container 100 and the housing 200 when they are mounted on the mounting portion 300. The locking part 340 is a rod-shaped component which can be reset and swung, the locking part 340 is provided with a protrusion extending in the-Z direction at the movable end, and the protrusion is used for being clamped with the liquid accommodating body 100 so as to limit the liquid accommodating body 100.
In some possible embodiments, the liquid container 100 includes a connection member 110 and a bag 120, the bag 120 is used for containing ink, and the connection member 110 is used for connecting with the mounting portion 300 of the printer after being connected to the casing 200. For example, the chip 140 is disposed on the connection member 110, and the connection member 110 is further provided with a plug hole for plugging the positioning portion 330.
When the connecting member 110 is mounted on the housing 200, the connecting member 110 is located at a first end of the bottom plate 210 along the length direction Y, and the length of the side edge 250 is smaller than that of the bottom plate 210 to avoid the connecting member 110, so that an end surface of the side edge 250 near the first end of the bottom plate 210 may form a cut-off surface 251.
In some possible embodiments, the connecting member 110 is provided with at least one extension 130 at an edge, and the extension 130 may be a block structure or a plate structure connected to the connecting member 110, or the like. The extension 130 is detachably coupled to the connection part 110, or the extension 130 is integrally formed with the connection part 110.
Here, the extension 130 may be disposed at different positions of the connection member 110 in the length direction Y according to the interval between the cut-off surface 251 and the front barrier 230, the size of the connection member 110, and the like. For example, referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the distance between the blocking surface 251 and the front barrier 230 is greater than the extension of the connection member 110 in the length direction Y, at least a portion of the extension 130 protrudes outside of one side of the connection member 110 in the-Y direction.
The distance between the two side guards 220 is greater than the extension width of the connecting member 110 in the width direction X, so that the extension piece 130 is at least partially outside the connecting member 110 in the width direction X of the base plate 210. Illustratively, a portion of the extension 130 may be connected to the connection member 110 and disposed between the bag body 120 and the bottom plate 210, and the connection stability between the extension 130 and the connection member 110 is high; another portion of the extension 130 protrudes outside the connection part 110.
When the liquid container 100 is mounted in the housing 200, the extending member 130 abuts against the side edge 250 at the stop surface 251 at the end away from the connecting member 110 by the elastic force of the contact pin and the ink supply tube 310. In this way, the acting force between the extending part 130 and the casing 200 is located on the side edge 250, and because the side edge 250 connects the side baffle 220 and the bottom plate 210, and the side edge 250 extends along the length direction Y, the acting force acting on the side edge 250 along the length direction Y can be transmitted to the casing 200 through the side edge 250, so as to avoid stress concentration, and also avoid the situation that the side edge 250 breaks relative to the casing 200, and the like.
The length of the side edge 250 along the length direction Y and the area of the stopping surface 251 may be set as required.
In some possible embodiments, the connecting member 110 may be provided with the extension pieces 130 on both sides in the width direction X, that is, the number of the extension pieces 130 may be 2, and 2 extension pieces 130 are spaced apart and are respectively provided on both sides of the connecting member 110 in the width direction X, so as to reduce the size of the extension pieces 130.
In some possible embodiments, the extending part 130 may be further disposed on any side (not shown) of the connecting part 110 along the width direction X, and when the extending part 130 is disposed at the first end of the connecting part 110 along the width direction X of the bottom plate 210, the second end of the connecting part 110 in the width direction X of the bottom plate 210 abuts against the side edge 250 at the stop surface 251. So that both sides of the connecting member 110 in the width direction are connected to the housing 200, and the poor connection between the liquid container 100 and the printer caused by the skew of the connecting member 110 connected to the housing 200 on one side is prevented.
In some possible embodiments, the end portions of the extension piece 130 in the width direction X are each abutted against the side fence 220 of the corresponding side. Thus, along the width direction X, the extension piece 130 and the housing 200 do not have a space for movement, so that the connection component 110 can be prevented from shaking relative to the housing 200 along the width direction X, which results in a weak connection between the liquid container 100 and the printer.
The contact area between the extension piece 130 and the side baffle 220 may be set according to the extension of the extension piece 130 in the length direction Y and the thickness of the extension piece 130 in the installation direction Z, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Considering the flexibility of the bag 120, it can be deformed by the external force, and the extension 130 is disposed on the side of the connecting member 110 facing the second end of the bottom plate 210. In order to avoid excessive compressive deformation of the pouch 120 against the extension 130, which may cause the pouch 120 to protrude to the outside of the case 200 or fatigue fracture at the deformation position of the pouch 120 due to long-term deformation, in some possible embodiments, the thickness of the extension 130 is smaller than that of the connection part 110. Illustratively, the thickness of the extension piece 130 may be less than half of the thickness of the connection component 110, so as to prevent the extension piece 130 from pushing the bag body 120 too much, reduce the deformation of the bag body 120, and prevent the bag body 120 from fatigue fracture, and at the same time prevent the bag body 120 from extending to the outside of the housing 200.
In view of the fact that the extension piece 130 protrudes from the connecting member 110 toward the side of the second end of the bottom plate, in order to avoid excessive compression deformation of the bag body 120, in some possible embodiments, the middle of the extension piece 130 is provided with a recess 131 for avoiding the bag body 120, the recess 131 has a recess depth smaller than or equal to the thickness of the extension piece 130, and the extension length of the recess 131 in the length direction Y may be smaller than or equal to the extension length of the recess 131 in the length direction Y. Thus, the deformation of the bag 120 caused by the extension 130 can be reduced, and the bag 120 is prevented from fatigue fracture and extending out of the case 200.
Specifically, the recess depth of the recess 131 may be smaller than the thickness of the extension 130. Of course, the recess depth of the recess 131 may also be equal to the thickness of the outer extension 130, i.e. the recess 131 penetrates the outer extension 130 in the mounting direction Z. Illustratively, when the extension 130 is one, the recess 131 may extend through the extension 130 in the mounting direction Z and through both sides of the extension 130 in the length direction Y, so that the extension 130 evolves into two parts independent of each other (as shown in fig. 3). That is, in some special cases, when the number of the extension pieces 130 is two, the spacing region between the two extension pieces 130 may be understood as the recess 131.
In some possible embodiments, the length of the recess 131 is smaller than the length of the connection member 110 in the width direction X of the base plate 210. Therefore, the connecting portion between the extension 130 and the connecting part 110 has a larger size, so that the extension 130 can be prevented from bending and deforming under the action of external force, and the extension 130 and the connecting part 110 have higher connection stability.
Wherein, there may be a gap between the outer extension 130 and the bottom plate 210. In some possible embodiments, the bottom of the extension 130 at least partially conforms to the upper surface of the base plate 210. Thus, after the liquid container 100 is installed in the housing 200, the deformation of the extension piece 130 under the press-fitting of the bag 120 can be avoided, and the deformation of the bag 120 caused by the deformation of the extension piece 130 can be avoided, so that the safety of the extension piece 130 and the bag 120 is high.
In some possible embodiments, the base plate 210 is vertically provided with two protrusions 260 at the first end, and the two protrusions 260 are spaced apart in the width direction X. The distance from the stopping surface 251 to the first end of the base plate 210 is greater than the distance from the protruding portion 260 to the first end of the base plate 210, that is, the protruding portion 260 is juxtaposed to the connecting member 110, and the connecting member 110 is located between the two protruding portions 260. When the liquid container 100 is installed in the housing 200, the two protrusions 260 can provide positioning and guiding effects for the connection member 110, so as to prevent the connection member 110 from shifting relative to the housing 200, thereby improving the assembly efficiency.
Specifically, the connecting member 110 includes a front section 111 near the first end of the base plate 210 and a transition section 112 near the second end of the base plate 210, and the extension piece 130 is disposed on a side of the transition section 112 facing the second end of the base plate 210, wherein, in the width direction X of the base plate 210, the transition section 112 is located between two protrusions 260, that is, the protrusions 260 are juxtaposed with the transition section 112, and the front section 111 is disposed on a side of the protrusions 260 near the front baffle 230.
The extension length of the front section 111 in the width direction X may be the same as the extension length of the transition section 112 in the width direction X (not shown), or the length of the transition section 112 in the width direction X of the base plate 210 is smaller than the length of the front section 111 (as shown in fig. 2 and 3), i.e., the transition section 112 and the front section 111 form a step structure. In addition, when the extension 130 is disposed on the side of the connecting member 110 facing the second end of the bottom plate 210, the extension length of the recess 131 in the width direction X should be smaller than the extension length of the transition section 112 in the width direction X.
Optionally, according to the extension of the extension 130 in the width direction X, in the width direction X of the bottom plate 210, the length of the extension 130 may be greater than the length of the front section 111, so that a gap is formed between the front section 111 and the side barrier 220, which is convenient for the installation of the liquid container 100, and meanwhile, the extension 130 may abut against the side barrier 220, so that the connection between the connection component 110 and the housing 200 has high connection stability, and the connection component 110 is prevented from shaking relative to the housing 200.
In some possible embodiments, each side of the transition section 112 has a gap with the corresponding side of the protrusion 260, so that when the liquid container 100 is disassembled, the connection part 110 and the protrusion 260 do not contact with each other, and the liquid container 100 has a certain moving space inside the housing 200, which is easier to disassemble.
In some possible embodiments, each end of the extension 130 abuts against one of the side edges 250 at the cut-off surface 251 on the side facing away from the first end of the base plate 210, that is, the end surface of the extension 130 facing the second end of the base plate 210 abuts against the cut-off surface 251, so that the stability of surface contact is high, and the connection component 110 can be effectively abutted against the side edge 250.
In some possible embodiments, the front section 111 is provided with a protruding liquid guiding portion 113 on a side facing the first end of the bottom plate 210, and when the liquid container 100 is connected to the mounting portion 300, an ink outlet (not shown) at an end of the bag 120 is connected to the ink filling tube 310, so as to guide the ink in the bag 120 to the printer. The ink outlet is embedded in the connecting part 110, the connecting part 110 is internally provided with a hollow part matched with the ink outlet, the hollow part penetrates through two sides of the connecting part 110 perpendicular to the Y direction, and an opening of the connecting part 110 corresponding to the hollow part and the Y end is positioned on the end face of the liquid guiding part 113.
The outer end of the liquid guiding-out part 113 protrudes from the edge of the first end of the bottom plate 210, and the upper edge of the front baffle 230 is provided with a front bayonet 231 engaged with the liquid guiding-out part 113. When the liquid container 100 is mounted on the housing 200, the front bayonet 231 serves to position and guide the liquid lead-out portion 113, thereby facilitating alignment between the coupling member 110 and the housing 200 and facilitating assembly between the liquid container 100 and the housing 200.
Thus, the liquid container 100 and the case 200 have a plurality of connection positions, that is, the liquid lead-out portion 113 and the front bayonet 231, and the connection member 110 and the two side edges 250. And because the liquid guiding-out part 113 is located in the middle of the front section 111, the side edges 250 are located at both sides of the transition section 112, and a plurality of connection positions between the liquid containing body 100 and the casing 200 are arranged along a triangle, so that the liquid containing body 100 and the casing 200 have a stable assembly state.
In some possible embodiments, the length of the transition section 112 is greater than the length of the boss 260 in the length direction Y of the base plate 210. Thus, when the liquid container 100 is mounted in the housing 200, the connection member 110 can be obliquely inserted into the housing 200, so that the protrusion 260 can avoid interference with the front section 111 and the extension 130 on both sides of the transition section 112, and the liquid container 100 can be easily mounted in the housing 200.
The extension of the transition section 112 along the length direction Y may be twice or more of the extension of the protruding portion 260 along the length direction Y, and the embodiment is not limited.
