Description

Sanitary insert and method for producing a sanitary insert
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sanitary insert, in particular for insertion into a fitting outlet and/or a water line, comprising at least one housing part having a receiving space, at least one insertion screen inserted into the receiving space of the at least one housing part, at least one disintegration unit located upstream of the insertion screen in the flow direction of the fluid.
Background
Such sanitary inserts, in particular jet regulators, are known, wherein an insert screen ensures jet homogenization and/or air entrainment.
For various reasons, for example when automatic machine-controlled installation is not possible, sanitary inserts of the type mentioned at the outset often still need to be assembled at least partially manually. Care must always be taken here to correctly orient the insert screen relative to the housing part. For example, the insert screen has through-flow openings which must be correctly oriented relative to the housing part and/or the other insert screens in order to achieve a perfect function of the insert screen. Proper orientation can sometimes be difficult or time consuming to assemble manually.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a sanitary insert and a method for the production thereof, wherein the installation of the sanitary insert is simplified.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by a sanitary insert having the features of claim 1.
In order to solve this problem, the invention proposes, in particular, a sanitary insert of the type mentioned at the outset, wherein at least one orientation aid is formed on the at least one housing part and at least one mating orientation aid corresponding to the orientation aid is formed on the at least one insert screen. The following advantages result from this: it is easier and therefore faster to correctly orient the insert screen relative to the at least one housing part. Thereby simplifying and speeding up the installation as a whole.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are described below, which can optionally be combined with the features of claim 1, alone or in combination with the features of the other embodiments.
The orientation aid can be characterized, for example, in that, during the initial orientation of the two parts relative to one another, in particular on the first orientation path, a large (lateral) gap exists between the parts in order to capture the embedded screen, which gap decreases during the further orientation, in particular on the second orientation path. The orientation path may relate to a path along which the insert screen is inserted into the at least one housing part during insertion. Preferably, the orientation is a centering of the embedded screen within the at least one housing part and/or transversely to the insertion direction.
According to an advantageous further development, it can be provided that the insert comprises an outlet structure which forms the outlet side of the sanitary insert. The outlet structure can be formed by the at least one housing part or can be mounted on the at least one housing part, for example.
In order to be able to achieve a particularly simple installation of the sanitary insert, it can be provided according to a further advantageous embodiment that the at least one housing part has a first orientation aid and a second orientation aid, and that the at least one insert screen has a first mating orientation aid and a second mating orientation aid in accordance therewith. The housing part and the at least one inlay screen can thus be oriented relative to one another by means of at least two, in particular at least two, differently designed types of orientation aids on the housing part and two matching, mating orientation aids on the inlay screen. This enables a faster and simpler correct assembly of the components of the sanitary insert.
In order to be able to correctly orient the at least one inlay screen centrally in the receiving space relative to the at least one housing part, the at least one orientation aid can be configured as a centering pin, in particular with a non-circular cross section. Therefore, the insertion of the insert screen into the accommodation space becomes easier. In particular, the centering pin can have a polygonal or polygonal, preferably quadrangular, cross section. Thus, in addition to the centered orientation of the insert screen within the receiving space, a correct rotational orientation of the insert screen relative to the housing part about the centering pin axis can be simultaneously achieved. A plurality of possible orientations can be provided, which can be defined, for example, by the number of corners of the centering pin. A central orientation of the at least two components relative to each other is thereby achieved.
Alternatively or additionally, according to a further advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the at least one orientation aid is formed at least on the inside of a housing wall, in particular of the housing part. In particular, the at least one orientation aid can be at least one orientation aid extending in the insertion direction of the at least one insert screen into the receiving space, preferably continuously extending in the insertion direction of the at least one insert screen into the receiving space. A circumferential orientation of the at least two components relative to one another is thus achieved.
In order to be able to orient the at least two parts particularly well relative to one another, it can be provided that the at least one mating orientation aid of the at least one inlay screen is formed by a collar, in particular a collar which is formed centrally on the inlay screen, and/or is formed on the outer circumference of the inlay screen.
According to an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the at least one orientation aid defines at least one guide rail along which the at least one insert screen is movably guided. In addition to the correct orientation during the initial assembly of the components, it is therefore also possible to ensure that the at least one insert screen is brought into the correct end position in the receiving space and is not twisted incorrectly relative to the housing part.
According to a further advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that a plurality of orientation aids are formed on the at least one housing part. They can be designed in particular as orientation aids which extend in the insertion direction of the at least one insert screen into the receiving space, preferably continuously in the insertion direction of the at least one insert screen into the receiving space.
In order to be able to achieve a correct rotational-dependent orientation of the at least one inlay screen in a simpler manner, it can be provided according to a further advantageous embodiment that the at least one inlay screen has a toothing which corresponds to a mating toothing of the at least one housing part. The tooth structure can in particular be a tooth structure which protrudes from the upper side and/or protrudes on the lower side, in particular in the edge region. The mating tooth structure can be, in particular, a mating tooth structure which is formed in the bottom region of the receiving space. Thus, by the cooperating action of the tooth structure and the mating tooth structure, a correct orientation of the components relative to each other during mounting can be better ensured. In particular, it is thus possible to better detect whether the components are in the correct end position, in particular because otherwise the components cannot be placed against one another over a large area and/or a gap can form between them if the assembly is incorrect.
In order to be able to expand the functionality of the sanitary insert, it can be provided that the sanitary insert has at least two insert screens, which are inserted into the receiving space.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the first inlay screen has a toothing and the second inlay screen has a counter toothing corresponding to the toothing, in order to correctly orient the two inlay screens relative to one another.
According to a further particularly advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the at least one insert screen is secured against rotation relative to the at least one housing part and/or the outlet structure by means of a co-operation of the at least one orientation aid and the at least one co-operating orientation aid corresponding to the orientation aid. Optimal functionality can thereby be ensured.
In order to simplify the insertion of the at least one insert screen into the receiving space, it can be provided according to a particularly advantageous embodiment that the at least one orientation aid is configured such that it widens in cross section in the insertion direction of the insert screen into the receiving space.
Alternatively or additionally, it can be provided that the free end of the at least one orientation aid has an insertion aid. The insertion aid can be designed in particular as a tip. Preferably in order to be able to insert the at least one inlay screen into the receiving space more simply in the correct insertion position by means of the insertion aid. The insertion screen can therefore be initially pushed onto the tip using the orientation aid, so that the insertion screen is already centered relative to the housing part. The central core or the circumferential orientation aid can then be further oriented by means of a mating orientation aid or mating orientation aids before the insertion screen enters its end position in the housing part.
According to a further particularly advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the disassembly unit has at least one fastening element, wherein a torsion resistance of the disassembly unit relative to the at least one housing part is established by the interaction of the fastening element with the at least one orientation aid and/or insertion aid, in particular the insertion aid already mentioned above. Furthermore, the rotation prevention also ensures that the disassembly unit is correctly arranged relative to the at least one housing part.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that the at least one alignment aid is designed as a centering aid.
According to one embodiment, it can be provided that the diameter, in particular the maximum diameter, of the at least one orientation aid corresponds at most to the width of the two diameters of the opening of the outlet structure.
In order to simplify the adaptation of the at least one insertion screen into the receiving space, in particular by initially inserting the insertion screen without the adaptation having to be carried out at two different points, it can be provided that the first orientation aid is longer than the second orientation aid. The first contact is therefore first only produced between the first orientation aid and the insert screen, and then further orientation is effected, for example also by the first orientation aid and/or by the second orientation aid.
It may be particularly advantageous if the at least one decomposition unit is designed as a decomposition plate with a plurality of through openings, in particular through openings which are distributed uniformly and/or are of equal size.
According to an advantageous embodiment, it can be provided that a screen is arranged upstream of the at least one decomposition unit in the flow direction.
The object mentioned at the outset is also achieved according to the invention by a method for producing a sanitary insert according to the method claims. The method is particularly useful for manufacturing a sanitary insert as described and/or claimed herein. In order to solve this object, according to the invention a production method can preferably be provided in which at least one insert screen is pushed onto a first orientation aid, in particular a first orientation aid designed as a centering pin, by means of a matching mating orientation aid, wherein the at least one insert screen is finely adjusted by means of a second mating orientation aid, in particular a mating orientation aid designed on the circumferential side of the insert screen, with the second orientation aid, in particular an orientation aid designed on the inner side of the housing part receiving space, by inserting the insert screen into the receiving space up to a stop point in the receiving space. Manual installation of the sanitary insert can thereby be significantly simplified and thus achieved in a shorter time.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1-11 show two embodiments of a sanitary insert, designated as a whole by reference numeral 1. The invention is not limited to the examples shown in the drawings.
The sanitary insert 1 is designed to be inserted into a fitting outlet and/or a water line. For this purpose, at least one coupling can be formed on the outside of the housing part 2, for example, which can engage in a corresponding mating coupling on the fitting outlet and/or the water line.
The at least one housing part 2 has an accommodation space 3, which is designed such that at least one insert screen 4, 5 can be inserted or is inserted therein. The at least one inlay screen 4, 5 may have the following functions: i.e. to divide the jets impinging on the insert screens 4, 5 evenly and/or to improve the entrainment of the jets by means of aeration.
The sanitary insert 1 further comprises a splitting unit 6 for splitting the jet flowing into the insert 1 in the position of use into a plurality of individual jets. In the flow direction 7, the splitting unit 6 is located upstream of the at least one inlay screen 4, 5, so that the inflowing jets impinge first on the splitting unit 6 and only then on the inlay screens 4, 5.
The decomposition unit 6 can be designed, for example, as a decomposition plate, which is slipped onto the housing part 2, in particular on the open side of the housing part 2.
In order to be able to install the individual components of the sanitary insert 1 more easily by hand, the sanitary insert 1 of fig. 1 to 11 has at least one orientation aid 8, 9, respectively. The at least one orientation aid 8, 9 can be designed as part of the housing part 2 or can be arranged thereon, for example.
A mating alignment aid 10, 11, which is adapted to the at least one alignment aid 8, 9, is formed and/or arranged on the at least one insert screen 4, 5.
The at least one orientation aid 8, 9 cooperates with the at least one mating orientation aid 10, 11 in such a way that the at least one inlay screen 4, 5 is correctly oriented when inserted into the receiving space 3 and/or can only be inserted in the correct orientation relative to the housing part 2, in particular up to the end position.
The sanitary insert 1 further comprises an outlet structure 12, which constitutes an outlet side 13 of the insert 1. Thus, water flowing through the insert 1 exits the insert 1 again at the outlet structure 12.
The embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 11 have a first orientation aid 8 and a second orientation aid 9, respectively. The at least one insert screen 4, 5 has a first mating orientation aid 10 and a second mating orientation aid 11, respectively. The advantage of the design of a plurality of alignment aids 8, 9 and mating alignment aids 10, 11 is that the at least one insert screen 4, 5 is adapted at different points, in particular spaced apart from one another, when inserted into the receiving space 3. The insertion can thereby be carried out more simply and therefore more quickly.
The first alignment aid 8 can be embodied, for example, as a centering pin 14. In particular, the centering pin 14 itself can be located approximately centrally in the receiving space 3. The at least one inlay screen 4, 5 can thus be inserted centrally into the receiving space 3. A first mating orientation aid 10, which is designed as an opening, is formed on the insertion screen 4, 5, into which a centering pin 14 is inserted when the insertion screen 4, 5 is inserted into the receiving space. The mating orientation aid 10 can be configured, for example, as a sleeve 19 which is embedded in a part of the screen mesh 4, 5 or is arranged thereon. The first mating orientation aid 10 can be formed centrally on the at least one inlay screen 4, 5.
The centering pin 14 may also be configured to determine a predetermined orientation of the inlay screens 4, 5 in the direction of rotation. For this purpose, the centering pin 14 may have a non-circular cross section 15, for example. The mating orientation aid 10 configured as an opening may have a shape corresponding to the cross-section 15. Therefore, the at least one inlay screen 4, 5 must first be slipped onto the centering pin 14 in order to subsequently be rotated about the centering pin 14 until the non-circular cross section 15 can be inserted into the opening in a matching manner. For example, it can be provided that the centering pin 14 has a polygonal or polygonal, preferably square, cross section 15. In this case, it can be provided that a plurality of possible orientations, but in particular a limited number of orientations, can be provided between the housing part 2 and the at least one insert screen 4, 5.
The embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 11 has a second orientation aid 9, which is formed at least on the inner side 16 of the housing wall 17 of the housing part 2. The second orientation aid 9 is designed as at least one guide structure which extends in the insertion direction 18 of the at least one insertable screen 4, 5 into the receiving space 3.
A second mating orientation aid 11 is formed in a matching manner with the second orientation aid 9 on the outer circumferential side of the at least one insert screen 4, 5. When inserting the at least one insertion screen 4, 5 into the receiving space 3, the mating orientation aid 11 rests at least partially against the orientation aid 9 and/or can be guided along the orientation aid when the insertion screen 4, 5 is inserted into its end position. The second orientation aid 9 and/or the second mating orientation aid 11 can be configured, for example, as a material recess and/or a material accumulation.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 11, the second orientation aid 9 is at least partially configured as at least one guide rail 21 which preferably extends, in particular continuously, from the entrance to the receiving space 3 to the bottom region 33. The guide rail 21 can be formed, for example, by at least one rail which is formed as part of the housing part 2 on the inner side 16 of the housing wall 17 or is arranged thereon.
In order to correctly orient the at least one insert screen 4, 5 in the direction of rotation relative to the housing part 2 at least in the end position, the at least one insert screen 4, 5 has a toothing 22. The toothing 22 can be formed on the upper side 24 and/or the lower side 25, in particular in the edge region 26. In particular, the toothing arrangement 22 can be formed by a plurality of teeth of the same or different width in the circumferential direction, which can be inserted into correspondingly shaped recesses in the mating toothing arrangement 23. The mating tooth structure 23 of the at least one housing part 2 can be formed, for example, in a bottom region 33 of the receiving space 3. Preferably, each insert screen 4, 5 can have a toothing 22 (see, for example, fig. 8).
In the embodiment of a sanitary insert 1 with a plurality of inlay screens 4, 5 as shown in fig. 1 to 11, one or the described mating tooth structures 23 can also be constructed on the second inlay screen 5 instead of or in addition to this. By means of the cooperation of the at least one toothing arrangement 22 and the at least one mating toothing arrangement 23, the inlay screens 4, 5 can be correctly oriented at least in the rotational direction relative to one another and/or relative to the housing part 2. In the fully inserted position, it can be provided that the toothing 22 and the counter toothing 23 bear against one another largely or completely flat against one another. Preferably, the tooth structure 22 and the counter tooth structure 23 are each formed in an edge region 26 of the at least one inlay screen 4, 5 and/or in an edge region of the bottom of the receiving space 3.
The embodiment of fig. 1 to 11 provides for a rotation-locking of the at least one inlay screen 4, 5 relative to the at least one housing part 2 and/or the outlet structure 12 by the interaction of the at least one orientation aid 8, 9 and the at least one mating orientation aid 10, 11 corresponding to the orientation aid 8, 9.
The at least one inlay screen 4, 5 has a plurality of openings, which can be formed, for example, by a mesh. Thus, a correct orientation of the hole 30 of the outlet structure 12 relative to the opening of the at least one insert screen 4, 5 can also be achieved by a correct orientation between the housing part 2 and the insert screen 4, 5.
In order to be able to better hold the at least one inlay screen 4, 5 in the receiving space 3, the at least one orientation aid 8, 9 can be designed such that they widen in a cross section 15 in the insertion direction 18 of the inlay screen 4, 5 into the receiving space 3.
In the sanitary insert 1 of fig. 1 to 11, the free end or upper end of the at least one orientation aid 8, 9 respectively has an insertion aid 27. The insertion aid 27 can be designed as a tip 28, which widens in the insertion direction 18. By means of the insertion aid 27, the at least one inlay screen 4, 5 can be inserted into the receiving space 3 in the correct insertion position more easily.
The decomposition unit 6 has a plurality of fastening elements 29, which are formed on the underside and/or on the outer circumference of the decomposition unit 6. The fixing element 29 interacts with the at least one orientation aid 8, 9 and/or the insertion aid 27 to achieve a torsion-proof of the decomposition unit 6 relative to the at least one housing part 2. Furthermore, the through-openings 31 of the decomposition unit 6 are thus correctly oriented relative to the insert screens 4, 5 and/or the housing part 2 and/or the outlet structure 12 downstream in the flow direction 7. The fastening element 29 can be configured, for example, as a material recess and/or a material accumulation. The fixing element 29 may be wedge-shaped in particular.
The diameter, in particular the maximum diameter, of the first orientation aid 8, in particular the centering pin 14, corresponds at most to the width of the two diameters of the opening 30 of the outlet structure 12.
In the insert 1 shown in fig. 1 to 11, a screen 32 is arranged upstream of the at least one decomposition unit 6 in the flow direction 7.
The invention therefore relates in particular to a sanitary insert 1, in particular for insertion into a fitting outlet and/or a water line, comprising at least one housing part 2 which is open on one side and has an accommodation space 3 which is accessible through the open side, at least one insertion screen 4, 5 which is inserted into the accommodation space 3 of the at least one housing part 2, at least one disintegration unit 6 which is located upstream of the at least one insertion screen 4, 5 in the flow direction 7 of the fluid, at least one orientation aid 8, 9, wherein at least one mating orientation aid 10, 11 which corresponds to the orientation aid 8, 9 is formed on the at least one insertion screen 4, 5.
