背景技术
防爆柴油机排放主要污染物为一氧化碳(CO)、碳氢化合物(HC)、氮氧化物(NOx)以及颗粒物(PM)。受限于柴油的本征特性与发动机结构原理,仅通过改善发动机工作过程等机内净化技术来减少污染物生成的难度越来越大,尾气后处理技术是在排气系统中接入净化装置,在尾气进入外部环境前进行净化处理,已在道路柴油车辆上取得了理想的应用效果。但对于矿用防爆柴油机而言,尾气后处理装置的应用首先需要满足防爆要求,道路柴油车辆用后处理装置不能直接照搬到防爆柴油机上使用。

本发明为了解决上述技术问题提供一种矿用防爆高压共轨柴油机尾气净化装置,通过多种后处理技术组合的方式全面净化尾气中的有害物质,净化效率高,满足防爆柴油机的防爆要求。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:矿用防爆高压共轨柴油机尾气净化装置包括:防爆高压共轨柴油机、防爆保温排气歧管、防爆氧化催化器、防爆颗粒捕集器、防爆SCR反应器和废气处理箱,所述防爆高压共轨柴油机通过所述防爆保温排气歧管与所述防爆氧化催化器连通,所述防爆氧化催化器与所述防爆颗粒捕集器连通,所述防爆颗粒捕集器通过管路与所述防爆SCR反应器连通,所述防爆SCR反应器与所述废气处理箱连通。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种矿用防爆高压共轨柴油机尾气净化装置,包括防爆高压共轨柴油机1、防爆保温排气歧管2、防爆氧化催化器3、防爆颗粒捕集器4、防爆SCR反应器6和废气处理箱7,所述防爆高压共轨柴油机1通过所述防爆保温排气歧管2与所述防爆氧化催化器3连通,可充分利用尾气高温对CO与HC进行催化氧化,还可有效去除颗粒物中的可溶性有机物SOF,一定程度上减少尾气中颗粒物含量。防爆氧化催化器3还可以将尾气中的NO转化成NO2,为下游的防爆颗粒捕集器4被动再生与提高防爆SCR反应器6反应速率提供条件。所述防爆氧化催化器3与所述防爆颗粒捕集器4连通,所述防爆颗粒捕集器4通过管路与所述防爆SCR反应器6连通,防爆氧化催化器2与防爆颗粒捕集器4连通,防爆颗粒捕集器4用以解决防爆高压共轨柴油机1碳烟量排放突出的问题。
防爆颗粒捕集器4通过管路与防爆SCR反应器6连通,防爆SCR反应器6与废气处理箱7连通;在连通防爆颗粒捕集器4与防爆SCR反应器6的管路上还连通有尿素存储罐5,废气处理箱7还与补水箱8连通;以尿素为还原剂的防爆SCR反应器6可以减少尾气中NOx的含量。尿素水溶液喷射到尾气中与之充分混合,在高温下分解生成氨NH3,并在催化剂的催化作用下将NOx还原为无害的N2与H2O排出。尾气通入废气处理箱7中,以水为介质对高温尾气进行冷却降温、熄灭尾气中可能存在的火星。
防爆高压共轨柴油机1通过传感器与ECU电连接,获取发动机转速、节气门开度、油门位置、进气流量等信息;防爆颗粒捕集器4通过传感器与ECU电连接,获取防爆颗粒捕集器4的排气背压,大于预设值时报警报提示;尿素存储罐5通过传感器及尿素喷嘴与ECU电连接,以控制尿素存储罐5中尿素泵喷射尿素,并实时获取尿素存储罐5中尿素液液位高度,若尿素液液位低于警戒值则发出警报;废气处理箱7通过传感器与ECU电连接,获取废气处理箱7内冷却液液位高度以及出口处尾气温度,若冷却液液位低于警戒值ECU控制发动机熄火并发出警报,当尾气温度高警戒值ECU控制发动机熄火并发出警报;补水箱8分别通过传感器与ECU电连接,获取补水箱8内冷却液液位高度,若冷却液液位低于警戒值ECU发出警报提示补水;防爆SCR反应器6的入口和出口分别通过传感器与ECU电连接,获取入口前NOx含量、尾气温度与出口后的NOx含量,ECU根据防爆高压共轨柴油机1信息、尾气温度与防爆SCR反应器6入口前与出口处NOx含量实时调整尿素水溶液喷射策略。
防爆保温排气歧管2包括排气歧管主体21、保温层22、循环水冷通道23和废气进气道25,所述排气歧管主体21采用4-10mm优质不锈钢焊接而成,所述排气歧管主体21的内部设有排气腔,所述排气歧管主体21一侧上设有若干个与所述排气腔连通的所述废气进气道25,废气进气道25通过法兰连接发动机各个气缸的排气口,所述废气进气道25的外壁上和所述排气腔的外壁上均设有所述保温层22,保温层22的材质为采用绝热保温材料纤维布填塞后,再用不锈钢板焊接封装,所述废气进气道25内部设有所述循环水冷通道23,保证尾气通过排气歧管后,排气歧管表面温度低于150℃,达到防爆要求,所述排气歧管主体21上设有与所述循环水冷通道23连通的进水管231和排水管232,所述保温层22设置在所述循环水冷通道23与所述排气腔之间,所述排气腔的末端设有净化机构24。
优选地,所述净化机构24为净化器241,所述排气腔的末端设有用于安置密封垫242的安置槽,所述密封垫242为金属骨架的石墨加强垫,所述密封垫242与所述净化器241的一端接触连接,增强密封性,防止尾气未经过净化器241净化就排出排气歧管,所述净化器241上套设有保温纤维布243,为最大程度减小外壁较低温度对净化器241的影响。
并采用薄壁不锈钢箍筋244点焊后,再嵌入排气腔内壁,既保温也减振。所述排气歧管主体21靠近所述排气腔末端一端设有开口,所述开口处设有用于封盖所述开口的法兰板26,法兰板26法兰连接增压器,所述法兰板26内螺纹连接有盖板27,用于将所述净化器241扣紧在所述排气腔内,保证净化器241前后两端的密封性。
优选地,所述排气歧管主体21靠近所述排气腔末端一端上设有与所述循环水冷通道23连通的排汽管233,能将循环水冷通道23内产生的高温水汽及时导出到冷却系统的膨胀箱内,防止排气歧管因水汽淤积而出现局部高位而产生热裂纹损坏。
优选地,所述排气歧管主体21上设置有温度报警器234,水温过高时有报警。
通过在排气腔内设置净化器241,使柴油机尾气在高温下经催化氧化,降低有害气体排放;为保证净化器241的催化剂充分高效发挥净化尾气作用,在排气腔与循环水冷通道23之间设计有保温层22,既保证尾气通过净化器241催化剂的温度要求,又能保证排气歧管表面温度低于150℃,达到防爆要求。

Claims (9)

1.一种矿用防爆高压共轨柴油机尾气净化装置,其特征在于,包括防爆高压共轨柴油机(1)、防爆保温排气歧管(2)、防爆氧化催化器(3)、防爆颗粒捕集器(4)、防爆SCR反应器(6)和废气处理箱(7),所述防爆高压共轨柴油机(1)通过所述防爆保温排气歧管(2)与所述防爆氧化催化器(3)连通,所述防爆氧化催化器(3)与所述防爆颗粒捕集器(4)连通,所述防爆颗粒捕集器(4)通过管路与所述防爆SCR反应器(6)连通,所述防爆SCR反应器(6)与所述废气处理箱(7)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矿用防爆高压共轨柴油机尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述防爆保温排气歧管(2)包括排气歧管主体(21)、保温层(22)、循环水冷通道(23)和废气进气道(25),所述排气歧管主体(21)的内部设有排气腔,所述排气歧管主体(21)一侧上设有若干个与所述排气腔连通的所述废气进气道(25),所述废气进气道(25)的外壁上和所述排气腔的外壁上均设有所述保温层(22),所述排气歧管主体(21)上设有与所述循环水冷通道(23)连通的进水管(231)和排水管(232),所述排气腔的末端设有净化机构(24)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的矿用防爆高压共轨柴油机尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述净化机构(24)为净化器(241)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的矿用防爆高压共轨柴油机尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述排气腔的末端设有用于安置密封垫(242)的安置槽,所述密封垫(242)与所述净化器(241)的一端接触连接,所述净化器(241)上套设有保温纤维布(243),所述排气歧管主体(21)靠近所述排气腔末端一端设有开口,所述开口处设有用于封盖所述开口的法兰板(26),所述法兰板(26)内螺纹连接有盖板(27),用于将所述净化器(241)扣紧在所述排气腔内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的矿用防爆高压共轨柴油机尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述保温纤维布(243)通过箍筋(244)固定在所述净化器(241)上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的矿用防爆高压共轨柴油机尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述排气歧管主体(21)靠近所述排气腔末端一端上设有与所述循环水冷通道(23)连通的排汽管(233)。
7.根据权利要求4所述的矿用防爆高压共轨柴油机尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述排气歧管主体(21)上设置有温度报警器(234)。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的矿用防爆高压共轨柴油机尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述防爆颗粒捕集器(4)与所述防爆SCR反应器(6)的管路上还连通有尿素存储罐(5)。
9.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的矿用防爆高压共轨柴油机尾气净化装置,其特征在于,所述废气处理箱(7)还与补水箱(8)连通。
