Abstract
The invention discloses a harmless rapid pure physical treatment method suitable for cow dung, and relates to the technical field of agricultural dung environment-friendly treatment. The invention comprises the following steps: collecting and crushing pretreatment, namely collecting cow dung and crushing the collected cow dung; step two, vacuum drying treatment, namely adding the cow dung crushed in the step one into a vacuum drying device for vacuum drying operation, and generating waste liquid and drying and discharging; and step three, mixing treatment, namely mixing the dried discharged material generated in the step two with EM (effective microorganisms) or other beneficial bacteria powder, and simultaneously enabling the dried discharged material to be used as a basic material in machine fertilizer processing. The method for treating the cow dung is a pure physical treatment mode, the treatment process is simple and efficient, the energy consumption is low, the product is an organic matrix subjected to sterilization and deinsectization treatment, organic matters and various medium and trace elements beneficial to soil in cow dung waste gas are reserved to the maximum extent, and the aim of recycling the cow dung is fulfilled.
