Abstract
本发明属于中药领域,具体涉及一种基于多种功效的中药香薰喷雾/膏剂的制备及应用。所述的中药香薰的组成选自薄荷、石菖蒲、丁香、藿香、茉莉花、苍术、白蒿、佩兰、藁本、薰衣草、橄榄叶、玫瑰、艾叶、肉豆蔻、槐花、金银花、黄芩、薄荷、桂皮中的至少8种;所述中药组合提取液具明显的抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和白色链球菌的作用;根据应用调查,具有明显的空气清新、杀蚊驱虫、抗菌,早上醒神,晚上安神之药理活性。而且该中药组合提取极大的缩短了中药的使用剂量,增加了喷雾/膏剂的释放效率与作用效果。所含中药材原料廉价易得,制得中药组合提取物易保存,生产工艺简单,作用明显,操作简单方便、环保卫生、易清洁、无污染。

本发明属于中药领域,具体涉及一种具有多种活性的中药香薰喷雾及膏剂提取物的制备及应用。
背景技术
在当今生活节奏加快的社会大背景影响下,人们的生活压力随之增大,由于长期熬夜等原因造成等机体免疫力低下、体虚、难以入睡及健忘等问题出现,加之睡眠质量差,造成醒来后头疼身重,无法快速清醒。同时,晚上蚊虫叮咬对于睡眠质量差的患者造成极大干扰。虽然现代灭蚊的产品形式有很多种,但大多以化学试剂为主,而化学试剂的长期使用,会造成蚊虫耐药性,难以消灭,易出现多种传染病,对人们身心健康造成极大的危害。
香薰文化从我国古代流传至今,具有加速细胞新陈代谢、加强免疫系统、排除细胞内毒素、净化空气及驱除蚊虫、杀菌等作用,常配以舒缓的音乐,使人身心放松,缓解疲劳,让内分泌系统稳定,自然神清气爽,活力大增。基于此,本发明将古代香薰文化和现代中医药理论紧密联系,以灯为载体,融入中药香薰元素,发明出以早用开窍醒神、避讳,晚用安神、助眠、芳香益智、避讳为主要功能的中药香薰喷雾剂中药香薰膏。
2019年12月爆发的新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情对经济、政治等多方面造成了极大影响,因此对于已有疫情患者干预治疗的同时,对于尚未发生疫情等地的有效防控也是防疫的关键。因此基于防疫目的,对中药香薰组方加以改进,增加佩兰、藁本、藿香等具除瘟避秽活性及黄芩、金银花等具抗菌活性的中药,运用一定的制备工艺,使这款香薰膏成为集除瘟避秽、开窍醒神、镇静安神、驱虫杀蚊、净化空气与抗菌多种药理活性为一体的中药香薰喷雾或者中药香薰膏。
本发明提供了一种除瘟避秽、开窍醒神、镇静安神、驱虫杀蚊、净化空气与抗菌多种药理活性为一体的中药组合物,所述中药组合物包括薄荷、石菖蒲、丁香、藿香、茉莉花、苍术、白蒿、佩兰、藁本、薰衣草、橄榄叶、玫瑰、艾叶、肉豆蔻、槐花、金银花、黄芩、薄荷、桂皮;所述中药组合物药理活性显著,使用效果加,有助于降低药物使用剂量。所含中药材原料廉价易得,制得中药组合提取物易保存,生产工艺简单,作用明显,操作简单方便、环保卫生、易清洁、无污染。
发明内容
本发明是在当今社会大压力背景下,针对目前香薰喷雾盛行以及固态香薰技术发展的不足,提供一种生产工艺简单,作用效果明显,操作简单方便、环保卫生、易清洁、气味清香的中药香薰喷雾提取物及中药固体香薰膏。
本发明通过如下方案解决技术问题:
遵循中国古代香薰文化原则,以中医药理论作为支撑,针对当今社会群体突出问题:生活压力大、晚上睡不着、早上醒不来、蚊虫叮咬严重以及流感疫情频发等,选用中药组方:薄荷、石菖蒲、丁香、藿香、茉莉花、苍术、白蒿、佩兰、藁本、薰衣草、橄榄叶、玫瑰、艾叶、肉豆蔻、槐花、金银花、黄芩、薄荷、桂皮,结合现代药理作用研究,按照一定比例配伍制成相应的中药香薰喷雾提取物及中药固体香薰膏。
第一方面,本发明提供了一种具有多种活性的中药组合物,所述中药组合物选自以下质量份的组分:薄荷3-5份、石菖蒲1-2份、丁香0.5-1份、藿香2-3份、茉莉花3-5份、苍术1-2份、白蒿1-2份、佩兰1-2份、藁本1-2份、薰衣草2-3份、橄榄叶3-5份、玫瑰1-2份、艾叶1-2份、肉豆蔻0.5-1份、槐花2-3份、金银花1-2份、黄芩1-2份、桂皮0.5-1份。

第二方面,本发明提供了一种具有多种活性的中药组合物提取液,所述中药组合物提取液的制备方法为:取上述第一方面所述各组分的中药组合物粉碎,加70%乙醇溶液回流提取2次,合并提取液,过滤,滤液减压浓缩,得中药组合物提取液。
优选地,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取中药组合物高速粉碎,过60目筛,收集过筛粉末;
(2)取步骤(1)中所述粉末,加入6-8倍量70%乙醇溶液,文火加热回流提取6h,得提取液;过滤,收集滤液;
(3)步骤(2)所得滤渣重复步骤(2);
(4)合并步骤(2)和(3)所得滤液,真空减压浓缩回收乙醇,得中药组合物提取液。
第三方面,本发明提供了一种上述第一方面所述的中药组合物和第二方面所述的中药组合物提取液在制备除瘟避秽,和/或开窍醒神,和/或镇静安神,和/或驱虫杀蚊,和/或净化空气,和/或抗菌产品中的应用。

第四方面,本发明提供了一种中药香薰膏剂,所述中药香薰膏剂的制备方法为:将粘附剂、赋形剂、缓冲剂与中和剂置于研钵中反复研磨,至混合均匀且颗粒粗细均匀,加入50-70℃纯净水,置于65℃水浴锅中水浴加热至少30分钟,并且不断搅拌,直至烧杯中溶液成胶白色近透明;再加入上述第二方面所述的中药组合物提取液、防腐剂和中药挥发油,反复搅拌混匀,室温放置,直至呈固体膏状。
第五方面,本发明提供了一种中药香薰喷雾剂,所述中药香薰喷雾剂的制备方法为:将上述第二方面所述的中药组合物提取液加入喷雾发射设备中即得中药香薰喷雾剂。
本发明的有益效果是:(1)本发明所述中药组合物安全无毒,无明显的禁忌症候,适宜于所有人群使用;(2)摆脱现今市面上化学试剂的杀蚊产品,更加安全有效;(3)针对当今生活压力过大,晚上难以入眠、早晨无法清醒,尤其适宜于亚健康人群;(4)加入抗病毒中药,更加复合现如今疫情常态化的防控产品;(5)中药及基质均绿色环保,制备工艺简单;(6)制备中药组合提取物喷雾与膏剂稳定性好,不宜分解,可持久保存;(7)所制备的中药组合提取物喷雾与膏剂可分为净化空气、除蚊杀虫、抗疫、清利头目、镇静催眠等多种作用,可根据需求使用;(8)本产品配方合理,香气中正醇和,接受范围广,符合大众普世需求。

具体实施方式
为对本发明中的技术方案进行详细描述,发明人结合一部分实施例进行说明。发明人有权对所涉及类似的中药香薰喷雾和固体膏剂产品进行专利保护。值得注意的是,凡本领域技术人员按照本发明的思路在现有技术上通过逻辑分析、推断和实验得出的技术方案,均属于本发明所请求保护的范围。
实施例1中药组方及效果评价
1.本实施例所述中药组方分别为:
中药组方1(F1):薄荷3份、石菖蒲2份、丁香0.5份、藿香2份、茉莉花3份、苍术1份、白蒿1份、佩兰1份、藁本1份、薰衣草3份、橄榄叶3份、玫瑰1份、艾叶1份、肉豆蔻0.5份、槐花3份、金银花2份、黄芩2份、桂皮0.5份;
中药组方2(F2):薄荷3份、石菖蒲2份、丁香0.5份、藿香2份、茉莉花3份、苍术1份、白蒿1份、佩兰1份、藁本1份。
中药组方3(F3):薰衣草3份、橄榄叶3份、玫瑰1份、艾叶1份、白蒿1份、桂皮0.5份、肉豆蔻0.5份、佩兰1份、藁本1份。
中药组方4(F4):薄荷3份、藿香3份、薰衣草3份、艾叶2份、槐花3份、金银花2份、黄芩2份、桂皮0.5份。
中药组方1-中药组方4四个组方各取5份;分别制备成中药香薰喷雾剂和中药香薰膏剂;其中,中药香薰喷雾剂的制备为:(1)制备中药组合物提取液:①取各组分中药组合物高速粉碎,过60目筛,收集过筛粉末;②粉末中加入6-8倍量70%乙醇溶液,文火加热回流提取6h;过滤,收集提取液;③取滤渣重复步骤②;④收集两次提取液,真空减压浓缩回收乙醇,至提取液没有明显的乙醇味道,即得中药组合物提取液,高温灭菌,密封放置至室温,置于4℃保存备用;(2)中药香薰喷雾剂的制备:吸取上述中药组合提取液1mL,再用纯净水稀释至10mL,再配以喷雾发射设备,得中药香薰喷雾剂,可稳定持久释放2-5h,其制备过程如图1所示。
中药香薰膏剂的制备为:(1)制备中药组合物提取液:同上述(1);(2)中药香薰膏剂的制备:在烧杯中将粘附剂和赋形剂按照11:7(即当按照质量份计算需要粘附剂11份时需要赋形剂7份)的比例加入,再加入2份缓冲剂与0.8份中和剂,置于研钵中反复研磨,直至混合均匀且颗粒粗细均匀,再加入50mL纯净水(保持在50-70℃之间),置于65℃水浴锅中水浴加热30分钟以上,并且不断搅拌,直至烧杯中溶液成胶白色近透明,再分别所述的中药组合物提取液10mL、0.2份防腐剂和一种或者多种中药挥发油,反复搅拌混匀,室温放置,直至烧杯中溶液呈固体膏装,色泽均匀,呈药液颜色,便得到一种中药固体香薰膏;室温待其自然降温冷却,用抽真空密闭包装袋封装,4℃冷藏保存。使用时再配合以多功能香薰灯使用,可稳定持使用放0.5-5h,如图2所示。
2.体外实验
分别对中药组方1(F1)香薰喷雾剂和中药香薰膏剂进行开窍醒神、镇静安神、驱虫杀蚊、净化空气与抗菌活性实验;对中药组方2(F2)香薰喷雾剂和中药香薰膏剂进行清利头目、清新空气、除蚊杀虫以及抗菌活性实验;对中药组方3(F3)香薰喷雾剂和中药香薰膏剂进行镇静催眠、清新空气、除蚊杀虫以及抗菌活性实验;对中药组方4(F4)香薰喷雾剂和中药香薰膏剂进行抗菌活性测试。每个方子均平行选取5份(编号:F1-1~F1-5;F2-1~F2-5;F3-1~F3-5;F4-1~F4-5)进行试验。
所用清利头目对比为市售产品佰魅伊人(Baimiss)醒神棒能量棒4ml,平行选取5份(编号:BM-1至BM-5))进行试验,每次试验均取5个平行样;所用镇静催眠对比为市售产品六神花露水200ml,平行选取5份(编号:ZH-1至ZH-5))进行试验,每次试验均取5个平行样;所用清新空气对比为市售成品新居爽固体清香剂70g,平行选取5份(编号:XJ-1至XJ-5))进行试验,每次试验均取5个平行样;所用除蚊杀虫对比为市售产品六神花露水200ml,平行选取5份(编号:CH-1至CH-5))进行试验;每次试验均取5个平行样。
用法用量为:一日两次(早、晚各一次),疗程均为7天。受试例数均为50人。以受试者相应症状明显减轻或者主管评价是否有效为判断是否有效的标准。有效率(%)=(受试例数/总受试例数)×100%。
其中,如表1和图3所示,组方F1香薰喷雾剂清利头目的总有效率达84.91±11.97,而对照组BM的总有效率达74.34±11.92,组方F1香薰喷雾剂清利头目的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01);组方F2香薰喷雾剂清利头目的总有效率达82.74±12.03,而对照组BM的总有效率达74.34±11.92(P<0.05),组方F2香薰喷雾剂清利头目的有效率高于对照组;表明组方F1香薰喷雾剂和组方F2香薰喷雾剂均具有明显的清利头目的活性,且组方F1优于F2。其中,与BM组相比,*表示P<0.05,**表示P<0.01。

如表2和图4所示,组方F1香薰喷雾剂镇静催眠总有效率达85.60±8.78,而对照组ZH的总有效率达75.94±10.08,组方F1镇静催眠的有效率高于对照组;组方F3香薰喷雾剂镇静催眠总有效率达81.33±10.29,而对照组ZH的总有效率达75.94±10.08,组方F3香薰喷雾剂镇静催眠的有效率高于对照组;表明组方F1香薰喷雾剂和组方F3香薰喷雾剂均具有明显的清利头目的活性,且组方F1优于F3,其中,与ZH组相比,*表示P<0.05,***表示P<0.001。

结合图5,组方F1香薰喷雾剂清新空气有效率结果如表3示,总有效率达90.51±7.35,而对照组XJ的总有效率达85.83±8.90,组方F1香薰喷雾剂清新空气的效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05);组方F2香薰喷雾剂清新空气有效率结果如表4示,总有效率达87.49±7.88,组方F2香薰喷雾剂清新空气的效果优于对照组,但并未显著性差异,表明F2香薰喷雾剂和对照XJ效果相当;组方F3香薰喷雾剂清新空气有效率结果如表5示,总有效率达89.71±6.75,组方F3香薰喷雾剂清新空气的效果优于对照组,但并未显著性差异,表明F2香薰喷雾剂和对照XJ效果相当。该实验结果显示组方F1、F2、F3香薰喷雾剂均具有清新空气的作用,F1香薰喷雾剂清新空气的效果更好,F2和F3与市面对照的效果基本相当,其中,与XJ组相比,*表示P<0.05。

结合图6,组方F1香薰喷雾剂除蚊杀虫有效率结果如表6所示,总有效率达78.17±12.25,而对照组CH的总有效率达74.80±12.08,组方F1香薰喷雾剂除虫杀蚊的效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);组方F2香薰喷雾剂除蚊杀虫有效率结果如表7示,总有效率达83.20±8.40,组方F2香薰喷雾剂除蚊杀虫的效果极显著优于对照组(P<0.01);组方F3香薰喷雾剂除蚊杀虫有效率结果如表8示,总有效率达79.83±10.31,组方F3除蚊杀虫的效果优于对照组,但并未显著性差异,表明组方F3香薰喷雾剂与对照CH除蚊杀虫效果相当。该实验结果显示组方F1、F2、F3香薰喷雾剂均具有明显的除蚊杀虫的作用,组方F1、F2香薰喷雾剂除虫杀蚊效果更优,F3香薰喷雾剂效果与对照基本一致。其中,注:与CH组相比,*表示P<0.05,**表示P<0.01。

如表9和图7所示,组方F1香薰膏剂清利头目的总有效率达84.97±9.04,而对照组BM的总有效率达76.80±7.43,组方F1香薰膏剂清利头目的有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01);组方F2香薰膏剂清利头目的总有效率达86.51±7.49,组方F2香薰喷雾剂清利头目的有效率极显著优于对照组(P<0.001);表明组方F1香薰膏剂和组方F2香薰膏剂均具有明显的清利头目的活性。其中,与BM组相比,**表示P<0.01,***表示P<0.001。

如表10和图8所示,组方F1香薰膏剂镇静催眠总有效率达88.79±6.21,而对照组ZH的总有效率达80.46±9.80,组方F1香薰膏剂镇静催眠的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.001);组方F3香薰膏剂镇静催眠总有效率达89.71±5.72,而对照组ZH的总有效率达80.46±9.80,组方F3香薰膏剂镇静催眠的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.001);表明组方F1和组方F3香薰膏剂均具有明显的清利头目的活性。其中,与BM组相比,***表示P<0.01。

结合图10,组方F1香薰膏剂除蚊杀虫有效率结果如表14所示,总有效率达78.17±12.25,而对照组CH的总有效率达74.80±12.07,组方F1香薰膏剂除虫杀蚊的效果显著优于对照组(P<0.001);组方F2香薰膏剂除蚊杀虫有效率结果如表15示,总有效率达85.49±9.12,组方F2香薰膏剂除蚊杀虫的效果显著优于对照组(P<0.01);组方F3香薰膏剂除蚊杀虫有效率结果如表16所示,总有效率达86.00±8.64,组方F3香薰膏剂除蚊杀虫的效果强于对照组,但未显著性差异,表明组方F3香薰膏剂除蚊杀虫的效果与对照CH相当。该实验结果显示组方F1、F2香薰膏剂均具有明显的除蚊杀虫的作用,而F3香薰膏剂具有与对照一致的除蚊杀虫的作用。其中,与CH组相比,**表示P<0.01,***表示P<0.001。

3.动物实验
中药组方提取液制备:
取F1-F4中药各组分混合加入10倍量纯净水进行煎煮1h,煎煮两次,收集两次煎煮提取液,文火加热回流提取6h;提取2次。收集两次提取液,均低温浓缩至含生药量为0.5gmL,4℃冰箱保存备用。
(1)清利头目实验:该实验的评价指标主要以脑组织中去甲肾上腺素(NA)与多巴胺(Dopamine,Da)为主。去甲肾上腺素是神经传递素,负责神经元之间传递神经脉冲的化学物质,可在中枢和交感神经的系统中发现,这类物质也是由肾上腺分泌形成的,还具有压力激素的功效,能够起到兴奋心脏的作用,有助于人快速清醒,充满活力;多巴胺是一种脑内分泌物,是大脑中含量最丰富的儿茶酚胺类神经递质,能调控中枢神经系统的多种生理功能,其和人的情欲、感觉有关,能传递兴奋及开心的信息;因此将NA和Da作为评价本实验中不用组方清利头目的作用指标。
实验方法:将90只SD大鼠(180±20g)随机分为空白组、模型组、去甲肾上腺组、多巴胺组、去甲肾上腺+多巴胺组、F1给药组、F2给药组、F3给药组、F4给药组共9组。除空白组外,其他组大鼠建立缺氧缺血性脑病模型,具体方法如下:将大鼠麻醉后颈正中切开皮肤,分离颈总动脉后,用5-0无创缝合线进行双重结扎,从结扎线中间剪断血管,消毒后缝合,手术后恢复2h,将恢复后大鼠置于缺氧舱,向舱内通入92%氮气和8%氧气混合气体,持续缺氧2h。造模成功后各组灌胃给药干预,持续7天,给药量为20mL/kg。给药结束后,去大鼠脑组织液运用ELISA试剂盒进行NA和Da水平检测,结果如表17,其中与空白组相比,###表示P<0.001;与模型组相比,*表示P<0.05,**表示P<0.01,***表示P<0.001。
由表17所示结果可知,与空白组相比,模型组NA和Da水平明显降低(P<0.001),F1-F4给药组给药治疗后,NA和Da水平均有显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),可见,组方均具有促进升高脑组织中NA和Da的作用,F1-F4均具有类似与NA和Da激素样作用。该研究结果表明,F1-F4均具有清利头目的作用,使用后能够能起到兴奋的作用,有助于人快速清醒,充满活力。
(2)镇静催眠实验:该实验的评价指标主要以脑组织中5-羟色胺(5-HT)和脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)为主。5-羟色胺又叫血清素,是一种分布广泛的生物性吲哚胺,它既是一种神经递质,也是一种血管活性物质;分布于脑内的5-羟色胺递质系统较为集中,其神经元主要位于低位脑干近中线区的中缝核内,大量研究表明作为脑内重要的单胺类神经递质的5-HT在改善失眠症状上的作用不可代替代,5-HT有明显促进快波睡眠和慢波睡眠的作用;制造失眠大鼠模型是通过给大鼠中缝背核微量注射能够减少5-HT合成的对氯苯丙氨酸,使大鼠产生失眠症状。因此,将5-HT作为评价镇静催眠作用的有效指标。
实验方法:失眠动物模型的建立:昆明种小鼠(16±2g)70只适应性喂养1w后,按体质量随机分为7组,分别为空白组、模型组、和地西泮2.6mg/kg组、F1给药组、F2给药组、F3给药组和F4给药组。除空白组腹腔注射等体积生理盐水外,其余各组给予浓度为30mg/mL的氯苯丙氨酸(PCPA)生理盐水溶液,每次注射充分摇匀,每天腹腔注射1次,注射体积为10mL/kg,持续2d,与空白组比较,小鼠出现躁动不安、持续活动、昼夜节律消失,食欲下降,体重明显下降等现象时,表示造模初步成功。造模成功后,灌胃给予相应药物,给药剂量为0.4mL/20g/d,连续灌胃6天,末次灌胃30min后,各组小鼠给予30mg/kg戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射,观察20min内各组小鼠入睡只数,结果如表18。并且记录各组小鼠翻正反射消失的时间及出现翻正反射的时间,以翻正反射消失30s以上即为进入睡眠,入睡至翻正反射再现即为睡眠时间,最后计算各组小鼠睡眠潜伏期和睡眠持续时间,结果如表19。实验结束后,取脑脊液运用ELISA试剂盒进行5-HT水平检测,结果如表20;其中与空白组相比,####表示P<0.0001;与模型组相比,*表示P<0.05,**表示P<0.01,***表示P<0.001。
由表18所示各中药组方对PCPA失眠模型小鼠入睡数量的影响结果可知,F1-F4均可显著增加PCPA失眠模型小鼠的睡眠率,但效果均不如地西泮,其中效果最好的为F1,其次为F3,再次为F4,最差为F2;由表19所示各中药组方对PCPA失眠模型小鼠睡眠的影响结果可知,与空白组相比,模型组的睡眠潜伏期明显延长(P<0.0001),睡眠时长明显降低(P<0.0001),各给药组给药后睡眠潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.01或(P<0.001),睡眠时长明显延长(P<0.01或(P<0.001),中药组方F1-F4均有明显的改善睡眠的效果,能够有效降低睡眠潜伏期,增加睡眠时长,其中效果最显著的为F1,其次为F3,再次为F4,最差为F2。

(3)抗菌实验:
实施例:中药组合物提取液制备:取F1-F4中药各组分混合后高速粉碎,过60目筛,收集过筛粉末;加入6-8倍量70%乙醇溶液,文火加热回流提取6h;提取2次。收集两次提取液,真空减压浓缩回收乙醇,至提取液没有明显的乙醇味道,即得中药组合物提取液,高温灭菌,密封放置至室温,置于4℃保存备用。

单味中药提取液的制备:分别称取30g薄荷、石菖蒲、丁香、藿香、茉莉花、苍术、白蒿、佩兰、藁本、薰衣草、橄榄叶、玫瑰、艾叶、肉豆蔻、槐花、金银花、黄芩、桂皮;其制备方法同实施例中药组合物提取液制备;
对比组合物1(Z1):槐花30g、金银花20g、黄芩20g、桂皮5g;对比组合物2(Z2):薄荷30g、藿香30g、薰衣草20g、艾叶20g;对比组合物3(Z3):石菖蒲20g、丁香5g、茉莉花30g、苍术10g、白蒿10g、佩兰10g、藁本10g;对比组合物4(Z4):橄榄叶30g、玫瑰10g、艾叶10g、肉豆蔻5g;其制备方法同实施例中药组合物提取液制备。
抑菌圈检测:采用琼脂平板打孔法,取100μL供试菌均匀的涂布于营养琼脂上,放置15min后在营养琼脂上用直径6mm的打孔器均匀打孔,除去琼脂块,将中药提取液取1mL加于孔中以药液满而不溢为原则,每板5孔,孔间距>20mm,设置蒸馏水为阴性对照于中心,并设置阳性对照,37℃培养24h,测定抑菌圈直径,观察结果,试验重复3次。抑菌直径≥20mm为极度敏感,15~20mm为高度敏感,10~15mm为中度敏感,10mm以下为低度敏感。
由表21所示抑菌结果可知,各单味中药提取液中,石菖蒲、苍术、白蒿、佩兰、薰衣草、橄榄叶、玫瑰、艾叶、槐花、金银花、黄芩、桂皮等对金黄色葡萄球菌具有一定抑菌活性,其中仅白蒿和黄芩对金黄色葡萄球菌为高抑菌活性;白蒿、藁本、橄榄叶、玫瑰、艾叶、槐花、黄芩等对白色链球菌具有一定抑菌活性,其中仅玫瑰和艾叶对白色链球菌为高抑菌活性;丁香、苍术、肉豆蔻、槐花、黄芩、桂皮对大肠杆菌具有一定抑菌活性,其中仅苍术对大肠杆菌为高抑菌活性。由表22所示抑菌结果可知,组方F1-F4中药提取液抑菌实验结果显示;F1-F4均对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色链球菌以及大肠杆菌均具有明显的抑制活性,其中F1、F2及F4对金黄色球菌显示出极度敏感的抑菌活性,F3显示出高度敏感的抑菌活性;F1和F4对白色链球菌显示出极度敏感的抑菌活性,而F2和F3显示出高度敏感的抑菌活性;F1、F2、F3及F4对大肠杆菌均显示出极度敏感的抑菌活性。该结果显示,F1和F4的抑菌效果为极好。由表21和表22所示抑菌结果比较可知,单味药的抑菌效果明显较弱,而中药分别组方(F1、F2、F3及F4)后具有明显的抑菌活性;F1是在F2和F3的基础上加上F4的主要抗菌活性中药组成,具有极强的抗菌活性,F2和F3中药组合具有相当的抗菌活性,但四个组方均具有高度抗菌活性,总体抗菌活性均显著强于各单味药,因此,可作为今后相关抑菌产品的开发。

由表23可知,四种对比组合物提取液对检测菌的均具有一定的抑菌效果,但抑菌效果显著低于本发明所述的中药组合物。

Claims (10)
1.一种具有多种活性的中药组合物,其特征在于,所述中药组合物选自以下质量份的组分:薄荷3-5份、石菖蒲1-2份、丁香0.5-1份、藿香2-3份、茉莉花3-5份、苍术1-2份、白蒿1-2份、佩兰1-2份、藁本1-2份、薰衣草2-3份、橄榄叶3-5份、玫瑰1-2份、艾叶1-2份、肉豆蔻0.5-1份、槐花2-3份、金银花1-2份、黄芩1-2份、桂皮0.5-1份。
2.如权利要求1中药组合物,其特征在于,所述中药组合物包括以下质量份的组分:薄荷5份、石菖蒲2份、丁香0.5份、藿香2份、茉莉花3份、苍术1份、白蒿1份、佩兰1份、藁本1份。
3.如权利要求1中药组合物,其特征在于,所述中药组合物包括以下质量份的组分:薰衣草3份、橄榄叶3份、玫瑰1份、艾叶1份、白蒿1份、桂皮0.5份、肉豆蔻0.5份、佩兰1份、藁本1份。
4.如权利要求1中药组合物,其特征在于,所述中药组合物包括以下质量份的组分:薄荷3份、藿香3份、薰衣草3份、艾叶2份、槐花3份、金银花2份、黄芩2份、桂皮0.5份。
5.一种具有多种活性的中药组合物提取液,其特征在于,所述中药组合物提取液的制备方法为:取权利要求1-4任一所述各组分的中药组合物粉碎,加70%乙醇溶液回流提取2次,合并提取液,过滤,滤液减压浓缩,得中药组合物提取液。
6.如权利要求5所述的中药组合物提取液,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取中药组合物高速粉碎,过60目筛,收集过筛粉末;
(2)取步骤(1)中所述粉末,加入6-8倍量70%乙醇溶液,文火加热回流提取6h,得提取液;过滤,收集滤液;
(3)步骤(2)所得滤渣重复步骤(2);
(4)合并步骤(2)和(3)所得滤液,真空减压浓缩回收乙醇,得中药组合物提取液。
7.如权利要求1-4任一所述的中药组合物或权利要求5-6任一所述的中药组合物提取液在制备除瘟避秽,和/或开窍醒神,和/或镇静安神,和/或驱虫杀蚊,和/或净化空气,和/或抗菌产品中的应用。
8.如权利要求7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述产品包括在中药香薰膏剂、喷雾剂、润肤皂、洗手液。
9.一种中药香薰膏剂,其特征在于,所述中药香薰膏剂的制备方法为:将粘附剂、赋形剂、缓冲剂与中和剂置于研钵中反复研磨,至混合均匀且颗粒粗细均匀,加入50-70℃纯净水,置于65℃水浴锅中水浴加热至少30分钟,并且不断搅拌,直至烧杯中溶液成胶白色近透明;再加入权利要求2或3所述的中药组合物提取液、防腐剂和中药挥发油,反复搅拌混匀,室温放置,直至呈固体膏状。
10.一种中药香薰喷雾剂,其特征在于,所述中药香薰喷雾剂的制备方法为:将权利要求5或6所述的中药组合物提取液加入喷雾发射设备中即得中药香薰喷雾剂。
