The liquid feeding pump 72 can be used for adjusting the liquid feeding speed of the liquid flavoring agent, and further adjusting the spraying pressure of the liquid spraying mechanism 30; meanwhile, the material mixing motor 20 can adjust the rotating speed of the centrifugal disc 51 and the powder scattering pipe 41, so as to adjust the rotation and dispersion conditions of the powder and the food, and make the food, the powder and the liquid flavoring agent disperse and contact with each other respectively. A heater 73 is disposed within the cartridge body 70 for heating the liquid flavoring agent, such as syrup, within the cartridge body 70 to ensure syrup flow.
Referring to fig. 2, the three-way joint 81 is used to selectively control the liquid inlet pipe 31 to communicate with the liquid feeding pump 72 or the water tank 80. The three-way joint 81 connects the liquid inlet pipe 31 to the liquid storage cylinder 70 through the liquid feeding pump 72, and is used for conveying liquid flavoring agents such as syrup for mixing. The three-way joint 81 communicates the liquid inlet pipe 31 with the water tank 80 for obtaining the cleaning water after the powder wrapping is completed, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, the side wall of the powder wrapping cylinder 10 is provided with a discharge hole 15, and the lower end surface of the discharge hole 15 is not higher than the upper end surface of the centrifugal disc 51; and a discharge baffle 16 matched with the discharge hole 15 is arranged outside the discharge hole 15. After the powder wrapping is completed, the liquid spraying operation of the liquid spraying mechanism 30 and the powder scattering operation of the powder scattering mechanism 40 can be stopped, and the discharge baffle 16 is opened, so that the food after the powder wrapping is completed is discharged from the discharge hole 15 along with the rotation of the centrifugal disc 51, or the food after the powder wrapping is completed can be manually taken out from the discharge hole 15. When wrapping up in the powder operation, discharge baffle 16 is used for sheltering from discharge gate 15, avoids food, powder, liquid flavouring agent etc. to disperse to wrap up in the outside of powder barrel 10 from discharge gate 15.
Referring to fig. 2, a discharging barrel 90 is arranged at one side of the powder wrapping barrel 10, and the discharging barrel 90 is located at the outer side of the discharging port 15; the discharging barrel 90 is communicated with the powder wrapping barrel 10 through the discharging hole 15. Go out feed cylinder 90 and be used for receiving, collecting the food of wrapping up in the powder completion that comes out by discharge gate 15, be convenient for wrap up in the powder and accomplish back food discharge, packing separation, improve and wrap up in powder efficiency. The bottom of the discharging barrel 90 can be provided with a feed opening 91, which is convenient for food packaging. Referring to fig. 2, one side of the discharging baffle 16 is hinged to the outer wall of the powder wrapping cylinder 10, and an opening and closing driving mechanism 17 is arranged between the outer wall of the other side of the discharging baffle 16 and the inner wall of the discharging cylinder 90. The opening and closing driving mechanism 17 can be used for automatically opening or closing the discharging baffle 16.
Referring to fig. 3, a supporting frame 18 and a supporting telescopic rod 19 are arranged below the powder wrapping barrel body 10; the upper end of the supporting telescopic rod 19 is hinged to one side of the powder wrapping barrel body 10 close to the discharge hole 15; the upper part of the supporting frame 18 is hinged with one side of the powder wrapping barrel body 10 far away from the discharge hole 15; when the supporting telescopic rod 19 is contracted to the minimum height, the mixing motor 20 is not lower than the lower end face of the supporting telescopic rod 19; when the supporting telescopic rod 19 is contracted downwards, the powder wrapping barrel body 10 is inclined towards the discharge hole 15.
Referring to fig. 3, the supporting frame 18 and the supporting telescopic rod 19 are used for enabling the powder wrapping barrel 10 to incline towards one side of the discharge hole 15, so that the food wrapped with the powder is discharged from the discharge hole 15 and enters the discharge barrel 90. And the adjusting range of the supporting telescopic rod 19 does not influence the use of the mixing motor 20.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the bottom wall of the powder wrapping barrel body 10 is an opening 13, and a chassis 14 is detachably mounted on the inner wall of the opening 13; a compounding motor 20 is mounted below the base pan 14. The powder wrapping barrel body 10 is convenient to disassemble and clean the interior of the powder wrapping barrel body 10 through the detachable chassis 14.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the output shaft 21 is in key connection with the lower end of the dusting pipe 41; the lower part of the powder spreading pipe 41 is upwards provided with a key block 44 matched with the upper end part of the output shaft 21; the upper part of the output shaft 21 is provided with a key groove 22 matching with the key block 44. The powder scattering pipe 41 is in key connection with the output shaft 21 of the mixing motor 20, so that the powder scattering pipe 41 and the centrifugal disc 51 can be ensured to rotate along with the output shaft 21, and the bottom of the powder feeding and rolling cylinder body of the chassis 14, the centrifugal disc 51 and the output shaft 21 can be conveniently detached and cleaned.
Referring to fig. 6, a powder storage bin 61 is disposed on the inner wall of the powder feeding cylinder 60, a powder inlet 62 located on the top wall of the powder feeding cylinder 60 and an upper blocking cover 63 matched with the powder inlet 62 are disposed on the powder storage bin 61, and the upper blocking cover 63 can prevent the powder in the powder feeding cylinder 60 from being affected with moisture or prevent the powder from scattering outside the powder feeding cylinder 60. A through opening 64 is opened inside the powder storage bin 61, and a powder feeding roller 65 is mounted on the through opening 64. The powder feed roller 65 is driven and controlled by a powder feed motor 66 mounted outside the powder feed cylinder 60. A plurality of powder feeding blades 67 are provided outside the powder feeding roller 65.
Referring to fig. 6, the upper end of the powder inlet tube 42 penetrates the bottom wall of the powder feeding cylinder 60, and the upper end of the powder inlet tube 42 is located in the powder feeding cylinder 60; the upper side wall of the powder inlet tube 42 is provided with a plurality of powder inlet holes 421. The outer wall of the powder feeding cylinder 60 can be provided with an ultrasonic vibrator 69 for dispersing the powder in the powder storage bin 61 and avoiding powder stacking; the powder inlet pipe 42 is a hose. The powder-feeding cylinder 60 is provided with a powder-raising fan 68 at the top. The powder-raising fan 68 can make the powder in the powder-feeding cylinder 60 more disperse and more effectively enter the powder-feeding hole 421.
Referring to fig. 6, the powder feeding blade 67 is bent toward the rotational direction of the powder feeding roller 65. The powder feeding blade 67 is bent to drive more powder in the powder storage bin 61 to be raised and scattered, so that the powder feeding effect is improved. The outer end of the powder feeding vane 67 is outwardly extended with a plurality of toothed plates 670, and a gap is formed between the adjacent toothed plates 670. The toothed plate 670 at the outer end of the powder feeding vane 67 can make the powder more uniformly dispersed, and is more beneficial to conveying the powder into the powder wrapping cylinder 10 along the powder inlet hole 421, the powder inlet pipe 42, the powder scattering pipe 41 and the powder outlet pipe under the action of the powder raising fan 68.
Referring to fig. 6, the powder spreading mechanism 40 lifts and spreads the powder in the powder storage chamber 61 of the powder feeding cylinder 60 from the through opening 64 of the powder storage chamber 61 by the powder feeding blade 67, and enters the powder feeding pipe 42 from the powder feeding hole 421, and then is conveyed to the powder spreading pipe 41 by the powder feeding pipe 42, and finally enters the powder wrapping cylinder 10 from the powder discharging pipe to contact and mix with the centrifugally rotated food.

referring to fig. 1 and 7, the powder coating machine comprises a powder feeding cylinder 60 for conveying powder, a liquid storage cylinder 70 for conveying liquid flavoring agents, a powder coating cylinder 10 for coating the surface of food with the mixture of the food, the powder and the liquid flavoring agents, and a discharging cylinder 90 for discharging the coated food.
Referring to fig. 2, before the flour coating operation, the food to be coated enters the flour coating cylinder 10 from the food inlet 11 and is placed on the centrifugal disc 51.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, during the powdering operation, the upper cover 12 is covered to shield the food inlet 11, the mixing motor 20 is started to rotate the centrifugal disc 51 and the powdering tube 41 along with the output shaft 21, so that the food is dispersed. The powder feeding point motor of the powder feeding mechanism is started, so that the powder feeding motor 66 drives the powder feeding blade 67 to rotate, powder such as coating powder or powder seasoning mixed in the powder storage bin 61 is scattered and dispersed in the powder feeding cylinder 60, enters the powder inlet pipe 42 from the powder inlet hole 421, is conveyed to the powder scattering pipe 41 through the powder inlet pipe 42, finally enters the powder wrapping cylinder 10 from the powder outlet pipe, and is sprayed along with the powder scattering pipe 41. The powder-raising fan 68 on the upper part of the powder-feeding cylinder 60 can accelerate the powder transmission and the powder dispersion. Meanwhile, the liquid feeding pump 72 is started and adjusted, the conveying speed of liquid flavoring agents such as syrup and the like in the liquid storage cylinder 70 is controlled, so that the liquid flavoring agents are conveyed to the circular pipe 32 along the liquid storage cylinder 70, the liquid inlet pipe 31 and the branch pipe 33, and finally are sprayed out from the liquid spraying holes 34 and sprayed into the powder wrapping cylinder 10 comprising the liquid distributor 35. This allows for the uniform mixing of the food, powder, and liquid flavoring within the breading cartridge 10.
Referring to fig. 2, after the powder wrapping is completed, the powder feeding motor 66 and the liquid feeding pump 72 are turned off, the opening and closing driving mechanism 17 is started, and the discharge baffle 16 is opened; the supporting telescopic rod 19 is started to enable the whole powder wrapping barrel body 10 to incline towards one side of the discharge hole 15. The food wrapped with the powder is discharged from the discharge port 15 to the discharge barrel 90 under the centrifugal action of the centrifugal disc 51 or by manual cooperation. And finally packaged by a feed opening 91 of the discharge barrel 90.
Referring to fig. 2, after the discharging is completed, the opening and closing driving mechanism 17 is closed, the three-way joint 81 is controlled, the water tank 80 is communicated with the liquid inlet pipe 31, water is delivered into the liquid spraying mechanisms 30 such as the liquid inlet pipe 31, the branch pipe 33, the ring pipe 32 and the like, the interior of the powder wrapping cylinder 10 is sprayed and cleaned, the cleaned liquid can be discharged from the food inlet 11 or the discharge port 15, or the chassis 14 wrapping the powder wrapping cylinder 10 is disassembled, and the cleaned liquid is discharged from the opening 13 below the powder wrapping cylinder 10 along with the chassis 14, the centrifugal disc 51 and the output shaft 21.

Claims (10)

1. A powder coating machine is characterized in that: comprises a powder wrapping cylinder (10), a mixing motor (20), a liquid spraying mechanism (30), a powder scattering mechanism (40), a mixing mechanism (50) and a powder feeding cylinder (60); a food inlet (11) is arranged at the upper part of the powder wrapping barrel body (10); the mixing motor (20) is arranged below the powder wrapping barrel body (10), an output shaft (21) penetrating through the powder wrapping barrel body (10) is arranged on the mixing motor (20), and the upper end part of the output shaft (21) is positioned inside the powder wrapping barrel body (10); the liquid spraying mechanism (30) is provided with a liquid inlet pipe (31) extending out of the powder wrapping barrel body (10); the powder spreading mechanism (40) comprises a powder spreading pipe (41), the upper end of the powder spreading pipe (41) is connected with a powder inlet pipe (42) extending out of the powder wrapping barrel body (10), a plurality of powder outlet holes (43) are distributed on the side wall of the lower end part of the powder spreading pipe (41), and the output shaft (21) is in key connection with the lower end of the powder spreading pipe (41); the mixing mechanism (50) comprises a centrifugal disc (51) positioned in the lower part of the powder wrapping barrel body (10), and the centrifugal disc (51) is fixed on the output shaft (21); a powder storage bin (61) is arranged on the inner wall of the powder feeding cylinder body (60); a through hole (64) is formed in the inner side of the powder storage bin (61), and a powder feeding roller (65) is installed on the through hole (64); a plurality of powder feeding blades (67) are arranged on the outer side of the powder feeding roller (65); the upper end of the powder inlet pipe (42) penetrates through the bottom wall of the powder feeding cylinder body (60), and the upper end part of the powder inlet pipe (42) is positioned in the powder feeding cylinder body (60); the side wall of the upper end part of the powder inlet pipe (42) is provided with a plurality of powder inlet holes (421).
2. The powder wrapper of claim 1, wherein: the powder feeding blade (67) is bent towards the rotation direction of the powder feeding roller (65).
3. The powder wrapper of claim 1, wherein: the liquid spraying mechanism (30) comprises a ring pipe (32) and a branch pipe (33); the ring pipe (32) surrounds the outer side of the powder inlet pipe (42); the ring pipe (32) is provided with a plurality of liquid spraying holes (34) surrounding the powder inlet pipe (42); the ring pipe (32) is communicated with the liquid inlet pipe (31) through a branch pipe (33); the middle part of the liquid inlet pipe (31) is fixed on the powder wrapping barrel body (10).

The powder wrapper of claim 3, wherein: a liquid distributor (35) is fixedly sleeved in the middle of the powder spreading pipe (41), the outer diameter of the liquid distributor (35) is sequentially reduced from top to bottom, and the liquid distributor (35) is positioned below the ring pipe (32); at least one of the liquid spray holes (34) faces the outer wall of the liquid distributor (35).

The powder wrapper of claim 1, wherein: the device also comprises a liquid storage cylinder (70), a liquid feeding pump (72) and a water tank (80); the liquid feeding pump (72) is arranged at the liquid outlet (71) of the liquid storage cylinder (70) and is communicated with the liquid outlet (71); and a three-way joint (81) is arranged among the outer end of the liquid inlet pipe (31), the liquid feeding pump (72) and the water tank (80).
6. The powder wrapper of claim 1, wherein: the bottom wall of the powder wrapping barrel body (10) is an opening (13), and a chassis (14) is detachably mounted on the inner wall of the opening (13); the mixing motor (20) is arranged below the chassis (14).

The powder wrapper of claim 1, wherein: a discharge port (15) is formed in the side wall of the powder wrapping barrel (10), and the lower end face of the discharge port (15) is not higher than the upper end face of the centrifugal disc (51); and a discharge baffle (16) matched with the discharge hole (15) is arranged on the outer side of the discharge hole (15).
8. The powder wrapper of claim 7, wherein: wrap up in powder barrel (10) one side and be equipped with play feed cylinder (90), go out feed cylinder (90) and be located the discharge gate (15) outside.
