然而上述消毒片均为对溴化物制剂的气味进行改进,溴化物,尤其是1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲,具有很强的刺激性气味,容易使人出现头痛、恶心的感觉;并且溴化物制剂的稳定性也有待进一步研究。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明第一个方面提供了一种消毒片剂,所述消毒片剂的原料包括溴化物、缓冲物、pH调节剂、填充剂、粘合剂、润滑剂和增效剂。

本例提供提供了一种消毒片剂,按重量份计,所述消毒片剂的原料包括44.5份溴化物、16份缓冲物、8.2份pH调节剂、31份填充剂、4份粘合剂、0.5份润滑剂、0.4份增效剂。
所述溴化物为1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲,缓冲物为磷酸氢二钠;pH调节剂为酒石酸。
填充剂为无机盐和糊精,填充剂中,无机盐和糊精的重量比为1.4:3.6。所述无机盐为氯化钠。
粘合剂为纤维素,润滑剂为硬脂酸镁,所述增效剂为三氯异氰尿酸钠。
本例还提供了一种消毒片剂的制备方法,所述消毒片剂的制备方法如下:(1)溴化物、缓冲物、pH调节剂、填充剂、粘合剂混合;(2)加入润滑剂和增效剂,压片。
步骤(1)具体为将溴化物与填充剂混合,得到混合物1,将混合物1按照重量比为1:1的比例分成两份,得到混合物A和混合物B;混合物A加入pH调节剂,润湿,混合,得到颗粒1;混合物B加入缓冲物,润湿,混合,得到颗粒2;步骤(2)具体为将颗粒1和颗粒2分别放入整粒机进行整粒后,混合,加入润滑剂和增效剂,按每片1.5g压片,即得消毒片剂。
实施例2
本例提供一种消毒片剂及制备方法,与实施例1不同的是,所述消毒片剂的原料包括43份溴化物、15.5份缓冲物、6.5份pH调节剂、27.5份填充剂、4份粘合剂、0.4份润滑剂、0.3份增效剂。
本例还提供了一种消毒片剂的制备方法,所述消毒片剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例3
本例提供一种消毒片剂及制备方法,与实施例1不同的是,填充剂中,无机盐和糊精的重量比为1.4:3.5。
本例还提供了一种消毒片剂的制备方法,所述消毒片剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例4
本例提供一种消毒片剂及制备方法,与实施例1不同的是,所述消毒片剂的原料包括45份溴化物、15份缓冲物、5份pH调节剂、26份填充剂、2.8份粘合剂、0.3份润滑剂、0.2份增效剂。
本例还提供了一种消毒片剂的制备方法,所述消毒片剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。
实施例5
本例提供一种消毒片剂及制备方法,与实施例1不同的是,所述消毒片剂的原料包括45份溴化物、17份缓冲物、8份pH调节剂、30份填充剂、4份粘合剂、0.6份润滑剂、0.4份增效剂。
填充剂中,无机盐和糊精的重量比为1:4。
本例还提供了一种消毒片剂的制备方法,所述消毒片剂的制备方法与实施例1相同。
性能测试:
1、崩解性能:取消毒片投入水中,观察消毒片完全崩解的时间。评判标准:崩解时间小于3min为优;大于3min小于4min为中,结果如表1:

2、浓度变化率测试:1个片剂30℃溶于1L水中,测试其浓度1,另取相同片剂30℃放置15天溶于1L水中,再次测试其浓度2,计算浓度变化率,浓度变化率的计算公式为(浓度1-浓度2)/浓度1×100%,结果如表2:

1.一种消毒片剂,其特征在于,所述消毒片剂包括42-47份溴化物、15-18份缓冲物、5-12份pH调节剂、26-39份填充剂、3-5份粘合剂、0.3-0.9份润滑剂、0.1-0.6份增效剂;
所述填充剂为无机盐和糊精,填充剂中,无机盐和糊精的重量比为(1.3-1.5):(3-4);所述无机盐为氯化钠;
所述粘合剂为纤维素,密度为1.45-1.62g/cm3;
所述缓冲物为磷酸氢二钠;
所述pH调节剂为酒石酸;
所述润滑剂为硬脂酸镁;
所述增效剂为三氯异氰尿酸钠;
所述溴化物为1,3-二溴-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的消毒片剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述消毒片剂的制备方法如下:(1)溴化物、缓冲物、pH调节剂、填充剂、粘合剂混合;(2)加入润滑剂和增效剂,压片。
