The home service record may include information of a home corresponding to each time the home staff provides the home service, for example, an address, cell information, family member information, a cleaning range, a home service duration, an evaluation value or evaluation information of the home service, and the like. The housekeeping service record may further include housekeeping service information of each housekeeping person, for example, basic information of the housekeeping person, evaluation value or evaluation information of the housekeeping person, and the like. Therefore, the basic situation of each family and the domestic service situation of each domestic person can be determined through the domestic service records, and the accuracy of distributing the domestic persons is improved conveniently.
When the home includes the smart home system 101, the home service platform 102 may further store home service information set by the smart home system 101. For example, the smart home system 101 sets a timing housekeeping service time, a monthly housekeeping service, a cleaning range, and the like. Therefore, the housekeeping service requirements of the smart home system 101 can be determined through the housekeeping service information of the smart home system 101, and the accuracy of distributing housekeeping personnel is improved conveniently.
The above-mentioned basic information of the housekeeping personnel and the housekeeping personnel, the housekeeping service information, and the housekeeping service information of the smart home systems and the smart home systems may also be stored in other devices, for example, in a block created on the block chain network. Thus, after the person identification of the housekeeping person is determined, the basic information and the housekeeping service information of the housekeeping person may be acquired. After the system identifier of the smart home system is determined, the home administration service information of the smart home system can be obtained.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method, equipment and a storage medium of an intelligent home system. The method can be executed by control equipment of the intelligent home system, wherein the control equipment can be realized by software and/or hardware and can be generally integrated in a server, so that the safety of the home service can be improved, and the user experience is convenient to improve.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a control method of an intelligent home system provided in the present application. The method comprises the following steps S201 to S204, wherein:
s201: acquiring basic information of target housekeeping personnel distributed by a housekeeping service platform based on a housekeeping distribution request, wherein the housekeeping distribution request is generated based on a trigger event.
In the embodiment of the application, the housekeeping service platform can be used for allocating corresponding target housekeeping personnel based on the housekeeping allocation request. The household allocation request is used for allocating target household personnel so that the target household personnel can provide household services for families corresponding to the intelligent home system. The household allocation request can be sent by the intelligent home system to the household service platform, and can also be generated by the household service platform based on information sent or set by the intelligent home system. The event that generates the request for the housekeeping assignment may be referred to as a triggering event, which may include at least one of: receiving a preset voice call prompt, detecting that the sanitation quality in a preset area is smaller than a first threshold value, detecting that a cleaning device in the intelligent home system is started, and determining that a preset household call date arrives.
The preset voice call prompt is used for submitting a housekeeping distribution request. The preset voice call prompt may be directly sent to the housekeeping service platform by the user through an intelligent home device such as an intelligent terminal or an intelligent sound box having a voice acquisition function and a communication function, or may be extracted by an Artificial customer service or an Artificial Intelligence (AI) customer service based on the call content after the call is made with the Artificial customer service or the AI customer service of the housekeeping service platform. The content of the voice data corresponding to the preset voice call prompt is not limited, and the content may include indication information of a call request, and may also include requirement information of housekeeping staff, and the like.
It should be noted that, when the smart home device is directly connected to the home administration service platform, the preset voice call prompt may be directly sent to the home administration service platform. Or the voice call instruction can be forwarded to the home service platform through the control device, so that the home service platform receives the preset voice call instruction. It can be understood that, if the preset voice call instruction is received, it indicates that the home area corresponding to the smart home system needs the home service. Therefore, the triggering event is determined to occur, and the accuracy of generating the housekeeping service request is improved.
The present application is not limited to the preset area, the first threshold, and the method of detecting the quality of hygiene within the preset area. The intelligent household equipment for detecting the sanitation quality in the preset area can be the intelligent household equipment in the preset area or one of the functional modules. The predetermined area may be an area that needs to be cleaned, such as a window, a floor, a cupboard, a toilet, etc.
The intelligent household equipment for detecting the sanitary quality in the preset area can be equipment capable of directly detecting the sanitary condition, and the preset area can be a detection area corresponding to the intelligent household equipment. That is to say, the data that this intelligent home equipment gathered contains material such as dust, microorganism, can be used for confirming the sanitary condition in the predetermined area directly. The dust detection device comprises a dust detection device body, a dust detection device body and a dust detection device body, wherein the dust detection device body is provided with a collection area, the collection area is a preset area, and the dust detection device body can determine the dust content based on dust data acquired by the dust detection device body, so that the sanitation condition is determined based on the dust content.
The intelligent household equipment for detecting the sanitary quality in the preset area can be equipment for indirectly detecting the sanitary condition. That is, the data collected by the smart home device is not the above-mentioned substance, but data reflecting the sanitary condition laterally, such as an image, gas, etc. The preset area may be an acquisition area corresponding to the smart home device. The intelligent household equipment can be based on camera equipment, a vision sensor, a light sensor or a gas sensor and the like.
The vision sensor is composed of one or two image sensors, and sometimes a light projector and other auxiliary equipment are also provided for acquiring image information of the external environment. The optical sensor mainly comprises a photosensitive element and can be used for assisting a vision sensor or a camera device to acquire image information. A gas sensor is a device for detecting the concentration of a gas, for example, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen, ammonia, oxygen, hydrazine, methane, and the like. Gas sensors typically include sensors that filter out impurities and interfering gases, and the volume fraction of a certain gas in the environment (volume/total volume of the gas) can be converted into a corresponding electrical signal, so that the concentration of the gas can be determined based on the electrical signal.
Taking the smart home device as the camera device for example, the preset area is the acquisition area of the camera device, and the control device may determine the hygiene condition of the acquisition area based on the occupied area of the stain image in the image information acquired by the camera device in the acquisition area, or based on comparison between the image information acquired this time and the image information acquired before (for example, after the last cleaning), and the like. The stain image mentioned above refers to an image in which stain, soil, or thick dust is present.
In this embodiment of the application, the first threshold may be a specified numerical value, for example, 0.3, set by the user through a setting page in the smart home system. The first threshold value may alternatively be a specified value corresponding to the type of smart home device that collects data or detects a sanitary condition. For example, the smart home device is a camera device, and the first threshold value is 0.4; the intelligent household equipment is an optical sensor, and the first threshold value is 0.2 and the like. The first threshold may alternatively be dynamically set based on the integrity of the acquired data. For example, the integrity of the acquired data is 90%, and the first threshold is 0.4; the integrity of the acquired data is 70%, the first threshold value is 0.3 and the like.
In an embodiment of the present application, hygiene quality may be determined based on the type of data collected. For example, the type of data collected is dust, and the quality of hygiene may be determined based on the dust content. The type of data collected is microbial and the quality of hygiene can be determined based on microbial content. The type of the collected data is an image, and the sanitation quality can be determined based on the occupied area of a stain image in the image or based on comparison information obtained by comparing the image information collected this time with the image information obtained before. The type of data collected is gas, the quality of hygiene can be determined based on gas concentration, etc.
It can be understood that if it is detected that the hygiene quality in the preset area is less than the first threshold, it indicates that the home area corresponding to the smart home system needs cleaning service in the home administration service. Therefore, the triggering event is determined to occur, and the accuracy of generating the housekeeping service request is improved.
In the embodiment of the present application, the cleaning device may be a sweeping robot, a window cleaning robot, or the like. It can be understood that if it is detected that the cleaning device in the smart home system is turned on, it indicates that the home area corresponding to the smart home system needs to be cleaned. Therefore, the accuracy of generating the housekeeping service request is improved by determining the occurrence of the trigger event.
In the embodiment of the application, the preset household calling date may be a household service date set in the smart home system by the user, or may be a date determined by the smart home system according to the historical time frequency of the household service. For example, the smart home system calls the home service every 7 days on average, and then the home call date is preset to be 7 days after the last time of the home service. It can be understood that, if it is determined that the preset household call date arrives, it indicates that the home zone corresponding to the smart home system needs to be provided with household services. Therefore, the accuracy of generating the housekeeping service request is improved by determining the occurrence of the trigger event.
In this embodiment, the housekeeping service platform may be further configured to send the basic information of the target housekeeping person to the control device of the smart home system, or send a person identifier (for example, a name or a job number) of the assigned target housekeeping person to the control device, so that the control device obtains the basic information of the target housekeeping person based on a mapping relationship between the prestored housekeeping person and the basic information. The basic information can refer to the above description, and is not described herein again.
The housekeeping service platform may also be used to pay wages, etc. to target housekeeping personnel, and is not limited herein. It can be understood that the household service platform can receive the amount of money paid by the user through the intelligent home system, and is used for paying wages for target household personnel, so that the on-the-spot transaction is avoided, and the convenience of wage payment can be improved. And the wages can be prestored on the home administration service platform, so that disputes can be avoided.
The method for determining the home service platform is not limited in the present application, and in one possible example, the method includes the following steps A1 and A2, where:
a1: and determining the position information of the intelligent home system.
In this embodiment, the location information of the smart home system refers to location information of a home address corresponding to the smart home system. The position information may include a geographical position, for example, a geographical position that can be obtained by a positioning System such as a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS). The location information may also include area information, e.g., cell information, street information, etc. The area information may be determined according to a network address used by an application program corresponding to the smart home system, and the like, which is not limited herein.
A2: and determining the household service platform based on the position information and the household service type corresponding to the trigger event.
In the embodiment of the present application, the type of the housekeeping service corresponding to the trigger event may be classified according to the type of the trigger event. For example, receiving a preset voice call indication, detecting that the quality of hygiene in a preset area is less than a first threshold, detecting that a cleaning device in the smart home system is turned on, and determining that a preset household call date arrives. The type of home service to which the trigger event corresponds may alternatively be classified according to the type of home service, e.g., cleaning, feeding, floor waxing, cleaning appliances, etc.
The method for determining the housekeeping service platform according to the position information and the housekeeping service type is not limited, and the housekeeping service platform close to the position information and the type can be selected. It can be understood that selecting the household service platform close to the location information, for example, the household service platform corresponding to the community corresponding to the smart home system, facilitates improving management of household personnel, and is beneficial to shortening the time for the household personnel to reach the home area corresponding to the smart home system. The accuracy of selecting target housekeeping personnel can be improved by selecting the housekeeping service platform providing the housekeeping service type.
It can be understood that in the step A1 and the step A2, the position information corresponding to the smart home system is determined, and then the home service platform is determined based on the position information and the home service type corresponding to the trigger event, so that the accuracy of selecting the home service platform can be improved.
S202: and generating preset verification information of the target housekeeping personnel based on the basic information and the trigger event for sending to the target housekeeping personnel.
In the embodiment of the application, the preset verification information is used for unlocking the access control equipment in the intelligent home system. That is to say, if the target verification information input by the target household staff is successfully matched with the preset verification information, the access control equipment in the intelligent home system is unlocked. Otherwise, the target household personnel are not allowed to enter the home area corresponding to the intelligent home system. It can be understood that the preset verification information of the target housekeeping personnel is generated based on the basic information and the trigger event, so that all the housekeeping personnel can be prevented from receiving the same verification information, and the preset verification information received by each housekeeping personnel is changed along with the change of the basic information and the trigger event of the housekeeping personnel. Therefore, the housekeeping personnel carry out identity authentication based on changeable authentication information, and the safety of the housekeeping service is improved.
In one possible example, after unlocking the access control device in the smart home system, it is determined that the preset verification information is invalid. Therefore, the housekeeping personnel can be prevented from using the preset verification information for identity verification next time, and the safety of the housekeeping service can be further improved.
It should be noted that the step of sending the preset verification information to the target housekeeping staff may be performed in the case that no one is in the home area corresponding to the smart home system. Therefore, the target housekeeping staff can carry out identity verification based on the input target verification information under the condition that no one is in the home, so as to enter the home. The step of sending the preset verification information to the target housekeeping personnel can be executed under the condition that the family is owned, so that the family is prevented from opening the door for the housekeeping personnel, and the family is not required to be authenticated in a manual mode. Both of the above two execution methods can improve the security and user experience of the home service.
The method for generating the preset verification information is not limited in the present application, and in one possible example, the generating the preset verification information of the target housekeeping person based on the basic information and the trigger event includes the following steps B1 to B3, where:

In the embodiment of the application, the first verification code is used for generating preset verification information. The first verification code may be determined according to a mapping relationship between a preset type of trigger event or a preset type of home service and the verification code. The first verification code may also be randomly generated based on a character length corresponding to the type of the triggering event or the type of the home service. The example is illustrated in connection with the following table, which describes a mapping between the type of trigger event and the character length of the first captcha. When the type of the trigger event is that the cleaning device in the smart home system is detected to be turned on, the character length of the first verification code may be determined to be 12. Therefore, the first verification code can be obtained by randomly selecting 12 characters from 26 English letters and upper and lower cases corresponding to the letters, and numbers from 0 to 9 and punctuation marks.

In the embodiment of the present application, the second verification code is also used for generating the preset verification information. The second verification code may be part of the basic information, for example, the second verification code is an english character corresponding to a name. The second verification code may alternatively be a combination of partial information in the basic information. For example, the second verification code is an english character corresponding to the name and a randomly generated character corresponding to the number corresponding to the birth date.
The method for acquiring the first verification code and the second verification code is not limited. In the present application, the execution order of step B1 and step B2 is not limited. Step B1 may be performed first, and then step B2 may be performed. Alternatively, step B2 may be performed first, followed by step B1. Or step B1 and step B2 may be performed simultaneously.
B3: and generating preset verification information of the target housekeeping personnel based on the first verification code and the second verification code.
The method for generating the preset verification information by the first verification code and the second verification is not limited, the preset verification information can be randomly disturbed, and the first verification code and the second verification code can be directly connected by a designated symbol (such as a plus sign (+) or a connector (-) and the like) to obtain the preset verification information and the like.

For example, the string corresponding to the first information is first converted into a binary system based on the ASCII encoding algorithm, and then the binary system corresponding to the first information is converted into the string based on the base64 encoding algorithm. It can be understood that the second information is the first information after the encoding process, which can improve the security of the verification.
Among them, ASCII is a set of computer coding systems based on latin letters, mainly used to display modern english and other western european languages. There are 128 ASCII characters expressed by the lower 7 bits of one byte, where 0 to 31 are control characters such as carriage return deletion and 32 to 126 are print characters.
ISO-8859-1 is a single byte code for ASCII extension, and the code range is completely consistent with ASCII between 0x00-0xFF and 0x00-0x7F, control characters are between 0x80-0x9F, and literal symbols are between 0xA0-0 xFF.
GB2312 is called a Chinese character coding character set for information exchange, is double-byte coding, and has a total coding range of A1-F7, wherein A1-A9 are symbol areas which contain 682 symbols in total, and B0-F7 are Chinese character areas which contain 6763 Chinese characters.
GBK is a Chinese character internal code extension specification for extending GB2312. Its coding range is 8140-FEFE (remove XX 7F) and has 23940 code bits in total, it can represent 21003 Chinese characters.
UTF-16 defines in particular how Unicode characters are accessed in a computer. UTF-16 uses two bytes to represent the Unicode translation format and is a fixed-length representation.
UTF-8 employs a variable length technique with each coded region having a different codeword length. Different types of characters may be composed of 1-6 bytes.
base64 is one of the most common encoding methods for transmitting 8Bit byte codes on a network, and can be used for transmitting long identification information in an HTTP environment. Specifically, the character string can be obtained by converting the character string according to the detailed specification of Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) in a series of files (Request For Comments, RFC) with serial numbers.
B33: and shortening the second information to obtain preset verification information of the target housekeeping personnel.
In the embodiment of the present application, the shortening process may be performed based on the number of characters of the preset authentication information. For example, when the number of characters of the preset verification information is 6 bits, if the length of the character of the second information is 10 bits, the first 6-bit character or the second 6-bit character may be intercepted, or each 2-bit character may be encoded to obtain a new 1-bit character, and the insufficient 1-bit may be obtained by using a default character or repeating a previous character, or encoding a 10-bit character, etc.
It can be understood that, in steps B11 to B13, the first verification code and the second verification code are combined to obtain the first information, and then the first information is encoded to obtain the second information, so as to implement information encoding, which can improve the security of verification. And then, the second information is shortened, so that the length of the preset verification information of the target housekeeping personnel is shorter, and the verification efficiency of the identity verification information can be improved on the basis of ensuring the safety.
In steps B1-B3, a first verification code is generated based on the trigger event, and a second verification code of the target housekeeping personnel is acquired based on the basic information. And then, the preset verification information of the target housekeeping personnel is generated based on the first verification code and the second verification code, so that the accuracy of obtaining the preset verification information can be improved.

In the method shown in fig. 2, after the basic information of the target housekeeping personnel allocated by the housekeeping service platform based on the housekeeping allocation request is acquired, the preset verification information of the target housekeeping personnel is generated based on the basic information and the trigger event for generating the housekeeping allocation request, and is used for sending the preset verification information to the target housekeeping personnel, so that the verification safety can be improved. Then, after the target housekeeping person inputs the target authentication information, the target authentication information is matched with the preset authentication information. When the matching is successful, the successful authentication of the target housekeeping personnel can be determined, the access control equipment in the intelligent home system is unlocked, and the security of the housekeeping service is improved. And the door opening operation is not required to be performed by the user at home, so that the user experience is improved conveniently.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a second control method of an intelligent home system provided in the present application. The method comprises the following steps S301 to S307, wherein:

As described above, the image pickup apparatus can acquire image information of the pickup area. It can be understood that image monitoring can be realized by acquiring the image information of the target housekeeping personnel through the camera equipment, and the intuition of the housekeeping personnel can be improved conveniently.
S306: an evaluation value of the target housekeeping person is acquired based on the image information.
In the embodiment of the application, the evaluation value is used for describing the evaluation quality of the target housekeeping staff for providing the housekeeping service in the home region corresponding to the smart home system. The evaluation value may be data obtained by manually scoring the hygiene condition in the home area and the image information by a user corresponding to the smart home system. The evaluation value may be data obtained by scoring based on image information by a control device in the smart home system, for example, scoring based on an occupied area of a stain image in the image information, or scoring based on comparison information obtained by comparing with previously acquired image information, and the like, which is not limited herein. As can be appreciated, the evaluation value is adopted for scoring, so that the service quality of the housekeeping staff is improved conveniently.
The evaluation value may be a ratio between the effective processing time period and the total time period of the target housekeeping person. The effective processing time length refers to the time length of actual work of the target housekeeping staff. Whether the action of the target housekeeping personnel is the action of the housekeeping service can be determined through each frame or a plurality of continuous frames of images in the image information, if yes, the action time length of the housekeeping service is accumulated, and therefore the effective processing time length is obtained. The above determination step may be performed by determining all the image information or by selecting partial image information from all the image information. The selected partial image information may be selected randomly, or may be selected according to a preset time interval, and the like, which is not limited herein. The total time length refers to a time interval from a time when the target housekeeping person receives a housekeeping assignment request or enters the home area to a time when the target housekeeping person leaves the home area. It is understood that obtaining the evaluation value of the target housekeeping person based on the ratio between the effective processing time period and the total time period, that is, obtaining the evaluation value from the viewpoint of the efficiency of the housekeeping service, can improve the accuracy of obtaining the evaluation value.
The evaluation value may also be determined according to whether a target event occurs to the target housekeeping person. Among other things, the target event may be an improperly occurring event of stolen goods, shoulder charging, or abusing household personnel (e.g., children, the elderly, etc.), and so on. Whether the target event occurs to the target household person can be determined by determining whether the action of the target household person is the action corresponding to the target event or not through each frame or a plurality of continuous frames of images in the image information, or whether the expression of the target household person in the images is the expression corresponding to the target event or not. Or the voice characteristics of the target household staff, such as the tone and the intonation, and the words used by the target household staff can be obtained through the voice data in the image information, and then whether the target household staff has the target event or not is determined based on the voice characteristics and/or the used words. It is understood that if it is determined that the target event occurs in the target household, it indicates that the behavior of the target household is inappropriate, and the evaluation value of the target household is lowered.
S307: and responding to the evaluation value larger than the second threshold value, and adding the target household personnel into a preset household personnel set corresponding to the intelligent home system so as to be preferentially selected.
In this embodiment of the application, the second threshold is used to determine whether a preset housekeeping staff set corresponding to the smart home system can be added. The preset household staff set comprises household staff which can be preferentially distributed to the intelligent home system, can serve the household staff of the intelligent home system before, and can also serve the household staff selected by the user corresponding to the intelligent home system. The second threshold may be a specified value, for example, 75 points. Or, the second threshold may also be determined according to an average value obtained by scoring each housekeeping person by the smart home system, or according to an average value obtained by scoring each housekeeping person by the home service platform, and the like, which is not limited herein.
In the method shown in fig. 3, after a target household person enters a home area of the smart home system, image information of the target household person is acquired via an image pickup device in the smart home system. If the evaluation value of the target housekeeping personnel obtained based on the image information is greater than the second threshold value, the result shows that the housekeeping service of the target housekeeping personnel is satisfied, and the target housekeeping personnel can be added to a preset housekeeping personnel set corresponding to the intelligent home system so as to be selected preferentially. Therefore, the efficiency of selecting the housekeeping personnel is improved; and the evaluation value is adopted for grading, so that the service quality of the housekeeping staff is improved conveniently.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a control method of a third smart home system provided in the present application. The method comprises the following steps S401 to S407, wherein:

S407: and generating prompt information of the preset event in response to the fact that the target housekeeping personnel are determined to have the preset event, so as to prompt a user corresponding to the intelligent home system to process the preset event.
The preset event may include the target event described in step S306, and may also include a dangerous event encountered by the target housekeeping person, for example, the target housekeeping person suddenly falls down, the target housekeeping person is hijacked by an illegal person, and the target housekeeping person falls down. Whether the target household person has the preset event or not can be determined through determining whether the action of the target household person is the action corresponding to the preset event or not through each frame or a plurality of continuous frames of images in the image information, or whether the expression of the target household person in the images is the expression corresponding to the preset event or not.
In this embodiment of the present application, the prompt information of the preset event may include a prompt information of occurrence of the preset event, a processing prompt of the preset event, occurrence time of the preset event, and related image information, which are not limited herein. If the preset event is a theft event or a dangerous event hijacked by an illegal person, the prompt information of the preset event can comprise alarm processing prompts, such as a button for one-key alarm and the like, so that the alarm efficiency can be improved. The prompt message of the preset event may further include a processing prompt for locking the door, such as a button for locking the door with one key, to prevent the illegal person from escaping. If the preset event is an event endangering the physical safety, such as sudden collapse or falling of the target housekeeping personnel, the prompt information of the preset event may include a processing prompt of calling the ambulance, for example, a button of one-touch calling the ambulance, and the call efficiency may be improved. In addition, if the fact that the preset event occurs to the personnel at home is determined based on the image information, prompt information of the preset event can be generated.
In the method shown in fig. 4, after a target household person enters a home area of the smart home system, image information of the target household person is acquired via an image pickup device in the smart home system. If the target housekeeping person is determined to have the preset event based on the image information, it is indicated that the target housekeeping person has improper behavior or that the target housekeeping person encounters a dangerous event. The prompt information of the preset event can be generated to prompt a user corresponding to the intelligent home system to process the preset event, so that the efficiency of processing the preset event can be improved, and the safety of the housekeeping service is improved conveniently.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a fourth control method of an intelligent home system provided in the present application. The method comprises the following steps S501-S507, wherein:
s501: acquiring basic information of target housekeeping personnel distributed by a housekeeping service platform based on a housekeeping distribution request, wherein the housekeeping distribution request is generated based on a trigger event.
S502: and generating preset verification information of the target housekeeping personnel based on the basic information and the trigger event for sending to the target housekeeping personnel.
S503: and acquiring target verification information input by the target housekeeping staff.
S504: and responding to the successful matching of the target verification information and the preset verification information, and unlocking the access control equipment in the intelligent home system.
S505: and acquiring image information of the target housekeeping personnel through the camera equipment in the intelligent home system.
The descriptions of steps S201 to S204 can be referred to in steps S501 to S504, which are not repeated herein. As described above, the image pickup apparatus can acquire image information of the pickup area. It can be understood that image monitoring can be realized by acquiring the image information of the target housekeeping personnel through the camera equipment, and the intuition of the housekeeping personnel can be improved conveniently.
S506: an effective processing time period of the target housekeeping person is determined based on the image information.
S507: and generating a payroll bill of the target housekeeping personnel based on the effective processing time length for paying the payroll of the target housekeeping personnel.
The valid processing duration may refer to the description of step S306, and is not described herein again. The payroll bill may include an effective processing time period, a total time period, a ratio between the effective processing time period and the total time period of the target housekeeping person, an evaluation value, evaluation information, and the like of each housekeeping service. It can be appreciated that generating payroll bills for target housekeeping personnel based on the effective processing duration may improve payroll payment accuracy. When the target housekeeping personnel are not satisfied with the payroll bill, the payroll bill can be reflected to the housekeeping service platform so as to obtain the payroll bill which is satisfied by both the user and the target housekeeping personnel corresponding to the intelligent home system.
In the method shown in fig. 5, after a target household person enters a home area of the smart home system, image information of the target household person is acquired via an image pickup device in the smart home system. And then determining the effective processing time length of the target housekeeping personnel based on the image information, and generating a payroll bill of the target housekeeping personnel based on the effective processing time length so as to be used for paying the payroll of the target housekeeping personnel. Therefore, payroll is paid to the target housekeeping staff through the effective processing time length in the image information, and convenience and accuracy of payroll payment can be improved.
The method of the embodiments of the present application is set forth above in detail and the apparatus of the embodiments of the present application is provided below.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device of an intelligent home system according to an embodiment of the present application, consistent with the embodiment of fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, or fig. 5. As shown in fig. 6, the control device 600 includes a processor 610, a memory 620, a communication interface 630, and one or more programs 640. The one or more programs 640 are stored in the memory 620 and configured to be executed by the processor 610, the programs 640 including instructions for:
acquiring basic information of target housekeeping personnel distributed by a housekeeping service platform based on a housekeeping distribution request, wherein the housekeeping distribution request is generated based on a trigger event;
generating preset verification information of the target housekeeping personnel based on the basic information and the trigger event for sending to the target housekeeping personnel;
acquiring target verification information input by the target housekeeping staff; and
and responding to the successful matching of the target verification information and the preset verification information, and unlocking the access control equipment in the intelligent home system.
In one possible example, in the aspect of generating the preset verification information of the target housekeeping person based on the basic information and the trigger event, the program 640 is specifically configured to execute the following steps:
generating a first verification code based on the trigger event;
acquiring a second verification code of the target housekeeping personnel based on the basic information; and
and generating preset verification information of the target housekeeping personnel based on the first verification code and the second verification code.
In one possible example, in the generating of the preset verification information of the target housekeeping person based on the first verification code and the second verification code, the program 640 is specifically configured to execute the following instructions:
the first verification code and the second verification code are combined to obtain first information;
coding the first information to obtain second information; and
and shortening the second information to obtain preset verification information of the target housekeeping personnel.
In one possible example, in terms of the determination of the housekeeping service platform, the program 640 is specifically configured to execute the following steps:
determining the position information of the intelligent home system; and
and determining the household service platform based on the position information and the household service type corresponding to the trigger event.
In one possible example, the triggering event includes at least one of: receiving a preset voice call instruction, detecting that the sanitation quality in a preset area is smaller than a first threshold value, detecting that cleaning equipment in the intelligent home system is started, and determining that a preset household call date arrives.
In one possible example, after the unlocking the access control device in the smart home system, the program 640 is further configured to execute the following steps:
acquiring image information of the target housekeeping personnel through a camera device in the intelligent home system;
acquiring an evaluation value of the target housekeeping staff based on the image information; and
and responding to the evaluation value larger than a second threshold value, and adding the target housekeeping personnel to a preset housekeeping personnel set corresponding to the intelligent home system so as to be preferentially selected.
In one possible example, after the unlocking the access control device in the smart home system, the program 640 is further configured to execute the following steps:
acquiring image information of the target housekeeping personnel through a camera device in the intelligent home system;
determining whether a preset event occurs to the target housekeeping person based on the image information; and
and generating prompt information of the preset event in response to the fact that the preset event occurs to the target housekeeping staff, so as to prompt a user corresponding to the intelligent home system to process the preset event.
In one possible example, after unlocking the access control device in the smart home system, the program 640 is further configured to execute the following steps:
acquiring image information of the target housekeeping personnel through camera equipment in the intelligent home system;
determining effective processing time of the target housekeeping personnel based on the image information; and
and generating a payroll bill of the target housekeeping personnel based on the effective processing time length so as to be used for paying the payroll of the target housekeeping personnel.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a computer storage medium, where the computer storage medium is used for storing a computer program, the computer program enables a computer to execute to implement part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the method embodiments, and the computer includes a control device of an intelligent home system or a home administration service platform.
Embodiments of the application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform to implement some or all of the steps of any of the methods recited in the method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, and the computer includes a control device of the smart home system or a home service platform.
It should be noted that for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned embodiments of the method are described as a series of acts, but those skilled in the art should understand that the present application is not limited by the described order of acts, as some steps may be performed in other orders or simultaneously according to the present application. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in this specification are presently preferred and that no particular act or mode of operation is required in the present application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, a division of a unit is merely a logical division, and an actual implementation may have another division, for example, at least one unit or component may be combined or integrated with another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed coupling or direct coupling or communication connection between each other may be through some interfaces, indirect coupling or communication connection between devices or units, and may be in an electrical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may also be distributed on at least one network unit. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a hardware mode or a software program mode.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software program module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable memory. With such an understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a memory and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, or the like) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned memory comprises: various media that can store program codes, such as a usb disk, a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (10)

1. A control method of an intelligent home system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring basic information of target housekeeping personnel distributed by a housekeeping service platform based on a housekeeping distribution request, wherein the housekeeping distribution request is generated based on a trigger event;
generating preset verification information of the target housekeeping personnel based on the basic information and the trigger event for sending to the target housekeeping personnel;
acquiring target verification information input by the target housekeeping staff; and
and responding to the successful matching of the target verification information and the preset verification information, and unlocking the access control equipment in the intelligent home system.
2. The control method according to claim 1, wherein the generating of the preset verification information of the target housekeeping person based on the basic information and the trigger event comprises the steps of:
generating a first verification code based on the triggering event;
acquiring a second verification code of the target housekeeping personnel based on the basic information; and
and generating preset verification information of the target housekeeping personnel based on the first verification code and the second verification code.
3. The control method according to claim 2, wherein the generating of the preset verification information of the target housekeeping person based on the first verification code and the second verification code comprises the steps of:
the first verification code and the second verification code are combined to obtain first information;
coding the first information to obtain second information; and
and shortening the second information to obtain preset verification information of the target housekeeping staff.
4. The control method according to claim 2, the housekeeping service platform being determined based on the following steps:
determining the position information of the intelligent home system; and
and determining the household service platform based on the position information and the household service type corresponding to the trigger event.
5. The control method of any of claims 1-4, the triggering event comprising at least one of:
receiving a preset voice call instruction, detecting that the sanitation quality in a preset area is smaller than a first threshold value, detecting that cleaning equipment in the intelligent home system is started, and determining that a preset household call date arrives.
6. The control method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, after the unlocking of the access control device in the smart home system, the method further comprising the steps of:
acquiring image information of the target housekeeping personnel through camera equipment in the intelligent home system;
acquiring an evaluation value of the target housekeeping personnel based on the image information; and
and responding to the evaluation value larger than a second threshold value, and adding the target housekeeping personnel to a preset housekeeping personnel set corresponding to the intelligent home system so as to be preferentially selected.
7. The control method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, after the unlocking of the access control device in the smart home system, the method further comprising the steps of:
acquiring image information of the target housekeeping personnel through camera equipment in the intelligent home system;
determining whether a preset event occurs to the target housekeeping staff based on the image information; and
and generating prompt information of the preset event in response to the fact that the preset event occurs to the target housekeeping staff, so as to prompt a user corresponding to the intelligent home system to process the preset event.
8. The control method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, after the unlocking of the access control device in the smart home system, the method further comprising the steps of:
acquiring image information of the target housekeeping personnel through camera equipment in the intelligent home system;
determining effective processing time of the target housekeeping personnel based on the image information; and
and generating a payroll bill of the target housekeeping personnel based on the effective processing time length so as to be used for paying the payroll of the target housekeeping personnel.
9. A control device of a smart home system, comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or at least one program, wherein the one or at least one program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the program comprising instructions for performing the steps of the method of any one of claims 1-8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, the computer program causing a computer to execute to implement the method of any one of claims 1-8.
