After the finished product warehouse management personnel issue the labeling plan, the finished product warehouse management system WMS issues the tasks to the warehouse control system WCS, and the warehouse control system WCS decomposes the tasks into a stacker 11 task, an ex-warehouse conveyor platform 12 task, a warehouse conveyor platform 13 task, a transport vehicle 21 task, a picking part 35 task, a sorting line 40 task and the like.
After receiving a WCS task of a warehouse control system, a stacker 11 (taking # 1 stacker 11 as an example) takes out a stacked cigarette box with a temporary cigarette label and a tray from a storage position (taking storage position 001002029 as an example) in a goods shelf 1, forks the stacked cigarette box and the tray onto a No. 2049 ex-warehouse conveyor platform 12, the No. 2049 ex-warehouse conveyor platform 12 conveys the stacked cigarette box to a No. 2048 ex-warehouse conveyor platform 12, and conveys the stacked cigarette box to a No. 2026 unstacking platform 34 of a corresponding conveying line 30 through a transport vehicle 21.
In this embodiment, the number of the cigarette boxes (28, for example), and the stacking method (1, for example) are obtained from the database by the number 2026 of the unstacking and stacking platform 34 (AMD 1), the number 2029 of the unstacking and stacking platform 34 (AMD 2), and the picking member 35 (1 # picking member 35, for example). According to the information, the picking unit 35 unstacks the trays of the unstacking station 34 (AMD 1) No. 2026 by calling the internal program of the picking unit 35 to unstack from top to bottom according to the reverse order (since the number of unstacking operations performed by the picking unit 35 is normally 1, 2 or more, and we take the example of unstacking two cigarettes performed by the picking unit 35 normally), and the order of unstacking is opposite to the order of stacking shown in fig. 2, in the principle of stacking first and then top).
The pick-up member 35 picks up the cigarette box number 28 first and then the cigarette box number 27, and if the number of the cigarette boxes is singular, the odd-numbered cigarette boxes are unstacked first, and two pieces are unstacked at a time second. After the picking member 35 has picked two pieces, it is placed in an unstacking station 41 (AG 1) at the end of the sorting line 40. After the picking member 35 leaves the magazine of the unstacking station 41 (AG 1), the sorting line 40 (A1) conveys (from left to right in fig. 1) the 28-numbered magazine in the forward direction, and after the 28-numbered magazine is out of the detection light, the 27-numbered magazine also starts to be conveyed. No. 28 smoke box passes through code reader 42 (AD 1), and code reader 42 (AD 1) reads the interim cigarette pack information of No. 28 smoke box and matches with storage management system WMS whether correct, and the information is carried forward continuously when correct, if incorrect, reports to the police and is confirmed by the maintenance personal. After the cigarette box is conveyed to the labeling machine 43 (AT 1), information such as the brand, the date, the serial number and the like of the cigarette box is printed on a formal cigarette label according to production arrangement, and after the cigarette box number 28 passes through the labeling machine 43 (AT 1), the labeling machine 43 (AT 1) automatically pastes the formal cigarette label on the cigarette box. The bins continue to be conveyed through sort line 40 (A1).
Assuming that the stacking task is started on the same picking component 35 for the cigarette boxes with formal cigarette labels, the cigarette boxes are conveyed to the sorting machine 44 (2 A1) after being attached with cigarette labels by the labeling machine 43 (AT 1) after being continuously conveyed to the sorting machine 44 (2 A1), the sorting machine rollers rotate 90 degrees, the cigarette boxes are conveyed to the sorting line 40 (A2) or the sorting line 40 (A3) after passing through the conveying component 45 (AGG 1), and if the cigarette boxes enter the sorting line 40 (A2), the cigarette boxes pass through the conveying component 45 (AGG 1), and then the sorting machine 44 (2 A2) rotates 90 degrees to convey towards the labeling machine 43 (AT 2).
If the cigarette box enters the sorting line 40 (A3) for sorting, the cigarette box passes through the sorting machine 44 (2 A2) from the conveying component 45 (AGG 1), then passes through the conveying component 45 (AGG 2) and then goes to the sorting machine 44 (2 A3), and then the sorting machine 44 (2 A3) rotates by 90 degrees and then goes to the labeling machine 43 (AT 3).
In the past, for example, the sorting machine 44 (2 A2) sorts the cigarette cases, after the cigarette cases enter the sorting machine 44 (2 A2) and rotate 90 degrees to be conveyed towards the labeling machine 43 (AT 2), because the cigarette cases are already labeled with formal cigarette labels, the cigarette cases cannot be labeled again on the labeling machine 43 (AT 2) but are conveyed towards the code reader 42 (AD 2) continuously, the code reader 42 (AD 2) scans and reads the bar codes of the cigarette cases and determines the bar codes with the warehousing management system WMS, and when the bar codes are inconsistent with the system, the system alarms to wait for the processing of a person. If the code reading is consistent with the system, the cartons are conveyed to the code breaking and stacking station 41 (AG 2).
After two discrete cartons are available at the destacking station 41 (AG 2), the 1# pick-up unit 35 will stack the cartons in a sequence according to the stacking mode of the brand, the position on the current tray to be placed, onto the tray of the destacking station 34 (AMD 2) No. 2029. After a checking number (for example, 28) of cigarette boxes are fully stacked, the cigarette boxes are conveyed from the No. 2029 unstacking platform 34 (AMD 2) to the transport vehicle 21 through the conveying line 30, conveyed to the No. 2046 warehousing conveyor platform 13,1# stacker 11, are forked and placed on a storage position of the shelf 1 (taking the storage position 004005006 as an example), and are waited to be delivered out of the warehouse and sent to the market.
If the central control unit issues a clear order after the checking quantity is not full, the picking member 35 also stacks the current discrete cigarette box when only one discrete cigarette box remains at the unstacking station 41 (AG 2).
Assuming that the cigarette boxes to which the formal cigarette labels are attached again do not start the stacking task on the same pickup unit 35, taking the sorting line 40 (B1) with the stacking task of the 2# pickup unit 35 as an example, after the formal cigarette labels are attached to the labeling machine 43 (AT 1), the cigarette boxes are continuously conveyed to the sorting machine 44 (2 A1), then continuously conveyed to the sorting machine 44 (1 A1), rotated by 90 degrees AT the sorting machine 44 (1 A1) and conveyed to the main conveying line 5, AT the sorting machine 44 (1B 1), the sorting machine 44 (1B 1) is conveyed to the sorting line 40 (B1) after rotated by 90 degrees, and conveyed to the labeling machine 43 (BT 1) and the code reader 42 (BD 1) through the sorting machine 44 (2B 1). If the code reading is consistent with the system, the cigarette box is conveyed to a code disassembling and stacking station 41 (BG 1). After two discrete cartons are present at the unstacking station 41 (BG 1), the 2# pick-up assembly 35 will stack the cartons onto the pallet at the unstacking station 34 (BCMD 1) No. 2032 in a sequence according to the stacking mode of the brand and the position to be placed on the current pallet. After the checking number (for example, 28) of cigarette boxes are fully stacked, the cigarette boxes are conveyed from the number 2032 unstacking and stacking platform 34 (BCMD 1) to the number 2046 warehousing conveyor station 13,1# stacker through the conveying line 30 by the conveying vehicle 21, are forked and placed on a storage position of the goods shelf 1 (taking the storage position 004005006 as an example), and are waited to be delivered out of the warehouse and sent to the market. (if only one cigarette remains in the unstacking BG1 after the central control sends a clear order after the quantity is checked, the picking part 35 also stacks the current cigarette)
Before the cigarette boxes with formal cigarette labels are stacked, the trays are unstacked by a unstacking tray machine 61 (CMPJ 2003) to output empty trays, and after entering a warehouse by a No. 2029 unstacking platform 34 (AMD 2) after passing through 2004/2005/2007/2009/2008/2028, the empty trays are conveyed continuously in the above mode to be ready for subsequent stacking tasks.
After the 1# pick-up unit 35 has unstacked the cartons from the 2026 unstacking station 34 (AMD 1), the empty trays are transported from 2026 to 2027, transported by the transport vehicle 21 to the tray transport station 6 (2001) and palletized for use by the unstacking machine 61 (CMPJ 2003).
