Since the liquid containing body 20 is subjected to a force in the-Y axis direction when the ink cartridge is mounted to the mounting portion of the ink jet printer, the liquid containing body 20 is easily moved in the-Y axis direction, and for limiting the movement, referring to fig. 5, a third limited member 233 is disposed on a side of the second limited member 232 protruding from the first limiting groove 111, a third limited surface 2331 is formed on the third limited member 233, and the third limited surface 2331 is configured to be in contact with the first limiting surface 1111.
The third limited member 233 is preferably a plate structure extending along the Z-axis direction, and is integrally formed with the second limited member 232, the third limited surface 2331 is formed on the inner side of the third limited member 233, that is, on the side close to the outer frame 102, and the shape of the third limited surface 2331 matches the shape of the first limited surface 1111 so as to be stably attached to the first limited surface 1111, thereby limiting the movement of the liquid container 20 in the-Y-axis direction.
According to some embodiments of the present application, and optionally with reference to fig. 2 and 4, fig. 4 is an isometric view of the housing 10 of some embodiments of the present application; the outer frame 102 is formed by sequentially connecting a front support plate 1021, a first side plate 1022, a rear support plate 1023, and a second side plate 1024, wherein the front support plate 1021 extends along a second direction D2, and the first limiting groove 111 and the second limiting groove 112 are both disposed on the front support plate 1021.
In some embodiments, the outer frame 102 is a square structure, the front board 1021 and the rear board 1023 extend along the second direction D2, the first side board 1022 and the second side board 1024 extend along the first direction D1, outer sides of the front board 1021, the first side board 1022, the rear board 1023 and the second side board 1024 are flush with an edge of the bottom board 101, the first limiting groove 111 and the second limiting groove 112 are formed on the front board 1021 in a recessed manner and penetrate through the front board 1021 in the first direction D1, the first limiting surfaces 1111 are formed on two opposite sides of the front board 1021, and after the protrusion 221 extends into the second limiting groove 112, the front board 1021 is clamped into the clamping gap 25 between the first limited part 231 and the connecting part 22 to form a limit position in the first direction D1.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the connecting portion 22 is provided with a chip 30 on a side away from the accommodating portion 21, and the chip 30 is located between the first stopper 231 and the second stopper 232. The corresponding connection points are closer to the chip 30, improving the contact stability of the chip 30 with the printer electrical connections 22.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the base plate 101 is provided with a convex pillar 12, and the connecting portion 22 is provided with an avoiding notch 222 corresponding to the convex pillar 12. In the length direction of the bottom plate 101, the convex column 12 and the connecting portion 22 at least partially overlap, the connecting portion 22 is provided with an avoiding notch 222 at a side facing away from the front panel 1021 corresponding to the two convex columns 12, preferably, two convex columns 12 are provided and symmetrically arranged along the second direction D2, each convex column 12 is located inside one avoiding notch 222, and a gap exists between the convex column 12 and the inner wall of the corresponding avoiding notch 222.

Claims (10)

1. An ink cartridge comprising a casing and a liquid containing body detachably mounted in the casing, characterized in that:
the shell comprises a bottom plate and an outer frame body arranged on the bottom plate, wherein an accommodating space for accommodating the liquid accommodating body is formed in the outer frame body, the outer frame body is locally sunken at the upper edge to form a first limiting groove, and the first limiting groove is locally sunken at the bottom to form a second limiting groove;
the liquid accommodating body comprises an accommodating part, a connecting part and a limited part, the accommodating part is used for accommodating liquid, the connecting part is connected with the accommodating part and the limited part, the connecting part is convexly provided with a convex body in a first direction, and the convex body penetrates out of the outer frame body through the second limiting groove;
the limited part comprises a first limited part, the first limited part is arranged at one end of the convex body protruding out of the outer frame body, and a first limited surface is formed on the first limited part;
first limiting surfaces are formed on the outer wall surface and the inner wall surface of the outer frame body, one of the first limiting surfaces is in fit contact with the first limited surface, and the other first limiting surface is in fit contact with the outer wall surface of the connecting portion so as to limit the movement of the liquid accommodating body in the first direction.
2. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 1, wherein the convex body is provided with the first to-be-restricted member on opposite side surfaces.
3. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connecting portion has a hole formed therein, one end of the hole extends through the surface of the convex body, and the other end of the hole extends to a side wall surface of the connecting portion adjacent to the receiving portion.
4. The ink cartridge of claim 1, wherein the restrained portion further comprises a second restrained member, the second restrained member extending into the first restraining groove to form a restraining fit to restrain the liquid containing body from moving in a second direction, and projections of the first direction and the second direction on the bottom plate are perpendicular to each other.
5. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second to-be-limited members are provided on opposite sides of the connecting portion in the second direction, and each of the second to-be-limited members has a second to-be-limited surface formed thereon;
two opposite inner wall surfaces of the first limiting groove form second limiting surfaces, and each second limiting surface is in fit contact with one second limited surface so as to limit the movement of the liquid accommodating body in the second direction.
6. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second subject stopper abuts against a lower edge of the first stopper groove at a lower edge, and an upper edge of the second subject stopper is flush with an upper edge of the outer frame.
7. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 4, wherein the second member-to-be-limited is provided with a third member-to-be-limited at an end protruding from the first limiting groove, the third member-to-be-limited is provided with a third surface to be limited, and the third surface to be limited is adapted to be in contact with the first limiting surface.
8. The ink cartridge as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 7, wherein the outer frame is formed by a front plate, a first side plate, a rear plate and a second side plate which are sequentially joined, the front plate extends along the second direction, and the first and second position-limiting grooves are formed in the front plate.
9. The ink cartridge as claimed in any one of claims 4 to 7, wherein a chip is provided on the connecting portion on a side away from the accommodating portion, the chip being located between one of the first to-be-limited members and one of the second to-be-limited members.
10. The ink cartridge as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the bottom plate is provided with convex pillars, the connecting portion is provided with an avoiding notch at a position corresponding to the convex pillars, each convex pillar is located inside one avoiding notch, and a gap is formed between the convex pillar and the inner wall of the corresponding avoiding notch.
