Description

Bacteriostatic hand sanitizer easy to wash and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemical articles, and particularly relates to an antibacterial hand sanitizer easy to wash and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The hand sanitizer is one of important daily necessities in daily life, and has various varieties and large consumption. As a primary cleaning product for personal homes and public places, hand sanitizers are closely associated with health. A high-quality antibacterial hand sanitizer has the characteristics of high safety, strong detergency, good antibacterial activity, low irritation and the like. At present, the hand sanitizer on the market is mainly divided into a soap base system and a surfactant system, wherein the soap base system has the characteristic of easy washing, but has high irritation and is easy to hurt the skin of hands, the surfactant system is an AES system which has strong cleaning and degreasing capabilities, and the hands are usually dry after being washed, so that unpleasant hand washing experience is brought to users.
The hand sanitizer of an amino acid system has mild skin effect, small irritation, low toxicity, good foaming and emulsifying properties, strong dirt-removing capacity, good biodegradability and good compatibility with other various surfactants, and is widely applied to the field of daily chemicals and used for preparing shower gel, shampoo, hand sanitizer, detergent and the like. However, the hand sanitizer with a mild amino acid surfactant system in the current market is mainly a common hand sanitizer, has no bacteriostatic function or weak bacteriostatic effect, and mainly plays a cleaning role. Therefore, the development of a novel natural, safe, efficient and bacteriostatic novel amino acid hand sanitizer with effective decontamination, environmental friendliness and low cost has important practical significance.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the washing product containing the amino acid surfactant has the common use experience of difficult thickening and unclean washing. According to the invention, by optimizing the surfactant composition of the hand sanitizer, sodium palmitoyl glutamate and sodium lauroyl glycine propionate are used as main surfactants, and cocoamidopropyl amine oxide, lauroyl isopropanolamine and undecylenic hydrolyzed wheat protein zinc are compounded as auxiliary surfactants, so that the hand sanitizer which is low in irritation, proper in viscosity, rich in foam and easy to wash is obtained, and the defects of difficult thickening and unclean washing of the existing amino acid hand sanitizer are overcome.
2. The invention takes the combination of the eugenol glucoside and the repacketia as the antibacterial agent, has the characteristics of high efficiency and wide antibacterial spectrum, can inhibit gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria, can also inhibit fungi, and effectively prevents the invasion of various pathogenic microorganisms. The eugenol glucoside is a glucoside of eugenol, has improved hydrophilic lipophilicity and bioavailability, reduced volatility and irritation, and certain inhibitory activity on bacteria and fungi. Repage, also known as dicarboxyethyl germanium sesquioxide, has a weak inhibitory activity against bacteria and fungi. The inventor finds that the inhibitory activity of the eugenol glucoside and the repacketisol germanium on bacteria and fungi is obviously improved by compounding the eugenol glucoside and the repacketisol germanium according to a certain proportion, and the synergistic inhibitory activity is generated by compounding the eugenol glucoside and the repacketisol germanium. The combination of eugenol glucoside and repacketisium can be used as a bacteriostatic agent for preparing hand sanitizer and obtain excellent bacteriostatic effect.
In a word, the antibacterial hand sanitizer provided by the invention can deeply decontaminate, has strong antibacterial power and abundant foam, is easy to flush and biodegrade, has the effects of moisturizing and moistening skin, and is simple in preparation process and easy for industrial production.
