Claims (10)

1. A tracing method for a product is applied to a tracing system of the product, wherein the tracing system comprises a handheld comprehensive maintenance terminal PDA and a tracing database, and the method comprises the following steps:
during market inspection, acquiring the machine body code, the color box code, the inner box code and the outer box code of a product to be inspected, which are scanned or input by an inspector through the PDA;
if the machine body code, the color box code, the inner box code and the outer box code of the product to be inspected are consistent with the machine body code, the color box code, the inner box code and the outer box code in the list item corresponding to the product to be inspected, which is stored in the source database, the dealer identification in the list item corresponding to the product to be inspected is obtained;
inquiring an authorization area corresponding to the dealer identifier in a pre-stored corresponding relation between the dealer identifier and the authorization area according to the dealer identifier;
and if the current position of the PDA is located outside the authorization area, determining that the product to be inspected has channel conflict, and outputting channel conflict alarm information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the product is produced and put in storage, acquiring the body code, the color box code, the inner box code and the outer box code of the product scanned by a storage administrator through the PDA, and adding the table entries of the body code, the color box code, the inner box code and the outer box code of the product into the traceability database;
and when the product is delivered from the warehouse, acquiring a dealer identifier input by the warehouse administrator and the outer case code of the product scanned by the PDA, inquiring the item of the product in the traceability database according to the outer case code, and adding the dealer identifier in the item of the product.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the color box code is clear code; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the color box code comprises one or more of a two-dimensional code and a digital bar code;
and when the user scans the color box code through the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal displays the instruction book information and the after-sale service information of the product.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the body codes include an inner body code disposed inside a body of the product and an outer body code disposed outside the body, the inner body code and the outer body code being character codes in one-to-one correspondence, the body codes including a year code, a month code, a line code, a product order code, and a factory code.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the inner box code is disposed on an inner box of the product, the inner box code comprising a year code, a month code, a line code, a factory code, an inner box sequence code, and an outer box sequence code.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the master case code is disposed on a master case of the product, the master case code including a year code, a month code, a line code, a factory code, and a master case sequence code.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
when the outer body code of the product is damaged, the inspector unpacks the product and scans or inputs the inner body code of the product through the PDA.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the channel conflict warning information includes a body code, a color box code, an inner box code, an outer box code, a dealer identifier, a channel conflict location, and a channel conflict time of a product where channel conflict occurs, the channel conflict location being a current location of the PDA, the channel conflict time being a current time.
9. The traceability system of a product is characterized by comprising a handheld comprehensive maintenance terminal PDA, a traceability database and a main control device, wherein the main control device is respectively and electrically connected with the PDA and the traceability database; wherein, the first and the second end of the pipe are connected with each other,
the PDA is used for acquiring the machine body code, the color box code, the inner box code and the outer box code of the product to be inspected and sending the machine body code, the color box code, the inner box code and the outer box code to the main control equipment;
the main control device is used for acquiring a dealer identifier in a table entry corresponding to the product to be inspected if the machine body code, the color box code, the inner box code and the outer box code of the product to be inspected are consistent with the machine body code, the color box code, the inner box code and the outer box code in the table entry corresponding to the product to be inspected stored in the source database;
the main control equipment is also used for inquiring an authorization area corresponding to the dealer identifier in a pre-stored corresponding relation between the dealer identifier and the authorization area according to the dealer identifier;
and the main control equipment is also used for judging that the product to be inspected has channel conflict and outputting channel conflict alarm information if the current position of the PDA is outside the authorization area.

The system of claim 9, wherein the PDA is further configured to obtain a body code, a color box code, an inner box code, and an outer box code of the product when the product is warehoused, and send the body code, the color box code, the inner box code, and the outer box code to the master control device;
the main control device is also used for adding the table items of the body code, the color box code, the inner box code and the outer box code of the product in the source database;
the PDA is also used for acquiring the outer box code of the product when the product is delivered out of the warehouse and sending the outer box code to the main control equipment;
the main control device is further configured to query the entry of the product in the tracing database according to the external case code, and add a dealer identifier to the entry of the product according to the dealer identifier input by a library manager.
