uploading the dealer information to the block chain, and connecting the frozen product information and the dealer information in series to form a chain;
receiving consumer information uploaded by a consumer, wherein the consumer information is uploaded by the consumer by scanning the electronic two-dimensional code;
uploading the consumer information to the block chain, and connecting the frozen product information, the dealer information and the consumer information in series to form a chain.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when receiving a trace back request sent by a supervisor, the method further comprises:
tracing the frozen product information according to the consumer information;
or the like, or, alternatively,
tracing to the consumer information according to the frozen product information;
or the like, or, alternatively,
and tracing the frozen product information and the consumer information according to the dealer information.
3. A block chain based safety traceability system for quality of imported frozen food, the system comprising: a chain system, an enterprise terminal system and a consumer terminal system are traced to freezing;
the enterprise terminal system is used for uploading frozen product information to the freezing chain tracing system, and the frozen product information comprises frozen product batch information and frozen product quality safety information;
the chain tracing system is used for generating an electronic two-dimensional code according to the frozen product batch information and uploading the frozen product information to the block chain;
the enterprise terminal system is also used for uploading dealer information to the freeze chain tracing system;

the service layer is used for providing message service, authentication service, block chain service and OCR service for the service layer and the display layer;
the business layer is used for providing business services for the consumer terminal system, the enterprise terminal system and the supervision terminal system;
