Abstract

The invention relates to the field of water-based paint, in particular to water-based high-solid content quick-drying edge sealing paint and a preparation method thereof. The water-based high-solid content quick-drying edge sealing paint comprises, by weight, 15-20 parts of acrylic emulsion, 4-8 parts of water, 65-75 parts of inorganic filler, 1-5 parts of film forming aid and 0.01-0.1 part of thickener. The edge sealing paint has the advantages of low cost, high solid content, good hardness, high drying speed, good rib expansion prevention effect, good adhesive force, good water resistance, good yellowing resistance and good storage stability.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water-based paint, in particular to water-based high-solid content quick-drying edge sealing paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The edge sealing paint is mainly used for filling and edge sealing treatment of the side surfaces and cut surfaces of density boards, shaving boards or melamine boards, so that the artware achieves a better primer coating effect. The traditional furniture edge sealing paint mainly comprises oily PU (polyurethane) and NC (numerical control) edge sealing paint, is unsafe to store and transport due to the fact that the traditional furniture edge sealing paint contains a large amount of organic solvents, is high in construction VOC (volatile organic compounds), has great harm to the environment and paint constructors, and is slowly replaced by water-based edge sealing paint.
China patent CN101812266B and China patent CN102241941B mention that waterborne polyurethane is used as a main film forming substance to prepare edge sealing paint, the construction content of the edge sealing paint is about 70 percent at most, however, the filling property, the drying speed and the hardness of the edge sealing paint need to be improved, and polyurethane resin is used as a primer, so the cost is slightly high. Chinese patent CN102746748B adopts non-aqueous re-dispersible latex powder as main resin to improve the solid content (about 77% at most) of the edge sealing paint, thereby accelerating the drying speed of a paint film, and improving the hardness of the paint film by matching wollastonite, but the patent still needs blended waterborne polyurethane as a film forming substance, and the wettability of the base material and powder is much better than that of acrylic emulsion.
Under the environment of sudden price increase of raw materials, a lot of coating enterprises are forced to increase prices by sound, and the orderly operation of the enterprises is ensured. Therefore, the market at present needs a water-based edge sealing paint which is low in cost, high in solid content, good in hardness and quick in drying speed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at some problems in the prior art, the first aspect of the invention provides a water-based high-solid content quick-drying edge sealing paint, which comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 15-20 parts of acrylic emulsion, 4-8 parts of water, 65-75 parts of inorganic filler, 1-5 parts of film-forming auxiliary agent and 0.01-0.1 part of thickening agent.
In one embodiment, the preparation raw materials of the water-based high-solid content quick-drying edge sealing paint further comprise 0.1-1 part by weight of a wetting agent, 0.1-0.5 part by weight of an antifoaming agent, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of a dispersing agent and 0.1-0.5 part by weight of a rheological additive.
In a preferred embodiment, the preparation raw materials of the water-based high-solid content quick-drying edge sealing paint comprise 18.6 parts of acrylic emulsion, 7.15-7.25 parts of water, 0.8 part of dispersing agent, 0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.5 part of wetting agent, 69.5 parts of inorganic filler, 3 parts of film-forming auxiliary agent, 0.1-0.2 part of rheological auxiliary agent and 0.05 part of thickening agent in parts by weight.
In one embodiment, the acrylic emulsion is a pure acrylic emulsion and/or a styrene-acrylic emulsion.
Preferably, the acrylic emulsion has a viscosity at 25 ℃ of less than 500mpa.s.
Preferably, the acrylic emulsion is selected from one or more of Guanzhi PA-4868, guanzhi PA-4852, DSM XK12, DOW 3311, guanzhi PA-4850 and Guanzhi PA-4851; more preferably, it is GUANZHI PA-4868 and/or GUANZHI PA-4852.
In one embodiment, the viscosity of the dispersant is less than 1000mpa.s at 25 ℃.
Preferably, the dispersant is an anionic dispersant, and more preferably a polycarboxylate dispersant.

Preferably, the wetting agent has a viscosity at 25 ℃ of less than 2500mpa.s.
Preferably, the wetting agent is available under the brand name OS-406 from guangzhou new materials science and technology, inc.
In one embodiment, the inorganic filler is selected from one or more of heavy calcium powder, titanium dioxide, sierozem powder, talc powder and mica powder.
The coarse whiting powder brand is Yufeng coarse whiting 868, which is purchased from Guangdong Yufeng powder materials GmbH.
Preferably, the titanium dioxide is rutile titanium dioxide.
Preferably, the average particle size of the titanium dioxide is 0.1-0.5 micron, and more preferably 0.26 micron.
More preferably, the titanium dioxide powder is DuPont titanium dioxide R-706 available from Plastic pigment Ltd of Dongguan.
Preferably, the ash calcium powder has a particle size of 500-1000 mesh, more preferably 800 mesh.

The applicant found unexpectedly in experiments that the acrylic emulsion in the present application is selected from one or more of Guanzhi PA-4868, guanzhi PA-4852, DSM XK12, DOW 3311, guanzhi PA-4850 and Guanzhi PA-4851, and the inorganic filler is (60-65) by weight: (1-5): 4, the applicant thinks that the possible reason is that the edge sealing paint with high solid content can be obtained under the condition, and has a faster drying rate, meanwhile, the ash calcium powder in the inorganic filler can be partially dissolved by water and hydrolyzed into calcium ions, and a part of the calcium ions are in a structural network of a polymer after the paint film is dried and react with carbon dioxide in the air to generate calcium carbonate which becomes a part of the network structure of the polymer, so that the structural strength of the paint film and the bonding performance to the filler are improved.
The coalescent is not particularly limited and can be routinely selected by one skilled in the art, and in one embodiment, the coalescent is selected from dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, dipropylene glycol butyl ether, alcohol ester deca, and the like, and the coalescent is preferably dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether and dipropylene glycol butyl ether in a weight ratio of (1 to 1.5): 1.8, more preferably 1.2.
In one embodiment, the rheological aid is BYK S482.
In one embodiment, the thickener is a polyurethane-based thickener.
Preferably, the thickener is available under the trade designation "Ming Ling PUR 65" from acarri, guangzhou, waterborne materials, inc.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the water-based high-solid content quick-drying edge sealing paint, which comprises the following steps: adding the acrylic emulsion into a container, controlling the rotating speed to be 800-1000r/min, sequentially adding a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a wetting agent and a first batch of water, adding an inorganic filler, then dispersing at a high speed of 2600-2800r/min for 5min, scraping a fineness plate to test the fineness, reducing the rotating speed to be 800-1000r/min if the fineness is less than 50 mu m, fully and uniformly mixing a second batch of water and a rheological aid, adding the mixture into the container, and adding a film-forming aid and a thickening agent into the container and continuously stirring for 5min to obtain the acrylic emulsion.
Wherein the first water is 77wt% of the total water, and the second water is the remaining water.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the edge sealing paint has the advantages of low cost, high solid content, good hardness, high drying speed, good rib expansion prevention effect, good adhesive force, good water resistance, good yellowing resistance and good storage stability.
