When the device is used, the device is remotely started, the remote control terminal controls the device to move to the front of an electric automation control cabinet to be inspected, the camera 3 identifies the distance between the actuating mechanism 2 and the disconnecting switch 4, the lifting column 1-2 and the transmission mechanism 1-3 are controlled to enable the rotating shaft of the rotating block 2-22 of the adjusting mechanism 2-2 to be coaxial with the rotating shaft of the knob 4-1, the rotating block 2-22 is sleeved on the outer side of the knob 4-1, at the moment, the stabilizing structure 1-4 is attached to the cabinet body of the electric automation control cabinet, and the absorber 1-42 is started to firmly fix the device on the cabinet body of the control cabinet; the knob 4-1 is driven by the adjusting mechanism 2-2 to rotate 90 degrees anticlockwise, the disconnecting switch 4 is disconnected, and the control cabinet is powered off.
When the electric push rod is started, the electric push rod pushes the electric clamping jaw 2-3 to move towards one side of the disconnecting switch 4, the pushing groove 2-42 is sleeved on a fixing frame of the lock hole 4-2, the fixing frame pushes the supporting rod 2-56 away, the supporting rod 2-56 is separated from the connecting rod 2-51, the connecting rod 2-51 moves under the action of the tension spring 2-57, the hanging part 2-52 is inserted into the lock hole 4-2 and is attached to the fastening piece 2-54, the first ratchet 2-53 is meshed with the second ratchet 2-55, and at the moment, the locking mechanism 2-4 completes locking of the disconnecting switch, and misoperation of others is avoided.
After the locking and hanging plate is locked, the electric clamping jaw 2-3 is separated from the locking mechanism 2-4, the lifting column 1-2 and the transmission mechanism 1-3 are reset, the control device is controlled to leave the control cabinet, and then the control cabinet is maintained and overhauled by workers.

the transmission mechanism (1-3) comprises a fixed block (1-31) fixedly arranged at the upper end of a lifting column (1-2), the fixed block (1-31) is connected with a guide rail (1-32) in a sliding manner, the middle part of the guide rail (1-32) is rotatably connected with a screw rod (1-33), the screw rod (1-33) is in threaded connection with the fixed block (1-31), a screw rod motor (1-34) is fixedly arranged on one side of the guide rail (1-32), and a motor shaft of the screw rod motor (1-34) is coaxially and fixedly connected with the screw rod (1-33);
one end of each guide rail (1-32) far away from the corresponding lead screw motor (1-34) is fixedly provided with a stabilizing mechanism (1-4) for fixing the whole device, and the guide rails (1-32) close to the stabilizing mechanisms (1-4) are provided with an executing mechanism (2) for adjusting the state of an electric automation control cabinet disconnecting switch (4).

The intelligent inspection device for the operation and maintenance state of the electric automation control cabinet according to claim 2, wherein the adjusting mechanism (2-2) comprises a rotating motor (2-21) fixedly arranged on the mounting frame (2-1), a rotating block (2-22) is coaxially and fixedly arranged on a motor shaft of the rotating motor (2-21), a through groove (2-23) is formed in the middle of one side, deviating from the rotating motor (2-21), of the rotating block (2-22), and the through groove (2-23) corresponds to a knob (4-1) of the disconnecting switch (4).
