The sliding plate 21 drives the whole positioning assembly 2 to move along the horizontal direction so as to extend into the tubular shell of the silencer. The first motor drives the transmission shaft 24 to rotate so as to drive the moving shaft 28 to perform circumferential position adjustment, the second motor drives the transmission screw rod 26 to rotate so as to adjust the position of the nut sleeve 27, and the nut sleeve 27 drives the moving shaft 28 to deviate from the central position. The invention realizes the movable coverage of the whole area of the tubular shell through the positioning component 2 and can perform fixed welding everywhere.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the ring moving component 11 includes a ring moving frame 111, a rotating sleeve 112, a rotating motor 113, an expansion link 114, a fixed rack 115, a movable gear 116, and a movable motor 117, the rotating sleeve 112 is rotationally connected to the moving shaft 28, the ring moving frame 111, the rotating motor 113 and the rotating sleeve 112 are tightly connected, a driving gear is disposed on an output shaft of the rotating motor 113, an annular gear is sleeved on the moving shaft 28, the driving gear is meshed with the annular gear, the expansion link 114 is slidably connected to the ring moving frame 111, the fixed rack 115 is tightly connected to the ring moving frame 111, the movable motor 117 is tightly connected to the expansion link 114, an output shaft of the movable motor 117 is tightly connected to the movable gear 116, the movable gear 116 is meshed with the fixed rack 115, and one end of the expansion link 114, which is far away from the ring moving frame 111, is tightly connected to the welding gun component 12. The telescopic rod 114 is provided therein with a driving mechanism for controlling the extension of the telescopic rod 114, the driving mechanism is a conventional technical means in the art, and the specific structure is not described. The rotating motor 113 drives the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear is meshed with the annular gear ring to drive the rotating sleeve 112 to rotate along the moving shaft 28, the moving motor 117 drives the moving gear 116 to rotate, the moving gear 116 is meshed with the fixed rack 115, and the telescopic rod 114 can be driven to move along the annular moving frame 111, so that the rotating radius of the telescopic rod 114 can be adjusted. According to the invention, the positioning assembly 2 and the ring moving component 11 are arranged in a matched manner, so that the welding of the circular disc and circular pipes at various positions in the tubular shell is realized, and the welding freedom degree is greatly improved. On the other hand, the welding of the silencer needs to extend into the pipeline, the length of the welding arm is relatively long, one end of the positioning assembly 2 is fixed, and the other end of the positioning assembly is fixed through a mechanism for welding workpieces, so that stable girth welding support is provided for the girth moving part 11, and the stability of the welding inside the pipeline is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 4, the fixing unit 29 includes a fixing rod 291, a translation sleeve 292, a hinge rod 293, a folding tube 294, a telescopic electric cylinder 295 and a fixing block 296, one end of the fixing rod 291 and one end of the moving shaft 28, which are far away from the hollow frame 25, are fixedly connected, a moving groove is provided on the fixing rod 291, the telescopic electric cylinder 295 is arranged in the moving groove, the translation sleeve 292 and the fixing rod 291 are slidably connected, an output shaft of the telescopic electric cylinder 295 and the translation sleeve 292 are fixedly connected, one end of the folding tube 294 and one end of the fixing rod 291, which are far away from the moving shaft 28, are fixedly connected, a plurality of groups of folding tubes 294 are provided, the folding tubes 294 are uniformly distributed around the fixing rod 291, the fixing block 296 and the folding tube 294 are fixedly connected, a first suction cup 297 is provided on a side of the fixing block 296, which is far away from the folding tube 294, and a second suction cup 298 is provided on a side of the fixing block 296, which is far away from the fixing rod 291. First sucking disc 297, second sucking disc 298 are connected through pipeline and outside negative pressure end, when fixing the disc end, because different disc surfaces are provided with the trompil in different positions, at the material loading in-process, the angle of putting of disc can influence each trompil position, if the angle is put the mistake, follow-up welding process can't go on smoothly. The flow velocity sensor is arranged in the pipeline, before the pipeline is fixed, the fixed block 296 is close to the disc, the center of the fixed rod 291 is concentric with the center of the disc, the telescopic electric cylinder pushes the translation sleeve 292 to move, the hinged rod 293 drives the folding pipe 294 to expand, and the fixed block 296 spreads around the disc. In the in-process of diffusion, fixed block 296 can pass through the trompil position, and in trompil department, the inspiratory air current of second sucking disc 298 department hinders and reduces, and air current speed can correspondingly increase, and the position of each trompil on disc surface is confirmed through the diffusion to the velocity of flow inductor, and in trompil department, the dead lever begins to rotate, carries out the overlay type measurement to whole trompil position to confirm the central point of each trompil according to the minimum that the air current hinders, through the silencer model contrast of trompil position and database inside, confirm that the disc puts the angle. When the circular tube is welded, the fixing blocks 296 are retracted toward the center, the fixing rod 291 is inserted into the circular tube, the fixing blocks 296 are expanded, the circular tube is sucked from the inside by the first suction cup 297, the circular tube is sequentially sent to the position of the hole, and the circular tube is welded. The fixing unit 29 determines the angle position of each disc in the welding process of the silencer through the change of the flow velocity of the negative pressure airflow, so that the adjustment of the disc position improves the welding precision on one hand, and the confirmation of the position of the hole on the surface of the disc can assist the fixing unit to avoid each hole position on the other hand, thereby improving the stability of the disc. The fixing unit 29 of the invention can fix and move the disc and the circular tube in sequence through the same fixing mechanism, greatly reduces the number of parts in a limited space, and reserves sufficient clearance for the welding process.
As shown in fig. 4, the first suction cup 297 and the second suction cup 298 are covered with an elastic pad 299, and the elastic pad 299 is provided with an annular ring, which is respectively communicated with the first suction cup 297 and the second suction cup 298. The elastic pad 299 is arranged so that the fixing block 296 can deform according to the contours of the disc and the inner wall of the circular tube when contacting the disc and the inner wall of the circular tube, the elastic pad 299 is tightly combined on the wall surface, and the disc and the circular tube can be fixed more stably only by the first suction cup 297 and the second suction cup 298.
As shown in fig. 5, the housing conveying line 34 is provided with a fixing claw 341. The fixing claws 341 fix the housing of each muffler, move along the housing conveying line 34, stop the movement of the housing conveying line 34 when reaching the welding position, fix the tubular housing of the muffler, release the housing when the welding is completed, and convey the muffler onto the blanking conveying belt 32 by the conveying robot 33.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the carrying manipulator carries the disc on the locating component, fixed unit 29 passes through the change of the negative pressure airflow velocity of flow, the angular position of each disc in the silencer welding process has been confirmed, the fixed block adsorbs the disc, the removal axle drives the disc and rotates, after the position adjustment, the slide plate drives the disc and gets into the tubulose shell, the ring moves the part and drives the welder part and remove, carry out annular welding to the ring, after the welding finishes, the carrying manipulator carries each pipe again on the locating component in proper order, fixed unit stretches out the inside of the pipe, it is fixed with the pipe, the pipe moves during each disc hole thereupon, the welder part is with pipe and disc welding. When the sectional area of the welding wire is increased, the size of the hole in the friction ring is increased, but the friction ring body is clamped by the two light ring rings, the friction ring can be compressed and contracted, the density of the friction ring in unit area is increased, the friction force of the friction ring 123 acting on the welding wire is increased, the resistance of the welding wire in advancing is increased, and the welding wire conveying speed is reduced. After welding, the conveying manipulator 33 conveys the silencer to the blanking conveyor belt 32, and the blanking conveyor belt 32 conveys the silencer to a subsequent station.
