Abstract
本发明公开了一种柔软助眠被套面料及其制备方法,涉及面料技术领域。本发明先利用4,4'‑二羧基二苯醚、2,7‑二羟基芴酮、6,2'‑二羟基黄酮、聚乙二醇获得自制弹性体,提高面料防变形能力,经纺丝、混纺得第二层面料;利用3‑烯丙基‑2‑羟基‑4‑甲氧基苯甲醛、2‑烯丙氧基苯胺改性棉纤维,使面料具有抗菌效果,编织后,吸附镍离子,与巯基化二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒交联形成水凝胶,提高面料抗菌能力;然后与加热处理后的第二层面料贴覆,氮气低温等离子初步固化后,再次进行加热处理,提高面料的防变形能力;接着利用多孔吸附植物精油,起到助眠功效。本发明制备的柔软助眠被套面料具有抗菌、防变形的效果。

本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体为一种柔软助眠被套面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
被套主要是罩在棉被的外面,避免弄脏棉被,可以随时对其清洗,具有美观且实用的作用,目前,被套作为人们日常生活中必不可少的日用品之一,人们对制作被套的面料要求也越来越高,现有的被套面料抗菌效果较差,长时间使用容易滋生细菌;并且被套面料在实际使用过程中,如果拉扯力过大,存在面料无法及时回弹恢复的现象,而且被套面料需要多次清洗,面料的弹性越来越差,导致面料易变形,影响人们使用。
据统计,目前我国有42.5%的人存在着不同程度的失眠问题,失眠在严重影响工作和生活质量的同时,还引发很多心理疾病,而西洋甘菊、薰衣草薄荷、香叶天竺葵、迷迭香具有镇静和清新的作用,有助于缓解紧张和焦虑、松弛神经,舒缓压力、改善睡眠,使内心平静安宁,因此本发明选取其精油,通过自然挥发的香气,起到助眠的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柔软助眠被套面料及其制备方法,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种柔软助眠被套面料,包含第一层面料和第二层面料,所述柔软助眠被套面料由以下步骤制得,将第一层面料与三氯甲烷按、三乙胺、硫酸镍、无水甲醇混合,静置一段时间后,含镍第一层面料;将改性纳米颗粒、光引发剂I2969和含镍第一层面料混合,经紫外光照射后,臭氧氧化一段时间,得水凝胶第一层面料;将第二层面料进行加热处理后,贴覆于水凝胶第一层面料,用陶瓷夹具上下固定,经氮气低温等离子处理后,再次进行加热处理,然后喷涂植物精油整理液,冷冻干燥。
进一步的,所述第一层面料以改性棉纤维为原料,第二层面料以自制弹性纤维和棉纤维为原料。
进一步的,所述改性棉纤维由棉纤维、3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛和2-烯丙氧基苯胺制得;所述自制弹性纤维由4,4'-二羧基二苯醚、2,7-二羟基芴酮、6,2'-二羟基黄酮和聚乙二醇制得自制弹性体后,熔融纺丝制得。
进一步的,所述改性纳米颗粒由三甲氧基硅烷基甲硫醇和二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒制得;所述植物精油为西洋甘菊、薰衣草薄荷、香叶天竺葵或迷迭香的一种或多种混合;所述加热处理为通入二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合热蒸气,反应至预定时间。
进一步的,一种柔软助眠被套面料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将36.8~50.0tex的棉纤维置于棉纤维质量25~33倍的3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛溶液中,60~82℃下反应2~6h后,捞出,用蒸馏水冲洗3~7min,得初步改性棉纤维;将初步改性棉纤维、2-烯丙氧基苯胺、无水乙醇按质量比1:0.6:10~1:1.2:27混合,反应8~12h后,捞出,用无水乙醇清洗5~7次,得改性棉纤维,编织,得克重为100~120g/m2的第一层面料;
(2)将4,4'-二羧基二苯醚、2,7-二羟基芴酮、6,2'-二羟基黄酮、乙酸镁、乙酸钾、乙酸酐按质量比1:1.0:0.9:0.0005:15~1:2.0:3.0:0.0005:30混合,加热至135~150℃,保温3~6h后,升温到210~228℃,保温2~5h后,加热至250~266℃,保温2~5h后,抽真空10~24min后,继续保温1~4h,再用丙酮洗涤4~6次,于65~80℃、真空度60~90kPa下干燥8~12h,研磨粉碎过80~100目筛得共聚酯化合物;
(3)将共聚酯化合物、聚乙二醇、乙酸镁按质量比1:0.3:0.0001~1:0.6:0.001混合,减压至50~100Pa,升温至230~250℃,100~200rpm下搅拌2~5h后,在氮气氛围下,加热至250~272℃,保温60~88min后,于65~80℃、真空度60~90kPa下干燥4~8h得自制弹性体,熔融纺丝得自制弹性纤维;将自制弹性纤维和36.8~50.0tex的棉纤维按质量比1:0.5~1:1.0混纺编织,得克重为100~120g/m2的第二层面料;
(4)将第一层面料、三氯甲烷按质量比1:18~1:34混合置于容器中,按质量比0.7:1:10~1.3:1:22加入三乙胺、硫酸镍和无水甲醇,和硫酸镍和第一层面料的质量比为0.2:1~0.6:1,静置6~8d后,捞出,用去离子水洗涤3~7min得含镍第一层面料;
(5)将改性纳米颗粒分散于改性纳米颗粒质量40~70倍的去离子水中,加入改性纳米颗粒质量0.05~0.4倍的光引发剂I2969、改性纳米颗粒质量1~4倍的含镍第一层面料,用365nm的紫外光照射17~40min,捞出,用去离子水洗涤5~10min后,在臭氧气氛下,反应90~120min,得水凝胶第一层面料;
(6)将第二层面料进行加热处理后,贴覆于水凝胶第一层面料,用陶瓷夹具上下固定,再置于等离子体装置,抽气至约4~10Pa,保持6~15min后,以40~100mL/min通入氮气至气压为2×102~4×102Pa,80~100W处理2~8min后,取出,再次进行加热处理,然后喷涂第二层面料质量0.07~0.2倍的植物精油整理液,于-20~-6℃冷冻干燥18~24h,得柔软助眠被套面料。
进一步的,步骤(1)所述3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛溶液的制备方法为3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛、质量分数为0.6%的氢氧化钠溶液、过硫酸钾和去离子水按质量比1:15:0.05:32~1:20:0.08:43混合。
进一步的,步骤(3)所述熔融纺丝采用螺杆纺丝机进行纺丝,螺杆纺丝机1~6区的温度分别是210、220、225、230、235、240℃,纺丝模头温度为250℃,纺丝速度为1000~1200m/min。
进一步的,步骤(5)所述改性纳米颗粒的制备方法为:将二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒分散于二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒质量60~75倍的甲苯中,30~40kHz下超声处理2~10min后,加入质量分数为5%的稀硫酸至溶液pH为3~4,加入二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒质量0.1~0.5倍的三甲氧基硅烷基甲硫醇,60~80℃、30~40kHz处理4~10h后,10000~12000rpm离心1~8min,过滤,用去离子水洗涤4~8次,60~80℃下干燥4~8h。
进一步的,步骤(6)所述加热处理的具体步骤为:以80~120mL/min通入140~200℃的二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合气,二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合气中二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和氢氧化钠的质量比为1:0.0005~1:0.002,反应30~60min。
进一步的,步骤(6)所述植物精油整理液的制备方法为:将环糊精置于环糊精质量10~20倍的去离子水中,加热至65~80℃,搅拌溶解后,冷却至40~55℃,再加入环糊精质量0.2~0.5倍的植物精油、环糊精质量10~15倍的质量分数为10%的乙醇水溶液,50~100rpm下搅拌2~5h,0~4℃冷藏10~15h,得微胶囊悬浮液;将微胶囊悬浮液、Goon720粘合剂、JFC渗透剂按质量比1:0.8:0.04~1:1.2:0.04混合,1000~2000rpm下搅拌6~22min。
与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:
本发明采用双层面料,第一层面料采用改性棉纤维为原料,第二层面料采用自制弹性纤维和棉纤维为原料,以实现防变形、抗菌的效果。
首先,4,4'-二羧基二苯醚的羧基分别与2,7-二羟基芴酮、6,2'-二羟基黄酮的羟基反应,形成共聚酯化合物,刚性结构的苯基和芴基形成硬链段,醚键形成柔性链段,由于三者形成较大的空间位阻,破坏柔性链段的规整性,为其提供物理束缚区域,实现面料低温回弹,使得面料具有防变形效果;然后在聚乙二醇的交联作用下,共聚酯化合物之间形成两端为硬链段多嵌段结构的自制弹性体,受到外力作用时,两端为主要受力区域,为面料抵御外界作用,提高面料防变形能力;在自制弹性体纺丝、编织成第二层面料后,进行第一次加热处理,利用二聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚的热蒸汽,在碱性催化剂存在下,与第二层面料的羟基形成交联键,使自制弹性纤维和棉纤维相互固定,保持定型效果,增益面料的防变形能力;然后利用水凝胶,将第一层面料和第二层面料粘附在一起后,通过氮气低温等离子初步固化,利用活性氮与面料反应,逸出气体,使固化后的水凝胶呈多孔状,然后进行第二次加热处理,加强面料间交联固定,提高面料的防变形能力;接着利用多孔吸附植物精油,起到助眠功效。
其次,本发明利用三甲氧基硅烷基甲硫醇改性二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒,表面引入巯基,获得改性纳米颗粒;利用3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛的烯基与棉纤维的甲醇基反应,包覆于棉纤维,再利用醛基与2-烯丙氧基苯胺发生缩合反应,获得抗菌改性棉纤维,使面料具有抗菌效果;在改性棉纤维编织成第一层面料后,利用镍离子与第一层面料表面的氧原子、氮原子发生配位,进一步提高面料的抑菌活性;然后在光引发剂的作用下,通过紫外光照,促使改性纳米颗粒的巯基与2-烯丙氧基苯胺的烯基发生交联,形成有机-无机水凝胶,通过结合水分子,形成牢固的水膜,并且在二氧化亚铁铜的共同作用下,防止细菌黏附在面料上,增益面料的抗菌性。

为了更清楚的说明本发明提供的方法通过以下实施例进行详细说明,在以下实施例中制作的柔软助眠被套面料的各指标测试方法如下:
抗菌性:取质量相等的实施例与对比例进行抗菌效果测试,参照GB/T20944。
防变形:取面积大小相等的实施例与对比例进行弹性回复效果测试;参照FZ/T70006测量单次弹性回复率、洗涤30次后的弹性回复率。
实施例1
一种柔软助眠被套面料的制备方法,所述柔软助眠被套面料的制备方法包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将36.8tex的棉纤维置于棉纤维质量25倍的3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛溶液,3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛溶液中3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛、质量分数为0.6%的氢氧化钠溶液、过硫酸钾和去离子水的质量比为1:15:0.05:32,60℃下反应6h后,捞出,用蒸馏水冲洗3min,得初步改性棉纤维;将初步改性棉纤维、2-烯丙氧基苯胺、无水乙醇按质量比1:0.6:10混合,反应8h后,捞出,用无水乙醇清洗5次,得改性棉纤维,编织,得克重为100g/m2的第一层面料;
(2)将4,4'-二羧基二苯醚、2,7-二羟基芴酮、6,2'-二羟基黄酮、乙酸镁、乙酸钾、乙酸酐按质量比1:1.0:0.9:0.0005:15混合,加热至135℃,保温6h后,升温到210℃,保温5h后,加热至250℃,保温5h后,抽真空10min后,继续保温4h,再用丙酮洗涤4次,于65℃、真空度60kPa下干燥8h,研磨粉碎过80目筛得共聚酯化合物;
(3)将共聚酯化合物、聚乙二醇、乙酸镁按质量比1:0.3:0.0001混合,减压至50Pa,升温至230℃,100rpm下搅拌5h后,在氮气氛围下,加热至250℃,保温88min后,于65℃、真空度60kPa下干燥4h得自制弹性体,熔融纺丝得自制弹性纤维;将自制弹性纤维和36.8tex的棉纤维按质量比1:0.5混纺编织,得克重为100g/m2的第二层面料;所述熔融纺丝采用螺杆纺丝机进行纺丝,螺杆纺丝机1~6区的温度分别是210、220、225、230、235、240℃,纺丝模头温度为250℃,纺丝速度为1000m/min;
(4)将第一层面料、三氯甲烷按质量比1:18混合置于容器中,按质量比0.7:1:10加入三乙胺、硫酸镍和无水甲醇,和硫酸镍和第一层面料的质量比为0.2:1,静置6d后,捞出,用去离子水洗涤3min得含镍第一层面料;
(5)将二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒分散于二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒质量60倍的甲苯中,30kHz下超声处理10min后,加入质量分数为5%的稀硫酸至溶液pH为3,加入二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒质量0.1倍的三甲氧基硅烷基甲硫醇,60℃、30kHz处理10h后,10000rpm离心8min,过滤,用去离子水洗涤4次,60℃下干燥8h得改性纳米颗粒;将改性纳米颗粒分散于改性纳米颗粒质量40倍的去离子水中,加入改性纳米颗粒质量0.05倍的光引发剂I2969、改性纳米颗粒质量1倍的含镍第一层面料,用365nm的紫外光照射17min,捞出,用去离子水洗涤5min后,在臭氧气氛下,反应90min,得水凝胶第一层面料;
(6)将第二层面料进行加热处理,以80mL/min通入140℃的二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合气,二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合气中二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和氢氧化钠的质量比为1:0.0005,反应60min,贴覆于水凝胶第一层面料,用陶瓷夹具上下固定,再置于等离子体装置,抽气至约4Pa,保持6min后,以40mL/min通入氮气至气压为2×102Pa,80W处理8min后,取出,再次进行加热处理;将环糊精置于环糊精质量10倍的去离子水中,加热至65℃,搅拌溶解后,冷却至40℃,再加入环糊精质量0.2倍的薰衣草精油、环糊精质量10倍的质量分数为10%的乙醇水溶液,50rpm下搅拌5h,0℃冷藏10h,得微胶囊悬浮液;将微胶囊悬浮液、Goon720粘合剂、JFC渗透剂按质量比1:0.8:0.04混合,1000rpm下搅拌22min,得精油整理液;然后喷涂第二层面料质量0.07倍的精油整理液,于-20℃冷冻干燥18h,得柔软助眠被套面料。
实施例2
一种柔软助眠被套面料的制备方法,所述柔软助眠被套面料的制备方法包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将43.4tex的棉纤维置于棉纤维质量29倍的3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛溶液,3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛溶液中3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛、质量分数为0.6%的氢氧化钠溶液、过硫酸钾和去离子水的质量比为1:17.5:0.065:37.5,71℃下反应4h后,捞出,用蒸馏水冲洗5min,得初步改性棉纤维;将初步改性棉纤维、2-烯丙氧基苯胺、无水乙醇按质量比1:0.9:18.5混合,反应10h后,捞出,用无水乙醇清洗6次,得改性棉纤维,编织,得克重为110g/m2的第一层面料;
(2)将4,4'-二羧基二苯醚、2,7-二羟基芴酮、6,2'-二羟基黄酮、乙酸镁、乙酸钾、乙酸酐按质量比1:1.5:1.95:0.0005:22.5混合,加热至143℃,保温4.56h后,升温到219℃,保温3.5h后,加热至258℃,保温3.5h后,抽真空17min后,继续保温2.5h,再用丙酮洗涤5次,于73℃、真空度75kPa下干燥10h,研磨粉碎过90目筛得共聚酯化合物;
(3)将共聚酯化合物、聚乙二醇、乙酸镁按质量比1:0.45:0.0001混合,减压至75Pa,升温至240℃,150rpm下搅拌3.5h后,在氮气氛围下,加热至261℃,保温74min后,于72℃、真空度75kPa下干燥6h得自制弹性体,熔融纺丝得自制弹性纤维;将自制弹性纤维和43.4tex的棉纤维按质量比1:0.75混纺编织,得克重为110g/m2的第二层面料;所述熔融纺丝采用螺杆纺丝机进行纺丝,螺杆纺丝机1~6区的温度分别是210、220、225、230、235、240℃,纺丝模头温度为250℃,纺丝速度为1100m/min;
(4)将第一层面料、三氯甲烷按质量比1:18~1:34混合置于容器中,按质量比1:1:16加入三乙胺、硫酸镍和无水甲醇,和硫酸镍和第一层面料的质量比为0.4:1,静置7d后,捞出,用去离子水洗涤5min得含镍第一层面料;

(6)将第二层面料进行加热处理,以100mL/min通入170℃的二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合气,二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合气中二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和氢氧化钠的质量比为1:0.0013,反应45min,贴覆于水凝胶第一层面料,用陶瓷夹具上下固定,再置于等离子体装置,抽气至约7Pa,保持10min后,以70mL/min通入氮气至气压为3×102Pa,90W处理5min后,取出,再次进行加热处理;将环糊精置于环糊精质量15倍的去离子水中,加热至73℃,搅拌溶解后,冷却至48℃,再加入环糊精质量0.35倍的薰衣草精油、环糊精质量12.5倍的质量分数为10%的乙醇水溶液,70rpm下搅拌3.5h,2℃冷藏12.5h,得微胶囊悬浮液;将微胶囊悬浮液、Goon720粘合剂、JFC渗透剂按质量比1:1.0:0.04混合,1500rpm下搅拌14min,得精油整理液;然后喷涂第二层面料质量0.14倍的精油整理液,于-13℃冷冻干燥21h,得柔软助眠被套面料。
实施例3
一种柔软助眠被套面料的制备方法,所述柔软助眠被套面料的制备方法包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将50.0tex的棉纤维置于棉纤维质量33倍的3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛溶液,3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛溶液中3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛、质量分数为0.6%的氢氧化钠溶液、过硫酸钾和去离子水的质量比为1:20:0.08:43,82℃下反应2h后,捞出,用蒸馏水冲洗7min,得初步改性棉纤维;将初步改性棉纤维、2-烯丙氧基苯胺、无水乙醇按质量比1:1.2:27混合,反应12h后,捞出,用无水乙醇清洗7次,得改性棉纤维,编织,得克重为120g/m2的第一层面料;
(2)将4,4'-二羧基二苯醚、2,7-二羟基芴酮、6,2'-二羟基黄酮、乙酸镁、乙酸钾、乙酸酐按质量比1:2.0:3.0:0.0005:30混合,加热至150℃,保温3h后,升温到228℃,保温2h后,加热至266℃,保温2h后,抽真空24min后,继续保温1h,再用丙酮洗涤6次,于80℃、真空度90kPa下干燥12h,研磨粉碎过100目筛得共聚酯化合物;
(3)将共聚酯化合物、聚乙二醇、乙酸镁按质量比1:0.6:0.001混合,减压至100Pa,升温至250℃,200rpm下搅拌2h后,在氮气氛围下,加热至272℃,保温60min后,于80℃、真空度90kPa下干燥4h得自制弹性体,熔融纺丝得自制弹性纤维;将自制弹性纤维和50.0tex的棉纤维按质量比1:1.0混纺编织,得克重为120g/m2的第二层面料;所述熔融纺丝采用螺杆纺丝机进行纺丝,螺杆纺丝机1~6区的温度分别是210、220、225、230、235、240℃,纺丝模头温度为250℃,纺丝速度为1200m/min;
(4)将第一层面料、三氯甲烷按质量比1:34混合置于容器中,按质量比1.3:1:22加入三乙胺、硫酸镍和无水甲醇,和硫酸镍和第一层面料的质量比0.6:1,静置8d后,捞出,用去离子水洗涤7min得含镍第一层面料;
(5)将二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒分散于二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒质量75倍的甲苯中,40kHz下超声处理2min后,加入质量分数为5%的稀硫酸至溶液pH为4,加入二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒质量0.5倍的三甲氧基硅烷基甲硫醇,80℃、40kHz处理4h后,12000rpm离心1min,过滤,用去离子水洗涤8次,80℃下干燥4h得改性纳米颗粒;将改性纳米颗粒分散于改性纳米颗粒质量70倍的去离子水中,加入改性纳米颗粒质量0.4倍的光引发剂I2969、改性纳米颗粒质量4倍的含镍第一层面料,用365nm的紫外光照射40min,捞出,用去离子水洗涤10min后,在臭氧气氛下,反应120min,得水凝胶第一层面料;
(6)将第二层面料进行加热处理,以120mL/min通入200℃的二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合气,二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合气中二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和氢氧化钠的质量比为1:0.002,反应30min,贴覆于水凝胶第一层面料,用陶瓷夹具上下固定,再置于等离子体装置,抽气至约10Pa,保持15min后,以100mL/min通入氮气至气压为4×102Pa,100W处理2min后,取出,再次进行加热处理;将环糊精置于环糊精质量20倍的去离子水中,加热至80℃,搅拌溶解后,冷却至55℃,再加入环糊精质量0.5倍的薰衣草精油、环糊精质量15倍的质量分数为10%的乙醇水溶液,100rpm下搅拌2h,4℃冷藏10h,得微胶囊悬浮液;将微胶囊悬浮液、Goon720粘合剂、JFC渗透剂按质量比1:1.2:0.04混合,2000rpm下搅拌6min,得精油整理液;然后喷涂第二层面料质量0.2倍的精油整理液,于-6℃冷冻干燥24h,得柔软助眠被套面料。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例2的区别在于步骤(1)的不同,将步骤(1)改为:将43.4tex的棉纤维置于棉纤维质量29倍的3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛溶液,3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛溶液中3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛、质量分数为0.6%的氢氧化钠溶液、过硫酸钾和去离子水的质量比为1:17.5:0.065:37.5,71℃下反应4h后,捞出,用蒸馏水冲洗5min,得初步改性棉纤维,编织,得克重为110g/m2的第一层面料。其余步骤同实施例2。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例2的区别在于步骤(5)的不同,将步骤(5)改为:将二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒分散于二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒质量40倍的去离子水中,加入二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒质量0.05倍的光引发剂I2969、二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒质量1倍的含镍第一层面料,用365nm的紫外光照射17min,捞出,用去离子水洗涤5min后,在臭氧气氛下,反应90min,得水凝胶第一层面料。其余步骤同实施例2。
对比例3
对比例3与实施例2的区别在于步骤(2)的不同,将步骤(2)改为:将4,4'-二羧基二苯醚、脂肪族羟基酸、乙酸镁、乙酸钾、乙酸酐按质量比1:4.8:0.0005:30混合,加热至150℃,保温3h后,升温到228℃,保温2h后,加热至266℃,保温2h后,抽真空24min后,继续保温1h,再用丙酮洗涤6次,于80℃、真空度90kPa下干燥12h,研磨粉碎过100目筛得共聚酯化合物。其余步骤同实施例2。
对比例4
对比例4与实施例2的区别在于步骤(2)的不同,将步骤(2)改为:将2,7-二羟基芴酮、6,2'-二羟基黄酮、乙酸镁、乙酸钾、乙酸酐按质量比1.5:1.95:0.0005:22.5混合,加热至143℃,保温4.56h后,升温到219℃,保温3.5h后,加热至258℃,保温3.5h后,抽真空17min后,继续保温2.5h,再用丙酮洗涤5次,于73℃、真空度75kPa下干燥10h,研磨粉碎过90目筛得共聚酯化合物。其余步骤同实施例2。
对比例5
对比例5与实施例2的区别在于步骤(3)的不同,将步骤(3)改为:将共聚酯化合物熔融纺丝得自制弹性纤维;将自制弹性纤维和43.4tex的棉纤维按质量比1:0.75混纺编织,得克重为110g/m2的第二层面料;所述熔融纺丝采用螺杆纺丝机进行纺丝,螺杆纺丝机1~6区的温度分别是210、220、225、230、235、240℃,纺丝模头温度为250℃,纺丝速度为1100m/min。其余步骤同实施例2。
对比例6
对比例6与实施例2的区别在于步骤(6)的不同,将步骤(6)改为:将第二层面料贴覆于水凝胶第一层面料,用陶瓷夹具上下固定,再置于等离子体装置,抽气至约7Pa,保持10min后,以70mL/min通入氮气至气压为3×102Pa,90W处理5min后,取出,再次进行加热处理;将环糊精置于环糊精质量15倍的去离子水中,加热至73℃,搅拌溶解后,冷却至48℃,再加入环糊精质量0.35倍的薰衣草精油、环糊精质量12.5倍的质量分数为10%的乙醇水溶液,70rpm下搅拌3.5h,2℃冷藏12.5h,得微胶囊悬浮液;将微胶囊悬浮液、Goon720粘合剂、JFC渗透剂按质量比1:1.0:0.04混合,1500rpm下搅拌14min,得精油整理液;然后喷涂第二层面料质量0.14倍的精油整理液,于-13℃冷冻干燥21h,得柔软助眠被套面料。其余步骤同实施例2。
对比例7
对比例7与实施例2的区别在于步骤(6)的不同,将步骤(6)改为:将第二层面料进行加热处理,以100mL/min通入170℃的二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合气,二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合气中二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和氢氧化钠的质量比为1:0.0013,反应45min,贴覆于水凝胶第一层面料,用陶瓷夹具上下固定,再置于等离子体装置,抽气至约7Pa,保持10min后,以70mL/min通入氮气至气压为3×102Pa,90W处理5min;将环糊精置于环糊精质量15倍的去离子水中,加热至73℃,搅拌溶解后,冷却至48℃,再加入环糊精质量0.35倍的薰衣草精油、环糊精质量12.5倍的质量分数为10%的乙醇水溶液,70rpm下搅拌3.5h,2℃冷藏12.5h,得微胶囊悬浮液;将微胶囊悬浮液、Goon720粘合剂、JFC渗透剂按质量比1:1.0:0.04混合,1500rpm下搅拌14min,得精油整理液;然后喷涂第二层面料质量0.14倍的精油整理液,于-13℃冷冻干燥21h,得柔软助眠被套面料。其余步骤同实施例2。
效果例
下表1给出了采用本发明实施例1至3与对比例1至7的柔软助眠被套面料的性能分析结果。

从实施例与对比例的抑菌率实验数据对比可发现,本发明利用3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛、2-烯丙氧基苯胺改性棉纤维,引入抗菌基团,使面料具有抗菌效果,然后紫外光的作用下,与二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒发生交联,形成有机-无机水凝胶,通过结合水分子,形成牢固的水膜,防止细菌黏附在面料上,增益面料的抗菌性;从实施例与对比例的单次弹性回复率和洗涤后的弹性回复率数据对比可发现,使用4,4'-二羧基二苯醚、2,7-二羟基芴酮、6,2'-二羟基黄酮反应,形成共聚酯化合物,相较于脂肪族羟基酸,引入刚性结构的苯基和芴基作为硬链段、醚键作为柔性链段,破坏柔性链段的规整性,实现面料低温回弹;在聚乙二醇的交联作用下,共聚酯化合物之间形成两端为硬链段多嵌段结构的自制弹性体,受到外力作用时,两端为主要受力区域,为面料抵御外界作用,提高面料防变形能力;然后经过多次加热处理,形成复杂的交联结构,加强面料与面料、纤维与纤维的固定,提高面料的防变形能力。

Claims (10)
1.一种柔软助眠被套面料,包含第一层面料和第二层面料,其特征在于,所述柔软助眠被套面料由以下步骤制得,将第一层面料与三氯甲烷按、三乙胺、硫酸镍、无水甲醇混合,静置一段时间后,含镍第一层面料;将改性纳米颗粒、光引发剂I2969和含镍第一层面料混合,经紫外光照射后,臭氧氧化一段时间,得水凝胶第一层面料;将第二层面料进行加热处理后,贴覆于水凝胶第一层面料,用陶瓷夹具上下固定,经氮气低温等离子处理后,再次进行加热处理,然后喷涂植物精油整理液,冷冻干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软助眠被套面料,其特征在于,所述第一层面料以改性棉纤维为原料,第二层面料以自制弹性纤维和棉纤维为原料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种柔软助眠被套面料,其特征在于,所述改性棉纤维由棉纤维、3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛和2-烯丙氧基苯胺制得;所述自制弹性纤维由4,4'-二羧基二苯醚、2,7-二羟基芴酮、6,2'-二羟基黄酮和聚乙二醇制得自制弹性体后,熔融纺丝制得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软助眠被套面料,其特征在于,所述改性纳米颗粒由三甲氧基硅烷基甲硫醇和二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒制得;所述植物精油为西洋甘菊、薰衣草薄荷、香叶天竺葵或迷迭香的一种或多种混合;所述加热处理为通入二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合热蒸气,反应至预定时间。
5.一种柔软助眠被套面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将36.8~50.0tex的棉纤维置于棉纤维质量25~33倍的3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛溶液中,60~82℃下反应2~6h后,捞出,用蒸馏水冲洗3~7min,得初步改性棉纤维;将初步改性棉纤维、2-烯丙氧基苯胺、无水乙醇按质量比1:0.6:10~1:1.2:27混合,反应8~12h后,捞出,用无水乙醇清洗5~7次,得改性棉纤维,编织,得克重为100~120g/m2的第一层面料;
(2)将4,4'-二羧基二苯醚、2,7-二羟基芴酮、6,2'-二羟基黄酮、乙酸镁、乙酸钾、乙酸酐按质量比1:1.0:0.9:0.0005:15~1:2.0:3.0:0.0005:30混合,加热至135~150℃,保温3~6h后,升温到210~228℃,保温2~5h后,加热至250~266℃,保温2~5h后,抽真空10~24min后,继续保温1~4h,再用丙酮洗涤4~6次,于65~80℃、真空度60~90kPa下干燥8~12h,研磨粉碎过80~100目筛得共聚酯化合物;
(3)将共聚酯化合物、聚乙二醇、乙酸镁按质量比1:0.3:0.0001~1:0.6:0.001混合,减压至50~100Pa,升温至230~250℃,100~200rpm下搅拌2~5h后,在氮气氛围下,加热至250~272℃,保温60~88min后,于65~80℃、真空度60~90kPa下干燥4~8h得自制弹性体,熔融纺丝得自制弹性纤维;将自制弹性纤维和36.8~50.0tex的棉纤维按质量比1:0.5~1:1.0混纺编织,得克重为100~120g/m2的第二层面料;
(4)将第一层面料、三氯甲烷按质量比1:18~1:34混合置于容器中,按质量比0.7:1:10~1.3:1:22加入三乙胺、硫酸镍和无水甲醇,和硫酸镍和第一层面料的质量比为0.2:1~0.6:1,静置6~8d后,捞出,用去离子水洗涤3~7min得含镍第一层面料;
(5)将改性纳米颗粒分散于改性纳米颗粒质量40~70倍的去离子水中,加入改性纳米颗粒质量0.05~0.4倍的光引发剂I2969、改性纳米颗粒质量1~4倍的含镍第一层面料,用365nm的紫外光照射17~40min,捞出,用去离子水洗涤5~10min后,在臭氧气氛下,反应90~120min,得水凝胶第一层面料;
(6)将第二层面料进行加热处理后,贴覆于水凝胶第一层面料,用陶瓷夹具上下固定,再置于等离子体装置,抽气至约4~10Pa,保持6~15min后,以40~100mL/min通入氮气至气压为2×102~4×102Pa,80~100W处理2~8min后,取出,再次进行加热处理,然后喷涂第二层面料质量0.07~0.2倍的植物精油整理液,于-20~-6℃冷冻干燥18~24h,得柔软助眠被套面料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔软助眠被套面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛溶液的制备方法为3-烯丙基-2-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛、质量分数为0.6%的氢氧化钠溶液、过硫酸钾和去离子水按质量比1:15:0.05:32~1:20:0.08:43混合。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔软助眠被套面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述熔融纺丝采用螺杆纺丝机进行纺丝,螺杆纺丝机1~6区的温度分别是210、220、225、230、235、240℃,纺丝模头温度为250℃,纺丝速度为1000~1200m/min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔软助眠被套面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(5)所述改性纳米颗粒的制备方法为:将二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒分散于二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒质量60~75倍的甲苯中,30~40kHz下超声处理2~10min后,加入质量分数为5%的稀硫酸至溶液pH为3~4,加入二氧化亚铁铜纳米颗粒质量0.1~0.5倍的三甲氧基硅烷基甲硫醇,60~80℃、30~40kHz处理4~10h后,10000~12000rpm离心1~8min,过滤,用去离子水洗涤4~8次,60~80℃下干燥4~8h。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔软助眠被套面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)所述加热处理的具体步骤为:以80~120mL/min通入140~200℃的二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合气,二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚-氢氧化钠混合气中二乙二醇二缩水甘油醚和氢氧化钠的质量比为1:0.0005~1:0.002,反应30~60min。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔软助眠被套面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)所述植物精油整理液的制备方法为:将环糊精置于环糊精质量10~20倍的去离子水中,加热至65~80℃,搅拌溶解后,冷却至40~55℃,再加入环糊精质量0.2~0.5倍的植物精油、环糊精质量10~15倍的质量分数为10%的乙醇水溶液,50~100rpm下搅拌2~5h,0~4℃冷藏10~15h,得微胶囊悬浮液;将微胶囊悬浮液、Goon720粘合剂、JFC渗透剂按质量比1:0.8:0.04~1:1.2:0.04混合,1000~2000rpm下搅拌6~22min。
