Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, in a preferred embodiment, both sides of the angle adjustment plate 12 are provided with side limit assemblies 6, and the side limit assemblies 6 include side plates 601, two extension rods 604 are fixedly connected to one side of the side plate 601 facing the angle adjustment plate 12, the other ends of the two extension rods 604 are fixedly connected to the outer side of the angle adjustment plate 12, two shaft blocks 608 are fixedly connected to one side of the side plate 601 facing the angle adjustment plate 12, and the opposite sides of the two shaft blocks 608 are connected to the same connecting shaft 609 through bearings, the outer side of the connecting shaft 609 is fixedly connected with contact arc plates 602 at equal intervals, one side of the side plate 601 far away from the angle adjusting plate 12 is fixedly connected with a connecting plate 603, one side of the connecting plate 603 facing each contact arc plate 602 is fixedly connected with two hydraulic cylinders 605 at equal intervals, the output ends of the two hydraulic cylinders 605 are fixedly connected with the same vibrating plate 606, the vibrating plate 606 faces the outer side of the contact arc plates 602 and is fixedly connected with vibrating heads 607 at equal intervals, and the outer sides of the contact arc plates 602 close to the vibrating heads 607 are fixedly connected with the same auxiliary contact plate.
It should be noted that, during the process of discharging the plate furniture, the second hydraulic cylinder 605 is adjusted to drive the oscillation head 607 on the oscillation plate 606 to repeatedly beat and oscillate the contact arc plate 602, so that the connecting shaft 609 on the contact arc plate 602 rotates, and then the contact arc plate 602 repeatedly extrudes and limits the two sides of the plate furniture, thereby ensuring that the two sides of the plate furniture are not deviated during the discharging process, and further improving the discharging firmness and safety of the plate furniture.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, in a preferred embodiment, a supporting frame 19 is fixedly connected to one side of a ground base 1, a guiding assembly 7 is disposed on the top of the supporting frame 19, the guiding assembly 7 includes a guiding frame 701, the guiding frame 701 is fixedly connected to the top of the supporting frame 19, moving sliding grooves 707 are formed in inner walls of two sides of the guiding frame 701, connecting sliding blocks 704 are slidably connected to inner walls of the two moving sliding grooves 707, a same lower moving plate 706 is fixedly connected to opposite sides of the two connecting sliding blocks 704, return springs 702 are fixedly connected to one side of the lower moving plate 706 at equal intervals, other ends of the return springs 702 are fixedly connected to inner walls of the guiding frame 701 near the bottom end, a mounting plate 708 is fixedly connected to an outer side of the guiding frame 701 near the bottom end, a jacking preventing telescopic rod 703 is fixedly connected to opposite sides of the mounting plate 708 and the lower moving plate 706 at equal intervals, the jacking preventing telescopic rod 703 is located above the return spring 702, and a guiding arc plate 705 is fixedly connected to one side of the guiding frame 701 near the bottom end supporting plate 501.
Specifically, the panel furniture is guided into the guiding frame 701 through the guiding arc plate 705, and after the panel furniture enters the guiding frame 701, the gravity of the panel body extrudes the downward moving plate 706, so that the return spring 702 behind the downward moving plate 706 is compressed, and the larger the compression degree of the return spring 702 along with the movement of the downward moving plate 706, the better the buffering and damping effect of the elastic potential energy of the return spring 702 on the panel furniture is, so that the falling impact force of the panel body is reduced, and the panel furniture is protected.
In a specific application scenario, when the middle of the return spring 702 bulges in the compression process, the anti-jacking telescopic rod 703 extrudes the jacking part of the return spring 702, so that the return spring 702 is prevented from losing the cushioning effect due to jacking.
It should be noted that the guiding frame 701 is a concave frame structure, and when the panel furniture falls into the guiding frame 701, the panel furniture sinks for a certain distance, so that an enclosing limiting effect is exerted on the panel furniture through the inner side of the guiding frame 701, and it is ensured that the panel furniture does not have a side-turning safety accident at the last stage of blanking.
The working principle is as follows: when the feeding device is used, when the feeding operation of the plate furniture is carried out, the plate furniture is moved to the pushing component 4, so that the plate furniture is in contact with the guide rollers 405 on the pushing component 4, the driving motor 409 is started while the plate furniture is in contact with the guide rollers 405 on the outer sides of the rotating blades 406, the driving motor 409 drives the guide rollers 405 on the outer sides of the rotating blades 406 to exert a forward pushing force on the plate furniture, the plate furniture is accelerated to move into the clamping component 5, the plate furniture is moved according to the volume of the plate furniture after falling into the clamping component 5, the more the contact number of the bottom of the plate furniture and the reaction plate 508 is, the larger the extrusion force degree of the plate furniture caused by the reaction force of the extrusion spring 509 below the reaction plate 508 is, therefore, the firmness of clamping is controlled through the contact quantity of the reaction plate 508 and the plate furniture, after clamping is completed, the third hydraulic cylinder 14 is adjusted to drive the bottom end supporting plate 501 to move and slowly move the bottom end supporting plate 501 to the position of the connection assembly 7, when the plate moves to the position of the connection arc plate 705, the first hydraulic cylinder 503 is adjusted to drive the top limiting plate 502 to ascend, clamping of the plate is loosened, the plate is manually pushed to approach the position of the connection arc plate 705, so that the plate is slowly moved from the bottom end supporting plate 501 to be in contact with the lower moving plate 706, the plate furniture extrudes the lower moving plate 706, the lower moving plate 706 moves to the lowest position, a worker moves the plate furniture out of the connection frame 701, and single blanking operation of the furniture plate is finished.

Claims (10)
1. The blanking device for the panel furniture comprises a grounding seat (1) and an angle adjusting plate (12), and is characterized in that blanking guide rails (15) are fixedly connected to two sides of the angle adjusting plate (12), blanking sliders (16) are slidably connected to inner walls of the two blanking guide rails (15), the top of each of the two blanking sliders (16) is fixedly connected with the same fixing frame (18), a clamping assembly (5) is arranged at the top of each fixing frame (18), each clamping assembly (5) comprises a bottom supporting plate (501), the bottom supporting plates (501) are fixedly connected to the top of each fixing frame (18), reaction plates (508) are fixedly connected to the tops of the bottom supporting plates (501) at equal intervals through hinges, extrusion springs (509) are fixedly connected to the bottoms of the bottom supporting plates (501), side frames (510) are fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom supporting plates (501), hydraulic cylinders (503) are fixedly connected to the tops of the two side frames (510), output ends of the two hydraulic cylinders (503) are fixedly connected to the same top (502), two limiting plates (502) are fixedly connected to the tops of the two side frames (510), and two air bag clamping plates (507) are arranged above the tops of the two air bags (502), the extrusion air bag (505) is in contact with the clamping plates (507), the top limiting plate (502) is located at the bottoms of the two ends of the two extrusion air bags (505) and is fixedly connected with pressure-proof plates (506), and the bottoms of the two clamping plates (507) are fixedly connected with extrusion arc rods (504) at equal distances.

The blanking device for the panel furniture according to the claim 1, characterized in that, two shaft plates (10) are fixedly connected to the top of the grounding seat (1), and one opposite side of the two shaft plates (10) is connected with the same rotating shaft (9) through a bearing, the rotating roller (8) is fixedly connected to the outer side of the rotating shaft (9), the angle adjusting plate (12) is fixedly connected to the outer side of the rotating roller (8), the top of the grounding seat (1) is fixedly connected with the touch plate (2), the top of the touch plate (2) is connected with the jacking cylinders (3) through hinges at equal intervals, and the output ends of the jacking cylinders (3) are connected to the bottom of the angle adjusting plate (12) through hinges.

The blanking device for the panel furniture according to the claim 2, characterized in that the top of each of the two shaft plates (10) is fixedly connected with a mounting block (13), one side of the mounting block (13) facing the blanking sliding block (16) is fixedly connected with a third hydraulic cylinder (14), the opposite sides of the two blanking sliding blocks (16) are fixedly connected with outer connecting blocks (17), and the output ends of the third hydraulic cylinders (14) are fixedly connected with the outer sides of the outer connecting blocks (17).

The blanking device for the panel furniture according to the claim 1, characterized in that the angle adjusting plate (12) is provided with a pushing assembly (4) near the outer side of the clamping assembly (5), and the pushing assembly (4) comprises two semicircular electric guide rails (401), both semicircular electric guide rails (401) are fixedly connected to the top of the angle adjusting plate (12), and the two semicircular electric guide rails (401) are symmetrically distributed by taking the center line of the angle adjusting plate (12) as a symmetrical point.
