技术领域
本发明属于涂布设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于光学膜生产的涂布设备。
背景技术
由薄的分层介质构成的,通过界面传播光束的一类光学介质材料。光学薄膜已广泛用于光学和光电子技术领域,制造各种光学仪器,比如眼镜镀膜、手机屏幕保护膜,电脑屏幕保护膜,液晶显示屏幕保护膜、LED照明灯具保护膜等等,它充斥著我们生活的方方面面,并使我们的生活更加丰富多彩。
目前在光学膜生产过程中,需要对光学膜表面进行喷涂涂料,从而使得光学膜表面表面形成一个保护层,然而光学膜正反两面都需要进行图层操作,当光学膜其中一面涂抹完毕之后,需要人工将光学膜反过来对其反面进行涂抹,并且需要对涂抹之后的光学膜烘干才能收卷起来,加工途中比较费时费力,从而降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种用于光学膜生产的涂布设备,解决了现有的光学膜生产用涂布设备不便于进行同时正反面涂抹涂料、而且在涂抹的过程中导致不便于烘干、从而导致加工效率降低的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于光学膜生产的涂布设备,包括卷布轮、空箱、滚筒;
所述空箱下端设置有一对呈上下分布的空心筒,所述空箱位于空心筒上方,两个所述空心筒外部均开有若干个呈均匀分布的喷孔,两个所述空心筒内部均穿插设置有空心管,两根所述空心管前后两端贯穿出对应的所述空心筒前后两端,上下两根所述空心管外部且位于对应的所述空心筒内部均套入设置有若干个呈前后分布的空心块,上下同一水平线的每个所述空心块外部均安装有若干个呈环状分布的电动喷头;
两个所述空心筒之间前后两方均设置有“S”形片,两个所述“S”形片中部开有滑腔,两个所述“S”形片外部套入设置有滑块,所述滑块前面左端穿插设置有贯穿至滑腔内部的螺栓,下端的所述空心管位于螺栓右方,下端的所述空心管贯穿至滑块内部并与其转动连接,上端的所述空心管前后两端贯穿出“S”形片上部并与其转动连接;
后端的所述“S”形片后端安装有电机四,前端的所述“S”形片前端安装有空心转接块,所述空心转接块位于空心管前方,上下两根所述空心管前端贯穿至空心转接块内部并与其转动连接。
具体的,所述空心块与空心管相通,所述空心管分别与空心块和空心筒固定连接,所述喷孔与空心筒内部相通,所述空箱与空心转接块之间安装有导管,所述电机四位于上端的所述空心筒后端,所述空心筒后端与电机四动力输出端连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明实现的有益效果:电机一带动卷布轮进行转动从而使得卷布轮将光学膜实现收卷和放卷,空心筒以便于对光学膜正反面同时进行涂抹涂料,电机二带动钢辊转动能够使得光学膜平整地移动,通过电机三能够带动滚筒在支撑件内部转动,从而使得电热管围绕着滚筒转动而转动,以便于电热管对光学膜正反面进均匀烘干,有利于提高生产效率。

两个所述空心筒16之间前后两方均设置有“S”形片21,两个所述“S”形片21中部开有滑腔24,两个所述“S”形片21外部套入设置有滑块22,所述滑块22前面左端穿插设置有贯穿至滑腔24内部的螺栓25,下端的所述空心管18位于螺栓25右方,下端的所述空心管18贯穿至滑块22内部并与其转动连接,上端的所述空心管18前后两端贯穿出“S”形片21上部并与其转动连接;

滚筒2左右两端均设置有一对呈上下分布的钢辊6,上下两根钢辊6之间前后两方均设置有钢质方框7,后端的两个钢质方框7后端均安装有电机二8,两片钢质方框7内部上下两侧分别设置有方块26和弹簧27,上端的钢辊6前后两端与钢质方框7内端上侧转动连接,下端的钢辊6前后两端与方块26中部转动连接,将光学膜从右端的卷布轮3进行放卷,光学膜穿过右端的上下两根钢辊6之间的位置,方块26与钢质方框7内部滑动连接,方块26位于下端的钢辊6前后两方,弹簧27上下两端分别与方块26下端与钢质方框7内部底端固定连接,通过弹簧27保持方块26在钢质方框7内部保持上滑,下端的钢辊6向上端的钢辊6靠拢,从而让上下相邻两根钢辊6紧密靠拢,上下相邻两根钢辊6紧紧的将光学膜进行夹持住,然后光学膜穿过上下两根空心筒16之间的位置,从而使得光学膜穿进滚筒2内部的若干根电热管4之间的位置,光学膜最终穿过左边的上下两根钢辊6之间的位置,并且绕在左边的卷布轮3上,左右两边的卷布轮3和钢辊6的操作方法一致;
上端的钢辊6位于电机二8前方,上端的所述钢辊6后端与电机二8动力输出端连接,电机二8带动上端的钢辊6转动,由于上述所描述的弹簧27使得上下两根钢辊6之间靠拢,上端的钢辊6带动其对应下端的钢辊6进行反向转动,使得光学膜进行移动;
滑腔24位于滑块22内侧,螺栓25与滑块22螺纹连接,螺栓25与滑腔24内部活动连接,上端的空心管18位于滑腔24上方,通过拧松螺栓25,而使得螺栓25能够在滑腔24内部进行上下移动,从而带动滑块22在“S”形片21表面上下滑动,从而带动下端的空心筒16进行上下移动,从而可以调节上下相邻的两根空心筒16之间的间距,使得上下相邻的两根空心筒16之间紧密靠拢光学膜正反两面,电机四28位于上端的空心筒16后端,空心筒16后端与电机四28动力输出端连接,电机四28带动上端的空心筒16转动,由于上述所描述下端的空心筒16紧靠于上端的空心筒16,上端的空心筒16带动其对应下端的空心筒16进行反向转动,使得上下相邻两根空心筒16带动光学膜进行移动;
空心块19与空心管18相通,空心管18分别与空心块19和空心筒16固定连接,喷孔17与空心筒16内部相通,空箱1与空心转接块15之间安装有导管14,通过空箱1进行盛装涂料,涂料经过导管14流入空心转接块15内,涂料从空心转接块15进入到空心管18内,涂料再经过空心管18进入到空心块19内,入料从空心块19进入到电动喷头20内,电动喷头20将涂料喷在空心筒16内,由于电机四28带动上下相邻的两根空心筒16转动,这样就使得空心筒16产生了离心力,空心筒16内部的涂料被甩出动,涂料从空心筒16内部通过喷孔17流出而覆盖在空心筒16外部,从而让涂料均匀涂抹在光学膜正反面;
卷布轮3位于钢辊6外侧,两个卷布轮3前端安装有电机一5,卷布轮3前端与电机一5动力输出端连接,电机一5带动卷布轮3进行转动从而使得卷布轮3将光学膜实现收卷和放卷,空心筒16以便于对光学膜正反面同时进行涂抹涂料,电机二8带动钢辊6转动能够使得光学膜平整地移动;
滚筒2外部左右两侧分别套入设置有齿环23和支撑件9,齿环23前方啮合传动连接有齿轮11,齿轮11中部贯穿设置有转轴10,转轴10下方设置有U形架13,U形架13右端安装有电机三12,转轴10中端与齿轮11固定连接,电机三12位于转轴10右方,转轴10右端与电机三12动力输出端连接,通过电机三12能够带动齿轮11转动,齿轮11带动齿环23转动,齿环23带动滚筒2在支撑件9内部转动,滚筒2内壁安装有若干根呈环状分布的电热管4,从而使得电热管4围绕着滚筒2转动而进行公转运动,避免了电热管4对光学膜同一个部位进行照射,由于电热管4发散的热量均匀发散在光学膜表面,同时转动的电热管4会从光学膜的正面照射到光学膜的反面,以便于电热管4对光学膜正反面进均匀烘干,由于支撑件9与滚筒2之间安装有电刷,且电刷的电源输入端通过导线外接电源,电刷的电源输出端与每一根电热管4连通,电刷再给电热管4供电,电刷的电源输入端与电源输出端之间由两个环状的结构套接组成,这两个环状的结构分别连接在电源输入端和电源输出端上,在滚筒2转动的过程中,两个环状的结构之间互相滚动,电刷内部两个环状的结构之间连续转动且保持接触,电刷持续将转动的电热管4提供电力,通过电刷来使得电热管4外接电源而连续获取电力,避免了电热管4的电线缠绕;
根据上述所描述的操作过程,通过钢辊6和空心筒16的传递左右,一方面使得光学膜进行展开,另一方面能使得光学膜正反面同时进行涂抹,有利于提高生产效率;且钢质方框7通过导线接地,钢质方框7接地之后能够将光学膜表面在加工过程中所产生的静电依次通过钢辊6和钢质方框7导入大地,避免了静电而导致光学膜表面吸引灰尘颗粒而变得脏污。
