正如解释的那样,为儿童准备与年龄相符的食物是非常重要的。儿童的胃肠系统、肾脏、神经系统和肌肉均在生长和发育,从4-6个月开始就可以食用母乳以外的食物。提前食用与年龄相符的食物会导致消化不良、胀气或排便困难。而且,过早摄入与年龄相符的特定食物可能会引发过敏,主要是膳食蛋白过敏(Romero-Velarde,2016年)。然而,如果母亲无法提供充足的母乳喂养,则可以在婴儿6个月大之前喂食年龄相符的食物,但是,由于胃肠系统的适应性以及儿童的咀嚼和吞咽能力,不得在婴儿4个月大之前进行喂食。
儿童膳食产品由以下成分组成(重量百分比)。
植物蛋白可以得自包括坚果、豌豆、黄豆、青豆、豆腐、藜麦、谷物或牛油果的任何一种或多种成分。
动物蛋白可以得自包括鸡肉、猪肉、鱼肉、牛肉、鸡蛋或肝脏的任何一种或多种成分。
膳食纤维可以得自包括绿叶蔬菜、芥蓝、卷心菜、牵牛花、小白菜、红瓜、坚果、豌豆、黄豆、牛油果、花椰菜、燕麦、亚麻籽或糙米的任何一种或多种成分。
维生素可以得自包括南瓜、香蕉、玉米、胡萝卜或甜菜根的任何一种或多种成分。
儿童膳食产品的制造工艺如下:
(A)将肉汤放入容器内,并在70-80摄氏度的温度下加热10-30分钟;
(B)通过将大米、植物蛋白和/或肉类蛋白、膳食纤维和维生素混合来缩小尺寸,再将其添加到步骤A的所述肉汤中,;加热并持续搅拌直至均匀;可以添加更多植物蛋白;持续搅拌直至均匀;
(C)最后冷却,然后装入包装以得到儿童膳食产品。
Claims (7)
1.一种儿童膳食产品的配方,其特征在于,所述配方按重量百分比包括:
肉汤40-55%,
大米15-25%,
植物蛋白和/或动物蛋白5-30%,
膳食纤维5-10%,
维生素5-25%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的儿童膳食产品的配方,其特征在于,所述植物蛋白选自坚果、豌豆、黄豆、绿豆、豆腐、藜麦、谷物或牛油果的一种或多种成分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的儿童膳食产品的配方,其特征在于,所述动物蛋白选自鸡肉、猪肉、鱼肉、牛肉、鸡蛋或肝脏的一种或多种成分。
4.根据权利要求1所述的儿童膳食产品的配方,其特征在于,所述膳食纤维选自绿叶蔬菜、芥蓝、卷心菜、牵牛花、小白菜、红瓜、坚果、豌豆、黄豆、牛油果、花椰菜、燕麦、亚麻籽或糙米的一种或多种成分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的儿童膳食产品的配方,其特征在于,所述维生素选自南瓜、香蕉、玉米、胡萝卜或甜菜根的一种或多种成分。
6.一种儿童膳食产品的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括:
A、将肉汤放入容器内,并在70-80摄氏度的温度下加热10-30分钟;
B、通过将大米、植物蛋白和/或肉类蛋白、膳食纤维和维生素混合以缩小尺寸,再将其添加到所述步骤A的所述肉汤中;加热并持续搅拌直至均匀;
C、最后冷却,装入包装以获得所述儿童膳食产品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的儿童膳食产品的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤B进一步由所述植物蛋白组成,并持续搅拌至均匀。
