It should be noted that, when the ink cartridge 1 is inserted into the cartridge mounting portion 100 of the ink jet printer and the ink needle 102 is inserted through the ink outlet 24, the escape space 25 of the ink cartridge 1 escapes from the locking portion 107 of the cartridge mounting portion 100, so that the ink cartridge 1 can be prevented from pivoting around the pivot center, which is the center of the ink outlet 24, and therefore, when the ink cartridge 1 is mounted or removed, the movement direction of the ink cartridge 1 can be made parallel to the insertion direction 51 by the operating portion 14, the ink cartridge 1 cannot be displaced in the up-down direction of the housing 11, and the problem of ink leakage can be avoided.
Alternatively, the case 11 includes a case main body 12, a projection 13, and an operation portion 14, the projection 13 being disposed at a rear side of the case main body 12, the operation portion 14 including an operation panel perpendicularly connected to the projection 13, the operation panel being provided with an operation surface 141 for taking out the ink cartridge 1, the operation surface 141 facing the front surface 111.
Wherein, the case main body 12, the projection 13 and the operation portion 14 may be integrally formed. The projection 13 projects outward from the rear side of the case main body 12, and it is understood that the surfaces are not necessarily flat surfaces in the present embodiment, and there may be projections or depressions. Both the case main body 12 and the bump 13 may be used to store ink.
The shape of the operation panel may be square. The operation panel may be connected to the boss 13 perpendicularly in the vertical direction of the housing 11, or may be connected to the boss 13 perpendicularly in the horizontal direction of the housing 11.
The surface of the operation portion 14 facing the rear direction 58 is also a part of the rear surface 113, and the user mounts the ink cartridge into the cartridge mounting portion 100 by pushing the rear side of the operation portion 14.
When the ink cartridge 1 needs to be taken out of the cartridge mounting portion 100, the user pulls the operation surface 141 of the operation portion 14 backward, and the ink cartridge 1 can be moved in the removal direction 52, where the removal direction 52 is a horizontal direction.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the operating portion 14 may include two operating plates provided on the upper and lower sides of the projection 13, respectively, the two operating plates and the case main body 12 enclosing two recesses 142. With the two recesses 142, the user's finger operation can be facilitated to remove the ink cartridge 1 from the cartridge mounting portion 100.
Fig. 6 is another perspective view of the ink cartridge according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 6, the operation portion 14 includes an operation plate disposed on the upper side of the projection 13, and the operation plate and the case main body 12 enclose a recess 142. The operation of the user's finger is facilitated by one of the recesses 142 to facilitate the user's removal of the ink cartridge 1 from the cartridge mounting portion 100.
In other implementations, the operating portion includes an operating plate disposed on the underside of the tab 13, the operating plate and the housing body 12 enclosing a recess 142.
Fig. 7 is a perspective view of an ink cartridge according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the housing 11 includes a housing main body 12, a projection 13, and an operating portion 14, the projection 13 being disposed at a rear side of the housing main body 12, and the operating portion 14 including an operating plate vertically connected to the housing main body 12 and the projection 13, respectively.
Here, the operation plate may be provided with a hollow hole 143, the hollow hole 143 extends along the left-right direction of the housing 11, and a surface facing the front surface 111 in the hollow hole 143 is the operation surface 141. The user can pull out the ink cartridge 1 in the removing direction 52 through the hollow hole 143 of the operation portion 14.
Fig. 8 is a perspective view of an ink cartridge according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 8, the housing 11 includes a case main body 12, a projection 13, and an operation portion 14, the projection 13 being disposed at a rear side of the case main body 12, and the operation portion 14 including an operation plate vertically connected to the case main body 12 and the projection 13, respectively.
The operation panel is provided with operation surfaces 141 for taking out the ink cartridge 1, and the operation surfaces 141 are located on both left and right sides of the operation panel.
The operation surface 141 is provided with an anti-slip groove 144. When the user pulls the ink cartridge along the removing direction 52 through the anti-slip groove 144 on the operation surface 141, the friction between the user's finger and the operation portion 14 can be increased, and the slip between the user's finger and the operation portion 14 can be avoided.
In an alternative embodiment, the operating surface 141 is provided with a plurality of anti-slip protrusions, the anti-slip protrusions are rectangular, the anti-slip protrusions are spaced apart from each other, and the grooves between the anti-slip protrusions are anti-slip grooves 144.
Fig. 9 is a perspective view of an ink cartridge according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, the housing 11 includes a case main body 12, a boss 13, and an operation portion 14, the boss 13 being provided on the rear side of the case main body 12, the operation portion 14 including an operation plate located on the upper side of the boss 13, the operation plate being connected to the case main body 12.
Wherein the operation panel and the case main body 12 can be connected obliquely.
The operation panel is provided with an operation surface 141, the operation surface 141 is located at the upper and lower sides of the operation panel, and the operation surface 141 is provided with an anti-slip groove 144. When the user pulls the ink cartridge along the removing direction 52 through the anti-slip groove 144 on the operation surface 141, the friction between the user's finger and the operation portion 14 can be increased, and the slip between the user's finger and the operation portion 14 can be avoided.
In an alternative embodiment, the upper and lower sides of the operation panel are provided with operation surfaces 141, the operation surfaces 141 are disposed obliquely relative to the upper surface 112, a plurality of anti-skid protrusions are disposed on the operation surfaces 141, the anti-skid protrusions are rectangular, the anti-skid protrusions are spaced from each other, and the grooves between the anti-skid protrusions are anti-skid grooves 144.
Fig. 10 is a perspective view of an ink cartridge according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention; fig. 11 is a perspective view of an ink cartridge according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, the housing 11 includes a case main body 12, a boss 13, and an operation portion 14, the boss 13 being provided on the rear side of the case main body 12, the operation portion 14 including an operation plate located on the upper side of the boss 13, the operation plate being connected to the case main body 12.
Wherein the operation panel and the case main body 12 can be vertically connected. The operation panel is provided with operation surfaces 141, the operation surfaces 141 are located at upper and lower sides of the case operation panel, and the operation surfaces 141 are provided with anti-slip grooves 144. When the user pulls the ink cartridge along the removing direction 52 through the anti-slip groove 144 on the operation surface 141, the friction between the user's finger and the operation portion 14 can be increased, and the slip between the user's finger and the operation portion 14 can be avoided.
In an alternative embodiment, the upper and lower sides of the operation panel are provided with operation surfaces 141, the operation surfaces 141 are arranged in parallel with respect to the upper surface 112, a plurality of anti-skid protrusions are arranged on the operation surfaces 141, the anti-skid protrusions are rectangular, the anti-skid protrusions are arranged at intervals, and the grooves between the anti-skid protrusions are anti-skid grooves 144.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, the operation plate has a thin-walled end 145, the thin-walled end 145 being perpendicularly connected to the case main body 12, the thin-walled end 145 being for allowing the operation plate to be elastically movable in the up-down direction of the case 11 with respect to the case main body 12. The operation portion 14 can be elastically moved in the up-down direction of the housing 11 with respect to the case main body 12 by the thin-walled end 145, and the operation portion 14 can be prevented from being damaged by collision.
The thin-walled end 145 may be formed by thinning an end portion of the operation plate.
The embodiment of the utility model provides an ink-jet printer, which comprises a cartridge mounting part 100 and an ink cartridge 1; the ink cartridge 1 is detachably mounted in the cartridge mounting portion 100.
The ink cartridge 1 in this embodiment has the same structure as the ink cartridges provided in any of the embodiments described above, and can bring about the same or similar technical effects, and details are not repeated here, and specific reference may be made to the description of the embodiments described above.

Claims (10)

1. An ink cartridge, comprising a case and a chip board;
the casing is provided with an upper surface, a front surface and a rear surface, the front surface is provided with an ink outlet, the ink outlet extends along an insertion direction, and the ink outlet is used for being connected with an ink needle of a box mounting part of the ink-jet printer;
a chip board provided on an upper surface of the case, the chip board storing variable ink amount information, the chip board being for contact with the contact pins of the cartridge mounting portion in an up-down direction of the case;
the casing has an operation portion and an avoidance space, the avoidance space is provided on the upper side of the casing, the avoidance space is used for avoiding the locking portion of the cartridge mounting portion when the ink cartridge is inserted into the cartridge mounting portion, the operation portion is provided on the rear side of the casing, and the operation portion is used for making the movement direction of the ink cartridge parallel to the insertion direction when the ink cartridge is mounted or removed.
2. The ink cartridge according to claim 1, wherein the case includes a case main body, a projection provided at a rear side of the case main body, and an operation portion including an operation plate vertically connected to the projection in an up-down direction of the case;
the operation panel is provided with an operation surface for taking out the ink cartridge, the operation surface facing the front surface.
3. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 2, wherein the operation portion includes two operation plates provided on upper and lower sides of the projection, respectively, the two operation plates and the case main body enclosing two recesses; or the like, or, alternatively,
the operating part comprises the operating plate, the operating plate is arranged on the upper side of the lug, and the operating plate and the shell main body enclose a groove; or the like, or, alternatively,
the operating part comprises one operating board, the operating board is arranged on the lower side of the lug, and the operating board and the shell main body enclose a groove.
4. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 2, wherein the operation portion includes one of the operation plates, the operation plate being vertically connected to the case main body, the operation plate being provided with a hollow hole extending in a left-right direction of the case.
5. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 1, wherein the case includes a case main body, a projection provided at a rear side of the case main body, and an operation part including an operation panel vertically connected to the case main body and the projection, respectively, the operation panel being provided with operation surfaces for taking out the ink cartridge, the operation surfaces being located at left and right sides of the operation panel, the operation surfaces being provided with anti-slip grooves.
6. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 1, wherein the case includes a case main body, a projection provided at a rear side of the case main body, and an operation portion including an operation plate located at an upper side of the projection, the operation plate being connected to the case main body.
7. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 6, wherein the operation plate is connected to the case main body in an inclined manner, the operation plate is provided with operation surfaces for taking out the ink cartridge, the operation surfaces are positioned at upper and lower sides of the operation plate, and the operation surfaces are provided with anti-slip grooves.
8. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 6, wherein the operation plate is vertically connected to the case main body, the operation plate is provided with operation surfaces for taking out the ink cartridge, the operation surfaces are located at upper and lower sides of the operation plate, and the operation surfaces are provided with anti-slip grooves.
9. The ink cartridge as claimed in claim 8, wherein the operation plate has a thin-walled end vertically connected to the case main body for elastically moving the operation plate with respect to the case main body in an up-down direction of the case.
10. The ink cartridge as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein an upper surface of the case is provided with a guide plate and a stopper plate, the stopper plate being provided at a rear side of the upper surface, the guide plate being provided at a front side of the stopper plate, the stopper plate being for positioning a position of the ink cartridge when the ink cartridge is inserted into the cartridge mounting part, the guide plate being for guiding the insertion of the ink cartridge into the cartridge mounting part;
the guide plate and the upper surface of the shell enclose the avoidance space.
