When the movable frame sleeve 3 is reset to the initial position, the air outlet pipe 33 is sealed, and the air flow blown out by the auxiliary air frame 6 can enter the air cylinder 31 again through the transverse hole 42 and the air inlet strip hole 32 to push the air cylinder 31 and the movable frame sleeve 3 upwards. The fixed spacer 23, the upper spacer 62, the auxiliary air frame 6 and the lower spacer 63 form a relative seal of the side walls of the space between the powder cartridge 2 and the material frame 5. To keep the auxiliary air frame 6 completely inside the limit groove 41, a bottom ring groove 43 for accommodating the lower spacer 63 is provided at the bottom of the limit groove 41.

food passes through the inner ring of the auxiliary air frame 6 and is impacted by air flow in the horizontal direction to turn over, so that the food can enter a powder seasoning area in the powder barrel 2 in a turned state, and more uniform seasoning is realized; after the food is thrown for many times, the target powder seasoning is finished, and the powder holes 21 of the powder barrel 2 stop spraying the powder;
in the above process, the discharge pipe 9 is in an open state, and the powder can be discharged from the discharge pipe 9 at the bottom of the hopper 8.
Step three: the throwing oil cylinder 7 drives the movable ring seat 4 to move downwards, and when the movable ring seat 4 is positioned at the lower limit position, a sealing surface formed by the bottom surface of the hopper 8 and the upper surface of the blocking block 10 is attached to the material frame 5 and the grid surface of the movable ring seat 4, so that the material frame 5 forms a sealing frame body; the oil can enter the material frame 5 through the oil inlet pipe 81 to season the food in the material frame 5;
in the above process, the discharge pipe 9 is in a closed state.
Step four: the pressing cylinder 13 drives the pressing plate 12 to move downwards to the inside of the hopper 8;
meanwhile, the displacement cylinder 11 drives the auxiliary air frame 6 to enter the limit groove 41 of the movable ring seat 4, when the auxiliary air frame 6 enters the bottom of the limit groove 41, the air blowing hole 61 of the auxiliary air frame 6 is repeatedly communicated with the air cylinder 31 through the transverse hole 42, so that the movable frame sleeve 3 and the material frame 5 move up and down to realize the extrusion and release of food in the material frame 5 by the pressing plate 12, the food repeatedly absorbs oil, the oil is ensured to fully enter the food, and the oil is fully absorbed;
