可选地,所述桑黄提取物的制备方法如下:
将桑黄进行切片、将桑黄切片与提取溶剂混合进行提取,提取完毕后进行过滤获得桑黄提取液,将所述桑黄提取液减压浓缩至浸膏,然后烘干、粉碎,获得所述桑黄提取物。
在一示例中,桑黄提取物的制备方法如下:桑黄清洗,切厚度0.5-2mm,大小为0.3-0.8mm3的薄片,将桑黄切片与水按照料液比1:15-25g/mL,提取温度85-95℃,提取时间3-5h,提取1-3次,提取完毕经双层滤布过滤得到桑黄提取液,于40-55℃减压浓缩至浸膏,于烘箱中40-50℃烘干,粉碎机粉碎,过80-100目筛,获得所述桑黄提取物。
可选地,所述金银花提取物的制备方法如下:
将金银花粉碎获得金银花粉,将金银花粉与提取溶剂混合进行提取,提取完毕后进行过滤获得金银花提取液,将所述金银花提取液减压浓缩至浸膏,然后烘干、粉碎,获得所述金银花提取物。
在一示例中,金银花提取物的制备方法如下:金银花清洗,置35-55℃的烘箱中烘干,粉碎,过40-80目筛。将金银花粉末和60-80%的乙醇按照料液比1:20-1:40g/mL,提取温度55-70℃,提取时间1-1.5h提取1-2次,提取完毕经三层滤布过滤得到金银花提取液,于40-55℃减压浓缩至浸膏,于烘箱中40-50℃烘干,粉碎机粉碎,过80-100目筛,获得所述金银花提取物。
可选地,所述香椿叶提取物的制备方法如下:
将香椿叶粉碎获得香椿叶粉,所述香椿叶粉与提取溶剂混合进行提取,提取完毕后进行过滤获得香椿叶提取液,将所述香椿叶提取液减压浓缩至浸膏,然后烘干、粉碎,获得所述香椿叶提取物。
在一示例中,香椿叶提取物的制备方法如下:将新鲜香椿叶晾晒至可揉碎,过30-60目筛,将香椿叶粉末与60-70%的乙醇按照料液比1:20-30g/mL,提取温度60-75℃,提取时间1-2.5h,提取1-3次,提取完毕经三层滤布过滤得到香椿叶提取液,于40-55℃减压浓缩至浸膏,于烘箱中40-50℃烘干,粉碎机粉碎,过80-100目筛,获得所述香椿叶提取物。
可选地,所述提取溶剂为水或乙醇;
所述桑黄切片、金银花粉或香椿叶粉与提取溶剂的料液比为1:10-1:45g/ml;
优选地,所述桑黄切片、金银花粉或香椿叶粉与提取溶剂的料液比为1:15-1:40g/ml。
可选地,所述柠檬提取液的制备方法如下:
将柠檬皮与提取溶剂混合进行蒸气提取,向提取的馏出液加石油醚,摇晃静置后分离出上层石油醚层,向馏出液中加入无水硫酸钠进行干燥,抽滤除去无水硫酸钠,得到柠檬精油和石油醚的混合物,然后加热蒸除乙醚,获得柠檬提取液。
可选地,所述柠檬皮与所述提取溶剂的料液比1:2-1:12,所述馏出液与石油醚的体积比为0.2-1.2;
优选地,所述柠檬皮与所述提取溶剂的料液比1:5-1:10,所述馏出液与石油醚的体积比为0.5-1。
在一示例中,所述柠檬提取液的制备方法如下:将柠檬皮洗净,切成0.2-0.5mm3的柠檬皮丁,按照料液比1:5-1:10g/mL加入水进行水蒸气提取,提取时间3-5h,在馏出液中加入馏出液体积0.5-1倍体积的石油醚,摇晃后静置20-30min,分出上层石油醚层,按照固液比1-1.5g/mL的量加入无水硫酸钠干燥。抽滤除去无水硫酸钠,得到柠檬精油和石油醚的混合物。然后在65-85℃下加热蒸除乙醚,即得到柠檬提取物。
可选地,所述丁香提取液的制备方法如下:
将丁香叶粉碎获得丁香叶粉,将丁香叶粉与提取溶剂混合进行蒸气提取,向提取的馏出液加碱萃取,然后加酸酸化,再加石油醚进行萃取,然后加入无水硫酸钠进行干燥,抽滤除去无水硫酸钠,得到丁香酚提取物和石油醚的混合物,最后加热蒸除乙醚,最终得到丁香提取液。
可选地,所述碱选自氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾,所述酸选自盐酸,所述丁香叶粉与提取溶剂的料液比为1:2-1:12,所述碱为馏出液体积的0.2-0.6倍,所述碱的含量为5%,所述盐酸的浓度为5-7mol/L,所述馏出液与石油醚的体积比为0.2-1.2;
优选地,所述丁香叶粉与提取溶剂的料液比为1:5-1:10,所述碱为馏出液体积的0.25-0.5倍,所述馏出液与石油醚的体积比为0.5-1。
在一示例中,所述丁香提取液的制备方法如下:
将丁香叶晾干粉碎,过30-60目筛,将丁香叶粉按照料液比1:5-1:10g/mL加入水进行水蒸气提取,提取时间3-5h,使用馏出液体积0.25-0.5倍体积的5%NaOH萃取,然后用5-7mol/L的盐酸酸化,再用馏出液体积0.5-1倍体积的石油醚进行萃取。按照固液比1-1.5g/mL的量加入无水硫酸钠干燥。抽滤除去无水硫酸钠,得到丁香酚提取物和石油醚的混合物。然后在65-85℃下加热蒸除乙醚,即得到丁香提取液。
桑黄是基原为多孔菌科针层孔菌的子实体。桑黄中的多种化学成分经过现代药理学实验证实其具有抗炎杀菌的功效,从而令口气清新。
金银花为忍冬科植物忍冬、红腺忍冬、山银花或毛花柱忍冬的干燥花蕾或带初开的花。其味甘,性寒。归肺、心、胃经。具有清热解毒,疏散风热的功效。现代药理实验也证明了金银花对与口腔的保护疗效确切。
香椿始载于《唐本草》,并云:“香者名樁,臭者名樗。”苏颂谓:“椿木实而叶香可啖,樗木疏而气臭。”体外抗菌试验结果表明:香椿叶水醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌均有较强的抑菌作用。
柠檬又叫宜母果,宜母子。《本草纲目拾遗》:“腌食,下气和胃,怀孕不安食之良。制为浆,辟酷暑,又能解渴”。中医角度上,胃火不降会导致口气重,现代药理也证实,柠檬精油可以明显抑制口腔细菌的生长,保护口腔。
丁香为桃金娘科植物丁香的干燥花蕾。其味辛,性温。归脾、胃、肺、肾经。具有温中降逆,散寒止痛,温肾助阳的功效。丁香提取液中还有大量的丁香酚,实验证实丁香酚对口腔中的金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑制作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例详述本申请,但本申请并不局限于这些实施例。
如无特别说明,本申请的实施例中的原料和催化剂均通过商业途径购买。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种口腔护理电子雾化液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)桑黄提取物的制备:桑黄清洗,切厚度0.5mm,大小为0.3mm3的薄片,将桑黄切片与水按照料液比1:15g/mL,提取温度85℃,提取时间3h,提取1次,提取完毕经双层滤布过滤得到桑黄提取液,于40℃减压浓缩至浸膏,于烘箱中40℃烘干,粉碎机粉碎,过80目筛,待用。
(2)金银花提取物的制备:金银花清洗,置35℃的烘箱中烘干,粉碎,过40目筛。将金银花粉末和60%的乙醇按照料液比1:20g/mL,提取温度55℃,提取时间1h提取1次,提取完毕经三层滤布过滤得到金银花提取液,于40℃减压浓缩至浸膏,于烘箱中40℃烘干,粉碎机粉碎,过80目筛,待用。
(3)香椿叶提取物的制备:将新鲜香椿叶晾晒至可揉碎,过30目筛,将香椿叶粉末与60%的乙醇按照料液比1:20g/mL,提取温度60℃,提取时间1h,提取1-3次,提取完毕经三层滤布过滤得到香椿叶提取液,于40℃减压浓缩至浸膏,于烘箱中40℃烘干,粉碎机粉碎,过80目筛,待用。
(4)柠檬提取液的制备:将柠檬皮洗净,切成0.2mm3的柠檬皮丁,按照料液比1:5g/mL加入水进行水蒸气提取,提取时间3h,在馏出液中加入馏出液体积0.5倍体积的石油醚,摇晃后静置20min,分出上层石油醚层,按照固液比1g/mL的量加入无水硫酸钠干燥。抽滤除去无水硫酸钠,得到柠檬精油和石油醚的混合物。然后在65-85℃下加热蒸除乙醚,即得到柠檬提取物。
(5)丁香提取液的制备:将丁香叶晾干粉碎,过30目筛,将丁香叶粉按照料液比1:5g/mL加入水进行水蒸气提取,提取时间3h,使用馏出液体积0.25倍体积的5%NaOH萃取,然后用5mol/L的盐酸酸化,再用馏出液体积0.5倍体积的石油醚进行萃取。按照固液比1g/mL的量加入无水硫酸钠干燥。抽滤除去无水硫酸钠,得到丁香酚提取物和石油醚的混合物。然后在65℃下加热蒸除乙醚,即得到丁香提取液。
(6)按照重量份数分别称取桑黄提取物2份,金银花提取物1份、香椿叶提取物1份、柠檬提取液1-2份、丁香提取液1份和雾化剂85份混合,于25MPa,65℃,均质2次,后封装灭菌,即得到一种用于清新口气的口腔护理电子雾化液。
实施例2
本实施例提供了另一种口腔护理电子雾化液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)桑黄提取物的制备:桑黄清洗,切厚度2mm,大小为0.8mm3的薄片,将桑黄切片与水按照料液比1:25g/mL,提取温度95℃,提取时间5h,提取3次,提取完毕经双层滤布过滤得到桑黄提取液,于55℃减压浓缩至浸膏,于烘箱中50℃烘干,粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛,待用。
(2)金银花提取物的制备:金银花清洗,置55℃的烘箱中烘干,粉碎,过80目筛。将金银花粉末和80%的乙醇按照料液比1:40g/mL,提取温度70℃,提取时间1-1.5h提取2次,提取完毕经三层滤布过滤得到金银花提取液,于55℃减压浓缩至浸膏,于烘箱中50℃烘干,粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛,待用。
(3)香椿叶提取物的制备:将新鲜香椿叶晾晒至可揉碎,过60目筛,将香椿叶粉末与70%的乙醇按照料液比1:30g/mL,提取温度75℃,提取时间2.5h,提取3次,提取完毕经三层滤布过滤得到香椿叶提取液,于55℃减压浓缩至浸膏,于烘箱中50℃烘干,粉碎机粉碎,过100目筛,待用。
(4)柠檬提取液的制备:将柠檬皮洗净,切成0.5mm3的柠檬皮丁,按照料液比1:10g/mL加入水进行水蒸气提取,提取时间5h,在馏出液中加入馏出液体积1倍体积的石油醚,摇晃后静置30min,分出上层石油醚层,按照固液比1.5g/mL的量加入无水硫酸钠干燥。抽滤除去无水硫酸钠,得到柠檬精油和石油醚的混合物。然后在85℃下加热蒸除乙醚,即得到柠檬提取物。
(5)丁香提取液的制备:将丁香叶晾干粉碎,过60目筛,将丁香叶粉按照料液比1:10g/mL加入水进行水蒸气提取,提取时间5h,使用馏出液体积0.5倍体积的5%NaOH萃取,然后用7mol/L的盐酸酸化,再用和馏出液相同体积的石油醚进行萃取。按照固液比1.5g/mL的量加入无水硫酸钠干燥。抽滤除去无水硫酸钠,得到丁香酚提取物和石油醚的混合物。然后在85℃下加热蒸除乙醚,即得到丁香提取液。
(6)按照重量份数分别称取桑黄提取物3份,金银花提取物2份、香椿叶提取物2份、柠檬提取液2份、丁香提取液2份和雾化剂95份混合,于35MPa,75℃,均质3次,后封装灭菌,即得到一种用于清新口气的口腔护理电子雾化液。
实施例3
口腔护理电子雾化液的抗菌性能测试:
(1)细菌的培养
培养变形链球菌的培养基为轻唾液体培养基,主要成分为:胰蛋白酶10g/L,大豆蛋白胨5g/L,氯化钠5g/L,蔗糖50g/L,葡萄糖1g/L,三水磷酸氢二钾4g/L,pH7.6±0.2。将变形链球菌菌株C型MT6R接种于培养基中,于85%N2,15%CO2的厌氧环境中,37℃,培养48h,待用。
(2)抑菌测试实验
取10μL定量采集管,称重高压灭菌,用于粘附后再称重。以实施例1制备的口腔护理电子雾化液为例,用轻唾培养基中分别配制高(100mg/L)、低(50mg/L)剂量口腔护理电子雾化液,并以2%NaF作为阳性对照组。将加好口腔护理电子雾化液的液体培养基每个浓度分别分装6个10ML的试管,每支6ML。然后将培养好的菌液充分混合,每支试管中加入0.1ML的菌液,再将定量采集管置于试管中(统一高度),37℃恒温箱中厌氧培养48h。取出定量采集管,烘干称重。实验结果如下表1。

表1结果显示,高低剂量的中药提取物均对变形链球菌的粘附有显著抑制作用。
实施例4
针对本发明的所述的用于清新口气的口腔护理电子雾化液的安全性,采用人口腔上皮细胞系(Human oral epithelial cell line,HOEC)为检测对象,西瓜霜喷剂为阳性对照。将HOEC细胞系分为四组,37℃在CO2培养箱中培养,至细胞汇合度达到70-80%时,以实施例1制备的口腔护理电子雾化液为例,加入高(10μL/L)、低(5μL/L)剂量的电子雾化液和西瓜霜喷剂(5μg/L),常规培养24h。收集细胞,按照每孔1000个细胞的标准接种到96孔板中,二氧化碳培养箱中常规培养,每隔24h检测一次细胞活力,检测前每孔加10ul CCK8试剂,37℃培养箱中孵育1.5h,使用酶标仪用450nm激发光检测光密度(optical density,OD)值。结果如下表2。

从表2中可以看出本实施方式所述的一种用于清新口气的口腔护理电子雾化液对HOEC细胞毒性西瓜霜喷剂较小,说明本发明安全性良好。
实施例5
使用效果测试
为了检测本发明所述的一种用于清新口气的口腔护理电子雾化液的使用效果,选择120名20-80岁的面部有口腔异味或牙齿龋坏等口腔问题的人群试用本发明,市售普通口腔喷雾为对照,试用时间为1个月,测试结果如表3所示,每组试用普通面膜基布和本发明各10人,测试统计结果如表3。

从表3结果可以看出,本发明所述的一种用于清新口气的口腔护理电子雾化液与市售普通口腔喷雾相比,使用方便,口感清新,香味持续时间长,而且试用者口腔问题减少。

1.一种口腔护理电子雾化液,其特征在于,包括以下组分:桑黄提取物、金银花提取物、香椿叶提取物、柠檬提取液、丁香提取液和雾化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理电子雾化液,其特征在于,按质量份数计,桑黄提取物1-4份、金银花提取物1-3份、香椿叶提取物1-3份、柠檬提取液1-3份、丁香提取液1-3份和雾化剂80-100份;
优选地,桑黄提取物2-3份、金银花提取物1-2份、香椿叶提取物1-2份、柠檬提取液1-2份、丁香提取液1-2份和雾化剂85-95份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理电子雾化液,其特征在于,所述桑黄提取物的制备方法如下:
将桑黄进行切片、将桑黄切片与提取溶剂混合进行提取,提取完毕后进行过滤获得桑黄提取液,将所述桑黄提取液减压浓缩至浸膏,然后烘干、粉碎,获得所述桑黄提取物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的口腔护理电子雾化液,其特征在于,所述金银花提取物的制备方法如下:
将金银花粉碎获得金银花粉,将金银花粉与提取溶剂混合进行提取,提取完毕后进行过滤获得金银花提取液,将所述金银花提取液减压浓缩至浸膏,然后烘干、粉碎,获得所述金银花提取物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的口腔护理电子雾化液,其特征在于,所述香椿叶提取物的制备方法如下:
将香椿叶粉碎获得香椿叶粉,所述香椿叶粉与提取溶剂混合进行提取,提取完毕后进行过滤获得香椿叶提取液,将所述香椿叶提取液减压浓缩至浸膏,然后烘干、粉碎,获得所述香椿叶提取物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的口腔护理电子雾化液,其特征在于,所述提取溶剂为水或乙醇;
所述桑黄切片、金银花粉或香椿叶粉与提取溶剂的料液比为1:10-1:45g/ml;
优选地,所述桑黄切片、金银花粉或香椿叶粉与提取溶剂的料液比为1:15-1:40g/ml。
7.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理电子雾化液,其特征在于,所述柠檬提取液的制备方法如下:
将柠檬皮与提取溶剂混合进行蒸气提取,向提取的馏出液加石油醚,摇晃静置后分离出上层石油醚层,向馏出液中加入无水硫酸钠进行干燥,抽滤除去无水硫酸钠,得到柠檬精油和石油醚的混合物,然后加热蒸除乙醚,获得柠檬提取液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的口腔护理电子雾化液,其特征在于,
所述柠檬皮与所述提取溶剂的料液比1:2-1:12,所述馏出液与石油醚的体积比为0.2-1.2;
优选地,所述柠檬皮与所述提取溶剂的料液比1:5-1:10,所述馏出液与石油醚的体积比为0.5-1。
9.根据权利要求1所述的口腔护理电子雾化液,其特征在于,所述丁香提取液的制备方法如下:
将丁香叶粉碎获得丁香叶粉,将丁香叶粉与提取溶剂混合进行蒸气提取,向提取的馏出液加碱萃取,然后加酸酸化,再加石油醚进行萃取,然后加入无水硫酸钠进行干燥,抽滤除去无水硫酸钠,得到丁香酚提取物和石油醚的混合物,最后加热蒸除乙醚,最终得到丁香提取液。
10.根据权利要求9所述的口腔护理电子雾化液,其特征在于,
所述碱选自氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾,所述酸选自盐酸,所述丁香叶粉与提取溶剂的料液比为1:2-1:12,所述碱为馏出液体积的0.2-0.6倍,所述碱的含量为5%,所述盐酸的浓度为5-7mol/L,所述馏出液与石油醚的体积比为0.2-1.2;
优选地,所述丁香叶粉与提取溶剂的料液比为1:5-1:10,所述碱为馏出液体积的0.25-0.5倍,所述馏出液与石油醚的体积比为0.5-1。
