Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sour soybean seed polysaccharide, in particular to sour soybean seed polysaccharide, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in preparing products with skin care effect.
Background
Sour beans, also known as tamarind, tamarind and the like, are produced in tropical Africa and India, and the pulp of the sour bean is rich in polysaccharide of about 72%, protein of 17% and fat of 8%. In the second wartime, sour soybean seed kernels are ground into powder to prepare cakes so as to solve the problem of food shortage. TAM45-NP is a polysaccharide gel acid soybean seed polysaccharide obtained by extracting acid soybean seed polysaccharide from acid soybean seed kernel, refining and purifying, and reducing molecular weight properly, which is mainly neutral polysaccharide composed of D-galactose, D-xylose, and D-glucose (1: 3: 4), and contains small amount of free sugar (glucose and L-arabinose) besides polysaccharide.
The existing sour soybean seed polysaccharide is rarely applied to skin care together with other compositions, has poor matching effect, is used in skin care, is difficult to improve the whitening efficiency and reduce the skin care effect, and therefore, the invention provides the sour soybean seed polysaccharide, the preparation method thereof and the application thereof in preparing products with the skin care effect.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an acid soybean seed polysaccharide, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in preparing products with skin care effect so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the invention provides an acid soybean seed polysaccharide, which is prepared by mixing an acid soybean seed polysaccharide, a polypeptide modifier and a blending liquid according to a weight ratio of (1-5) to (2) (5-9);
the preparation method of the polypeptide modifier comprises the following steps:
s01: washing herba Dendrobii with water, draining, pulverizing in a pulverizer, sieving with 30-40 mesh sieve, freezing at-5 deg.C for 1-2 hr, and freezing;
s02: s01, placing the standby dendrobium into water with the temperature of 25-30 ℃, completely unfreezing, then carrying out super-treatment, and finishing the treatment for standby application;
s03: then adding cellulase accounting for 5-10% of the total amount of the S02 product, carrying out enzymolysis treatment, inactivating enzyme after the treatment is finished, and finally filtering by adopting a nanofiltration membrane to obtain a dendrobe polypeptide material;
s04: stirring and mixing the dendrobe polypeptide material and the chitosan agent according to the weight ratio of 6.
Preferably, the temperature of the enzymolysis treatment is 35-39 ℃, and the enzymolysis time is 30-40min.
Preferably, the ultrasonic treatment time is 10-20min, and the ultrasonic power is 350-450W.
Preferably, the preparation method of the chitosan agent comprises the following steps:
adding 5-10 parts of chitosan into 10-20 parts of sodium citrate solution, then adding 1-3 parts of olive oil, stirring at 32-36 ℃ for 20-30min, wherein the stirring speed is 350-450r/min, and obtaining the chitosan agent after the stirring is finished.
Preferably, the mass fraction of the sodium citrate solution is 10-20%.
Preferably, the preparation method of the olive oil agent comprises the following steps:
adding olive fruit into a pounding machine for pounding into slag, adding 3-6 times of ethanol, stirring at 40-45 deg.C for 10-20min at 500-700r/min under 10-20MPa, removing alcohol, and filtering to obtain filtrate, i.e. olive oil solution.
The inventor of the invention finds that the whitening effect of the product is poor without adding a polypeptide modifier, and meanwhile, the performance of the product is poor without adding a chitosan agent and an olive oil agent, and the whitening effect of the product can be enhanced by using the chitosan agent;
the polypeptide modifier and the blending liquid can achieve a synergistic effect, and the performance effect of the product is enhanced together.
The inventor of the invention finds that the polypeptide modifier has the most remarkable effect performance in improving products, the product performance is poor when the chitosan agent is not added and the olive oil agent is not added in the chitosan agent, the synergistic effect with a blending liquid can be strongest only when the polypeptide modifier is prepared by the method of the invention, and the improvement efficiency is highest.
Preferably, ultrasonic auxiliary treatment is also adopted in the stirring, and the ultrasonic power is 300-350W.
Preferably, the preparation method of the preparation liquid comprises the following steps: the bamboo leaf flavonoid, the citric acid and the deionized water are prepared according to the weight ratio of 1 (3-5) to 8.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the sour soybean seed polysaccharide, which comprises the following steps: sequentially adding the sour soybean seed polysaccharide, the polypeptide modifier and the blending liquid into a stirrer, stirring and mixing fully, wherein the stirring speed is 500-1000r/min, the stirring time is 30-40min, the stirring temperature is 35-40 ℃, and stirring is finished to obtain the sour soybean seed polysaccharide.
The invention also provides application of the preparation method of the sour soybean seed polysaccharide in products with skin care effects.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the tamarind seed polysaccharide skin care material, tamarind seed polysaccharide, a polypeptide modifier and a blending liquid are proportioned, a dendrobe polypeptide material in the polypeptide modifier is matched with a chitosan agent, then the blending liquid is added, and bamboo leaf flavone, citric acid and deionized water in the blending liquid are matched with the polypeptide modifier, so that the two materials have synergistic effects, the skin care efficiency of a product is enhanced, and the whitening effect of the product is improved; the chitosan agent is matched with chitosan and olive oil, so that the synergistic effect on the dendrobium polypeptide material can be achieved, the mutual combination and coordination among the polypeptide modifier, the blending liquid and the sour soybean seed polysaccharide raw material are enhanced, the synergistic effect of the product is enhanced, and the skin care efficiency is enhanced.
