The lower part of the rear side of the blanking funnel 14 is provided with an oscillator 17, and the oscillator 17 can prevent materials from being detained in the blanking funnel 14 in the blanking process; the lower parts of the left side and the right side of the blanking funnel 14 are respectively provided with a side pressing cylinder 16 and a side pressing rod 161 connected with the side pressing cylinders, and in the blanking process, the side pressing cylinders 16 can drive the side pressing rods 161 to press the side edges of the bag openings of the packaging bags on the discharge port of the blanking funnel 14; the wind deflector 18 is arranged at the rear side of the blanking funnel 14; the wind shield lifting cylinder 19 is arranged on the top plate of the blanking funnel 14 through a bracket, the output end of the wind shield lifting cylinder 19 is connected with the wind shield 18, the wind shield lifting cylinder 19 drives the wind shield 18 to move up and down, so that the wind shield 18 seals a feed inlet or breaks away from the feed inlet, the wind shield 18 seals the feed inlet, and air flow can be prevented from overflowing in the blowing and bag opening process; the fan 20 is arranged above the blanking funnel 14, and the fan 20 is communicated with the blanking funnel 14 through an air pipe 21.
Damping rubber pads 24 are respectively arranged between the joints of the blanking funnel 14 and the lifting slide blocks 151 and between the output ends of the funnel lifting cylinders 22 and the joints of the top plates of the blanking funnel 14. The damping rubber pad 24 can prevent the whole blanking mechanism 200 from transiting and shaking during the oscillation process of the oscillator 17.
Referring to fig. 11, the invention further provides a bag opening and blanking method of the multifunctional bag opening and blanking device, which comprises the following steps:
s1, conveying a packaging bag 300 to an inlet of a multifunctional bag opening blanking device through a front side station, driving a bag opening assembly to move to the inlet of the multifunctional bag opening blanking device by a transverse moving cylinder 7, enabling a stepping motor module 5 of two bag opening modules to extend out simultaneously, and enabling vacuum chucks 4 of the two bag opening modules to suck the front side and the rear side of the packaging bag 300 in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
s2, a traversing cylinder 7 drives a bag opening assembly and a packaging bag 300 sucked by the bag opening assembly to move to a blanking station of a multifunctional bag opening blanking device, and then a stepping motor module 5 of two bag opening modules retreats according to the width dimension of the packaging bag 300, so that the width direction of the packaging bag 300 is completely opened, and a bag opening of the packaging bag 300 is positioned right below a discharge hole of a blanking funnel 14;
s3, a wind shield lifting cylinder 19 drives a wind shield 18 to descend, the wind shield 18 is plugged at a feed inlet of the blanking funnel 14, meanwhile, a fan 20 is started, and continuous air flow and air pressure provided by the fan 20 are blown into a packaging bag 300 through the blanking funnel 14; then, a lifting cylinder 12 of the bag body lower hem leveling assembly drives a draw hook support arm 10 and a bag opening draw hook 9 to ascend until the bag opening draw hook 9 reaches the right upper side of the lower hem of the packaging bag 300; then, the lifting cylinder 12 drives the draw hook support arm 10 and the bag opening draw hook 9 to descend, so that the bag opening draw hook 9 pulls the lower hem of the packaging bag 300 to move downwards, and the lower hem of the packaging bag 300 is completely opened under the assistance of air flow and air pressure provided by the fan 20; then, the blower 20 is turned off to finish the opening of the package 300;
s4, after the bag opening of the packaging bag 300 is completed, the stepping lifting module 8 of the bag bottom supporting assembly drives the bag bottom supporting seat 6 to ascend, so that the bag bottom supporting seat 6 supports the bottom of the packaging bag 300; then, the hopper lifting cylinder 22 drives the blanking hopper 14 to descend, so that a discharge port of the blanking hopper 14 is inserted into a bag port of the packaging bag 300, and the stepping motor modules 5 of the two bag opening modules move simultaneously to press the front side and the rear side of the bag port of the packaging bag 300 on the front side and the rear side of the discharge port of the blanking hopper 14 in a one-to-one correspondence manner; then, the left and right side pressing cylinders 16 of the blanking funnel 14 drive the corresponding side pressing rods 161 to move, so that the left and right sides of the bag opening of the packaging bag 300 are correspondingly pressed on the left and right sides of the discharge opening of the blanking funnel 14 one by one;
s5, after the bag mouth of the packaging bag 300 is tightly pressed with the discharge hole of the blanking funnel 14, the wind shield lifting cylinder 19 drives the wind shield 18 to ascend, the feed port of the blanking funnel 14 is opened, the oscillator 17 is opened, materials enter the blanking funnel through the feed port of the blanking funnel 14, blanking is carried out from the discharge hole of the blanking funnel 14 into the packaging bag 300, and after the blanking is completed, the oscillator 17 is closed; the ultrasonic sensor 23 detects whether the materials in the packaging bag exceed the packaging line position or not, and sends a signal to an external control system, if yes, a warning signal can be given, and after the detection of the ultrasonic sensor 23 is finished; the vacuum chucks 4 of the two bag opening modules are released, the stepping motor modules 5 of the two bag opening modules are retracted to the original positions, the side pressing cylinders 16 on the left side and the right side of the blanking funnel 14 are retracted, the bag opening of the packaging bag 300 is loosened with the discharge opening of the blanking funnel 14, and the funnel lifting cylinder 22 drives the blanking funnel 14 to ascend to complete the whole bag opening blanking work.
In the multifunctional bag opening blanking device and the bag opening blanking method thereof, in the bag opening mechanism, the vacuum suckers 4 of the two bag opening modules are respectively used for sucking the front side and the rear side of the packaging bag, and the stepping motor module 5 can move correspondingly according to the width dimension of the packaging bag, so that the packaging bag is completely opened in the width direction; the stepping lifting module 8 of the bag bottom supporting assembly can drive the bag bottom supporting seat 6 to lift according to the height of the packaging bag, so that the bottom of the packaging bag is contacted with the bag bottom supporting seat 6; the lifting cylinder 12 of the bag body lower hem leveling assembly can drive the bag opening draw hook 9 to move up and down, so that the bag opening draw hook 9 pulls the lower hem part of the packaging bag, and the lower hem part of the packaging bag is completely leveled and opened. Therefore, the whole bag opening mechanism can be suitable for the sizes of the packaging bags with different specifications. During blanking, through pressing the motion of side cylinder 16 and step motor module 5, can compress tightly the sack of wrapping bag on the discharge gate of blanking funnel, prevent that the material from scattering, and bag bottom supporting seat 6 can prevent that the material that drops from punching out wrapping bag bottom or wrapping bag and vacuum chuck break away from for whole blanking process is more steady, prevents that the material from scattering outside, and oscillator 17 can prevent that the material from detaining in blanking funnel 14 at blanking in-process, and ultrasonic sensor 23 can be used for detecting whether the material in the wrapping bag surpasss the encapsulation line position to send the signal for outside control system, if surpass, then can give warning signal.
In summary, the multifunctional bag opening blanking device and the bag opening blanking method thereof are suitable for bag opening blanking of packaging bags with various specifications, and when blanking, the discharge hole of the blanking funnel is tightly pressed at the bag opening of the packaging bag, so that materials can be prevented from falling outside, materials can be prevented from being detained in the blanking funnel through structural improvement, and warning can be given when the materials added into the packaging bag exceed a packaging line.

the blanking mechanism is positioned above the bag bottom supporting assembly and comprises a supporting frame, a blanking funnel, a funnel lifting cylinder, a wind shield lifting cylinder and a fan, wherein the supporting frame consists of two side plates and a cross beam bridged between the top ends of the two side plates; lifting guide rails are respectively arranged on opposite surfaces of the two side plates of the supporting frame, lifting sliding blocks which move up and down along the lifting guide rails are arranged on each lifting guide rail, and upper parts of the left side and the right side of the blanking funnel are connected with the lifting sliding blocks on the two lifting guide rails in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the funnel lifting cylinder is arranged on the cross beam of the supporting frame, and the output end of the funnel lifting cylinder is connected with the top plate of the blanking funnel; a feeding port is formed in the upper part of the rear side of the blanking funnel, and an ultrasonic sensor is arranged above the feeding port through a bracket; an oscillator is arranged at the lower part of the rear side of the blanking funnel; the lower parts of the left side and the right side of the blanking funnel are respectively provided with a side pressing cylinder and a side pressing rod connected with the side pressing cylinders; the wind shield is arranged at the rear side of the blanking funnel; the wind deflector lifting cylinder is arranged on the top plate of the blanking funnel through a bracket, and the output end of the wind deflector lifting cylinder is connected with the wind deflector; the fan is arranged above the blanking funnel, and the fan is communicated with the blanking funnel through an air pipe.
2. A multi-functional bag opening blanking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a suction cup buffer is provided between each vacuum suction cup and the output end of the stepper motor module, respectively.

A multifunctional bag opening blanking device as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a tension spring is arranged between the bag opening draw hook and the draw hook support arm, and in the non-working state, the bag opening draw hook and the draw hook support arm are mutually perpendicular.

The multifunctional bag opening blanking device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bag bottom supporting seat comprises a supporting front side plate and a supporting bottom plate, the front end of the supporting bottom plate is connected with the bottom end of the supporting front side plate, and the rear end of the supporting bottom plate is provided with a groove for a bag opening draw hook to pass through; the output end of the stepping lifting module is connected with the front side of the supporting front side plate.

s1, conveying a packaging bag to an inlet of the multifunctional bag opening blanking device through a front side station, driving the bag opening assembly to move to the inlet of the multifunctional bag opening blanking device by the transverse moving cylinder, enabling the stepping motor modules of the two bag opening modules to extend out simultaneously, and enabling the vacuum suckers of the two bag opening modules to suck the front side and the rear side of the packaging bag in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
s2, driving the bag opening assembly and the packaging bags sucked by the bag opening assembly to move to a blanking station of the multifunctional bag opening blanking device by the transverse moving cylinder, and then backing the stepping motor modules of the two bag opening modules according to the width dimension of the packaging bags so that the width direction of the packaging bags is completely opened, wherein a bag opening of the packaging bags is positioned right below a discharge opening of the blanking funnel;
s3, the wind shield lifting cylinder drives the wind shield to descend, the wind shield is plugged at a feed inlet of the blanking funnel, meanwhile, the fan is started, and continuous air flow and air pressure provided by the fan are blown into the packaging bag through the blanking funnel; then, a lifting cylinder of the bag body lower hem leveling assembly drives the draw hook support arm and the bag opening draw hook to ascend until the bag opening draw hook reaches the right upper side of the lower hem of the packaging bag; then, the lifting cylinder drives the draw hook support arm and the bag opening draw hook to descend, so that the bag opening draw hook pulls the lower hem of the packaging bag to move downwards, and the lower hem of the packaging bag is completely opened under the assistance of air flow and air pressure provided by the fan; then, closing the fan to finish opening the packaging bag;
