According to the invention, each meat and vegetable product has a respective exclusive tracing code, so that a quality safety tracing information management system in the field of meat and vegetable circulation is formed; the coding specification follows the coding rule and the design specification of the business department; the method comprises the following steps of strictly controlling sources, carrying out information registration management on all incoming traded meat and vegetables in hundreds, and carrying out inspection, detection or spot check according to management regulations; the query is convenient and fast, and consumers can query in various modes through a network, a mobile phone and a query machine; the uniqueness of the commodity can be ensured, and the fake commodity is difficult to have the commodity identification meeting specific rules.

(3) tracing agricultural products (food) and cross-border commodities: credible traceability is carried out from all links of agricultural product production, processing, transportation, storage, sale and the like, and the rights and benefits of consumers are guaranteed; recording the corresponding relation between single products and production batches from overseas production enterprises, and carrying out whole-course information chaining after sampling and supervision of overseas quality inspection organizations, overseas warehousing, trunk logistics, domestic quality inspection and transportation to customers;
(4) agricultural pesticide traceability, namely, endowing the agricultural pesticide with a unique block chain electronic identity card, carrying out effective association recording on people, machines and things, and realizing whole-course traceability by utilizing advanced Internet of things technology and tools.
Further, the product block chain tracing system code management comprises one or more of bar codes, two-dimensional codes, RFID and NFC.
Further, the consumer or the supervision department can look up and verify the whole process information of commodity circulation from the block chain, and the whole process of commodity-to-code certified product tracing is refined.

The product block chain tracing system code management comprises one or more of bar codes, two-dimension codes, RFID and NFC. The consumer or the supervision department can look up and verify the whole process information of commodity circulation from the block chain, and the whole process information is precisely traced by one object and one code.
The invention integrates and writes the information of the commodity raw material circulation process, the production process, the commodity circulation process and the marketing process into the block chain by means of the block chain technology and adopting the alliance chain nodes, and realizes the one-object one-code full-flow certified product tracing by utilizing the property of tamper resistance of the block chain. The top-level service flow and the real-time supervision mechanism are realized, so that a solid product integrity guarantee is provided for consumers. The system supports various modes such as webpage query and terminal query, and is convenient for consumers to use. The important product tracing system of the block chain utilizes the characteristic that the block chain technology cannot be tampered, namely when a group of data is generated from the nodes and passes through most of the nodes for verification and approval, then the data is written into the block chain, each node can copy and store the data, therefore, the block chain data is difficult to change, the conditions are very harsh, the realization is almost impossible, and the authenticity of the data is ensured.
The commodity passes through the identification of 'one object and one code', and the information of the whole process circulation is written into the block chain. The information on the block chain cannot be randomly tampered, the commodities are sold from production to transportation to the last time, and the information of each link is recorded on the block chain, so that the uniqueness of the commodities can be ensured. The counterfeit goods are difficult to be provided with goods identification conforming to a specific rule. By means of the block chain technology, trust sharing among brand merchants, channel merchants, retailers, consumers, supervision departments and third-party detection mechanisms is achieved, and overall benefits of brands, efficiency, experience, supervision and supply chains are improved comprehensively.
