背景技术
肾结石为泌尿系统常见病，多发病，男性发病多于女性，多发生于青壮年，左右侧的发病率无明显差异。40％～75％的肾结石患者有不同程度的腰痛。结石较大，移动度很小，表现为腰部酸胀不适，或在身体活动增加时有隐痛或钝痛。较小结石引发的绞痛，常骤然发生腰腹部刀割样剧烈疼痛，呈阵发性。目前治疗肾结石，主要有两种方法，一是碎石，二是西药治疗。碎石，见效快，但有遗留，不彻底；西药治疗有副作用。在中医理论中，肾结石、输尿管结石和膀胱结石统属中医“石淋”范畴。其治疗方法多以清利湿热、通淋排石为主，采用中药治疗肾结石，成本低、疗效好、副作用小。

猪苓10-30份、茯苓10-30份、泽泻20-40份、阿胶10-30份、白术10-20份、芍药10-30份、鸡内金20-40份、金钱草20-40份、木香5-15份、桃胶10-20份。
一种肾结石中药制剂，按照重量配比，还包括半夏5-15份、姜10-30份。

步骤四：将两次汤汁混合，分开两次服用；
所述药丸的制备方法如下：
步骤一：将原料加入到中药粉碎机中，用中药粉碎机将之打碎；
步骤二：选取少量的蜂蜜，将蜂蜜置于锅中，加净水后加热，捞出蜂蜜表面的浮沫，用筛网或纱布过滤去一些死蜂，杂质；
步骤三：将过滤后的蜂蜜再放入锅中，加热浓缩，使之具有粘性，略有拉丝，然后将粉碎后的原料放入锅中，翻炒至颜色加深时，加入备好的蜂蜜，迅速翻动，使蜜和药材均匀搅拌；
步骤四：然后取出，待温度下降时，搓成丸即可。
实施例3：一种肾结石中药组合物，按照重量配比，包括以下原料：所述猪苓20份、茯苓20份、泽泻25份、阿胶20份、白术15份、芍药20份、鸡内金30份、金钱草30份、木香10份、桃胶15份。
实施例4：一种肾结石中药组合物，按照重量配比，包括以下原料：所述半夏10份、姜20份。
一种肾结石中药组合物的制备方法，包括制成药丸和汤药，所述汤药的制备方法如下：
步骤一：熬药前加适量水，将原料浸泡半小时到1小时；
步骤二：大火熬开，然后小火熬制20分钟后倒出汤汁；
步骤三：再次加等量水大火熬开，小火熬20分钟左右；
步骤四：将两次汤汁混合，分开两次服用；
所述药丸的制备方法如下：

本发明中的鸡内金：为鸡的胃内膜，有消食化积，固摄缩尿的功效，泽泻：性寒、甘、淡，能够利水渗湿；泄热通淋，对热淋涩痛；水肿胀满；泄泻；痰饮眩晕；遗精有疗效，猪苓具有治疗水肿和泌尿功能障碍的作用。半夏燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结，茯苓利水渗湿。
此药物一天三次，一般一个疗程为四天，服用本中药可以打下1.2cm以下的结石。一般1.0cm以下结石服用二个疗程就可以打下结石，吃药三天就见效果，解小便时注意下身有微小反应，有时能觉察到有大颗粒结石从小便解出，(注意观察马桶有异物排出)且刚解出结石呈深色颗粒状。此药饭后服用。
案例1：周某，女，ct结果显示，其中一个肾堵住了最大结石1.2cm，.另一肾有小结石，经过服用此药三天后，有小结石排出在床上，服用五天后，感觉有尿意随排小便后发现马桶底有黑色块状物，拣拾出后测得1cm大，共计服药八天。后做片子，肾以恢复正常。
案例2：孙某，女，经片子后检查为双肾结石，且双肾都已堵塞，医生让他去省城医院。当时新冠来袭，去不了省城医院。后服用中药。吃药后三天下体有微小感觉，服用八天后发现有打下来1.1公分的结石，在配合适当运动，服药后十二天停药，再次拍片，两肾都已通水正常圵一般单肾吃八天，双肾吃三个疗程十二天的药。
本发明中药可以治疗肾结石，经过几年的摸索实践，根据温肾加寒热药的配给，外加尿道蠕动及软化尿道药物的配合，形成对真正治疗肾结石及尿结石的完整配方，从而达到无痛，无副作用的碎石排石的功效，排石率达到百分之八十，再配合适当的运动，排石率达到百分之九十以上，或完全排除干净。
本药方经过数次改动，从排出结石大小论，不是肾内结石大小，从排除大结石开始，到现在排出结石小。就是以前排出石头大，现在经过溶石药物，排出的都是小石，就是石头溶小了。
此药无须长期用药，配合适当运动就可全愈，此药添加有肾及肠道蠕动功能的药物，且具有溶石药物，无须担心结石停留尿道排不下来的情况。且排石无声无息，偶有下身排石感，如图1-6是服用本药物打下的结石。
本发明的治肾结石的配方适用于各种情况导致的肾结石患者，配方科学合理，配置简单，无毒副作用，疗效短，见效快，具有攻坚散结、养阴润燥、通便利水、清热解毒、通络止痛之功效，减小肾结石引发的尿路感染，是治疗肾结石的一剂良药。

Claims (6)
1.一种肾结石中药组合物，其特征在于，按照重量配比，包括以下原料：
猪苓10-30份、茯苓10-30份、泽泻20-40份、阿胶10-30份、白术10-20份、芍药10-30份、鸡内金20-40份、金钱草20-40份、木香5-15份、桃胶10-20份。
2.一种肾结石中药制剂，其特征在于，按照重量配比，还包括半夏5-15份、姜10-30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种肾结石中药组合物，其特征在于，所述猪苓20份、茯苓20份、泽泻25份、阿胶20份、白术15份、芍药20份、鸡内金30份、金钱草30份、木香10份、桃胶15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种肾结石中药组合物，其特征在于，所述半夏10份、姜20份。
5.一种肾结石中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，
