1. A SIM card device, characterized by comprising:
the SIM component comprises an SIM card and a circuit board which is electrically connected with the SIM card and is in signal connection with the SIM card, and the circuit board is provided with a plug-in part;
the communication module is provided with a plug socket in signal connection with the plug part, the plug socket is provided with a plug groove for the plug part to be detachably plugged in, the plug groove is provided with a guide section and a plug section, and the groove width of the guide section is gradually reduced in the direction close to the plug section;
one of the plate surface of the insertion part and the groove wall of the insertion groove is convexly provided with a clamping protrusion, and the other one of the plate surface of the insertion part and the groove wall of the insertion groove is concavely provided with a clamping groove matched with the clamping protrusion in a clamping manner.
2. The SIM card device of claim 1, wherein the plugging portion has first gold fingers on two opposite sides in the thickness direction, and the two opposite walls of the plugging slot have second gold fingers electrically connected to the first gold fingers.
3. The SIM card device of claim 2, wherein the first gold finger plating has a thickness of 1.15-1.25 um, and the second gold finger plating has a thickness of 1.15-1.25 um.
4. The SIM card device of claim 2, wherein the first gold finger includes a first pin and a second pin, the first pin is a GND pin, the second pin is a non-GND pin, and an end of the first pin away from the body of the circuit board protrudes out of a corresponding end of the second pin.
5. The SIM card device of claim 4, wherein the first pin is 0.45-0.55 mm longer than the second pin.
6. The SIM card device of claim 4, wherein the first gold finger comprises a plurality of pins arranged at intervals, part of the pins are the first pins, part of the pins are the second pins, the distance between the adjacent pins is 0.75-0.85 mm, and the width of the pins is 0.45-0.55 mm.
7. The SIM card device of claim 6, wherein the number of the pins provided by the two first gold fingers is the same.
8. The SIM card device of claim 6, wherein the pins of the two first gold fingers are staggered.

The SIM card device of any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a communication housing to which the communication module is mounted, and a card holder to which the SIM component is mounted, the communication housing including a bottom case and a top case that are oppositely disposed, the bottom case and the top case enclosing a housing cavity to house the communication module, and a slide-contact slot communicating the housing cavity to the outside, the card holder being slidably engaged with the slide-contact slot;
wherein, one of the clamping seat and the groove wall of the sliding connection groove is convexly provided with a buckle, and the other one of the clamping seat and the groove wall of the sliding connection groove is concavely provided with a buckling position clamped with the buckle.
10. An onboard monitoring apparatus, characterized by comprising the SIM card device of any one of claims 1 to 9.
