A synergistic insecticidal composition for preventing and treating sugarcane borer comprises the active ingredients of tianweisu and thiocyclam which are compounded in a binary way; wherein the mass ratio of the ivermectin to the thiocyclam is 1-20:30-1. The components of the invention are reasonable, and the activity after compounding is not the simple superposition of the activities of all the components, but has obvious synergistic effect. Compared with single pesticide, the pesticide can improve the insecticidal effect, can expand the insecticidal spectrum, and can effectively solve the problem of using single-component pesticide to prevent and control sugarcane borers. And the insecticidal mechanisms of the 2 active ingredients are different during compounding, so that the generation of drug resistance of pests can be delayed, and the pesticide has a certain protection effect on the pesticide.

Description

Synergistic pesticide for preventing and treating sugarcane borers
The application is that the patent number is: 2021110161014, patent name: the pesticide for preventing and treating the sugarcane borers is applied for the day as follows: 20210831, applicant (patentee): divisional application of the application of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region academy of agricultural sciences.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a synergistic pesticide for preventing and treating sugarcane borers.
Background
Sugarcane is the main economic crop of Guangxi, and sugarcane borer and sugarcane tortoise are two main pests in Guangxi sugarcane producing areas, wherein the harm of the sugarcane borer to the sugarcane is particularly prominent. The sugarcane borers are harmful in the whole growth period of the sugarcane, the growth points are harmful in the seedling period to cause dead seedlings, the dead rate is generally 10% -20%, the serious growth rate is more than 50%, the sugarcane stalks are damaged by boring at the middle and later periods, the tissue of the sugarcane stalks is damaged, the growth of the sugarcane is hindered, the wind break is caused, the yield and the sugar content are reduced, the sugarcane is damaged by various borers in the whole growth process, and the loss is about 0.25-0.5t every 0.067 ha. . Since 31 months and 10 months in 2013, sugarcane insect pests, particularly sugarcane borers, become increasingly serious due to the prohibition of production and use of terbuthylazine. Therefore, an efficient low-toxicity insecticide which can effectively control the harm of the sugarcane borers is urgently needed. The saccharum officinarum belongs to the family of saccharum officinarum, is one of the main raw materials in sugar industry, and is mainly distributed in southern provinces such as Guangxi, yunnan, guangdong, hainan and the like. In the sugarcane planting process, due to the geographical environment condition limitation, extensive field management and other reasons, sugarcane diseases and insect pests frequently occur, and stem borers are one of common insect pests on the sugarcane. The common sugarcane borers include Diaphlus cruller, huang Ming, white borer, striped borer, greater borer and the like. In the seedling stage, the sugarcane borers are eaten into tender stems of the sugarcane by larvae, invade the tissue of the stems of the sugarcane, destroy growing points and cause dead heart seedlings; the young insects damage the sugarcane stalks in the middle and later growth stages, destroy tissues in the stalks, influence the growth of the sugarcane, lead to the reduction of the yield of the sugarcane, and simultaneously cause the great reduction of the sugar content, thereby directly influencing the economic benefit.
In the planting and production process of the sugarcane, chemical agents such as chlorantraniliprole and the like are sprayed to prevent and control the stem borers. However, pesticides containing a single component often have defects in the process of controlling pesticide pests: the continuous use is easy to cause the pests to generate drug resistance, the insecticidal spectrum is narrow, and the comprehensive protection can not be provided for crops. The pesticide with different action mechanisms is compounded, so that the defects can be overcome to a certain extent, and three action types can appear after compounding: antagonism, addition and synergism, wherein the compounding of synergistic action type expands the insecticidal spectrum, and simultaneously can also improve the control effect and reduce the application amount of pesticide.
The tianweimycin is a new avermectin compound produced by engineering bacteria Streptomyces avermitilis MHJ1011 constructed by gene modification by adopting a combined biosynthesis method, has good control effect on pests such as pest mites and lepidoptera and parasites of livestock, and has a structural general formula of the tianweimycin disclosed in the patent with the application number of CN 201410208660.9.
In the actual process of agricultural production, the most easily generated problem for controlling pests is the generation of drug resistance of pests. The compounding of different kinds of components is a common method for preventing and controlling resistant pests. Different components are compounded, and whether a certain compound has synergism, addition or antagonism is judged according to the actual application effect. In most cases, the compounding effect of the pesticide is additive effect, the compounding with real synergistic effect is less, and especially the compounding with very obvious synergistic effect and very high co-toxicity coefficient is less. The inventor discovers that obvious synergistic effect is shown when the ivermectin and the fluroxypyr, the thiocyclam or the chromafenozide are subjected to binary compounding according to a certain mass ratio through an indoor biological activity test. No report on this aspect has been found so far.
The above background disclosure is only for the purpose of assisting understanding of the inventive concept and technical solutions of the present invention, and does not necessarily belong to the prior art of the present patent application, and should not be used for evaluating the novelty and inventive step of the present application in the case that there is no clear evidence that the above content is disclosed at the filing date of the present patent application.
