上述結構實際使用時,先由第7至9圖所示觀之,其包裝袋體A係疊置於該置袋平台11上,並搭配夾板111將該些袋體A限制定位,尤其該置袋平台11設有縱向軌道112以及橫向軌道113以供夾板111位移調整(請同時參閱第3圖),進而隨著袋體A的袋長及袋寬尺度位移調整,達到袋體A的容設限位,首先,該袋體A會先經由該打印單元12於表面印製有製造日期及有效日期,再透過置袋平台11往前位移輸送至取袋旋臂13下方,由於該取袋旋臂13未作動時係呈垂直狀,係利用置袋平台11上升而將袋體A抵靠該取袋旋臂13底端之取袋吸盤132,且袋體A為塑膠不透氣袋體,該些取袋吸盤132僅會吸附單一袋體A,當袋體A受取袋吸盤132吸附後,該置袋平台11即會緩緩往下位移,使該袋體脫離置袋平台11,再經由氣壓缸131帶動該取袋旋臂13往前擺動90度,將該袋體A垂直輸送至該入料裝置20之出料漏斗211下方;再由第10至12圖所示觀之,該入料裝置20感測該取袋旋臂13往前擺動且袋體A位於出料漏斗211下方後,即經由該固定夾具組22夾持該袋體A的開口兩端,並讓取袋旋臂13復位準備下次的取袋作業,而該開袋吸盤組23則同時利用開袋氣缸232使二該吸盤件231往袋體A方向靠合吸附,再往外滑動開啟該袋體A的袋口,同時間,該移轉裝置50之滑座51則在該取袋旋臂13復位後即滑動至該入料裝置20,此時,該入料裝置20之出料漏斗211則會往下位移
並置入袋口內將物料定量地充填入該袋體A內,充填後再搭配拍打裝置30拍打袋體A底部使物料下沉緊實,完成物料的充填後,該移轉裝置50下方的夾具氣缸512俾會帶動該袋身夾具52夾持該袋體A,並同時將該固定夾具組22以及開袋吸盤組23鬆開袋體A,進而經由滑座51沿著該水平軌道組411將充填後的袋體A位移至該夾持裝置40下方,續請參閱第13至15圖所示,該夾持裝置40係經由升降單元412將夾持拉撐機42下沉位移,將抽風管422深入袋口內並利用二該袋口夾具組421夾持袋口的兩端且向外拉撐平整,此時,二該袋身夾具52俾會鬆開袋體A,並經由滑座51沿著水平軌道組411回到入料裝置20,準備下一批填料後袋體A的夾持移轉,該塑形封口裝置60在滑座51復位後即透過升降氣缸621將該升降座62沿著直立基座61之平行軌道611上升位移,並以上開口623提供該袋體A通過且受限於該作業容室622內,請再由第16、17圖所示觀之,此時俾再經由驅動氣缸631連動二該塑形夾板63相靠夾合該袋體A,並將該袋口夾具組421脫離袋口,且二該塑形夾板63夾合時更啟用震動馬達632將物料震動整平,進而讓袋體A得以受到塑形夾板63等距夾合形成扁平狀,同時間以抽風管422將袋內空氣抽出,達到袋體A扁平、真空的效果,最後再利用封口機64將袋口熱融封閉,完成物料真空包裝目的,即可再經由升降氣缸621將該升降座62往下滑動位移,而該升降座62下降後二該塑形夾板63俾會鬆開袋體A,並經由下開口624排出落於該輸送帶70上,且該輸送帶70面對該於下開口624更設有一下導板71,讓包裝後的袋體A能緩緩落入輸送帶70上,緩衝袋體A落下速度,並避免碰撞而確保真空包裝效果;藉由上述取袋、入料、移轉、抽真空、封口以及輸送的流程及步驟,即可完成自動化且垂直整型的真空包裝效果。
