The embodiment of the application provides a control method, equipment and storage medium of an intelligent home system. The method can be executed by control equipment of the intelligent home system, wherein the control equipment can be realized by software and/or hardware, can be generally integrated in a server, can improve the safety of home services, and is convenient for improving user experience.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a control method of an intelligent home system provided by the application. The method comprises the following steps S201 to S204, wherein:
s201: basic information of target household personnel distributed by a household service platform based on a household distribution request is acquired, wherein the household distribution request is generated based on a trigger event.
In the embodiment of the application, the household service platform can be used for distributing corresponding target household personnel based on the household distribution request. The household allocation request is used for allocating target household personnel so that the target household personnel provide household services for families corresponding to the intelligent household system. The household allocation request can be sent to the household service platform by the intelligent household system, and can also be generated for the household service platform based on information sent or set by the intelligent household system. The event that generates the household allocation request may be referred to as a trigger event, which may include at least one of: the method comprises the steps of receiving a preset voice call prompt, detecting that the sanitary quality in a preset area is smaller than a first threshold value, detecting that cleaning equipment in an intelligent home system is started, and determining that a preset home call date arrives.
Wherein, the preset voice call prompt is used for submitting the household allocation request. The preset voice call prompt can be an intelligent home device with a voice acquisition function and a communication function, such as an intelligent terminal or an intelligent sound box, which is directly sent to the home service platform by a user, or can be extracted by the artificial customer service or the AI customer service based on call contents after a call is made with the artificial customer service or the artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence, AI) customer service of the home service platform. The application does not limit the content of the voice data corresponding to the preset voice call prompt, and can comprise the indication information of the call request, the requirement information of the household personnel and the like.
It should be noted that, when the smart home device is directly connected to the home service platform, the preset voice call prompt may be directly sent to the home service platform. Or can be forwarded to the home service platform through the control device so that the home service platform receives the preset voice call instruction. It can be understood that if the preset voice call instruction is received, it indicates that the home area corresponding to the smart home system needs the home service. Therefore, the trigger event is determined to occur, and the accuracy of generating the household service request is improved.
The present application is not limited to the preset area, the first threshold value, and the method of detecting the hygienic quality in the preset area. The smart home device for detecting the sanitary quality in the preset area can be the smart home device in the preset area or one of the functional modules. The predetermined area may be an area where cleaning is required, for example, a window edge, a floor, a cabinet, a toilet, etc.
The intelligent home equipment for detecting the sanitary quality in the preset area can be equipment capable of directly detecting the sanitary condition, and the preset area can be a detection area corresponding to the intelligent home equipment. That is, the data collected by the smart home device contains dust, microorganisms and other substances, and can be used for directly determining the sanitation condition in the preset area. Taking intelligent household equipment as dust detection equipment for example, the preset area is the acquisition area of the dust detection equipment, and the dust detection equipment can determine dust content based on dust data acquired by the dust detection equipment, so that sanitation condition is determined based on the dust content.
The intelligent home device for detecting the sanitation quality in the preset area or the device for indirectly detecting the sanitation condition. That is, the data collected by the smart home device is not the above-mentioned substances, but data reflecting the sanitary condition on the side, such as images, gas, etc. The preset area may be an acquisition area corresponding to the smart home device. The smart home device may be based on a camera device, a vision sensor, a light sensor, a gas sensor, or the like.
The vision sensor is composed of one or two graphic sensors, and is sometimes matched with a light projector and other auxiliary equipment for acquiring image information of an external environment. The light sensor is mainly composed of photosensitive elements and can be used for assisting a vision sensor or an image pickup device to acquire image information. The gas sensor is a device for detecting the concentration of a gas, for example, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen, ammonia, oxygen, hydrazine, methane, and the like. Gas sensors typically include a sensor that filters out impurities and interfering gases, and can convert the volume fraction of a certain gas in the environment (the volume/total volume of the gas) into a corresponding electrical signal, so that the concentration of the gas can be determined based on the electrical signal.
Taking the smart home device as an image pickup device for example, the preset area is an acquisition area of the image pickup device, and the control device can determine the sanitation condition of the acquisition area based on the occupation area of the stain image in the image information acquired by the image pickup device in the acquisition area, or based on the comparison between the image information acquired this time and the image information acquired before (for example, after the last cleaning), or the like. The stain image described above refers to an image in which stains, dirt, or thicker dust are present.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first threshold may be a specified value, for example, 0.3, set by the user through a setting page in the smart home system. The first threshold may alternatively be a specified value corresponding to the type of smart home device that collects data or detects a hygiene condition. For example, the smart home device is an image capturing device, and the first threshold is 0.4; the intelligent household equipment is an optical sensor, and the first threshold value is 0.2. The first threshold may alternatively be dynamically set based on the integrity of the acquired data. For example, the integrity of the acquired data is 90%, and the first threshold is 0.4; the integrity of the acquired data is 70%, the first threshold is 0.3, etc.
In embodiments of the present application, the quality of hygiene may be determined based on the type of data collected. For example, the type of data collected is dust, and the quality of hygiene can be determined based on the dust content. The type of data collected is microorganisms and the quality of hygiene can be determined based on the microorganism content. The type of the acquired data is an image, and the sanitation quality can be determined based on the occupation area of the stain image in the image or based on the comparison information obtained by comparing the acquired image information with the image information acquired before. The type of data collected is gas, the quality of hygiene can be determined based on the concentration of the gas, etc.
It can be understood that if the detected sanitation quality in the preset area is smaller than the first threshold, the condition that the corresponding home area of the intelligent home system needs cleaning service in the household service is indicated. Therefore, the trigger event is determined to occur, and the accuracy of generating the household service request is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the cleaning equipment can be a sweeping robot or a window cleaning robot and the like. It can be understood that if the cleaning device in the smart home system is detected to be turned on, it indicates that the home area corresponding to the smart home system needs to be cleaned. Therefore, the trigger event is determined to occur, and the accuracy of generating the household service request is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the preset home calling date can be a home service date set by the user in the intelligent home system or can be a date determined by the intelligent home system according to the time frequency of the historical home service. For example, the smart home system calls the home service on average every 7 days, and then presets the home call date to be 7 days after the time of the last home service. It can be understood that if it is determined that the preset home call date arrives, it indicates that the home area corresponding to the smart home system needs to be provided with the home service. Therefore, the trigger event is determined to occur, and the accuracy of generating the household service request is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the home service platform can be further used for sending the basic information of the target home personnel to the control equipment of the intelligent home system, or sending the personnel identification (for example, name or work number) of the allocated target home personnel to the control equipment, so that the control equipment can acquire the basic information of the target home personnel based on the mapping relation between the pre-stored home personnel and the basic information. The basic information may refer to the foregoing, and will not be described herein.
The home service platform may also be used to pay a payroll or the like to a target home person, without limitation. It can be understood that the home service platform can receive the amount paid by the user through the intelligent home system, and is used for paying wages to target home personnel, so that on-the-spot transactions are avoided, and the convenience of wage payment can be improved. And wages can be pre-stored on a home administration service platform, so that disputes can be avoided.
The method for determining the home service platform is not limited by the present application, and in one possible example, the method includes the following steps A1 and A2, where:
a1: and determining the position information of the intelligent home system.
In the embodiment of the application, the location information of the intelligent home system refers to the location information of the home address corresponding to the intelligent home system. The location information may include a geographic location, for example, a geographic location that may be obtained by a positioning system such as a global navigation satellite system (Global Navigation Satellite System, GNSS). The location information may also include area information, e.g., cell information, street information, etc. The area information may be determined according to a network address used by an application program corresponding to the smart home system, and the area information is not limited herein.
A2: and determining a home service platform based on the position information and the home service type corresponding to the trigger event.
In the embodiment of the application, the types of the household services corresponding to the triggering event can be classified according to the types of the triggering event. For example, at least one of receiving a preset voice call indication, detecting that a quality of hygiene within a preset area is less than a first threshold, detecting that a cleaning device in the smart home system is on, determining that a preset administrative call date has arrived. The type of home service to which the trigger event corresponds may alternatively be classified according to the type of home service, for example, cleaning, feeding, floor waxing, cleaning home appliances, etc.
The method for determining the home service platform by the position information and the home service type is not limited, and the home service platform close to the position information and the type can be selected. It can be appreciated that selecting a home service platform close to the location information, for example, a home service platform corresponding to a community corresponding to the smart home system, is convenient for improving management of home personnel, and is beneficial for shortening time for the home personnel to reach a home area corresponding to the smart home system. And selecting the household service platform for providing the household service type can improve the accuracy of selecting target household personnel.
It can be understood that in step A1 and step A2, the location information corresponding to the smart home system is determined first, and then the home service platform is determined based on the location information and the type of home service corresponding to the triggering event, so that the accuracy of selecting the home service platform can be improved.
S202: and generating preset verification information of the target household personnel based on the basic information and the triggering event for sending to the target household personnel.
In the embodiment of the application, the preset verification information is used for unlocking the access control equipment in the intelligent home system. That is, if the target verification information input by the target household personnel is successfully matched with the preset verification information, unlocking the access control equipment in the intelligent home system. Otherwise, the target household personnel are not allowed to enter the household area corresponding to the intelligent household system. It can be understood that the preset verification information of the target housekeeping staff is generated based on the basic information and the triggering event, so that all the housekeeping staff can be prevented from receiving the same verification information, and the preset verification information received by each housekeeping staff changes along with the basic information of the housekeeping staff and the triggering event. Thus, the home personnel performs the identity verification based on the changeable verification information, and the security of the home service is improved.
In one possible example, the preset authentication information is determined to be invalid after unlocking the access control device in the smart home system. Therefore, the condition that the household personnel use the preset verification information for identity verification next time is avoided, and the safety of household services can be further improved.
It should be noted that, the step of sending the preset verification information to the target home personnel may be performed under the condition that no person is in the home area corresponding to the smart home system. Therefore, the target household personnel can perform identity verification based on the input target verification information under the condition that the target household personnel are unmanned in the home, so as to enter the home. The step of sending the preset verification information to the target household personnel can be performed under the condition that the household personnel are in the home, so that the household personnel are prevented from opening the door for the household personnel, and the household personnel are not required to perform identity verification in a manual mode. Both the execution methods can improve the safety and user experience of the household service.
The method for generating the preset verification information is not limited by the present application, and in one possible example, generating the preset verification information of the target home staff based on the basic information and the trigger event includes the following steps B1 to B3, wherein:
B1: a first verification code is generated based on the trigger event.
In the embodiment of the application, the first verification code is used for generating preset verification information. The first verification code can be determined according to the preset type of the trigger event or the preset type of the household service and the mapping relation between the first verification code and the verification code. The first verification code may also be randomly generated based on the type of trigger event or the character length corresponding to the type of household service. The mapping relationship between the type of trigger event and the character length of the first verification code is illustrated in connection with the following table. The character length of the first verification code may be determined to be 12 when the type of trigger event is the detection of the cleaning device in the smart home system being turned on. Therefore, the first verification code can be obtained by randomly selecting 12 characters from 26 English letters, the corresponding cases of the letters, numbers from 0 to 9 and punctuation marks.

In the embodiment of the application, the second verification code is also used for generating preset verification information. The second verification code may be part of the basic information, for example, the second verification code is english characters corresponding to the name. The second verification code may alternatively be a partial information combination in the basic information. For example, the second verification code is an english character corresponding to the name and a character randomly generated by a number corresponding to the birth date.
The method for acquiring the first verification code and the second verification code is not limited. It should be noted that the execution sequence of the step B1 and the step B2 is not limited in the present application. Step B1 may be performed first, and then step B2 may be performed. Or step B2 may be performed before step B1 is performed. Or step B1 and step B2 may be performed simultaneously.
B3: and generating preset verification information of the target household personnel based on the first verification code and the second verification code.
The method for generating the preset verification information by the first verification code and the second verification is not limited, the method can be randomly disordered, and the first verification code and the second verification code can be directly connected through the appointed symbol (such as a plus sign (+) or a connector (-), and the like) to obtain the preset verification information.
In one possible example, step B3 may include the following steps B31 to B33, wherein:

In the embodiment of the application, the first information is information obtained by combining the first verification code and the second verification code. In embodiments of the present application, the encoding process may be based on one or more of the encoding algorithms in the United states information interchange Standard code (American Standard Code for Information Interchange, ASCII), ISO-8859-1, GB2312, GBK, UTF (Unicode Transformation Format) -8, UTF-16, base64, and the like, without limitation. For example, the character string corresponding to the first information is converted into a binary system based on the ASCII encoding algorithm, and then the binary system corresponding to the first information is converted into the character string based on the base64 encoding algorithm. It can be understood that the second information is the first information after the encoding process, so that the security of verification can be improved.
Wherein ASCII is a set of computer coding system based on Latin letters, which is mainly used for displaying modern English and other Western European languages. There are 128 ASCII in total, represented by the lower 7 bits of one byte, where 0-31 are control characters such as roll-off delete, etc., and 32-126 are print characters.
ISO-8859-1 is a single byte code for expanding ASCII, the code range is 0x00-0xFF,0x00-0x7F is completely consistent with ASCII, 0x80-0x9F is a control character, and 0xA0-0xFF is a literal symbol.
GB2312 is fully called a Chinese character coding character set for information exchange, is double-byte coding, and the total coding range is A1-F7, wherein symbols from A1-A9 are symbol areas, 682 symbols are contained in total, and Chinese characters from B0-F7 are Chinese character areas, and 6763 Chinese characters are contained.
GBK is fully called a Chinese character inner code expansion standard and is used for expanding GB2312. Its coding range is 8140-FEFE (excluding XX 7F) and total 23940 code bits, it can represent 21003 Chinese characters.
UTF-16 specifically defines the method by which Unicode characters are accessed in a computer. UTF-16 uses two bytes to represent Unicode conversion format, and is a fixed-length representation method.
UTF-8 uses a variable length technique, with each coding region having a different codeword length. Different types of characters may consist of 1-6 bytes.
base64 is one of the most common encoding schemes used to transmit 8Bit bytecodes on a network, and can be used to transfer longer identification information in an HTTP environment. The string may be converted according to a detailed specification of the multipurpose internet mail extension protocol (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions, MIME) in a series of numbered documents (Request For Comments, RFC).
B33: and shortening the second information to obtain preset verification information of the target household personnel.
In the embodiment of the application, the shortening process can be performed based on the number of characters of the preset verification information. For example, when the number of characters of the preset verification information is 6 bits, if the character length of the second information is 10 bits, the first 6 bits of characters or the last 6 bits of characters may be intercepted, or each 2 bits of characters may be encoded to obtain 1 new character, and less than 1 bit may be obtained by adopting a default character or repeating the characters of the first bit, or encoding the 10 bits of characters, etc.
It can be understood that in steps B11 to B13, the first verification code and the second verification code are first combined to obtain first information, and then the first information is encoded to obtain second information, so as to realize information encoding, thereby improving the security of verification. And then shortening the second information so that the length of the obtained preset verification information of the target household personnel is shorter, and the verification efficiency of the identity verification information can be improved on the basis of ensuring the safety.
In steps B1-B3, a first verification code is generated based on the triggering event, and a second verification code of the target household personnel is obtained based on the basic information. And generating preset verification information of the target household personnel based on the first verification code and the second verification code, so that accuracy of acquiring the preset verification information can be improved.
S203: and acquiring target verification information input by target household personnel.
In the embodiment of the application, the information input by the target household personnel on the password lock on the access control equipment can be used as the target verification information, or the information input by the target household personnel on the application program corresponding to the intelligent home system or the application program corresponding to the household service platform can be used as the target verification information, and the like, and the application is not limited herein.

In the method shown in fig. 2, after basic information of a target household person allocated by a household service platform based on a household allocation request is acquired, preset verification information of the target household person is generated based on the basic information and a trigger event for generating the household allocation request, so as to be used for being sent to the target household person, and therefore verification safety can be improved. Then, after the target home person inputs the target verification information, the target verification information is matched with the preset verification information. When the matching is successful, the successful authentication of the target household personnel can be determined, the access control equipment in the intelligent household system is unlocked, and the safety of household services is improved. And the door opening operation is not required to be executed at home by a user, so that the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart of a control method of a second smart home system according to the present application. The method comprises the following steps S301 to S307, wherein:
s301: basic information of target household personnel distributed by a household service platform based on a household distribution request is acquired, wherein the household distribution request is generated based on a trigger event.
S302: and generating preset verification information of the target household personnel based on the basic information and the triggering event for sending to the target household personnel.

The steps S301 to S304 may refer to the descriptions of the steps S201 to S204, and are not described herein. As described above, the image pickup apparatus can acquire image information of the acquisition region. It can be understood that the image information of the target household personnel is acquired through the image pickup device, so that image monitoring can be realized, and the consciousness of the household personnel can be improved conveniently.
S306: and acquiring an evaluation value of the target household personnel based on the image information.
In the embodiment of the application, the evaluation value is used for describing the evaluation quality of the household service provided by the target household personnel in the household area corresponding to the intelligent household system. The evaluation value can be data obtained by scoring the corresponding user of the intelligent home system manually according to the sanitary condition in the home area and the image information. The evaluation value may be data obtained by scoring based on image information by a control device in the smart home system, for example, scoring based on a occupation area of a stain image in the image information, scoring based on comparison information obtained by comparing with image information acquired previously, or the like, which is not limited herein. It can be appreciated that scoring is performed using the evaluation value, which is convenient for improving the quality of service of the housekeeping staff.
The evaluation value may be a ratio between an effective processing time period and a total time period of the target household personnel. The effective processing duration refers to the time length of the actual work of the target household personnel. And determining whether the action of the target household personnel is the action of the household service or not through each frame or a plurality of continuous frames of images in the image information, and if so, accumulating the action time of the household service to obtain effective processing time. The above determination step may be performed by all of the image information, or may be performed by selecting part of the image information from all of the image information. The selected partial image information may be selected randomly or according to a preset time interval, and is not limited herein. The total duration refers to the time interval between the time the target household person receives the household allocation request or enters the home area and the time the target household person leaves the home area. It is understood that the accuracy of obtaining the evaluation value can be improved by obtaining the evaluation value of the target housekeeping person based on the ratio between the effective processing time period and the total time period, that is, from the viewpoint of the efficiency of the household service.
The evaluation value may also be determined based on whether the target household person has a target event. The target event may be, among other things, an improper occurrence of an item theft, a charging or abusive home person (e.g., child, elderly person, etc.), or the like. Whether the target event occurs to the target household personnel can be determined by determining whether the action of the target household personnel is the action corresponding to the target event or whether the expression of the target household personnel in the image is the expression corresponding to the target event through each frame or a plurality of continuous frames of images in the image information. Or the voice data in the image information can be used for acquiring voice characteristics such as mood and intonation of the target household personnel and vocabulary used by the target household personnel, and then whether the target household personnel generates a target event is determined based on the voice characteristics and/or the vocabulary used. It is understood that if it is determined that the target household person has a target event, the behavior of the target household person is indicated to be inappropriate, and the evaluation value of the target household person is reduced.
S307: and in response to the evaluation value being greater than the second threshold, adding the target household personnel to a preset household personnel set corresponding to the intelligent household system so as to be selected preferentially.
In the embodiment of the application, the second threshold is used for determining whether the preset household personnel set corresponding to the intelligent home system can be added. The preset household personnel set comprises household personnel which can be preferentially distributed to the intelligent household system, can serve the household personnel of the intelligent household system before, and can also serve the household personnel selected by the user corresponding to the intelligent household system. The second threshold may be a specified value, for example, 75 minutes. Or, the second threshold may be determined according to an average value obtained by scoring each household person by the smart home system, or determined according to an average value obtained by scoring each household person by the home service platform, or the like, which is not limited herein.
In the method shown in fig. 3, after a target household person enters a home area of the smart home system, image information of the target household person is acquired via an image pickup device in the smart home system. If the evaluation value of the target household personnel obtained based on the image information is larger than the second threshold value, the target household personnel is satisfied with the household service of the target household personnel, and the target household personnel can be added into a preset household personnel set corresponding to the intelligent household system so as to be selected preferentially. Thus, the efficiency of selecting household personnel is improved; and the evaluation value is adopted for grading, so that the service quality of the housekeeping staff is improved conveniently.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flow chart of a control method of a third smart home system according to the present application. The method comprises the following steps S401 to S407, wherein:
s401: basic information of target household personnel distributed by a household service platform based on a household distribution request is acquired, wherein the household distribution request is generated based on a trigger event.
S402: and generating preset verification information of the target household personnel based on the basic information and the triggering event for sending to the target household personnel.

The steps S401 to S404 may refer to the descriptions of the steps S201 to S204, and are not described herein. As described above, the image pickup apparatus can acquire image information of the acquisition region. It can be understood that the image information of the target household personnel is acquired through the image pickup device, so that image monitoring can be realized, and the consciousness of the household personnel can be improved conveniently.
S406: and determining whether a preset event occurs to the target household personnel based on the image information.
S407: and generating prompt information of the preset event in response to determining that the target household personnel generate the preset event, so as to prompt a user corresponding to the intelligent home system to process the preset event.
The preset event may include the target event described in step S306, and may further include a dangerous event encountered by the target household, for example, sudden syncope of the target household, hijack of the target household by an illegal person, falling of the target household, etc. Whether the action of the target household personnel is the action corresponding to the preset event or whether the expression of the target household personnel in the image is the expression corresponding to the preset event or not can be determined through each frame or a plurality of continuous frames of images in the image information, and whether the preset event occurs to the target household personnel or not can be determined.
In the embodiment of the present application, the prompt information of the preset event may include, but is not limited to, prompt information of occurrence of the preset event, processing prompt of the preset event, occurrence time of the preset event, related image information, and the like. If the preset event is an event of stealing an article or a dangerous event hijacked by an illegal person, the prompt information of the preset event can comprise a processing prompt of an alarm, for example, a button for one-key alarm and the like, so that the alarm efficiency can be improved. The prompt information of the preset event can also comprise a processing prompt for locking the door, such as a button for locking the door by one key, etc., so as to prevent illegal personnel from escaping. If the preset event is an event endangering physical safety such as sudden motion sickness or falling of the target household personnel, the prompt information of the preset event can comprise a processing prompt for calling the ambulance, for example, a button for calling the ambulance by one key, and the calling efficiency can be improved. In addition, if it is determined that the above preset event occurs to a person in the home based on the image information, a prompt message of the preset event may be generated.
In the method shown in fig. 4, after a target household person enters a home area of the smart home system, image information of the target household person is acquired via an image pickup apparatus in the smart home system. If the preset event occurs to the target household personnel based on the image information, the target household personnel is indicated to have unsuitable behaviors or to encounter dangerous events. The prompt information of the preset event can be generated to prompt the corresponding user of the intelligent home system to process the preset event, so that the efficiency of processing the preset event can be improved, and the safety of the home service can be improved conveniently.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a fourth smart home system according to the present application. The method comprises the following steps S501 to S507, wherein:
s501: basic information of target household personnel distributed by a household service platform based on a household distribution request is acquired, wherein the household distribution request is generated based on a trigger event.
S502: and generating preset verification information of the target household personnel based on the basic information and the triggering event for sending to the target household personnel.

The steps S501 to S504 may refer to the descriptions of the steps S201 to S204, and are not described herein. As described above, the image pickup apparatus can acquire image information of the acquisition region. It can be understood that the image information of the target household personnel is acquired through the image pickup device, so that image monitoring can be realized, and the consciousness of the household personnel can be improved conveniently.
S506: the effective processing time length of the target household personnel is determined based on the image information.
S507: and generating a wage bill of the target household based on the effective processing time length for paying wages of the target household.
The effective processing duration may refer to the description of step S306, which is not described herein. The payroll bill may include the effective treatment time length, the total time length, the ratio between the effective treatment time length and the total time length, the evaluation value of each household service, the evaluation information, and the like of the target household personnel. It will be appreciated that generating payroll bills for the target household based on the effective processing time may improve accuracy of payroll payments. When the target household staff is not satisfied with the wage bill, the wage bill can be reflected to a household service platform so as to acquire the wage bill which is satisfied with the user and the target household staff and corresponds to the intelligent household system.
In the method shown in fig. 5, after a target household person enters a home area of the smart home system, image information of the target household person is acquired via an image pickup apparatus in the smart home system. And then determining the effective processing time length of the target household personnel based on the image information, and generating a wage bill of the target household personnel based on the effective processing time length so as to pay the wage of the target household personnel. Therefore, payroll is paid to the target household staff through the effective processing time in the image information, and the convenience and accuracy of payroll payment can be improved.
The foregoing details of the method according to the embodiments of the present application and the apparatus according to the embodiments of the present application are provided below.
In accordance with the embodiments of fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, or fig. 5, please refer to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device of an intelligent home system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the control device 600 includes a processor 610, a memory 620, a communication interface 630, and one or at least one program 640. The one or at least one program 640 is stored in the memory 620 and configured to be executed by the processor 610, the program 640 including instructions for:
Acquiring basic information of target household personnel distributed by a household service platform based on a household distribution request, wherein the household distribution request is generated based on a trigger event;
generating preset verification information of the target household personnel based on the basic information and the triggering event, and sending the preset verification information to the target household personnel;
acquiring target verification information input by the target household personnel; and
and responding to successful matching of the target verification information and the preset verification information, and unlocking access control equipment in the intelligent home system.
In one possible example, in terms of the generating preset verification information of the target household person based on the basic information and the triggering event, the program 640 is specifically configured to execute instructions for:
generating a first verification code based on the trigger event;
acquiring a second verification code of the target household personnel based on the basic information; and
and generating preset verification information of the target household personnel based on the first verification code and the second verification code.
In one possible example, in terms of the generating preset verification information of the target home agent based on the first verification code and the second verification code, the program 640 is specifically configured to execute instructions for:
Combining the first verification code and the second verification code to obtain first information;
encoding the first information to obtain second information; and
and shortening the second information to obtain preset verification information of the target household personnel.
In one possible example, in determining the home services platform, the program 640 is specifically configured to execute instructions for:
determining the position information of the intelligent home system; and
and determining the household service platform based on the position information and the household service type corresponding to the trigger event.
In one possible example, the trigger event includes at least one of: receiving a preset voice call instruction, detecting that the sanitary quality in a preset area is smaller than a first threshold value, detecting that cleaning equipment in the intelligent home system is started, and determining that a preset household call date arrives.
In one possible example, after the unlocking of the access control device in the smart home system, the program 640 is further configured to execute instructions for:
acquiring image information of the target household personnel through image pickup equipment in the intelligent home system;
Acquiring an evaluation value of the target household personnel based on the image information; and
and in response to the evaluation value being greater than a second threshold, adding the target household personnel to a preset household personnel set corresponding to the intelligent household system so as to be selected preferentially.
In one possible example, after the unlocking of the access control device in the smart home system, the program 640 is further configured to execute instructions for:
acquiring image information of the target household personnel through image pickup equipment in the intelligent home system;
determining whether a preset event occurs to the target household personnel based on the image information; and
and generating prompt information of the preset event in response to determining that the target household personnel generate the preset event, so as to prompt a user corresponding to the intelligent household system to process the preset event.
In one possible example, after the unlocking of the access control device in the smart home system, the program 640 is further configured to execute instructions for:
acquiring image information of the target household personnel through image pickup equipment in the intelligent home system;
determining effective processing time length of the target household personnel based on the image information; and
And generating a wage bill of the target household personnel based on the effective processing time length for paying wages of the target household personnel.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium is used for storing a computer program, the computer program enables a computer to execute to realize part or all of the steps of any one of the methods described in the method embodiment, and the computer comprises control equipment or a household service platform of the intelligent home system.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to execute to perform some or all of the steps of any one of the methods recited in the method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising a control device or a home services platform of the smart home system.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are all described as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may be performed in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the present application. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred embodiments, and that the acts and modes of operation are not necessarily required for the present application.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the embodiments are emphasized, and for parts of one embodiment that are not described in detail, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the several embodiments provided by the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other manners. For example, the apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, e.g., the division of elements, merely a logical division of functionality, and there may be additional divisions of actual implementation, e.g., at least one element or component may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed. Alternatively, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed with each other may be an indirect coupling or communication connection via some interfaces, devices or units, or may be in electrical or other forms.

Some or all of the units may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.

Claims (8)

1. The control method of the intelligent home system is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
acquiring basic information of target household personnel distributed by a household service platform based on a household distribution request, wherein the household distribution request is generated based on a trigger event;
generating preset verification information of the target household personnel based on the basic information and the triggering event, and sending the preset verification information to the target household personnel;
acquiring target verification information input by the target household personnel; and
responding to successful matching of the target verification information and the preset verification information, and unlocking access control equipment in the intelligent home system;
the generating the preset verification information of the target household personnel based on the basic information and the triggering event comprises the following steps:
Generating a first verification code based on the trigger event, wherein the first verification code is randomly generated based on the character length corresponding to the type of the trigger event;
acquiring a second verification code of the target household personnel based on the basic information; and
generating preset verification information of the target household personnel based on the first verification code and the second verification code;
the triggering event includes at least one of:
receiving a preset voice call instruction from intelligent household equipment, detecting that the sanitation quality in a preset area is smaller than a first threshold value based on the intelligent household equipment, detecting that cleaning equipment in the intelligent household system is started, and determining that a preset household call date set in the intelligent household system arrives.
2. The control method according to claim 1, wherein the generating preset verification information of the target home agent based on the first verification code and the second verification code includes the steps of:
combining the first verification code and the second verification code to obtain first information;
encoding the first information to obtain second information; and
and shortening the second information to obtain preset verification information of the target household personnel.
3. The control method according to claim 1, the home service platform being determined based on the steps of:
determining the position information of the intelligent home system; and
and determining the household service platform based on the position information and the household service type corresponding to the trigger event.
4. The control method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising, after the unlocking of the access control device in the smart home system, the steps of:
acquiring image information of the target household personnel through image pickup equipment in the intelligent home system;
acquiring an evaluation value of the target household personnel based on the image information; and
and in response to the evaluation value being greater than a second threshold, adding the target household personnel to a preset household personnel set corresponding to the intelligent household system so as to be selected preferentially.
5. The control method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising, after the unlocking of the access control device in the smart home system, the steps of:
acquiring image information of the target household personnel through image pickup equipment in the intelligent home system;
determining whether a preset event occurs to the target household personnel based on the image information; and
And generating prompt information of the preset event in response to determining that the target household personnel generate the preset event, so as to prompt a user corresponding to the intelligent household system to process the preset event.
6. The control method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising, after the unlocking of the access control device in the smart home system, the steps of:
acquiring image information of the target household personnel through image pickup equipment in the intelligent home system;
determining effective processing time length of the target household personnel based on the image information; and
and generating a wage bill of the target household personnel based on the effective processing time length for paying wages of the target household personnel.
7. A control device of a smart home system, comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface and one or at least one program, wherein the one or at least one program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the program comprising instructions for performing the steps of the method of any of claims 1-6.
8. A computer readable storage medium storing a computer program that causes a computer to execute to implement the method of any one of claims 1-6.
