Example 4
The embodiment of the invention provides a two-component exterior wall coating, which has the same raw material composition and preparation method as those of embodiment 1, and is different from that of embodiment 1 in that a low-hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersion XK110 is replaced by Wanhua chemical A2033.
Example 5
The embodiment of the invention provides a two-component exterior wall coating, which has the same raw material composition and preparation method as those of embodiment 1, except that a thickening agent is replaced by Borchi Gel 0620 and Haimines DeuRheo WT-105A in a mass ratio of 0.8:1, and a wetting and leveling agent is replaced by TEGO-4100 in a mass ratio of digao; the isocyanate curing agent HT-600 was replaced with Bayhydur 401-70.
The exterior wall coatings in the above examples were subjected to performance tests, and the results are shown in table 1.

Claims (10)

1. The double-component exterior wall coating comprises a component A and a component B, and is characterized in that the component A comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 10-15% of low-hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersoid, 15-20% of modified polyurethane dispersoid, 0.2-0.3% of pH regulator, 0.8-1% of first environment-friendly solvent, 1.5-1.8% of dispersant, 0.1-0.2% of anti-settling agent, 0.8-1% of wetting and leveling agent, 0.4-0.6% of thickening agent, 0.6-0.7% of defoaming agent, 2-20% of titanium dioxide, 30-45% of heavy calcium and 15-18% of deionized water;
the component B comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 85-90% of water-based isocyanate curing agent and 10-15% of second environment-friendly solvent;
the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 18-22: 1.
2. The two-component exterior wall coating of claim 1, wherein the low hydroxyl acrylic dispersion is a polyurethane-modified aromatic polyether hydroxyl acrylic dispersion having a solid content of 45.5-47.5% and a hydroxyl content of 2-3%; and/or
The modified polyurethane dispersion is acrylic modified aromatic polyether polyurethane dispersion and polyester modified aliphatic polyurethane dispersion in a mass ratio of 2-4: 1.
3. The two-component exterior wall coating of claim 2 wherein the low hydroxyl acrylic dispersion is DSM XK 110; and/or
The modified polyurethane dispersion comprises Lacper 4221 and ACURE2115 in a mass ratio of 2-4: 1.
4. The two-component exterior wall coating of claim 1, wherein the first environmentally friendly solvent is an alcohol ester twelve; and/or
The dispersing agent is an organic silicon gemini surfactant and a polyacrylate dispersing agent in a mass ratio of 1-3: 1; and/or
The wetting and leveling agent is silane/siloxane mixed emulsion.
5. The two-component exterior wall coating of claim 4, wherein the dispersant is BYK-194 and OMG Borchi Gen 1252 in a mass ratio of 1-3: 1; and/or
The wetting and leveling agent is BS4004 of Wacker.
6. The two-component exterior wall coating of claim 1, wherein the thickener is a strong pseudoplastic polyurethane thickener and an aqueous acrylic acid copolymer emulsion in a mass ratio of 0.8-1.2: 1; and/or
The defoaming agent is polyether siloxane copolymer.
7. The two-component exterior wall coating of claim 6, wherein the thickener is a mixture of Borchi Gel 0620 and BASF Viscalex HV30 in a mass ratio of 0.8-1.2: 1; and/or
The defoaming agent is a mixture of Tego-901W and Tego-810 in a mass ratio of 1: 0.8-1.2.
8. The two-component exterior wall coating of claim 1, wherein the aqueous isocyanate curing agent is trimethylolpropane-modified toluene diisocyanate trimer; and/or
The second environment-friendly solvent is dipropylene glycol methyl ether acetate.
9. The two-component exterior wall coating of claim 8, wherein the aqueous isocyanate curing agent is HT-600 of wanhua chemistry.
10. A preparation method of a two-component exterior wall coating is characterized by at least comprising the following steps:
step a, weighing the components according to the design proportion of the two-component exterior wall coating of any one of claims 1 to 9, uniformly stirring the weighed pH regulator, the first environment-friendly solvent, the dispersing agent, the defoaming agent, the anti-settling agent and the deionized water, adding titanium dioxide and coarse whiting, uniformly mixing, and grinding to obtain a first mixed material with the fineness of less than or equal to 40 microns;
b, adding the weighed low-hydroxyl acrylic acid dispersoid and the weighed modified polyurethane dispersoid into the first mixed material, uniformly stirring, adding a wetting leveling agent and a thickening agent, and adjusting the stormer viscosity to 25 ℃ to 95-100KU to obtain a component A;
step c, uniformly mixing the weighed water-based isocyanate curing agent and the second environment-friendly solvent to obtain a component B;
and d, mixing the A, B components according to the designed proportion to obtain the two-component exterior wall coating.
