As shown in fig. 14, an air supply mechanism 8 corresponding to a powder spraying mechanism 7 is installed on one side of the top of the processing platform 1, the air supply mechanism 8 comprises a connecting seat 801 fixed on the top end of a central cylinder 705, a metal air supply pipe 802 is fixedly connected to the top end of the connecting seat 801, an air pump 803 is installed on one side of the top of the processing platform 1, a telescopic hose 804 is fixedly connected between an air outlet of the air pump 803 and the other end of the metal air supply pipe 802, after the air pump 803 is started, a large amount of air can be blown out from the air outlet of the air pump 803, the air blown out from the air outlet of the air pump 803 can enter the metal air supply pipe 802 through the telescopic hose 804 and then enter the central cylinder 705 through the connecting seat 801, and after the air enters the central cylinder 705, the air enters the detachable spray head 707 through a plurality of groups of inclined air spraying holes 709 and a plurality of bottom air spraying holes 710, so that the powder in the detachable spray head 707 can be sprayed outwards through the plurality of powder spraying holes 708, and the uniform spraying and feeding effect of the powder can be realized.
As shown in fig. 11, 14 and 17, the rear end at the top of the processing platform 1 is provided with a top cover lifting mechanism 9 corresponding to the top cover plate 3, the top cover lifting mechanism 9 comprises a connecting frame 901 fixed at the neck position of the outer wall of the top cover plate 3, the rear end of the connecting frame 901 is fixedly connected with a fixing frame 902, limit through holes 903 with the same size are formed in the top and bottom centers of the fixing frame 902, a fixing block 904 is fixedly connected to the fixing frame 902, a limit column 905 and a lifting hydraulic cylinder 906 are fixedly installed at the rear end of the top of the processing platform 1 respectively, when a piston rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 906 extends, the piston rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 906 can drive the fixing frame 902 and the connecting frame 901 to synchronously lift through the fixing block 904, and meanwhile, the limit column 905 can guide and limit lifting of the fixing frame 902 and the connecting frame 901, and because the connecting frame 901 is fixed at the neck of the outer wall of the top cover plate 3, the connecting frame 901 can synchronously drive the top cover plate 3 and the powder spraying mechanism 7 to synchronously lift, so that the top cover plate 3 can be covered or opened, and the top cover can be conveniently processed.
As shown in fig. 17, the top ends of the limiting posts 905 penetrate through two limiting through holes 903, and the top ends of the piston rods of the lifting hydraulic cylinders 906 are fixedly connected with the fixing blocks 904, so that the lifting of the fixing frame 902 can be assisted in limiting and guiding by using the limiting posts 905, and the top cover plate 3 can be accurately covered on the top of the groove body 201.
The working principle of this embodiment is as follows, firstly, the gear motor 401 is started, then the refractory aggregate particles are poured into the stirring tank 2 for stirring, and the powder spraying mechanism 7 and the top cover plate 3 are driven to synchronously descend by the top cover lifting mechanism 9, so that the top of the stirring tank 2 is covered by the top cover plate 3, but a certain gap is reserved between the stirring tank 2 and the top cover plate 3 for exhausting, the powder is poured into the powder tank 701, and the powder falls into the detachable spray head 707 through the gap between the outer cylinder 702 and the central cylinder 705;
when the air pump 803 is started, a large amount of gas can be blown out from the air outlet of the air pump 803, the gas can enter the metal air supply pipe 802 through the telescopic hose 804 and then enter the central cylinder 705 through the connecting seat 801, and the gas can enter the detachable spray head 707 through the plurality of groups of inclined air injection holes 709 and the plurality of bottom air injection holes 710, so that powder in the detachable spray head 707 can be sprayed outwards through the plurality of powder injection holes 708, and the powder is uniformly sprayed on refractory aggregate particles of a stirring seed, so that the uniform package of the powder is realized;
after powder spraying is completed, the powder spraying mechanism 7 and the top cover plate 3 are driven to synchronously rise through the top cover lifting mechanism 9, then soft clay and an additive are sequentially and slowly added into the stirring tank 2, stirring is continued for 15-20min, then the blanking push plate 502 is driven to shrink through the blanking cylinder 501, so that the discharge opening 204 is opened, after the blanking push plate 502 is opened in a sliding mode, the discharge opening 204 is communicated with the discharge pipe 6, and the wear-resistant refractory plastic processed in the stirring tank 2 enters the discharge pipe 6 through the discharge opening 204 under the stirring and pushing of the plurality of L-shaped stirring frames 403 of the stirring and mixing mechanism 4, and is stacked at a designated position at the bottom of the processing platform 1 through the discharge pipe 6.

Claims (8)

1. A production process of wear-resistant and fireproof plastic is characterized in that: the method comprises the following specific steps:
step one: firstly pouring refractory aggregate particles into a stirring tank (2) at the top of a processing platform (1), starting a stirring and mixing mechanism (4), and pre-stirring the refractory aggregate particles in the stirring tank (2);
step two: the powder spraying mechanism (7) and the top cover plate (3) are driven to synchronously descend by the top cover lifting mechanism (9), so that the top of the stirring tank (2) is covered by the top cover plate (3), but a certain gap is reserved between the stirring tank (2) and the top cover plate (3) for exhausting;
step three: pouring powder into a powder spraying mechanism (7), and naturally falling to the bottom end position through a gap between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder of the powder spraying mechanism (7);
step four: starting an air supply mechanism (8), enabling air flow blown out of the air supply mechanism (8) to enter an inner cylinder passing through a powder spraying mechanism (7), and uniformly spraying powder at the bottom between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder through a plurality of powder spraying holes (708), so that the powder is uniformly sprayed on the outer surfaces of the stirred refractory aggregate particles, and the powder is uniformly wrapped on the refractory aggregate particles;
step five: after powder spraying is completed, the powder spraying mechanism (7) and the top cover plate (3) are driven to synchronously rise by the top cover lifting mechanism (9), and at the moment, soft clay and an additive are slowly added into the stirring tank (2) in sequence;
step six: the stirring is continued for 15-20min, a discharging opening (204) at the bottom of the stirring tank (2) is opened through a discharging mechanism (5), so that the discharging opening (204) is communicated with a discharging pipe (6), and the abrasion-resistant and fireproof plastic processed in the stirring tank (2) is pushed by stirring of a plurality of L-shaped stirring frames (403) of the stirring and mixing mechanism (4) in the continuous stirring process of the stirring and mixing mechanism (4), enters the discharging pipe (6) through the discharging opening (204), and is accumulated at a designated position at the bottom of the processing platform (1) through the discharging pipe (6);
step seven: quantitatively filling and packaging the processed wear-resistant fireproof plastic by using a filling and packaging machine, thus completing the whole production and processing flow;
the powder spraying mechanism (7) comprises a powder groove (701), an outer cylinder body (702) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the powder groove (701), a mounting disc (703) is arranged at the center of the outer wall of the outer cylinder body (702), a flange is arranged at the top of a top cover plate (3), the mounting disc (703) is fixedly connected with the flange through a plurality of second fixing bolts (704), a central cylinder body (705) is arranged in the middle between the powder groove (701) and the outer cylinder body (702), a plurality of uniformly distributed connecting blocks (706) are fixedly connected between the outer wall of the central cylinder body (705) and the inner wall of the outer cylinder body (702), a detachable spray head (707) is connected to the bottom end of the central cylinder body (705) in a threaded manner, a plurality of powder spray holes (708) are formed in the bottom of the detachable spray head (707), a plurality of groups of inclined air holes (709) are formed in the periphery of the outer wall of the central cylinder body (705) near the bottom, and a plurality of uniformly distributed bottom holes (710) are formed in the bottom end of the central cylinder body (705);
the bottom of the detachable spray head (707) is an arc-shaped spherical surface, and a plurality of powder spray holes (708) are uniformly distributed on the arc-shaped spherical surface.
