Abstract
The invention discloses a gravity inclined type rapid shunting unloading system applied to a container. The invention can efficiently and quickly finish the unloading operation of the container by adopting the gravity inclined type quick shunting unloading system of the container. When the unloading operation is carried out, the container is placed on the container supporting platform, and the container is fixed by using the container limiting device, so that the position of the container is prevented from being changed when the container inclines. Through the telescopic amplitude of the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom, the container supporting platform is inclined at a certain angle, and the goods are inclined to the layered unloading device. The goods are blocked through the one-level lifting door and the two-level lifting door, and the goods are prevented from being poured out in a large amount. According to the position of the cargo height adjustment lifting door, the unloading process is carried out in a layering mode from top to bottom. When the goods can not be normally poured out due to the phenomena of freezing, blocking and the like, the goods are pushed by using the goods pushing device.

The follow-up lifting conveying device comprises a discharging lifting door connecting shaft, a lifting conveying belt and a rail pulley; the unloading lifting door connecting shaft is arranged at the end part of the lifting conveyor belt, and the rail pulley is arranged at the tail part of the lifting conveyor belt.
The shunting conveying device comprises a sliding rail, a shunting conveying belt and a shunting baffle; the slide rail and the shunt baffle are arranged above the shunt conveyor belt.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the gravity inclined type rapid shunting unloading system applied to the container provided by the invention can efficiently and rapidly complete the unloading operation of the container by adopting the gravity inclined type rapid shunting unloading system of the container. When the unloading operation is carried out, the container is placed on the container supporting platform, and the container is fixed by using the container limiting device, so that the position of the container is prevented from being changed when the container inclines. Through the telescopic amplitude of the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom, the container supporting platform inclines at a certain angle to incline the goods to the layered unloading device. The goods are blocked through the one-level lifting door and the two-level lifting door, and the goods are prevented from being poured out in a large amount. As shown in fig. 3, the layered discharging device 2 comprises an inclined platform connecting piece 2.1, an integral structure supporting piece 2.2, a primary discharging lifting door 2.3, a follow-up lifting conveying device connecting sleeve 2.4, a secondary discharging lifting door 2.5, a primary discharging door lifting sliding table 2.6, a secondary discharging door lifting sliding table 2.7 and a protective net 2.8; integral structure support piece 2.2 is installed on slope platform connecting piece 2.1, one-level door lift slip table of unloading 2.6, second grade door lift slip table of unloading 2.7 are installed on integral structure support piece 2.2, one-level door 2.3 of unloading links to each other with one-level door lift slip table of unloading 2.6, and one-level door lift slip table of unloading 2.3 can be followed to one-level door lift slip table of unloading 2.6 and slide, follow-up lift conveyer connecting sleeve 2.4 is installed on one-level door lift gate of unloading 2.3, second grade door lift gate of unloading 2.5 links to each other with second grade door lift slip table of unloading 2.7, and second grade door lift gate of unloading 2.5 of unloading can be followed second grade door lift slip table of unloading 2.7 and slide, protection network 2.8 is installed on integral structure support piece 2.2 for prevent that the goods from dropping out.

As shown in fig. 5, the follow-up lifting and conveying device 4 comprises a discharge lifting door connecting shaft 4.1, a lifting and conveying belt 4.2 and a track pulley 4.3; the unloading lifting door connecting shaft 4.1 is arranged at the head of the lifting conveyor belt 4.2, and the track pulley 4.3 is arranged at the tail of the lifting conveyor belt 4.2.
As shown in fig. 6, the diversion conveyor 5 includes a slide rail 5.1, a diversion conveyor belt 5.2 and a diversion baffle 5.3; the slide rail 5.1 and the shunt baffle 5.3 are arranged above the shunt conveyor belt 5.2.
