In this embodiment, the upper portion of the auxiliary air frame 6 is provided with an upper isolation sleeve 62, and the lower portion of the auxiliary air frame 6 is provided with a lower isolation sleeve 63. The upper isolation sleeve 62 is connected with the fixed isolation sleeve 23 at the lower part of the powder barrel 2 in a sliding and sealing manner, and the lower isolation sleeve 63 is connected with the limiting groove 31 in a sliding and sealing manner. The fixed insulating sleeve 23, the upper insulating sleeve 62, the auxiliary air frame 6 and the lower insulating sleeve 63 form a relative seal of the side walls of the space between the powder cartridge 2 and the material frame 5. In order to keep the auxiliary air frame 6 completely entering the limiting groove 41, the bottom of the limiting groove 41 is provided with a bottom ring groove 43 for accommodating the lower isolation sleeve 63.
The working process of the seasoning device in the embodiment is as follows:
the method comprises the following steps: the cylinder 103 is connected to separate the upper cover 101 from the base plate 102, the material frame 5 containing food is mounted on the movable frame 3, and then the upper cover 101 is closed.
Step two: powder is sprayed out of the powder hole 21 of the powder barrel 2, a powder seasoning area is formed inside the powder barrel 2, and the throwing oil cylinder 7 pushes the moving ring seat 4 to move upwards at a high speed, so that food inside the material frame 5 has the acceleration of moving upwards to form an upward throwing trend; due to the size limitation of the throwing oil cylinder 7, when the movable ring seat 4 reaches the target position, the movable ring seat stops moving and then resets, the food continuously moves upwards, and the food leaves the material frame 5;
food passes through the inner ring of the auxiliary air frame 6 and is impacted by airflow in the horizontal direction to turn over, and the food can enter a powder seasoning area in the powder barrel 2 in a turning state, so that more uniform seasoning is realized; after the food is thrown for many times, the target powder is seasoned, and the powder hole 21 of the powder barrel 2 stops spraying the powder;
in the above process, the discharge pipe 9 is in an open state, and the powder can be discharged from the discharge pipe 9 at the bottom of the hopper 8.
Step three: the throwing oil cylinder 7 drives the movable ring seat 4 to move downwards, and when the movable ring seat 4 is located at a lower limit position, a sealing surface formed by the bottom surface of the hopper 8 and the upper surface of the blocking block 10 is attached to the grid surfaces of the material frame 5 and the movable ring seat 4, so that the material frame 5 forms a sealing frame body; oil can enter the material frame 5 through the oil inlet pipe 81, and oil seasoning is carried out on food inside the material frame 5;
in the above process, the discharge duct 9 is in a closed state.
Step four: the pressing cylinder 13 drives the pressing plate 12 to move downwards to the inside of the hopper 8;
meanwhile, the displacement cylinder 11 drives the auxiliary air frame 6 to enter the limiting groove 41 of the movable ring seat 4, when the auxiliary air frame 6 enters the bottom of the limiting groove 41, the air blowing hole 61 of the auxiliary air frame 6 is repeatedly communicated with the air cylinder 31 through the transverse hole 42, so that the movable frame sleeve 3 and the material frame 5 reciprocate up and down, the pressing plate 12 is used for extruding and loosening food inside the material frame 5, the food repeatedly absorbs oil, the oil is ensured to fully enter the food, and the oil is fully absorbed;
step five: when the seasoning of the oil is finished, the auxiliary gas frame 6 stops gas inlet, the throwing oil cylinder 7 drives the movable ring seat 4 and the material frame 5 to move upwards for a short distance, the elastic piece 97 extends, the blocking block 10 leaves a feed inlet of the discharge pipe 9, the discharge pipe 9 is in an open state, the oil in the hopper 10 enters the discharge pipe 9 and is discharged from the oil discharge pipe 15;
after the oil is completely discharged, the throwing oil cylinder 7 continues to drive the movable ring seat 4 and the material frame 5 to move upwards and return to the initial position; meanwhile, the displacement cylinder 11 drives the auxiliary air frame 6 to leave the limiting groove 41 of the movable ring seat 4.
Step six: the upper cover 101 is opened through the connecting oil cylinder 103, and the material frame 5 is taken out from the movable frame sleeve 3.
The seasoning device in the embodiment is used for seasoning fluffy spicy bean products, powder seasoning and oil seasoning can be carried out separately, the applicability is good, the powder seasoning can be carried out firstly on food, and then the oil seasoning can be carried out, so that the phenomenon that the powder seasoning sticks on the surface of the food is reduced; meanwhile, the auxiliary air frame can promote uniform seasoning of powder and absorption of oil, and the taste and quality of the spicy food are improved.

the base plate (102) is internally provided with a movable frame sleeve (3), a movable ring seat (4) and a hopper (8), the movable ring seat (4) is connected with the base plate (102) through a vertically arranged throwing oil cylinder (7), the movable frame sleeve (3) is in sliding connection with the movable ring seat (4) in the vertical direction, a material frame (5) is installed inside the movable frame sleeve (3), the bottom surface of the material frame (5) is matched with the bottom surface of the hopper (8), and the material frame (5) corresponds to the pressing plate (12) in shape and position;
