The intelligent sound box 1, the server 2 and the access control device 3 are connected through a network, and interaction between the intelligent sound box 1 and the access control device 3 is realized by means of the server 2. For example, smart sound box 1 may be networked via WIFI, etc. As shown in fig. 3, the server 2 is configured to receive an access call request for a target room sent by the access control device 3; determining an intelligent sound box corresponding to the target room according to the corresponding relation set between the room identifier and the sound box identifier; forwarding the visiting user information collected by the access control device 3 to the intelligent sound box 1; receiving entrance guard opening instruction information sent by the intelligent sound box 1, and controlling the entrance guard control device 3 to unlock an entrance guard; the intelligent sound box 1 is used for receiving the visiting user information; according to the visiting user information and the target identity information, performing identity authentication on the visiting user; and if the identity authentication is passed, sending entrance guard opening instruction information to the server 2.
In this embodiment, the server 2 is configured to receive an access call request for a target room sent by the access control device 3; determining a target intelligent sound box 1 corresponding to a target room according to the corresponding relation set between the room identifier and the sound box identifier; forwarding an entrance guard calling request to the target intelligent sound box 1; receiving entrance guard opening instruction information sent by the intelligent sound box 1, and controlling the entrance guard control device 3 to unlock an entrance guard; the intelligent sound box 1 is used for receiving the access calling request and acquiring the information of the visiting user through the access control device 3; according to the visiting user information and the target identity information, performing identity authentication on the visiting user; and if the identity authentication is passed, sending entrance guard opening instruction information to the server 2.
Please refer to fig. 4, which is a schematic diagram of another device interaction of the access control system according to the embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, before the room owner (visited user) goes out, the target visiting information may be input to the smart speaker in advance, and the smart speaker stores the target visiting information specified by the visited user.
The target visiting information may include identity information of the target visiting user. The identity information may be personal identity information of the visiting user, such as a name, a mobile phone number, a face image and the like, or information of a certain transaction related to the visiting of the visiting user, such as that the visiting user is a courier who wants to get home to deliver goods, and information related to the matter of delivering the express can be an express order number and the like. In addition, the target visit information may further include a target visit time, and only if a visiting user visits within the time and passes the identity authentication, the access control can be unlocked through the smart sound box 1.
After the visited user goes out, the visited user dials the room number (e.g., 0202 room) of the visited user through the access control device 3, and the access control device 3 sends an access call request for the target room to the server 2. The call request may carry a room number, and may also carry a cell number, building number, unit number, etc., from which the target room may be uniquely determined; correspondingly, the server 1 responds to the call request, determines a target intelligent sound box corresponding to the target room according to a pre-stored corresponding relation set between the room identifier and the sound box identifier, and forwards the request to the target intelligent sound box. Table 1 shows the set of correspondence relationships of the present embodiment.

As can be seen from table 1, the server 2 can store the correspondence between the room identifiers and the speaker identifiers of the rooms in the multiple residential areas. After the server 2 determines the target room according to the call request, it may look up table 1 to determine the corresponding speaker id, such as the speaker device number. And the server 2 can forward the call request to the intelligent sound box 1 with the sound box identifier.
The intelligent sound box 1 responds to the access calling request and acquires the information of the visiting user through the access control device 3. In this embodiment, after the smart speaker 1 receives the call request forwarded by the server 2, if it is determined that the start condition for verifying the identity of the visiting user is satisfied, the information of the visiting user is collected through the access control device 3.
The starting condition may be that no person is in the target room, or a starting parameter set when the visited user goes out, or that no person responds to the information after the smart sound box 1 displays the visiting information of the visited user according to the call request, and the starting condition is considered to be satisfied.
In one example, smart sound box 1 may determine whether a person is present in a home through a sensor. In specific implementation, whether a person is in a target environment can be judged by means of a sensor through the prior art, and details are not repeated here.
In another example, smart sound box 1 may set a time threshold, such as 30 seconds, etc.; after receiving the call request, the smart speaker 1 displays the visiting information of the user in a voice and video mode, such as playing an entrance guard ringtone, displaying the image information of the visiting user in front of the unit door on the display screen, and the like. And if the response time of the call request is judged to exceed the time threshold, judging that the starting condition is satisfied.
In another example, the smart sound box 1 sets the service start parameter to start, and the start condition includes: the service initiation parameter is initiation. For example, the visited user informs the smart sound box 1 in a voice manner that "the owner goes out, the smart sound box helps to receive express delivery", and the smart sound box 1 sets the service start parameter to be established. By adopting the processing mode, on one hand, the intelligent sound box does not need to display the visiting information of the user, so that the electric quantity of the intelligent sound box can be saved, on the other hand, whether people exist in a house or not does not need to be judged, and the response time of the calling request does not need to be waited for to exceed the time threshold, so that the starting speed of the intelligent sound box for verifying the identity of the visiting user can be increased, the waiting time of the visiting user is reduced, and the visiting user experience is improved.
If the intelligent sound box 1 judges that the starting condition is satisfied, a working mode interacting with the visiting user is started, and the visiting user identity information collected through the access control device, such as user images and user voice, is obtained through the server 2. After obtaining the visiting user information, the smart sound box 1 performs identity verification on the visiting user according to the user information and the target identity information.
In one example, a face image of the visiting user is acquired by the access control device 3; the intelligent sound box 1 can judge whether the visiting user is the target user or not through the face recognition technology, and if yes, the identity authentication is passed.
In another example, the target identity information includes information associated with a visiting destination; the smart sound box 1 sends inquiry voice data to the access control device 3 through the server 2, such as "ask for your name", "ask for your mobile phone number", "what is an express bill number? "and so on, the access control device 3 plays the inquiry voice data of the visiting destination, the visiting user answers according to the inquiry, and the access control device 3 collects the voice information of the visiting user through the microphone; correspondingly, the intelligent sound box 1 can recognize the answer content of the visiting user through a voice recognition technology, and the recognition process can utilize the technologies of voice understanding and the like; then, the identified information related to the destination of the visit is compared with the target identity information, and if the identified name is the same as the preset name, whether the number of the identified express waybill is consistent with the preset number of the express waybill is judged, and the like; if the content is judged to be consistent, the fact that the visiting user is the target user is indicated to pass the identity authentication.
In specific implementation, the intelligent sound box 1 may determine inquiry information of the destination according to information associated with the destination, which is included in the target identity information; the processing mode enables the intelligent sound box to automatically determine inquiry information; therefore, the user experience of the visited user can be effectively improved.
In specific implementation, the smart sound box 1 may also collect and store message information of the visited user, such as "ask for your name", "ask for your mobile phone number", "what is an express bill number? "and so on, these message information are regarded as the inquiry voice data of the visiting destination, broadcast to the visiting user through the entrance guard control device; the processing mode ensures that the message information of the visited user is played to the visiting user; therefore, the user experience of the effective visiting user can be improved.
In another example, the smart sound box 1 is specifically configured to send the visiting user information acquisition instruction information to the server 2, and the server 2 forwards the user identity information acquisition instruction information from the smart sound box 2 to the access control device 3; the access control device 3 collects the information of the visiting user, sends the information to the server 2, and the server 2 forwards the information to the intelligent sound box 1.
In addition, the smart sound box 1 can also determine what kind of identity information to collect. For example, if the target identity information is a face image, the access control device 3 is instructed to acquire the face image through an image acquisition device (such as a camera) by acquiring the instruction information through the user identity information. For another example, if the target identity information is an express bill number, a courier name, a courier mobile phone number, or the like, the access control device 3 is instructed to acquire the voice information of the visiting user through a voice acquisition device (such as a microphone) by acquiring instruction information according to the user identity information.
If the intelligent sound box 1 determines that the authentication is passed, the intelligent sound box can send entrance guard opening instruction information to the server 2. The server 2 transmits the instruction information to the access control device 3; and the access control device 3 unlocks the access according to the instruction information.
In one example, the smart sound box 1 is further configured to collect authorization information of the visited user for unlocking the door lock directly by the smart sound box; setting a direct unlocking access control parameter of the intelligent sound box according to the authorization information; and determining entrance guard opening instruction information according to the parameters. The processing mode belongs to a mode of directly indicating unlocking the entrance guard by the intelligent sound box according to the authorization of the visited user.
For example, when the visited user sets the target identity information, the smart sound box 1 is instructed to unlock the door lock through identity authentication in a voice mode; the intelligent sound box 1 recognizes the authorization information through a voice recognition technology, and sets an intelligent sound box to directly unlock the access control parameter.
In this case, the smart speaker 1 may store an access unlocking mode parameter, where if the parameter is 0, the smart speaker 1 directly indicates the mode of unlocking the access, and if the parameter is 1, the parameter indicates that the phone call of the visited user is dialed, and the communication number of the visited user is to be stored, and if the parameter is 2, the visitor visit information is sent to the visited user, and so on. By adopting the processing mode, the intelligent sound box can directly unlock the entrance guard according to the authorization of the visited user, so that the visited user is prevented from being disturbed, and the intelligent sound box is inconvenient to remotely instruct the intelligent sound box to unlock the entrance guard in a telephone mode if the user is in a meeting in the morning; therefore, the real-time performance of door access unlocking can be effectively improved, and the user experience is improved.
In another example, the smart sound box 1 is further configured to determine entrance guard opening instruction information by a remote control entrance guard mode of a visited user. The remote access control mode may also be referred to as an off-site access control mode, and may be a mode in which the visited user instructs the smart sound box 1 to unlock the access control outside the room, instead of a mode in which the visited user instructs the smart sound box 1 to unlock the access control inside the target room. Two possible remote access control modes are given below.
1. And the remote control access control mode is one.
The intelligent sound box 1 is also used for determining the communication information of the visited user; the communication equipment is used for dialing the communication equipment of the visited user according to the communication information so as to inform the visited user that the user visits; and determining an entrance guard opening instruction according to the specified unlocking entrance guard voice instruction information of the visited user.
Under the condition, the intelligent sound box 1 can dial the mobile phone number of the visited user, the visited user is informed that the target visitor arrives in the conversation process, and the visited user remotely issues the instruction information of unlocking the entrance guard to the intelligent sound box 1 in real time in a voice mode.
In specific implementation, the visiting user can also directly communicate with the visited user through the intelligent sound box 1, so that the visited user can further confirm the identity of the visiting user through directly communicating with the visiting user, and more accurately judge whether to remotely unlock the access control; this kind of processing method can effectively promote entrance guard's control's security to promote user experience.
2. And a second remote control access control mode.
The intelligent sound box 1 is also used for determining the APP user information of the intelligent sound box of the visited user; the system is specifically used for sending user visit information to an intelligent sound box APP in terminal equipment of a visited user according to the user information; receiving unlocking entrance guard instruction information appointed by a visited user through an intelligent sound box APP; and determining an entrance guard opening instruction according to the unlocking entrance guard instruction information.
With this embodiment, the smart sound box 1 may send a visitor arrival message to the mobile device of the visited user, and the visited user instructs the smart sound box 1 to unlock the door lock by sending a message. For example, smart sound box 1 sends visitor's information to smart sound box APP deployed in the mobile device of the first user, and the visited user sends instruction information for unlocking the door lock to smart sound box 1 through smart sound box APP.
Therefore, three optional implementation modes for determining the entrance guard opening instruction information are provided. In specific implementation, other implementation modes for determining the entrance guard opening instruction information can be adopted.
In one example, smart sound box 1 is also used to set target visit time period information, such as 5 pm to 8 pm; and if the visiting user passes the identity authentication and the visiting time is within the target visiting time period, determining the entrance guard opening instruction information.
In another example, the smart sound box 1 is further configured to collect message information of a visiting user through the access control device 3; and displaying the message information to the visited user. For example, the visiting user is a courier, and the courier leaves a message to place a courier package at a door of a room, so that the visiting user can find the package quickly. For another example, the visiting user is not the target user, at this time, the smart sound box 1 may also start the working mode of voice interaction with the visiting user, but the smart sound box 1 may not unlock the door lock, but may play the voice of the visiting user requesting the message leaving, the visiting user leaves the message according to the voice, the smart sound box 1 stores the message, and the message information may be played after the visited user arrives at home. By adopting the processing mode, the user experience of the visited user can be effectively improved.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the access control system provided in the embodiment of the present application determines the identity information of a target user through an intelligent sound box; the visiting user dials a room number through the access control device, the access control device sends an access calling request aiming at a target room to the server, the server determines a target intelligent sound box corresponding to the target room according to a corresponding relation set between the room identifier and the sound box identifier, and the visiting user information collected by the access control device is transmitted to the target intelligent sound box; the intelligent sound box executes identity verification on the visiting user according to the visiting user information and the target identity information; if the identity authentication is passed, sending entrance guard opening instruction information to the server, and controlling an entrance guard control device to unlock an entrance guard by the server according to the instruction information; by the processing mode, under the condition that no one is at home, the identity of the visiting user can be verified through the intelligent sound box, and the intelligent sound box controls the entrance guard to unlock after the verification is passed; therefore, the convenience of entrance guard unlocking can be effectively improved, and the user experience is improved. In addition, because the intelligent sound box is used as a home core device, is positioned in a living room or a room, can be placed outside and can be taken to any indoor position, the access rate of the unlocking operation of the access control can be effectively improved. In addition, because the intelligent sound box supports voice operation and dialect recognition, the threshold of access control unlocking operation is extremely low for the old. In addition, when the user cannot open the intelligent sound box in trouble, the intelligent sound box can unlock the entrance guard in a voice mode, and hands of the user are liberated. In addition, intelligent audio amplifier function is abundant, except entrance guard's control, can listen the song, see video etc. and the frequency of utilization is higher, also is the key of guaranteeing to touch the rate simultaneously. In addition, the intelligent sound box is cheaper than the traditional indoor unit. In addition, the intelligent sound box device can adopt an android operating system, follow-up logic customization development can be carried out according to scenes, and therefore expandability can be effectively improved.
Second embodiment
Corresponding to the access control system, the application also provides an access control method, and the execution subject of the method is an access control device.
Please refer to fig. 5, which is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of an access control method according to the present application, wherein parts of the embodiment that are the same as those of the first embodiment are not repeated, and please refer to corresponding parts in the first embodiment. The access control method provided by the application comprises the following steps:
step S501: sending an access control calling request aiming at a target room to a server;
step S502: and sending the visiting user information to a server so that the server can send the visiting user information to an intelligent sound box, and the intelligent sound box carries out identity verification on the visiting user according to the visiting user information.
In one example, the access control device receives user identity information acquisition instruction information from the intelligent sound box forwarded by the server; and acquiring the information of the visiting user according to the instruction information.
In one example, the user identity information acquisition instruction information includes: acquiring indication information of the image; the access control device can acquire image data of the visiting user through the camera to serve as the visiting user information.
In another example, the user identity information acquisition instruction information includes: acquiring indication information by sound; the access control device can determine inquiry voice data of a visiting destination, and if receiving the inquiry voice data sent by the intelligent sound box through the server; then, playing the inquiry voice data through a loudspeaker; and acquiring voice data of the visiting user through a microphone to serve as the visiting user information.
Step S503: and unlocking the entrance guard according to the entrance guard opening instruction information sent by the intelligent sound box.
In this embodiment, entrance guard control device receives the entrance guard that the server forwarded and comes from intelligent audio amplifier and opens instruction information, according to entrance guard opens instruction information, unblocks entrance guard.
In one example, the method may further comprise the steps of: 1) collecting the message information of the visiting user; 2) and sending the message information of the visiting user to the server side so that the server side can forward the message information of the visiting user to the intelligent sound box, and the intelligent sound box displays the message information to the visited user. When the door control device is specifically implemented, voices such as 'owner is not at home and please leave a message in advance' can be played by the door control device, so that a visiting user can leave a message according to the prompt.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the access control method provided by the embodiment of the application sends an access call request for a target room to a server; sending the visiting user information to a server side so that the server side can send the visiting user information to an intelligent sound box, and the intelligent sound box carries out identity verification on the visiting user according to the visiting user information; unlocking the entrance guard according to entrance guard opening instruction information sent by the intelligent sound box; by the processing mode, under the condition that no one is at home, the identity of the visiting user can be verified through the intelligent sound box, and the intelligent sound box controls the entrance guard to unlock after the verification is passed; therefore, the convenience of entrance guard unlocking can be effectively improved, and the user experience is improved.
In the foregoing embodiment, an access control method is provided, and correspondingly, the present application also provides an access control device. The apparatus corresponds to an embodiment of the method described above.
Third embodiment
Please refer to fig. 6, which is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of an access control device according to the present application. Since the apparatus embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments, they are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to some of the descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points. The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
The present application additionally provides an access control device, comprising: an input panel 601, a memory 602, a processor 603, and a communication module 604; a memory for storing a program for implementing the access control method, wherein the following steps are executed after the device is powered on and the program for implementing the method is run by the processor: sending an access control calling request aiming at a target room to a server; sending the visiting user information to a server side so that the server side can send the visiting user information to an intelligent sound box, and the intelligent sound box carries out identity verification on the visiting user according to the visiting user information; and unlocking the entrance guard according to the entrance guard opening instruction information sent by the intelligent sound box.
Wherein, the visiting user inputs the target room number through the input panel; the access control device sends information to the server through the communication module.
In one example, the access control device may further include: an image acquisition device 606; the image data of the visiting user can be collected through the image collecting device, so that the intelligent sound box can judge whether the visiting user is a target user or not through a face recognition algorithm according to the image data.
In another example, the access control device may further include: a sound collection device 605; through the image acquisition device, the voice data of the visiting user can be acquired, so that the intelligent sound box can judge whether the visiting user is a target user or not through a voice recognition algorithm according to the voice data.
Fourth embodiment
Corresponding to the access control system, the application also provides an access control method, and an execution main body of the method comprises an intelligent sound box.
Please refer to fig. 7, which is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of an access control method according to the present application, wherein parts of the embodiment that are the same as those of the first embodiment are not repeated, and please refer to corresponding parts in the first embodiment. The access control method provided by the application comprises the following steps:
step S701: receiving visiting user information from an access control device forwarded by a server;
step S702: and performing identity authentication on the visiting user according to the visiting user information and the target identity information.
The intelligent sound box collects information of visiting users through the access control device.
In one example, if the smart speaker verifies that the starting condition of the identity of the visiting user is satisfied, the visiting user information is collected through the access control device.
The start-up conditions may be: no person is in the room; accordingly, the method may further comprise the steps of: and judging whether a person is in the room or not through the sensor.

In specific implementation, the method can be realized by adopting the following modes: and sending user identity information acquisition instruction information to a server so as to acquire the visiting user information through an access control device and forward the visiting user information to the intelligent sound box.
The user identity information acquisition instruction information comprises image acquisition instruction information or sound acquisition instruction information, and can also comprise the image acquisition instruction information and the sound acquisition instruction information.
In specific implementation, the method can further comprise the following steps: and determining the target visiting information.
In one example, the target identity information comprises a target face image; the visiting user information comprises image data of the visiting user; step S702 can be implemented as follows: and performing identity verification on the visiting user according to the image data and the target image data through a face recognition algorithm.
In another example, the target identity information includes information associated with a visiting destination; the visiting user information comprises voice data of the visiting user; accordingly, the method may further comprise the steps of: the access control device plays the inquiry voice data of the access destination; step S702 may include the following sub-steps: 1) identifying information associated with the visit destination from the voice data through a voice recognition algorithm; 2) and if the identified information is consistent with the target identity information, determining that the visiting user passes the identity authentication.
The information associated with the visiting purpose includes, but is not limited to, at least one of the following information: express bill identification, visiting user name and visiting user communication information.
Step S703: and if the identity authentication is passed, sending entrance guard opening instruction information to the server side.
In one example, the method may further comprise the steps of: 1) acquiring authorization information of a visited user for directly unlocking the access control by the intelligent sound box; 2) setting a direct unlocking access control parameter of the intelligent sound box according to the authorization information; correspondingly, the intelligent sound box can directly determine the entrance guard opening instruction information according to the parameters.
In another example, the method may further include the steps of: and determining the entrance guard opening instruction information through the remote control entrance guard mode of the visited user.
When the method is implemented specifically, the communication information of the visited user can be determined firstly; the remote control access control mode can comprise the following steps: 1) dialing the communication equipment of the visited user according to the communication information so as to inform the visited user that the user visits; 2) and determining the entrance guard opening instruction information according to the appointed unlocking entrance guard voice instruction information of the visited user in the call.
In specific implementation, the user information of the intelligent sound box APP of the visited user can be determined; the remote control access control mode can comprise the following steps: 1) according to the user information, sending user arrival information to an intelligent sound box APP in terminal equipment of a visited user; 2) receiving unlocking entrance guard instruction information appointed by a visited user through an intelligent sound box APP; 3) and determining the entrance guard opening instruction information according to the unlocking entrance guard instruction information.
In one example, the method may further comprise the steps of: setting target visiting time period information; accordingly, step S703 can be implemented as follows: and if the visiting user passes the identity authentication and the visiting time is within the target visiting time period, determining the entrance guard opening instruction information.
In one example, the method may further comprise the steps of: 1) acquiring message information of a visitor through an access control device; 2) and displaying the message information to the visited user.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, in the access control method provided in the embodiments of the present application, visited user information from an access control device forwarded by a server is received; according to the visiting user information and the target identity information, performing identity authentication on the visiting user; if the identity authentication is passed, sending entrance guard opening instruction information to the server; by the processing mode, under the condition that no one is at home, the identity of the visiting user can be verified through the intelligent sound box, and the intelligent sound box controls the entrance guard to unlock after the verification is passed; therefore, the convenience of entrance guard unlocking can be effectively improved, and the user experience is improved.
In the above embodiment, an access control method is provided, and correspondingly, the application further provides an intelligent sound box. The apparatus corresponds to an embodiment of the method described above.
Fifth embodiment
Please refer to fig. 8, which is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the smart sound box of the present application. Since the apparatus embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments, they are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to some of the descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points. The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
This application provides an intelligence audio amplifier in addition, includes: a processor 801, a memory 802, a communication module 803, a sound collection device 804, and a sound playing device 805; the memory is used for storing a program for realizing the access control method, and after the equipment is powered on and the program of the method is run by the processor, the following steps are executed: receiving visiting user information from an access control device forwarded by a server; according to the visiting user information and the target identity information, performing identity authentication on the visiting user; and if the identity authentication is passed, sending entrance guard opening instruction information to the server side.
In one example, the smart sound box may further include: a display device 806; the display device is used for displaying the image information of the visiting user at the entrance guard position, so that the visited user can conveniently know the identity of the visiting user.
Sixth embodiment
Corresponding to the access control system, the application also provides an access control method, and an execution main body of the method comprises but is not limited to a server, and can be any equipment capable of realizing the access control method.
Please refer to fig. 9, which is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of an access control method according to the present application, wherein parts of the embodiment that are the same as those of the first embodiment are not repeated, and please refer to corresponding parts in the first embodiment. The access control method provided by the application comprises the following steps:
step S901: receiving an entrance guard call request aiming at a target room, which is sent by an entrance guard control device;
step S902: and determining a target intelligent sound box corresponding to the target room according to the corresponding relation set between the room identifier and the sound box identifier, and forwarding the visiting user information acquired by the access control device to the target intelligent sound box.
The server receives the visiting user information sent by the access control device; and forwarding the identity information to a target intelligent sound box.
Step S903: and receiving the entrance guard opening instruction information sent by the intelligent sound box, and controlling the entrance guard control device to unlock the entrance guard.

Ninth embodiment

Please refer to fig. 12, which is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of an express receiving method according to the present application, where details of the same portion as that in the first embodiment are not repeated, and please refer to corresponding portions in the first embodiment. The express receiving method provided by the application comprises the following steps:
step S1201: the intelligent sound box determines express information to be received.
The intelligent sound box has network information retrieval capability, and can automatically inquire whether the sound box owner has express packages to be delivered or not through an express bill retrieval website of an express company according to user information (such as mobile phone numbers and other communication information) of the sound box owner. During specific implementation, the express bill retrieval websites of a plurality of express companies (such as Yuantong express companies, Shunfeng express companies and the like) can be respectively inquired, and the express bill information of the plurality of express companies of the loudspeaker box owner is obtained.
Step S1202: and displaying inquiry information of whether the express is collected by the intelligent sound box or not to the visited user.
After the intelligent sound box determines that the sound box owner has the express information to be received, the intelligent sound box can actively inquire whether the sound box owner receives express articles instead of the express articles. For example, a speaker asks the owner "have express delivery, help you receive? By adopting the processing mode, when the owner is at home, the owner can be liberated, and the owner does not need to unlock the door control personally; when the owner is not at home, the express delivery system can help the owner to receive express delivery.
Step S1203: and if receiving express task assignment information collected by the intelligent sound box of the visited user, executing identity verification on the visited express user according to the express information, and controlling the access control device to unlock the access control according to an identity verification result.
The intelligent sound box and the sound box owner can interact in a voice mode, and the sound box owner can issue voice assignment information for collecting express delivery by the intelligent sound box to the intelligent sound box; the intelligent sound box can recognize express task assignment information collected by the intelligent sound box from voice data of a sound box owner through a voice recognition technology, and therefore the intelligent sound box can determine identity information of a target express user (courier) according to the express information.
The identity information of the target express delivery user includes but is not limited to at least one of the following information: express bill identification, express user name, express user communication information and express user face image.
In this embodiment, step S1303 may include the following sub-steps: 1) according to the express delivery information, identity information of a target express delivery user is determined; 2) receiving an access control calling request from an access control device forwarded by a server; 3) acquiring visiting user information through an access control device; 3) and performing identity authentication on the visiting user according to the visiting user information and the identity information of the target express delivery user. And if the identity authentication is passed, sending entrance guard opening instruction information to the server side so that the server side can control the entrance guard control device to unlock the entrance guard. This processing method corresponds to the processing method of the smart speaker in the first embodiment, and is not described here again.
In one example, the identity information of the target express delivery user is a facial image of the express delivery user. If express items are distributed with couriers, the face images of express users can be obtained through the website query of an express company. Therefore, the intelligent sound box can judge whether the courier who goes to the door for delivery is the distributed courier or not through the face recognition algorithm.
In one example, the identity information of the target express delivery user is an express delivery order identifier. The intelligent sound box can determine express bill identification according to the express bill information, such as express bill number. Therefore, the intelligent sound box can inquire what the express serial number of the courier who delivers goods from the home is, the intelligent sound box extracts the express bill serial number from the answer voice of the courier who delivers goods from the home through a voice recognition algorithm, and the express bill serial number is compared with the predetermined target express bill serial number, so that whether the courier who delivers goods from the home is an allocated courier can be judged.
In one example, the method may further comprise the steps of: determining communication information of a visited user, such as a mobile phone number; correspondingly, the intelligent sound box can determine the entrance guard opening instruction information by adopting the following steps: 1) if the price of the express item is larger than the price threshold value, notifying the visited user that express delivery is reached through the communication equipment of the visited user according to the communication information, and acquiring unlocking entrance guard voice instruction information appointed by the visited user; 2) and determining entrance guard opening instruction information according to the voice instruction information.
The intelligent sound box can inquire the order information corresponding to the express delivery order through the shopping website, so that the price information of the order items is determined, and if the amount of money of the order is larger than a price threshold value, a telephone of a sound box owner can be dialed, or a message is sent to inform the owner that a courier arrives and whether the door access is unlocked. Wherein, the price threshold value can be determined by the speaker owner, such as 500 yuan. By adopting the processing mode, the owner can confirm whether the intelligent sound box unlocks the entrance guard or not again, and the phenomena of loss of articles and the like are avoided; therefore, the safety of express delivery can be effectively improved, and the user experience is improved.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, in the express receiving method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the to-be-received express information is determined by the smart sound box; showing whether the intelligent sound box receives the inquiry information of the express delivery or not; if receiving express task assignment information collected by the intelligent sound box instead of express tasks, performing identity verification on visiting express users according to the express information, and controlling an access control device to unlock an access control according to an identity verification result; by the processing mode, the intelligent sound box can be used for carrying out identity verification on the courier under the condition that no one is at home, and the intelligent sound box controls the door to be unlocked after the verification is passed, so that the courier receives express delivery for the owner; therefore, the express delivery success rate can be effectively improved, and the user experience is improved. In addition, if the owner is at home, the intelligent sound box can receive the express delivery instead of the owner, so that the owner can be liberated, the owner does not need to unlock the access control in person, and the user experience can be improved.

step S1301: and receiving express task assignment information collected by the intelligent sound box.
The visited user is the sound box owner, and before going out, the visited user can issue express delivery collection task assignment information to the intelligent sound box. The intelligent sound box and the sound box owner can interact in a voice mode, and the sound box owner can issue task assignment information for collecting express items by the intelligent sound box to the intelligent sound box in the voice mode; the intelligent sound box can recognize express delivery task assignment information collected by the intelligent sound box from voice data of a sound box owner through a voice recognition technology.
The task assignment information may be that if the speaker owner says "someone sends an express for a while, and helps me to take it up" to the smart speaker. The task assignment information may also be target courier receipt information, and the like.
Step S1302: and determining express information to be received.
The intelligent sound box has network information retrieval capability, and after receiving express delivery collection task assignment information, a website can be retrieved through an express delivery bill of an express company according to user information (such as mobile phone numbers and other communication information) of a sound box owner, and whether the sound box owner has express packages to be delivered or not is automatically inquired.
In one example, the smart speaker may query courier receipt retrieval websites of a plurality of courier companies (e.g., Yuantong, Shunfeng, etc.) respectively, obtain courier receipt information of the plurality of courier companies of the speaker owner, and collect all couriers for the owner.
In another example, step S1402 may include the following sub-steps: 1) displaying inquiry information of the express company to the visited user; 2) acquiring indication information of a target express company of a visited user; 3) and determining express delivery information to be received, corresponding to the target express delivery company, of the visited user. For example, a smart speaker says to the owner: "is a round express delivery or a shun feng express delivery"? Even order information corresponding to the express waybill can be played, so that a host can determine which express waybill can be collected by the intelligent sound box (if an urgent need article can be collected by the sound box), which express waybill needs to be received in person (if a valuable article needs to be received in person), and the like according to the order information. The owner answers the 'Yuantong express', so that the intelligent sound box can extract name information of the express company from the words of the owner through a semantic recognition technology to be 'Yuantong', and then queries the Yuantong express information of the owner through a Yuantong website. When the express delivery order is specifically implemented, the owner can also assign the intelligent sound box to specifically collect the object of the express delivery order. By adopting the processing mode, the user experience can be further improved.
In specific implementation, the determining, by the smart sound box, to-be-received express information of the visited user corresponding to the target express company may include the following steps: 1) determining communication information of a visited user; 2) sending an express bill query request aiming at the communication information to an express bill search server corresponding to the target express company; 3) and receiving express bill information returned by the search server. Then, order information of a shopping website commonly used by the owner can be inquired, and which order corresponds to which express order is checked, so that the corresponding relation between the express orders and the orders is determined.
During specific implementation, the intelligent sound box can also firstly inquire order information of a shopping website commonly used by a host, and check an express bill number corresponding to an order, so that the information of the express bill to be received is determined. In this case, the smart sound box does not need to determine the communication information of the owner in advance, and can determine the express bill information to be received only by determining the shopping website account number of the owner in advance. Courier information, etc. may then be queried from the courier company website based on the courier order number.
Step S1303: and according to the express information, performing identity verification on the visiting express user, and according to an identity verification result, controlling an access control device to unlock the access control.
In this embodiment, step S1303 may include the following sub-steps: 1) according to the express delivery information, identity information of a target express delivery user is determined; 2) receiving an access control calling request from an access control device forwarded by a server; 3) acquiring visiting user information through an access control device; 4) according to the visiting user information and the identity information of the target express delivery user, performing identity verification on the visiting user; if the identity authentication is passed, determining entrance guard opening instruction information; and sending entrance guard opening instruction information to the server side so that the server side can control the entrance guard control device to unlock the entrance guard. This processing method corresponds to the processing method of the smart speaker in the first embodiment, and is not described here again.
Therefore, the intelligent sound box can determine the identity information of the target express user (courier) according to the express information. The identity information of the target express delivery user includes but is not limited to at least one of the following information: express bill identification, express user name, express user communication information and express user face image.
In one example, the identity information of the target express delivery user is a facial image of the express delivery user. If express items are distributed with couriers, the face images of express users can be obtained through the website query of an express company. The owner can answer "put in the doorway bar"; the intelligent sound box can recognize the express delivery placing position information from the voice of a host through a voice recognition technology, and can store the information. For another example, the host actively assigns a sound box to receive the express delivery and says the express delivery placement position information, for example, "i go out for a while, you help me receive the express delivery, the single number is [ xxxxxxxx ], and the user goes on at the door.

If the identity verification result is that the express delivery user is visited, the express delivery placing position information is played through the access control device, so that the express delivery user can know the article placing position conveniently. In one example, the location information includes location information within a room; the method may further comprise the steps of: if the visiting express user arrives at the room, controlling the room to unlock the door control; and if the express user leaves the room, controlling the room to be locked. For example, if the owner determines that the courier item is a valuable item, the owner may also instruct the speaker to open a room door, have the courier place the item in a hallway of a home, and so on.
During specific implementation, the intelligent sound box can control the room door lock to be opened according to preset express delivery placing position information through the Internet of things technology. When the courier leaves, the door lock of the room can be controlled to be closed. During specific implementation, the behavior of a courier entering a room can be monitored through the camera, so that the risk factors can be recognized in time, and a host can be quickly informed.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, in the express receiving method provided in the embodiments of the present application, to-be-received express information and express placement position information are determined by an intelligent sound box; according to the express delivery information, performing identity authentication on the visiting express delivery user; displaying the express placing position information to visiting express users so that the visiting express users can determine article placing positions conveniently; controlling the access control device to unlock the access according to the identity verification result; by the processing mode, the intelligent sound box can be used for carrying out identity verification on the courier under the condition that no one is at home, the intelligent sound box controls the door to unlock after the verification is passed, the courier receives the express delivery for the owner, and meanwhile, the courier can be informed of the position where the article is placed; therefore, the express delivery success rate and the express delivery article safety can be effectively improved, and the user experience is improved. In addition, if the owner is at home, the intelligent sound box can receive the express delivery instead of the owner, so that the owner can be liberated, the owner does not need to unlock the access control in person, and the user experience can be improved.

The present application additionally provides an access control system, comprising: entrance guard's controlling means, server, intelligent audio amplifier.
The access control device is used for determining a target room appointed by a visiting user and sending an access calling request aiming at the target room to the server; and receiving the access control opening instruction information sent by the server side, and unlocking the access control.
The server is used for receiving the access control calling request sent by the access control device; determining a target intelligent sound box corresponding to the target room according to the corresponding relation set between the room identifier and the sound box identifier; forwarding an entrance guard calling request to a target intelligent sound box; and receiving entrance guard opening instruction information sent by the target intelligent sound box, and sending the entrance guard opening instruction information to the entrance guard control device.
The intelligent sound box is used for receiving the access control calling request forwarded by the server and displaying the user visiting information collected by the access control device; and sending entrance guard opening instruction information to the server according to the entrance guard opening instruction of the visited user.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, in the access control system provided in the embodiment of the present application, a target room specified by a visiting user is determined by an access control device, and an access call request for the target room is sent to a server; the server side determines a target intelligent sound box corresponding to the target room according to the corresponding relation set between the room identifier and the sound box identifier, and forwards an entrance guard calling request to the target intelligent sound box; the intelligent sound box displays the user visit information collected by the access control device; according to the access control opening instruction of the visited user, sending access control opening instruction information to the server side; the server controls the access control device to unlock the access according to the instruction information; by the processing mode, a room owner can control the entrance guard of the unit door through the intelligent sound box; therefore, the convenience of entrance guard unlocking can be effectively improved, and the user experience is improved.

and forwarding the user message information to the intelligent sound box.

receiving inquiry voice data of a visiting destination sent by the intelligent sound box;
and forwarding the inquiry voice data to an access control device so that the access control device can play the inquiry voice data.

showing whether the intelligent sound box receives the inquiry information of the express delivery or not;

according to the express delivery information, identity information of a target express delivery user is determined;
receiving an access control calling request from an access control device forwarded by a server;
acquiring visiting user information through an access control device;
according to the visiting user information and the identity information of the target express delivery user, performing identity verification on the visiting user;
if the identity authentication is passed, determining entrance guard opening instruction information;
and sending entrance guard opening instruction information to the server side so that the server side can control the entrance guard control device to unlock the entrance guard.

the intelligent sound box is used for receiving the access control calling request forwarded by the server and displaying the user visiting information collected by the access control device; and sending entrance guard opening instruction information to the server according to the entrance guard opening instruction of the visited user.
