Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of high polymer materials. A long-service-life two-component water-based paint consists of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20-75% of hydroxyl acrylate emulsion, 5-20% of water-based polyurethane emulsion, 5-30% of filling powder, 2-7% of film-forming assistant, 0.1-2% of thickening agent and 2-8% of water; the component B comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 60-80% of water-based isocyanate curing agent and 20-35% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate. The paint of the invention has good chemical stability, and the paint film has good physical index.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of high polymer materials, and relates to a long-service-time two-component water-based paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The environmental protection pressure is increasing day by day, and the use of water-based paint is an environmental protection coating mode, and in order to solve the problems of low coating efficiency and high cost of factories, the water-based paint is firstly to solve the problems existing in the large-scale industrial coating and on-line coating. The waterborne polyurethane curing agent used in the bi-component waterborne paint is easy to react with water, so that the blended waterborne polyurethane curing agent is difficult to thicken. At present, the problem of solving the faced problem is urgently needed to be solved by large-scale industrial coating and on-line coating by a two-component water-based paint with long service time.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a long-service-time two-component water-based paint which has good chemical stability and a paint film with good physical indexes.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a long-service-life two-component water-based paint consists of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
20 to 75 percent of hydroxyl acrylic ester emulsion,
5 to 20 percent of water-based polyurethane emulsion,
5 to 30 percent of filling powder,
2 to 7 percent of film-forming additive,
0.1 to 2 percent of thickening agent,
2 to 8 percent of water;
the component B comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
60 to 80 percent of water-based isocyanate curing agent,
20-35% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
Further, the component A also comprises 0.3 to 0.8 percent of defoaming agent, 0.3 to 1 percent of dispersing agent, 0.01 to 0.1 percent of pH regulator and 0.01 to 0.1 percent of preservative; the component B also comprises 0.01 to 0.3 percent of curing agent water absorbent.
Furthermore, the hydroxyl acrylic ester emulsion is dispersed emulsion resin with the solid content of 40-48%, the pH value of 7.5-8.5 and the lowest film forming temperature of 7-33 ℃.
Furthermore, the solid content of the polyurethane emulsion is 35-40%, and the pH value is 7.5-8.5.
Furthermore, the film-forming auxiliary agent is at least one of dipropylene glycol butyl ether, dipropylene glycol methyl ether and ethylene glycol butyl ether, so that the curing speed of a paint film can be improved, and the hardness of the paint film can be improved and accelerated.

The preparation method of the long-service-time two-component water-based paint comprises the following steps:
A. preparation of component A
a. Mixing water and a film-forming additive, stirring for 5-10min at 600r/min in 500-;
b. adding hydroxyl acrylic ester emulsion and aqueous polyurethane emulsion, and dispersing for 5-10min at the speed of 500-600 r/min; adding a defoaming agent, and stirring for 20-30min at the speed of 600-; adding a dispersing agent, a pH regulator and a preservative, and stirring for 25-30min at 1000-; adding a thickening agent, stirring at 800r/min for 20-30min by 600-; after being stirred and dispersed evenly, the mixture is filtered by a filter cloth of 200 meshes and 300 meshes to prepare the component A;
B. preparation of component B
c. Mixing the water-based isocyanate curing agent, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and the curing agent water absorbent, stirring at 800r/min for 20-30min at 600-.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the selected hydroxyl acrylic ester emulsion and the water-based polyurethane emulsion have the characteristics of good water resistance, good leveling property, low odor, good adhesion resistance, good color stability and the like, the hydroxyl acrylic ester emulsion and the water-based polyurethane emulsion are subjected to curing reaction with a water-based isocyanate curing agent, the generated cross-linked polyurethane polymer is used as a film forming material in a coating system, and a paint film has the characteristics of long service time, no gelation at night, good leveling property, high hardness and color mixing. The selected film-forming auxiliary agent enhances the film formation of the emulsion resin, and by matching different film-forming auxiliary agents, various requirements such as film-forming efficiency and the like are considered on the basis of reducing the using amount of the film-forming auxiliary agent and reducing VOC (volatile organic compounds). The selected thickener has high thickening efficiency, good leveling property and high transparency, and the thickening efficiency is not influenced by the pH value of the system.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples, which are only preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention.
In the following examples and comparative examples, the hydroxyacrylate emulsion is a product of Torpu, such as 8541; the aqueous polyurethane emulsion is a product of universalization companies, such as 4210; the titanium dioxide is a product of Kemu company, such as R706; the dispersant is BYK 190; the defoaming agent is BYK 024; the pH regulator is AMP-95; the preservative is TC-3; the curing agent water absorbent is BF-5; the rest components are commonly sold in the market.
The following table shows the formulation (unit:%) of 4 examples and 2 comparative examples of the long-life two-component aqueous coating according to the invention.
The preparation method of the long-service-time two-component water-based paint comprises the following steps:
A. preparation of component A
a. Mixing water and a film-forming additive, stirring for 5-10min at 600r/min in 500-;
b. adding hydroxyl acrylic ester emulsion and aqueous polyurethane emulsion, and dispersing for 5-10min at the speed of 500-600 r/min; adding a defoaming agent, and stirring for 20-30min at the speed of 600-; adding a dispersing agent, a pH regulator and a preservative, and stirring for 25-30min at 1000-; adding a thickening agent, stirring at 800r/min for 20-30min by 600-; after being stirred and dispersed evenly, the mixture is filtered by a filter cloth of 200 meshes and 300 meshes to prepare the component A;
B. preparation of component B
c. Mixing the water-based isocyanate curing agent, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and the curing agent water absorbent, stirring at 800r/min for 20-30min at 600-.
4 examples and 2 comparative examples of the long-service-time double-component water-based paint are mixed according to a ratio and applied to wood coating, and the performance of the double-component water-based paint is detected according to a detection method of GB/T23999-:
(1) degree of gloss

the results of the measurements are shown in the following table.
It can be seen that the emulsion of examples 1-4 has different contents of components, and after mixing according to the proportion, the viscosity changes corresponding to different storage times are different, reflecting the usable time of the paint film, whether the storage time is more than 24hr, reflecting the availability of the paint, and the physical properties of the paint film are superior to the national standard.
The long-service-time two-component water-based paint has good chemical stability, and a paint film has good physical indexes.
Claims (9)
1. The two-component water-based paint with long service life is characterized by consisting of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
20 to 75 percent of hydroxyl acrylic ester emulsion,
5 to 20 percent of water-based polyurethane emulsion,
5 to 30 percent of filling powder,
2 to 7 percent of film-forming additive,
0.1 to 2 percent of thickening agent,
2 to 8 percent of water;
the component B comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
60 to 80 percent of water-based isocyanate curing agent,
20-35% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
2. The long-life two-component aqueous coating composition of claim 1, wherein the a component further comprises an antifoaming agent 0.3-0.8%, a dispersant 0.3-1%, a pH adjuster 0.01-0.1%, and a preservative 0.01-0.1%; the component B also comprises 0.01 to 0.3 percent of curing agent water absorbent.
3. A long-wear two-component waterborne coating according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the hydroxy acrylate emulsion is a dispersed emulsion resin having a solids content of 40-48%, a pH of 7.5-8.5, and a minimum film-forming temperature of 7-33 ℃.
4. A long-life two-component waterborne coating according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the polyurethane emulsion has a solid content of 35-40% and a pH of 7.5-8.5.
5. A long-life two-component waterborne coating according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the coalescent is at least one of dipropylene glycol butyl ether, dipropylene glycol methyl ether, ethylene glycol butyl ether.
6. A long-life two-component water-based paint according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the water-based isocyanate curing agent is a water-emulsifiable HDI curing agent.
7. A long-life two-component waterborne coating according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the thickener is a waterborne polyurethane thickener.
8. A long-life two-component water-based paint as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the powder filler is at least one of talc, heavy calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide and matte powder.
9. A method of preparing a long-life two-component waterborne coating of claim 2, comprising the steps of:
preparation of component A
Mixing water and a film-forming additive, stirring for 5-10min at 600r/min in 500-;
adding hydroxyl acrylic ester emulsion and aqueous polyurethane emulsion, and dispersing for 5-10min at the speed of 500-600 r/min; adding a defoaming agent, and stirring for 20-30min at the speed of 600-; adding a dispersing agent, a pH regulator and a preservative, and stirring for 25-30min at 1000-; adding a thickening agent, stirring at 800r/min for 20-30min by 600-; after being stirred and dispersed evenly, the mixture is filtered by a filter cloth of 200 meshes and 300 meshes to prepare the component A;
preparation of component B
c. Mixing the water-based isocyanate curing agent, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and the curing agent water absorbent, stirring at 800r/min for 20-30min at 600-.
