It should be noted that, during the process of discharging the plate furniture, the second hydraulic cylinder 605 is adjusted to drive the oscillation head 607 on the oscillation plate 606 to repeatedly beat and oscillate the contact arc plate 602, so that the connecting shaft 609 on the contact arc plate 602 rotates, and then the contact arc plate 602 repeatedly extrudes and limits the two sides of the plate furniture, thereby ensuring that the two sides of the plate furniture are not deviated during the discharging process, and further improving the discharging firmness and safety of the plate furniture.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, in a preferred embodiment, a supporting frame 19 is fixedly connected to one side of a ground seat 1, and a guiding assembly 7 is disposed on the top of the supporting frame 19, the guiding assembly 7 includes a guiding frame 701, the guiding frame 701 is fixedly connected to the top of the supporting frame 19, moving sliding grooves 707 are formed on inner walls of two sides of the guiding frame 701, connecting sliding blocks 704 are slidably connected to inner walls of the two moving sliding grooves 707, a same lower moving plate 706 is fixedly connected to opposite sides of the two connecting sliding blocks 704, return springs 702 are fixedly connected to one side of the lower moving plate 706 at equal intervals, other ends of the return springs 702 are fixedly connected to inner walls of the guiding frame 701 near the bottom end, a mounting plate 708 is fixedly connected to an outer side of the guiding frame 701 near the bottom end, a jacking-preventing telescopic rod 703 is fixedly connected to opposite sides of the mounting plate 708 and the lower moving plate 706 at equal intervals, the jacking-preventing telescopic rod 703 is located above the return spring 702, and a guiding arc plate 705 is fixedly connected to one side of the guiding frame 701 near the bottom supporting plate 501.
Specifically, the panel furniture is guided into the guiding frame 701 through the guiding arc plate 705, and after the panel furniture enters the guiding frame 701, the gravity of the panel body extrudes the downward moving plate 706, so that the return spring 702 behind the downward moving plate 706 is compressed, and the larger the compression degree of the return spring 702 along with the movement of the downward moving plate 706, the better the buffering and damping effect of the elastic potential energy of the return spring 702 on the panel furniture is, so that the falling impact force of the panel body is reduced, and the panel furniture is protected.
In a specific application scenario, when the middle of the return spring 702 swells in the compression process, the anti-jacking telescopic rod 703 extrudes the jacked part of the return spring 702, so that the return spring 702 cannot lose the buffering and damping effects due to jacking.
It should be noted that the guiding frame 701 is a concave frame structure, and when the panel furniture falls into the guiding frame 701, the panel furniture sinks for a certain distance, so that an enclosing limiting effect is exerted on the panel furniture through the inner side of the guiding frame 701, and it is ensured that the panel furniture does not have a side-turning safety accident at the last stage of blanking.
The working principle is as follows: when the feeding device is used, when the feeding operation of the plate furniture is carried out, the plate furniture is moved to the pushing assembly 4, so that the plate furniture is in contact with the guide rollers 405 on the pushing assembly 4, the driving motor 409 is started while the plate furniture is in contact with the guide rollers 405 on the outer sides of the rotating blades 406, the driving motor 409 drives the guide rollers 405 on the outer sides of the rotating blades 406 to exert a forward pushing force on the plate furniture, the plate furniture is accelerated to move into the clamping assembly 5, the plate furniture is moved according to the volume of the plate furniture after falling into the clamping assembly 5, the more the contact quantity of the bottom of the plate furniture and the reaction plate 508 is, the larger the extrusion force degree of the plate furniture caused by the reaction force of the extrusion spring 509 below the reaction plate 508 is, therefore, the clamping firmness is controlled by the contact quantity of the reaction plate 508 and the plate furniture, after clamping is completed, the third hydraulic cylinder 14 is adjusted to drive the bottom end supporting plate 501 to move, the bottom end supporting plate is slowly moved to the position of the guide assembly 7, when the plate is moved to the position of the guide arc plate 705, the first hydraulic cylinder 503 is adjusted to drive the top limiting plate 502 to ascend, clamping on the plate is loosened, the plate is manually pushed to approach the guide arc plate 705, the plate is slowly moved to be in contact with the lower moving plate 706 from the bottom end supporting plate 501, the plate furniture extrudes the lower moving plate 706, the lower moving plate 706 moves to the lowest position, a worker moves the plate furniture out of the guide frame 701, and single blanking operation of the furniture plate is finished.

the top of the grounding seat (1) is fixedly connected with two shaft plates (10), one opposite side of each of the two shaft plates (10) is connected with the same rotating shaft (9) through a bearing, the outer side of each rotating shaft (9) is fixedly connected with a rotating roller (8), an angle adjusting plate (12) is fixedly connected to the outer side of each rotating roller (8), the top of the grounding seat (1) is fixedly connected with a touch plate (2), the tops of the touch plates (2) are connected with jacking cylinders (3) at equal intervals through hinges, and the output ends of the jacking cylinders (3) are connected to the bottoms of the angle adjusting plates (12) through hinges;
