Abstract
本发明涉及陶瓷技术领域的一种可回收陶瓷的配方及其制作方法,经球磨的材料依次通过压榨、粗练、精练、出泥条和陈腐工艺,以制作成可回收陶瓷滚压和冲压所用泥条,通过制作出来的泥条,通过化浆工艺制作成注浆所用的泥浆,将制作好的泥条通过滚压模具,冲压模具形成坯体,通过注浆成型形成注浆坯体,将制作好的坯体干燥后,依次通过精坯、洗水、干燥和上釉,以制作装饰工艺形成可回收陶瓷的釉坯,通过废弃泥釉和瓷粉进行制作可回收陶瓷,降低自然资源的浪费,也使陶瓷制作中份废弃物不再以垃圾回到大自然,而可回收陶瓷的产生就是通过回收废坯泥,环保池废弃泥釉压榨物,废瓷粉,再利用生产成泥料,在通过陶瓷的生产加工制作成精美的陶瓷。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种可回收陶瓷的配方及其制作方法。
背景技术
可回收陶瓷主要体现在可回收,可重复利用,降低自然资源的浪费,也使陶瓷制作中份废弃物以垃圾回到大自然。
目前,随着自然资源使用的不断增大,对自然环境的破坏也在逐渐升高,为了降低能源的损耗,需要让陶瓷废弃物可以重新使用,以达到陶瓷废料的回收利用对陶瓷废坯、废瓷以及回笼池中废弃泥釉进行回收使用,而目前市面上的大部分的陶瓷制品无法通过废弃泥釉进行制作,针对现有技术的不足,本发明公开了一种可回收陶瓷的配方及其制作方法,其可以通过回收废坯泥、环保池废弃泥釉压榨物、废瓷粉和再利用生产成泥料,再通过陶瓷的生产加工制作成精美的陶瓷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决以上缺陷,提供一种可回收陶瓷的配方及其制作方法,以解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下方式实现的:
一种可回收陶瓷的配方,该配方包括如下质量份数的物质:
废坯泥40份;环保池废弃泥釉压榨物30份;废瓷粉20份;高岭土10份;硅酸钠水溶液0.2~0.3份。

S2:上一步骤已准备的材料:球:水=1:1.6:0.45,湿法球磨15~17 小时,出球磨后过目筛250目筛;
S3:依次通过压榨、粗练、精练、出泥条和陈腐工艺,以制作成可回收陶瓷滚压和冲压所用泥条;通过制作出来的泥条,通过化浆工艺制作成注浆所用的泥浆;
S4:将制作好的泥条通过滚压模具,冲压模具形成坯体;通过注浆成型形成注浆坯体;
S5:将制作好的坯体干燥后,依次通过精坯、洗水、干燥和上釉,以制作装饰工艺形成可回收陶瓷的釉坯;
S6:将制作好的可回收陶瓷的釉坯放入1100℃~1200℃的辊道窑中烧制而成形成可回收陶瓷。
本发明的有益效果:通过废弃泥釉和瓷粉进行制作可回收陶瓷,降低自然资源的浪费,也使陶瓷制作中份废弃物不再以垃圾回到大自然,而可回收陶瓷的产生就是通过回收废坯泥,环保池废弃泥釉压榨物,废瓷粉,再利用生产成泥料,在通过陶瓷的生产加工制作成精美的陶瓷。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
本实施例,其具体实施的一种可回收陶瓷的配方,该配方包括如下质量份数的物质:
废坯泥40份;环保池废弃泥釉压榨物30份;废瓷粉20份;高岭土10份;硅酸钠水溶液0.25份。

1.一种可回收陶瓷的配方,其特征在于:该配方包括如下质量份数的物质:
废坯泥40份;环保池废弃泥釉压榨物30份;废瓷粉20份;高岭土10份;硅酸钠水溶液0.2~0.3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种可回收陶瓷的配方,其特征在于:废坯泥包括如下质量份数比的物质:
K02 0.7~1.53%;NaO2 1.7~2.38%;CaO 0.35~0.85%;
MgO 0.5~0.95%;Fe2O3 0.5~0.95%;TiO2 0.15~0.35%;
SiO2 66~68%;Al2O3 17~19%;烧失量3~5%。
5.一种可回收陶瓷的制作方法,其特征在于该制作方法包括以下步骤:
S1:配料,按权利要求1-4任意一项中可回收陶瓷的配方分别称取废坯泥、环保池废弃泥釉压榨物、废瓷粉、高岭土和硅酸钠水溶液;
S2:上一步骤已准备的材料:球:水=1:1.6:0.45,湿法球磨15~17小时,出球磨后过目筛250目筛;
S3:依次通过压榨、粗练、精练、出泥条和陈腐工艺,以制作成可回收陶瓷滚压和冲压所用泥条;通过制作出来的泥条,通过化浆工艺制作成注浆所用的泥浆;
S4:将制作好的泥条通过滚压模具,冲压模具形成坯体;通过注浆成型形成注浆坯体;
S5:将制作好的坯体干燥后,依次通过精坯、洗水、干燥和上釉,以制作装饰工艺形成可回收陶瓷的釉坯;
