当前,用于电力设备保洁维护主要为物理清洗和化学清洗,其中化学清洗的核心就是带电清洗剂。目前,使用最为广泛的带电清洗剂是碳氢化合物清洗剂和卤代烃清洗剂。用于带电清洗的碳氢化合物类清洗剂虽然是一种环保型的清洗剂,电绝缘性也较好,但是其清洗能力较差,挥发速度较慢,而且具有可燃性,在电力设备带电清洗时存在相当的安全隐患。因此,将碳氢化合物用于电力设备带电清洗并不是一种理想的环保型清洗剂。传统的卤代烃带电清洗多为三氯甲烷、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、氟利昂等清洗剂,这些清洗剂具有清洗能力强、挥发速度快、不易燃、导电性能好等优点,但是同时也存在具有毒性强、破坏臭氧层等危害人体健康和环境污染等问题,因此,国际国内法规已经限制这类溶剂的使用,使其在清洗行业的地位越来越弱。

本发明的目的是为了解决碳氢化合物带电清洗剂清洗能力弱,针对顽固污渍去除能力差,挥发慢而且易燃;卤代烃类带电清洗剂破坏臭氧层的问题,提供了一种环境友好型电力电子设备带电清洗剂及其制备方法。

一种电力电子设备带电清洗剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:含氟化合物80-95份、无水乙醇1-10份、阻燃剂1-10份、稳定剂0.5-5份、抗静电剂0.5-5份、含氟表面活性剂0.1-0.5份。
所述含氟化合物是由以下重量份数的原料制成:氢氟醚类共沸物40-60份,氟化物20-30份,多羟基化合物20-40份。
所述氟化物为NH4F,Me4NF,HOCH2CH2NH3F等其中一种或多种。
所述多羟基化合物为:乙烯乙二醇单甲醚、乙烯乙二醇单丁醚、二乙烯乙二醇甲醚、二乙烯乙二醇丁醚等其中一种或多种。
所述氢氟醚类共沸物是由以下重量份的原料制成:乙基九氟丁基醚55-80份、二氯乙烯20-40份、无水乙醇1-5份。

电力电子设备带电清洗剂的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)将55-80份乙基九氟丁基醚、20-40份二氯乙烯,1-5份无水乙醇加入搅拌器中搅拌20~30分钟得到氢氟醚类共沸物;
(2)然后将80-95份含氟化合物,0.1-0.5份含氟表面活性剂倒入混合器内搅拌混合30~40分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)混合好的料液与无水乙醇1-10份、阻燃剂1-10份、稳定剂0.5-5份、抗静电剂0.5-1份,一同倒入密闭容器中搅拌反应60~90分钟即可得到电力电子设备带电清洗剂。
本发明具有以下优点:
(1)原料采用氢氟醚类共沸物与氟化物,不破坏臭氧层,大气滞留时间很短,温室效应潜值较低,无毒无腐蚀,不可燃,电绝缘性能高,能够作为一种良好的环保型带电清洗剂替代物;
(2)原料中含氟混合物,洗涤能力兼容性强,对塑料、油漆、金属、陶瓷等材料不腐蚀,保证设备功能,用后溶液容易处理;
(3)选用的原料具有很高的击穿电压和体积电阻率,使用安全,对电力设备可在带电的条件下清洗,不影响其正常运作,同时对操作人员绝对安全可靠;
(4)采用乙氧基化烷基酸胺为抗静电组分,清洗后在设备上形成了抗静电的绝缘微观层,灰尘、带电粒子等污染物难以沾污在设备上,使其较长时间保持清洁。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1由以下重量份数的原料制成:
含氟化合物85份、无水乙醇5份、十溴二苯醚7份、叔丁基对苯二酚2份、乙氧基月桂酷胺0.5份、氟化丙烯酸共聚物0.5份。含氟化合物是由以下重量份数的原料制成:氢氟醚类共沸物40份,NH4F 30份,乙烯乙二醇单甲醚30份。其中氢氟醚类共沸物是由以下重量份的原料制成:乙基九氟丁基醚55份、二氯乙烯40份、无水乙醇5份。
电力电子设备带电清洗剂的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙基九氟丁基醚、二氯乙烯,无水乙醇加入搅拌器中搅拌30分钟得到氢氟醚类共沸物;
(2)然后将含氟化合物和消泡剂、含氟表面活性剂倒入混合器内搅拌混合40分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)混合好的料液与无水乙醇、阻燃剂、稳定剂、抗静电剂,一同倒入密闭容器中搅拌反应90分钟即可得到电力电子设备带电清洗剂。
实施例2由以下重量份的原料制成:
含氟化合物85份、无水乙醇5份、十溴二苯醚5份、叔丁基对苯二酚2份、乙氧基月桂酷胺0.5份、氟化丙烯酸共聚物0.5份。含氟化合物是由以下重量份数的原料制成:氢氟醚类共沸物40份,NH4F30份,乙烯乙二醇单丁醚30份。其中氢氟醚类共沸物是由以下重量份的原料制成:乙基九氟丁基醚58份、二氯乙烯40份、无水乙醇2份。
电力电子设备带电清洗剂的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙基九氟丁基醚、二氯乙烯,无水乙醇加入搅拌器中搅拌30分钟得到氢氟醚类共沸物;
(2)然后将含氟化合物和消泡剂、含氟表面活性剂倒入混合器内搅拌混合40分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)混合好的料液与无水乙醇、阻燃剂、稳定剂、抗静电剂,一同倒入密闭容器中搅拌反应90分钟即可得到电力电子设备带电清洗剂。
实施例3由以下重量份的原料制成:
含氟化合物90份、十溴二苯醚6份、叔丁基对苯二酚2.5份、乙氧基月桂酷胺1份、氟化丙烯酸共聚物0.5份。含氟化合物是由以下重量份数的原料制成:氢氟醚类共沸物40份,NH4F 30份,二乙烯乙二醇丁醚30份。其中氢氟醚类共沸物是由以下重量份的原料制成:乙基九氟丁基醚65份、二氯乙烯30份、无水乙醇5份。
电力电子设备带电清洗剂的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(1)将乙基九氟丁基醚、二氯乙烯,无水乙醇加入搅拌器中搅拌30分钟得到氢氟醚类共沸物;
(2)然后将含氟化合物和消泡剂、含氟表面活性剂倒入混合器内搅拌混合40分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)混合好的料液与阻燃剂、稳定剂、抗静电剂,一同倒入密闭容器中搅拌反应90分钟即可得到电力电子设备带电清洗剂。
实施例4对实施例1-3中制备得到的电力电子设备带电清洗剂进行性能检测,结果如表1所示:

以上所述实例只详细描述了本发明最具代表的几种实施方式,但本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节。在本发明的技术构思基础上,本领域的普通技术人员可以对本发明各种不同的实施方式之间进行任意组合。因此,基于本发明的技术构思做出的若干改进都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围内。为了避免不必要的重复,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
Claims (8)
1.一种电力电子设备带电清洗剂,其特征在于,它是由以下重量份数的原料制成:含氟化合物80-95份、无水乙醇1-10份、阻燃剂1-10份、稳定剂0.5-5份、抗静电剂0.5-1份、含氟表面活性剂0.1-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电力电子设备带电清洗剂,其特征在于:所述含氟化合物是由以下重量份数的原料制成:氢氟醚类共沸物40-60份,氟化物20-30份,多羟基化合物20-40份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的所述含氟化合物,其特征在于,所述氟化物为NH4F,Me4NF,HOCH2CH2NH3F等其中一种或多种;所述多羟基化合物为:乙烯乙二醇单甲醚、乙烯乙二醇单丁醚、二乙烯乙二醇甲醚、二乙烯乙二醇丁醚等其中一种或多种;所述氢氟醚类共沸物由以下重量份数的原料制成:乙基九氟丁基醚55-80份、二氯乙烯20-40份、无水乙醇1-5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电力电子设备带电清洗剂,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂为十溴二苯醚、四溴双酚和六溴环十二烷中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电力电子设备带电清洗剂,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂为乙氧基化烷基酸胺,包括乙氧基月桂酷胺,甘油一硬脂酸酯其中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电力电子设备带电清洗剂,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为叔丁基对苯二酚。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电力电子设备带电清洗剂,其特征在于:所述含氟表面活性剂为氟化丙烯酸共聚物。
8.一种权利要求1所述的电力电子设备带电清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤:
(1)将55-80份乙基九氟丁基醚、20-40份二氯乙烯,1-5份无水乙醇加入搅拌器中搅拌20~30分钟得到氢氟醚类共沸物;
(2)然后将80-95份含氟化合物,0.1-0.5份含氟表面活性剂倒入混合器内搅拌混合30~40分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)混合好的料液与无水乙醇1-10份、阻燃剂1-10份、稳定剂0.5-5份、抗静电剂0.5-1份,一同倒入密闭容器中搅拌反应60~90分钟即可得到电力电子设备带电清洗剂。
